Happy New Year's Eve!
I've been reflecting on 2023, and to be honest, it's been exhausting! Over the past year, I:
1) Completed 28 weeks of military training.
2) Moved from the West Coast to the East Coast.
3) Written 10 papers.
4) Attended 4 conventions (BABSCon, TrotCon, Everfree Northwest, GalaxyCon Columbus)
5) Published 3 stories.
6) Drove over 9,000 miles.
7) Visited 12 National Park Service units.
8) Hiked 12 battlefields.
9) Explored 9 forts.
10) Toured 2 state capitols.
11) Visited 24 museums.
12) Traveled through 20 states!
2024 looks to be just as busy. With my military training wrapping up in February, I will have more free time. I plan to travel more and explore the area I just moved to. And of course, more writing! I have three stories that have been in the works for the past few years that I'm determined to finish. And I have a number of ideas for new stories!
