TLDR: I'm not dead, just been busy!

I have not posted a blog since the end of January... hmm. I don't even do a lot of blogging anyway, but I figured that some of you might be interested as well as curious as to whether I have risen from the dead at all lol

Prepare for a lot of quick points!

• Some context: in December of last year, I unfortunately experienced a workforce reduction and was laid off from my job, so for the past four months I've been searching for a new one. This last Friday, I got a call back from a company I'd gone three rounds of interviews with, and I'm happy to say I'll have a new job soon!
• I also had a bit of a mental crisis back in March, for which I've started therapy to treat it. Anxiety is an absolute monster at times, but I'm definitely doing a lot better.
• You may have also seen I posted a story--Station Thirteen. It was a little mystery I cooked up for Bicyclette's Sci-Fi Contest. I was rather pleasantly surprised by the reception, especially since I sort of forgot to do any extensive promotion for it. Still, I'm happy to see that many people enjoyed a cute story about a kirin and a Changeling.
• As for new stories--nothing set in stone, to be completely honest. I have a few drafted ideas, but nothing concrete. Been focusing on work prep, EoJ prep, short story work, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.
• Oh, and I joined a DnD campaign--with some of the EoJ crew, actually! We record our sessions, but as this is a campaign that's been going on a little while, long before I joined, I won't appear in any videos anytime soon. Check out the channel at the following link!
