It was actually loosely built around Windy's mane style. Just longer and more deranged... especially because I honestly suck at creating mane styles myself.
And now that I look, I realise what I left out: eyebrows. Even though from a species standpoint, it would make sense that Anon's bug form wouldn't actually have eyebrows, it just looks weird without them, y'know?

The initial colour I sampled from the average Anon Filly turned out to be a bit too light to really go well with her dark chitin.
