Okay so first I got the new chapter of Guilt After the Apologies up for those who have been waiting for it. Been busy and pretty tired the last couple fridays so I didn't feel like writing that story then. But starting next month after Make Your Mark in Love is around the end of this year, we'll be able to get a chapter a week on that.
Now onto the main blog I've had this idea for a little while now. What if instead of Grogar being Discord, Cozy Glow was actually a spy for Twilight? Say when she looked down at the cellars where the tree of harmony roots were (if I'm remembering correctly) she was given a vision of a great evil coming and decided she had to infiltrate its ranks? Of course I'd probably have to make some alterations to the villainous things she did with Tirek and Chrysalis, maybe she'd not mention the idea to get pony kinds to fight and they'd just work on the bell? But Grogar could come up with that himself perhaps. Then he'd use the artifact he got, the Ruby of Reign like in my Luster Dawn New Days story to brainwash Chrysalis and Tirek while Cozy escapes to warn Twilight like Discord did. Then it would be up to Cozy and Twilight to save Equestria with their friends.
Not sure when I would put this story into action or how long it would be. Probably just five chapters though.
If I made a similar story to this... the entire fabric of the MLP-verse would collapse in on itself
I love the idea it sounds like it would be fun
