Okay so that's out of the way. You're probably wondering about that title. Well on one end I was watching the original MLP movie the other night with my best guy friend and of course this being my "blessed" time of the month, he wisely came bearing my "please don't murder me" package he brings me every 3 or so months (disclosure: mine aren't regular because of birth control) and sat with me while

    Happy St. Patrick's Day🍀☘️

Turns out great minds think alike! Ironically I'm the "Uber Call Girl" tonight so...unfortunately can't get TOO wasted (plus I actually have work tomorrow...couldn't call off).

Happy 30th Anniversary "What's Love Got To Do With It · 1:21am Jun 10th, 2023

Original Release Date: June 9th, 1993.

I know. It doesn't feel real STILL. It's only been 2 weeks since we lost Tina Turner. Yet I honestly didn't know when in '93 that this movie came out until yesterday.

Forgive how the trailer sounds, this was back in 1993 after all...

Not even gonna put a spoiler tag here because despite this being a key part of the climax of the film, one must remember this really did happen to Ms. Turner in '76 (I think. Can't 100% remember). Such a powerful story and one of endurance. She was such an inspiration.
