A comment on my previous blog reminded me that I didn't update here yet, but it still won't be horribly long.

    I Live!

But I’m on a buttload of drugs and am going to pass out.

Surgery went great, even better than expected. I’ll elaborate more later.

    Until next time!

Surgery Tomorrow · 4:19am Feb 27th, 2023

Heya, Folks!

Yeah, given the blog title, can you believe I'm starting this off with an exclamation point? :rainbowlaugh:

I know, I haven't really been updating with my medical stuff, and those of you that follow DaD and not me personally may not have even known about it. I apologize for tagging the story when this blog isn't DaD-related, but I feel like this is important enough that the tag is warranted.

Anyway, long story short, after a bunch of delays for various reasons, a tumor that was found this past December is now finally scheduled to be removed tomorrow at 9:15am EST (about 10 hours from the time of this posting). For those of you that want to stay updated, Navelcolt has generously offered to comment on this post when possible in 'real time' (they have work during the day, though, so it may not be that frequent). I won't have my computer for a few days after the surgery, but I'll try to post a follow-up blog by phone as soon as I can. But it'll be short— like, "I'm alive, see y'all later," or something to that degree.

Anyway, even though I have full confidence in the surgical team, any positive vibes, prayers, or whatever you like to send would be much appreciated. Here's to getting this bastard tumor out, and I'll see y'all after the anaesthesia wears off! :derpytongue2:

Until next time!
