    Down Belowdecks

"Down belowdecks" is not only a vague nautical location, but also a euphemism for feeling like hot garbage. This post covers both. If you don't want to read my whinging, skip to below the page break for some pictures of Nebula's nether regions.

Reading Order for The Alicorn Adventures

Several people have asked about this, probably because I've written these things out of order. So, here is what I would recommend:

    The Celestia Code
    The Luna Cypher
    The Twilight Enigma
    On the Rocks
    The Quest
    Tales from Twilight Town
    The Cadenza Prophecies
    The Skyla Pseudonym

    Double the Fun!

Ahoy there, Captain! A Twofer Tuesday spotted, broad on the larbord bow!

(The quarterdeck's gettin' a bit crowded, innit?)

Just thought y'all might like to see the gals with their disguises on, and some of the other Nebulas.

Some very nice portraits in this muesum!

Promoting interdimensional friendship... I think.

Just finished a fanfic that involved intergalactic Friendship

The amount of detail and quality of the shading in paintings like these is frankly mind-boggling.

You think this is something? In the famous one of Henry VIII, you can see the individual threads in the embroidery of his cloak! :twilightoops:

Hey, I've stood just where Twilight is! Well okay, not exactly where Twilight is, since the gallery tends to frown on people standing on the rails to get a better look. They did in my day, at any rate. They may encourage it now, for all I know. Also, if I'm not mistaken the painting is called One of the Family. There could be some Sci-Twi stuff going on there...

If one had to pick a city for an internationaldimensional friendship summit, Liverpool would certainly be in the running! Just about everyone we've met is incredibly friendly!

So many great public spaces, too! I hadn't thought that the city itself would be so beautiful.

Your Twi sure travels around!

And it’s nice to see PoE Ponies on Earth getting accepted and even captured in art.

I have a tremendous soft spot for Liverpool. I went to uni there, and while it was a good deal rougher around the edges then than it is now, when I've been back since it's always been a place I've enjoyed visiting.

Back when I lived there, this was actually my bank branch:

It was always fun going into this vast place to pay in a £10 cheque or something!

Oh my, that's gorgeous!

Yeah, those photorealistic pencil drawings you sometimes see, that are indistinguishable from a black and white photograph? Artists have been showing off like that for centuries.

Back when they didn't have the internet/TV/whatever to distract them, they certainly had the time to render that level of detail! :rainbowlaugh:
