I've been getting various comments on stories and in PM's from people asking me about the future of stories and whether or not I plan to update things or just generally what the heck is going on, since my stories haven't been updated in like... forever and a half.
So, here's things as they stand.
For the past two years I've been struggling with depression and anxiety, sporadic panic attacks, as well as a myriad of other minor health issues.
I've only recently started seeing a professional about these issues, simply because I've been pretending they did not exist. Asking for help has been hard. Very hard. Especially if you're used to dealing with your shit on your own.
Now as you can imagine, all of these things are not exactly helpful when you're trying to get anything done, writing related or otherwise.
I've said it many times before in the past, I do intend to eventually pick things up where I left off. But when that will be... I honestly can't say.
What I can do however is say thank you to all those loyal fans who kept sending me messages and leaving comments. It is nice to know that even after this long a hiatus there are still people interested in my little scribbles.
So to all of you, you have my thanks, and appreciation.
Now I've been cautioned about making any promises at this stage, but I just want to say this: When I eventually get my head sorted out, and my shit in order, I will get right back to working on those stories. Because I loved working on them, and I want to find that joy again.

It's good that you're getting help lest it all comes to a head like with me, if you have demons give them names and don't put them in a cage and ignore them they'll only Radle the bars harder and take what they say not as mocking ridicule but as constructive criticism after all you are your own author, your story is how you write it.

Wish you luck friend, I only even learned of your existence by happenstance but suffering through such things is a fate no one deserves. I believe in you! You are stronger then this! You are not alone, you have many that look up to you and admire you. More then you will ever know. From one creator to another let it be known that though it may sometimes seem like it the ravenous fans care about you, very few are ignorant or uncaring of the person behind the screen! Don't be afraid to tell people of your progress. Or hell, if you want someone to talk about it to I volunteer. I'll be happy to listen, no one deserves to go through this alone or even just feel alone.
Good to know you're still here with us, Evergreen Heart was one of the first fimfics I ever read here and so holds a special place for me. To hear that there's even a chance for it to continue, makes me happy. Do what you need to do, friend, we'll be here
