A Productive First Week. (Fielding Questions) · 4:22am Dec 4th, 2023
I'll likely not be making posts like this weekly, but I thought I'd take some time to remark on how things have gone for posterity. Of course, thank you all for being supportive and offering up comments where you all could. It's nice to shake the rust off and get down to business. Lately, things have been so listless and dull in my day to day, so it's been so refreshing to check back in here after a story and see things progressing or just people enjoying my work again.
I have a lot of ground to make up in a new world filled with new readers with different tastes and manners. But I'm nothing if not adaptive. To that point, let's recap some of the work I've put out this week.
First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for the rousing success that has been "I See A Cold Wind". Not only did it outperform my restrained wishes, it took the number one spot in feature for a day. I could not be happier with its success. Thank you once again for that.
Second, Know Your Mare has entered a new stage in its ever evolving pointless nonsense. It's always an interesting experience writing for it, and I'm glad it still brings some joy to people's lives. It's a remnant of the old ways, and in a way I feel it keeps us all grounded by just existing.
Also, in a strange turn of events that nobody likely asked for or expected, The Beginning of The End That Was the Sequel To the Epilogue. has also seen a new chapter added to it. What's the story? Nobody knows. But I wanted to write a chapter for it, so I did. And that's the kind of style I'm going for now. Not stressing over things and just writing... Even for a story that even I barely remember.
Finally, what I have most been proud of beyond my featured work, Sweet Siren Seashell Switch-Up has taken to a new revival after a bumpy kick off and some much needed reworking. I feel like it's really taken on the shape it was always meant to, and I'm truly excited to get into it even more. If you're above the board of maturity, I invite you to give it a read and share your thoughts.

Now with all the news out of the way, let's get onto new business. That being what stories are in need of updates. I have some other ideas cooking up behind the scenes, one of which I'm very excited to crack into. But this whole persona was created on the backs of asking for opinions: so I want to hear them. Let me know what sort of stories you're looking forward to seeing, and what stories you're hoping to see get updates soon.
I know I've always been slow and forgetful, but I truly hope to be around a good long time here as I work on simply enjoying myself. See you all very soon.
