Hello everyone, it's me. Here For The Gold Skies is today I'm going to teach you a very French recipe.

- The Financier

You'll need:
200 g of icing sugar
100 g of almond powder
70 gr of flour
112g of egg white
and 100g of butter

-To begin, mix the icing sugar with the almond powder then the flour.
- Sift the mixture to avoid lumps when adding the liquids
- Melt the butter in a saucepan to make it "hazelnut" (The butter after a certain time will take on a brown color at the bottom and will smell like hazelnuts, be careful because if the butter becomes black, it will become carcinogenic.
- While the butter is browning, pour the egg whites onto the powders and mix.
- Finish by pouring the browned butter onto the dough and stir well.
- Refrigerate the dough obtained and mold one to two hours later and you're good to go.

- for cooking, mold the dough into molds and 14 to 15 minutes at 165 degrees celsius or 329 fahrenheit
