It's been a good month for Twilight Sparkle, Diamond Dog, Genius, and all around target of my muse. Or at least half of it. With a brand new chapter in Three Steps Back, we delve into her home life and past somewhat. Elements of the differences are mostly apparent, though some are ambiguous, with a few even tied to as-of-yet-unwritten fics.
The next chapter will be a bit slow in coming. I'm currently bouncing between the Reflectionsverse and my EQG verse (as of now unnamed). Currently, the focus is on Eileens Spring Fling entry, but after that's done, it's back to the fluffiest Sparkle in the multiverse.
The other thing that's gone in her favour is brand new cover art!
I knew they were talented, but Harwick absolutely knocked it out of the park here for Reflection's new cover. They took my original sketch and its ingredients, then massively improved and expanded on the idea. Twilight looks exactly as I envisioned her, the lovable nerd we all know, but wrapped in a distinctly different form. One that Equestrian society has notable issues with.
Once Three Steps Back starts getting into high gear, and assuming I have the cash, they'll definitely be getting commissioned again. This kind of talent is rare indeed.
