I have had to flee my home. (This title is hyperbolic, I'm fine) · 4:46am Jun 14th, 2023
Okay, thats a bit hyperbolic, I'm fine, and I'm not in the path of the wildfires. I just have asthma, and there is a bad enough air quality warning that I can no longer breathe. My tiny home is great, but I couldnt afford an air filtering system, so I'm kinda SOL for the moment.
So what does this mean for you? Well, its only supposed to be bad for three days, so I should be back to work shortly. Until then though I'm using a family member's computer so I cant exactly complete that kind of commission at the moment. >.>
Either way I'm fine, I'll be back to work soon!

The constant smoke in the area has me feeling on the verge of an allergic reaction+drowning sensation for the past several days.
Being in Alberta sucks this past week, I hope the fires stop soon for your sake and mine.
They also seem to be driving wildlife into town too around me, I even got a cougar warning on my phone and to leave pets inside and don't go out for walks.
What kind of disaster nonsense is this? Like, what makes these wild fire so much worse than every other year?
Sorry about the rant, I saw something relatable...
But yeah, no worries, again, stay safe and do what you need to.
I hope and pray that things get better not just for you, but for everyone suffering during these trying times.

If you get some ultrasonic fog makers and a fan the mist can help clear out the air in your apartment for cheap.
I once suppressed the smoke from a cookie fire before it reached the smoke detector with a squirt bottle with water in it, saving my fellow college dorm livers from having to evacuate the building.
My friends call me the smartest idiot they know.
