Hello, just wanted to post a little update since the last time I did, I was not in a good place, and I'm 80% sure that came out in my writing. University swallowed me whole the past two years and while I can say I have improved from the experience, I also can say it has taken some time for writing to not be a drain on my energy and something I love doing again.
Writing assignments, writing CVs, writing cover letters, writing an actual novel I would like to publish one day, writing Grim/Noire. Everything just got too much. Some days I wanted to just delete this account so I could have an easy out.
However, I now a degree in English and Creative Writing and would like to plaster that fact on the internet as much as possible so it feels less like I wasted my time, money, and will to go on for a piece of paper. I'm working my way back up to being fully committed to doing all of it now. I want to finish this journey for myself, and for the small amount of people waiting on a new chapter.
Overall, I just wanted to say that I'm still here and haven't given up yet.
