Okay, this blog is nothing story related. This is more related to music, and will from time to time - feature songs that I listen to based on my daily mood. I recently got into a rock band called Ghost, after hearing one of their songs on YouTube. The first song I listened to happens to be Mary On A Cross, then Dance Macbre, then Kiss the Go-Goat. Even Square Hammer.
I am a Christian, but I still listen to other genres of music besides Religion. I am also into music with melodic fusions of different instruments implemented together. Those genres also consist of Pop - Rock, Country - Pop, Disco - Pop is also another like of mine.
Judging by the song title, Griftwood, it's about fake preachers of religion and politics. As for who the song is addressed to, none other than Mike Pence. Who was USA's vice president until 2021. I did my research in the early evening, shocked to find out how much of a screw up he was when he was still in office.
This guy had the audacity to pass on an act, discriminating individuals of the LGBTQ+ community, along with ten other acts of harmfulness towards the society. MESSED UP!
One thing to know about me, is that, I like to listen to songs with lyrics with at least snippets of Biblical/Religious reference.
Plus, the song reminds me of King Sombra.
