Wonderbolt academy Episode follow up..... Spoilders.... Whats next?

Just straight off the bat, I think a shit load of people were finally happy to see rainbow dash entering the wonderbolts. I was actually happy as well with it. Not to mention, a little history and backround of what the wonderbolts go through. Now a few things are left out of hand but I think it is easily something to look by, This one is shorter than the others and not much new chane to the show.

The episode begins when the mane six are waiting for a letter to see if rainbow dash got a letter to join the wonderbolts. When she does, she takes off to join the wonderbolts. There, she sees the academy for the first time. Pegasus are setting up the courses and everything else. A few old characters return inlcuding new voices. Now here, SPitfire is the drill sergent and has been tuned into a fine badass. When the tests begin, Rainbow Dash meets a new mare, Lightning Dust. Almost already a wanna be badass, as she is just as fast as Rainbow Dash, they both are head to head at speed.. Back at Ponyville, Pinkie anxiously awaits to get a letter from Rainbow.
The next set of challenges are to use a machine to get dizzy and recover quickly. Both Dash and Dust are relenetless to winning and being the fastest. When teams are formed, Dust is made leader while Rainbow is made wing poony. SOme form of first and second in command. Almost immediatly, Dust is shown not only as a arrogant flyer but also a bit more dangerours. She is uncaring for others if they are hurt including rainbow dash who had been hurt reaching the flags. Back at ponyville, Pinkie's frantics get worse, so Twiight suddgest to visit Dash. Back in the academy, if any pony is to join the ranks of the academy, they have to go and clear clouds as fast as they can. During that time Dust suggests making a tornado to help clear out the clouds and do it fast. However, none of them were able to control it and it spires out of control. While that happened, the tornadeo strikes the girls ballon that they used to visit Rainbow.
Dash sees this and saw her friends falling from the sky. Being quick, she quickly made clouds to soften their fall and to have the other recruits save them. Dash confronts Dust about endangering her friends, yet Dust is uncaring. Annoyed that their leader is so careless, Dash goes to confront Spitfire. She xplains that if getting others hurt or reckless, so she quits the wonderbolts. When leaving the academy, Spitfire confronts her and says that she didnt give her a chance to talk. She realises that she is right. She takes the leader badge from Lightning Dust, expelling her and making rainbow Dash the new leader. She then goes and leades her team off.

Okay... couple of things. Im actually overall happy bout this. A lot of great characters came back including cloudchaser or flitter and spitfire and others. Also a sorta back story is shown about how the Bolts are recruited and trained. One thing that bugged me was any reall back bone to it but i think it was more of a Rainbow story. Now the intro of a lot of new chacraters will be great and a shit load of shippings to come including Thunderlane and Rarity. Fuck.................... No really fuck

Not much else to go on. Spitfire is best drill sergent, Dust is actually a badass most likely a good shipping with dash. Some new developments in backround ponie. However im not sure if i missed it but i did not see derpy. Anyone can help me if i missed her. And now... well yeah whats next?
