Hey all, Been a hot minute hasn't it? A real shot and a miss.
Been spending the last few years lurking, that creative urge there but never sparking. Between working tirelessly for minimum pay and being a sudden head of household, I haven't had the energy the past few years to pursue something I saw as a massive interest for me.
But it's time to put a boot in my ass. I've switched to a better paying job, Family life has stabilized for the most part, and I'm brimming with ideas.
It may not be tomorrow, may not be this month, or even the next three months, But something is in the works! I'll post the first chapter when I have the first two-three done off-site, the old method I used to do. I'm hoping all this time reading will translate to a story that isn't fast-paced and inspired by poor romance fics from 2013 lol.
Hopefully it doesn't take my slow ass three damn months to get the first chapter out, especially with the free time I should be expecting. But I am serious this time. Even if the site is technically dying by some peoples standards, this will be a creative and stress outlet for me either way. So no skin off my back. And hey, if the stories take off, simple bonus for me.
Hope to see you all soon with some sort of story I promised 3-5 darn years ago.
And who knows, if I find my old notebook in all the packing boxes I might remaster my first story. Had good ideas, but terrible experience and influence.
