Hey, everyone!
Sorry for taking such a long time away. It was genuinely not my intention to be away this long. Chapter 17 is about halfway done, and the funk I fell into when George got sick bled into the holidays, and I unfortunately fell out of habit of writing a lot.
On top of this, I am currently in a different working situation and have also had to move back home due to financial difficulties.
As much as I love my parents, I cannot properly express how much of my time they take up. They’re either with me physically or with me mentally; and considering I’m a closeted brony…needless to say, they don’t support my hobbies.
Just trying to write this blog post, I’ve been interrupted twice already to do one thing or another. Again, I’m not trying to complain, but as someone with attention/focus issues, any and all interruptions are detrimental to any progress I try to make.
Been dealing with some self-esteem issues since I’ve moved back. Been doing some research and looking into self help and therapy, and I’m slowly beginning to regain my confidence again.
Looking forward to giving you guys the next chapter really soon! May start sending more regular/frequent updates as an accountability thing
Don’t be afraid to bug me about progress, it’s both incentivizing and encouraging.

Glad to hear things are getting better. I realised something today. The stories' icon with Scoots and Rainbows signs for each other has become quite special to me. It's relative simplicity makes it instantly recognisable and quite iconic. It really made me happy to see it because it meant a new chapter for a story I've gotten to really love. But it's gone beyond that. Just seeing it is enough to make me happy, it's become a thing of its own. Even without there being a new chapter. I don't know if I'm explaining this very well, but yeah.
