Relating to the previous blog before this one...
We all watch the canon of cartoons. Sometimes we like it, sometimes we applaud what happened int he end, how the characters handled things, ect, ect...
...and sometimes we don't. Sometimes we are totally frustrated with "WHAT IFs" (Meaning there are still so many possibilities and alternate ways things could have gone)
Unfortunately, ONE STORY cannot possibly have every single kind of outcome, or ending, or possibility take place.
Having so many options is like have so many different paths in the road to take... having options is ONE THING, but being able to CHOOSE FROM THEM is another.
There are 5 different tunnels in the wall, they each lead to a different outcome (Happy, or miserable, or mutual, or comical, ect, ect)-- but you are only one person, you can only take ONE TUNNEL.
...I think that point is clear.
That's why we have Fanfiction... to create ALTERNATE-TIMELINES and UNIVERSES so things can be different, and those WHAT IFs and alternate possibilities and endings COULD have happened.
It all depends on what the Writer (Their PERSONAL PREFERENCE/SPITE) I don't care what "Good Writers" do (Listening to their audience so EVERYONE can have something) I'm not for that.
When I write my fanfics, I'm after WHAT I... and I ALONE wish to see, and I usually like to see things get WORSE instead of better.
-Beast Boy got dumped by Terra...
-Terra dumped BB (It doesn't matter what Reasons she has, it's inexcusable and I don't tolerate it)
-The Titans are more a-holes to BB than they are Friends, (Especially Raven; she's the worst)
-And then we have the MLPs. True, they have nothing to do with BB's trauma, but I still can't stand them because they get all the easy breaks, all the friendship, all the happy-ever-afters... while BB gets crap. (That's why I beat up the ponies)
I don't like the way they acted in canon-- what they did, how they took it, if they were forgiven for it, ect, ect-- I don't like it...
So that's why I make fics like mine-- that's why I make their lives WORSE instead of BETTER... I'm simply being an evil prick who wants revenge. (I like revenge)

That's my Personal Preference/Spite, and that's how it will be when I want it.
BB got dumped by Terra, and he tried to move on with his life (To me, he is already irredeemable JUST FOR THAT, and I'm gonna make his life a living hell. Heh-Heh-Heh)
-Automatic doors don't open for him...
-Cats hiss, dogs growl, babies cry, flowers wilt whenever he's near...
-Everyone in the city prefers the other Titans to him, and treat him like a pathetic nobody (even if he saves their lives)
-Even if people try to help him, they'll only make it worse
IE: (Starfire tries to setup a Dating Webpage for BB, trying to help him find a new love and forget Terra... only for him to get all thumbs down, complete with rude and painful comments showing no one is into him)
(that's just to name a few)
...All this is done and I fix it so I can push BB over the edge-- make him so incredibly angry, miserable that he would be driven to commit suicide, or become the big bad, or an anti-hero... and usually killed in the end)
That's mean, what you're doing to him!
Like I said... he's being punished for not getting the girl. The punishment is further intensified by the fact that he was willing to let her go and move on himself. (Just as my PERSONAL PREFERENCE/SPITE likes it)
Terra... She didn't have to become a hero again, all I cared about was THE ROMANCE between her and BB. They could have still dated, but she chose to tell him off... kick him out of her life, not wanting to remember him anymore or even when she said "You were the best friend... I ever had"
You don't know how much I'd like to BACKHAND her across the face for that! (Almost made BB do it)
Instead I make other things happen to her...
-She's a poor student who gets bad grades (She can't concentrate because her conscience is full of guilt and shame)
-Boys don't like her so she can't get dates or make friends other than those two girls.
-She has nightmares of Slade taunting her for what she did to BB
-If she has a job, it's very low paying, degrading, and all she can hope for (She can't do any better)
Or instead of having BB backhand her across the face, the stool she's sitting on suddenly breaks and she falls, and she still gets bruised, and BB has no sympathy for her (She deserved it) Eventually the pain and injury received from it will vanish, but not her mental pain (That stays)
That's cruel! Just because she wanted to be normal?
For breaking BB's heart all to get only what she wanted for herself... that's beyond cruel, and cold. (Her reasons wanting to may be understandable, but what she did is totally inexcusible)
She deserves to be punished for this... (Just as my PERSONAL PREFERENCE/SPITE likes it)
I like seeing her suffer for it...just as much as I love seeing BB suffer for giving up on her in the first place.
As for the MLPs, true... they had nothing to do with BB's trauma, or what's happening to him. What I hate is the fact that BB gets all the crap dumped on him, while the ponies get all the friendship, all the easy breaks, all the happy ever afters.
...I'd like to show them what it's like to be BB, or someone like him... where friendship fails, and trying to stay confident means nothing.
MLP and knowinng the unrealistic ways they deal with friendship stretches my "Things Change" wound, and all other angry wounds I have wide open, and that's why I torture them... I'm going to show them what it's like to be in a world of hurt and pain... and don't count on Friendship helping you too much this time.
Like in FRIENDSHIP IS FAILURE 13: DARKNESS OF DIMENSIONS...
I'll fix it so Twilight is never going to get Spike back, no matter much she wants him back
-She cannot bring the dead back to life
-Spike doesn't even WANT to come back to life, he feels content as a Dark Angel.
-Even if the Dark Angels never caused that mega rapture and wiped out the mutli-verse...
A: I would just make it so when the Dark Zone goes, all the Dark Angels are wiped out of existence (So Spike STILL can't come back)
B: Even if by some miracle she could bring Spike back to life... he still is angry with her and DOES NOT wish to rekindle their friendship (He runs away)
...Spike's never coming back, and the friendship is forever lost. That's final! (Just as my PERSONAL PREFERENCE/SPITE wills it)
*seeing Twilight CRUSHED and in tearful defeat*

Though I think in the long run, no matter how the FiM finale presented it, Twilight never got a happy-ever-after nor will she ever get one. She was made immortal without her consent, forced to rule an entire kingdom even though she prolly has no idea how to even run a kingdom, she most likely outlived her friends, and that precious harmony she and her friends worked so hard to achieve came crashing down by the time of My Little Pony: A New Generation.
Either that or she was killed sometime between 'The Last Problem' and My Little Pony: A New Generation. Sure, G5 is never gonna touch on what happened to Twilight but it's still fun to ponder what cruel fate fell upon her.
I don't think they really ARE immortal, but rather just have LONG lifespans
After all... Immorality doesn't just mean you don't die, you also cannot be harmed... and when Celestia was nearly downed by Chrysalis; that's a surefire proof that Celestia can still die or be killed.
Look at Spike himself: Dragons can live from Centuries to a few thousand years. (Spike could outlive ALL his friends including Twilight)
