Hot, But Oh So Good

So on this mixed bag of a day, I wanted to cap it off with some cooking.

Lately I've been wanting to bring some serious heat to my beef, without relying on sauces.

Crazy hot, but juicy and tender enough to make you want another bite.

Tonight I did it.

Petite sirloin cooked rare, with Carolina Reaper Garlic Pepper seasoning.

A near-immediate, steady, delicious burn, and luckily nowhere near the insanity that Alex and I had attempted for Extra Life 2021.
