Welp, landlord's pups tore through the LAN lines to the router. · 7:03pm Aug 20th, 2023
Happened halfway into writing the newest chapter. Given they are his LAN in the first place, I can't do a thing until he replaces them unless I write the chapter via cellphone. Or, I thing Google docs has an offline mode. So since I could be without internet between today to whenever, I could recover it and just finish it up to post when net is back.
Or hopefully it's all fixed by the time I get back at work. Dunno how long it'll take. Or maybe I just wrote this due to the frustration and I needed to vent. I dunno.
It sucks to have work lost like that. Hope you can recover it. I find my first typings are always better than when I’m doing it over from scratch.
It’s understandable, something you made ruined by something you can’t control. Hopefully the replacement comes fast. You’ve got this!
