Hello everypony,
I have some great news that you’ll probably want to hear. So, yesterday I put out a blog post expressing my disappointment at the poor performance of my latest story “Izzy Moonbow Across The Multiverse of Randomness.” I was crushed at the slow performance due to the other stories, particularly the original story and “Worthless” doing so well in comparison. I said that I was thinking about quitting the saga, but still intended to release “Forgiven” due to it already being completed. Thanks to the wonderful encouragement and advice from users LordFlareon and StarlightGlimmer1 (Go follow them, they’re great), I’ve decided not to cancel the rest of the Misty Saga after all.
At the end of the day, it’s readers like you that count and I just needed a reminder that as long as one or two people find genuine enjoyment in these stories, then that’s all the more reason to keep them coming. I’ve been so caught up in the numbers that I almost forgot why I started writing to begin with. Rest be assured, I’m sticking it out and I will see this saga through to completion, successes or not. I will most likely release “Forgiven” tomorrow night when I return home from my day out and let me tell ya, you guys are going to love it. After that, I will write the final installment in Misty’s trilogy currently under the title of “Redeemed.”
Again, thank you so much to LordFlareon and StarlightGlimmer1 for reminding me of my passion for writing and I look forward to seeing you all very soon.
If you ever feel like your story is doing bad, just look at mine in comparison. It will make you feel better. Trust me.
