[12/31/2022] An Author's Address

First off, it's address as in I am addressing all of you fantastic people who follow me and read what I put out - all of you make writing so very worth it.

Now! Here's the main kicker:

I've been hit by a worldbuilding wall in some respects. What that entails is that the stories I've worked on here on FIMFiction are currently somewhat 'on hiatus' but not. I keep coming back to them and not knowing where to go. HOWEVER! I have still been writing and keeping on with original fiction outside of fanfiction, over on the 'Humanity F*** Yeah' subreddit.

https://www.reddit.com/user/HarvesterFullCrumb is the Reddit account where I post from, with stories ongoing being [Incursion], [On Nexus Station] and [No Gods or Kings]. I'm still plugging away at Future Tactics, Deadwood's Detective Agency and a few others I plan to get back into here, but it's taking a lot longer due to trying to reconcile exactly how I want to continue.

What does this mean for the future? Well, we'll start with the main attraction, Future Tactics. Future Tactics - The War Games seems to be the biggest of all of my stories, and also the story with the best audience draw. What's happening with that story is moving it away from MLP Fanfiction with some extensive edits to bring it over to potentially one of the other subreddits I write with OR bringing it over to Royal Road. Plenty of choices.

This also means that every single chapter will be modified to edit out the pony influence - that's just the unfortunate side of things. You've all made me into a much better writer than when I started 9 years ago, and while I can't continue as I have (I do a lot of projects, and my full-time job takes up a lot of time too) I will be pushing forward because of how much I value all of you.

I do hope that this does not come as a shock due to how long it has been from the last posted chapter.
