My attempt of bringin a new race into the Mlp universe.
While practicing some of her tricks. Rainbow Dash crashes into the Everfree forest and is saved by a mysterious giant snakelike creature, know as a Naga What is the purpose of this mysterious creature? Why did it save Dash in the first place and will she be alright?
What will Rainbow's friends do once they realize she is missing? Will they save her in time or is Dash going to end as dinner.
It was a beautiful day in the land of Equestria,the birds were singing and the sun was shining.
It was simple a wonderful day, and a certain rainbow maned pegasus was flying through the air doing what she does best.
“Woho! flying is the best thing ever.” dash shouted while performing a triple loop.
She was practicing all of her classic tricks, the cloud buster, the awesome ballerina super spin, the classic barrel roll and she was going to end it all with her trademark sonic rainboom. She flew high into the air and once she was certain she gained enough altitude, she dived down towards the planet’s surface. This time however, she decided to do it upside down with her eyes closed, because she was sure that her awesomeness would make it look even more awesome.
But faith is a curious thing, you never know what tricks it might have in store for you.
Earlier that day, Discord the now reformed embodiment of chaos decided to treat everypony in Canterlot to chocolate milk and cotton candy. Of Course using his chocolate filled cotton candy clouds to do so. It was a treat almost everypony in Canterlot enjoyed, since his chocolate milk was the best you could possible get your hooves on. But Discord always made sure the little fillies and colts got served first. The happy smiles on their pudgy little faces, could even bring Discord to his knees.
But one of his pink cloud had manage to escape him, but what harm could one tiny cloud bring.
Rainbow Dash was descending from the sky in a rapid pace, then it happened she broke the sound barrier and a ring of rainbow colors spread across the sky.
“Ha ha ha ha, I’m too awesome for my own good.” she said happily still flying with her eyes closed.
*SPLAT!* she hit the cotton candy cloud hard, she was completely engulfed by the sugary treat relaxing in the sky. The cloud was so sticky that she was unable to flap her wings to slow her descent. Luckily for her she was above the everfree forest, all the branches between her and the ground would hopefully slow her down a little.
“Oh no, this is bad. Ahhhhhhhh!” The branches ripped fiercely at her coat and she slammed her back into several thick ones. She finally crashed into the everfree forest with a loud boom.
Once the smoke cleared, Rainbow simply laid on the ground unconscious for a short while, but after a few minutes, she carefully stood up on her legs. Her vision was blurry and her entire body was hurting. She could see blood dripping from her head.
“This is bad, I need to get back to Ponyville.”
She jumped in the air and flared her wings, she felt a sharp pain in her back, that was when she realized that she had broken something in the fall. “Oh, please don't be my wing, please don't be my wing.” She carefully looked at her back and realised that one of her wings were missing. Dash started to panic, her heart was beating fast and she started to feel wossy. She fell back to the ground with a hard thud.
“No, this can’t be happening. I need to get back to Ponyville, I can't end like this!”
Dash tried to get back on her hooves, but the pain in her body was too much and the blood loss was not helping. She then heard the familiar noise of leaves rustling and twigs breaking.
The noise was getting closer and closer. Until finally a giant shadow was looming over dash’s broken body. Rainbow’s vision was too blurry to see who or what it was, but whatever it was it was big and it was reaching out for her.
“Somepony, Please help me.” She prayed before she passed out.
The giant creature picked up Dash and cradled her unconscious body in its arms.
Rainbow dash woke up in an unfamiliar bed and inside a dark cave, the cave was being illuminated by blue crystal emerging from the walls. The light was beautiful but not too bright, she had a hard time seeing anything inside the cave. She tried to get out of the bed, but to her surprise she realised that something was pinning her down. Dash continued to struggle, but whatever was keeping her in the bed, would simply not budge.
Then she heard something move inside the cave, she looked all over the place but it was too dark to see anything properly. A giant pair of green slitted eyes were looming over her.
Dash was panicking, the eyes alone were huge, she did not even see who the owner was. Once again she tried to free herself from whatever was holding her down. She felt a sharp pain in her body and realised that even if she could free herself somehow, she would not be able to fly away. Her heart was beating fast and sweat was drizzling down her forehead, she started to hyperventilate.
“You ssssshould not move around ssssso much, your body ssssstill have not healed.” A grim but gentle voice said.
Dash did not say a word, she was too scared to do anything. Whatever this creature was, it had her completely in its grasp. Dash would never admit it, but she cried, tears of a once proud mare who had been reduced to a broken fragment of who she once was. Her tears were slowly rolling down her cheeks and onto the bed.
The creature moved closer to her. Dash did not move an inch, she was too scared. Was this the end of the fastest flyer in Equestria, the future captain of the Wonderbolts? No it was not, Dash refused to end this way, she was not going down without a fight. She did not care how big or strong this thing was. Dash waited for the creatures face to get closer.
