War Of The Worlds fourth chapter update. · 8:16am Apr 1st, 2023
Hey guys, yeah this story is not dead and I’m still working on it but I’ve decided to take a break before continuing to type the rest, so in the mean time check out some interesting information and updates for this story.
1. Cover art of the story has changed featuring the title in the photo this time.
2. The Griffons will be featured as this worlds military before the Humans show up, and they will have Cold War guns and any other weapon from that time period.
3. The main six and the princesses will no longer be this story’s main characters but will rather focus and Starshine, Rose, Ember, and the guard instead as I want it to give off a “just a normal survivor nothing really special” feel like with Ray Robbie and Ratchel.
4. You won’t see the Tripods in the first few chapters as much, but as the story continues and the chapters increase, so will the tripods number of appearances because the invasion will obviously be in the tripods favor.
5. The Tripods will now try to kill and harvest all of the planets sapient species instead of just ponies, yes I did originally make it so that the tripods would only go after ponies but then I realized how stupid that sounded so I changed it.
