A bit of a...passion project if you will that has taken me the better part of a season to make. I present a snippet of my newest story:
The music was loud enough to be heard from all over the park. From everywhere creatures could hear the luscious tones of the trumpet. The cool bass of the bass and the melodious strikes of the piano as the jazz trio played on. The unmistakable sounds of Clyde Bridle and Duke Saddleback's It Don't Mean a Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing) came as clear as a bell. Eddie and his friends were astounded! Never had they heard such a dynamic sound from just three creatures before!
"Guys.", Eddie said in an awed whisper.
"Yeah?", Muller and Zion replied in equal awe.
"That's gonna be me up there someday. Yes sir. Me and my sax are gonna be a sensation!", Eddie said with a tone of finality and determination. His friends nodded and the two young zonies and lone mule scampered closer to the stage. The music cascading over them as some ponies got close enough to dance.