The creature moved closer to her, it reached out with one of its fingers towards her face. That was when she saw her moment, she bit down on the creatures finger with all her might. The creature reared back and the grip on dash’s body lossend. She took this moment and got out of the bed, she then bucked the creature right between its disgusting green eyes.
The creature however did not respond to the her kick. It was almost like Dash never kicked it, she tried again, this time she put all her energy in the buck. But once again the creature did not flinch. Realising that it was useless to try again. Dash sprinted towards a big light source, assuming that it was the exit. Her entire body was hurting, it felt like she was being stabbed by a thousand spears, but she was not going to give up. She pushed on, she could see the moonlight and the night sky, she was so close to freedom. But once she reached the entrance, she started to cough harshly *COUGH COUGH!* She fell to the ground, she tried to rise herself to her hooves. But it was no use, once she was standing on all four. The creature had already made its way to the exit, it was blocking her only escape route.
“MOVE OUT OF THE WAY! OR ELSE I WIL-” *BLARGH! She was puking blood, the adrenaline she felt earlier was gone and she passed out on the cave floor.
Dash woke up in the same bed as before. She looked all around for the mysterious creature, but the only thing that caught her eyes was a small bonfire fire in the middle of the cave. judging by the rays of light coming from the outside. It should be in the middle of the day. She found it strange, why was there a fire going on at this hour? Unless that thing was planning on roasting her before eating her. Dash gulped, she then tried to get out of the bed. The pain in her body was too great and she ended up falling out of the bed, her face smashed against the ground.
“Ouch! great even more pain.” dash mumbled while rubbing her muzzle.
She felt something wet on her hoof. “Oh great on top of all this I got a nosebleed.” She brought one of her hooves to her nose, it did little good to stop the bleeding.
Dash did however not have time for this. She still had to escape before the creature came back. with great pain she slowly pushed herself onto her hooves. Her legs felt like jelly, and she was breathing heavily. Every step she took was a challenge. Not only did it hurt like crazy, she felt so weak and all the bandages on her body was not making it easier for her.
Dash had barely made it to the fire before she collapsed. The creature was still nowhere to be seen, so she decided to take a short breather to regain her strength. She looked over her broken body and that was when she realised that her a large portion of her body was covered in bandages.
“If that monster wants to eat me, then why would it treat my wounds and why would it put me back in the bed? It makes no sense, what kind of monster would nurse its dinner back to health before eating it?”
Dash was deep in thought and she failed to notice that something had come through the cave’s entrance. Then she heard a loud growling noise. Dash turned her eyes towards the source of the growling. She was expecting the monster from last night, but to her misfortune the creature standing before her was a large timberwolf.
The timberwolf slowly made its way towards her. The wolf was growling and was drooling all over the cave floor. Dash quickly raised to her hooves, only to fall back down again. “BLARGH!” She once again puked blood and her strength faded. The timberwolf licked its lips and walked slowly towards her. It licked one of her legs before biting down on it.
With a loud crunch the beast broked her bone and was brutally ripping of pieces of flesh, the wolfs snout was covered in blood.
“AHHHHHHHHHH!” Dash screamed, she had never felt pain like this before. Was this how she was going to die? Tears streamed down her face as the wolf continued to eat. Her vision begun to blur and she was having a hard time staying conscious.
Then suddenly a large shadow loomed over the timberwolf and a loud hiss echoed through the cave. The TImberwolf stopped eating and looked to the source of the hissing. The wolf growled and begun to bark loudly. But its barking came to an abrupt stop as the creature grabbed the wolf by its neck and snapped it. The creature then proceeded to break the wolf into tiny pieces and throw them into the fire. A green puff of smoke escaped the fire.
The creature made its way over to where dash was laying, it looked down on her leg and sighed.
“I Ssssshould have ssssstayed clossssser to the cave.” The creature said while cleaning and bandaging Dash’s mutilated leg. It then carefully carried Dash back to the bed and pulled the blanket over her body.
Who is this creature, why did it save me? Dash thought as she faded away into a deep slumber.
Rainbow was pulled out of the land of dreams by some severe coughing. “Cough cough cough!” Her throat was dry and the faint taste of blood was lingering in the back of her throat. She opened her eyes and realised that it was in the middle of the night, she heard a noise and the creature was now right besides the bed, its massive body towering over her.
A bowl of water was brought towards her and and she felt a hand that was gently pushing her up so she could drink properly. At the moment Dash was so drowsy and thirsty, that she was able to ignored her fears, the only thing on her mind was the need to quench her thirst. She lowered her muzzle and drank deep from the cold water.
Once the bowl was emptied, she was carefully lowered back down into the bed. With her thirst quenched and the taste of blood no longer present, she shut her eyes. It did not take long for her to once again drift of to sleep.
The green eyes in the dark never lost their focus. Like a parent watching over a wounded child, or perhaps like a falcon looming over its next prey. The creature would not leave her side. But what is it’s purpose, only time will tell.
Meanwhile in the humble village of Ponyville. The rain was pouring down and lightning struck in the distance, on a night like this anypony would prefer to stay inside their warm little houses. But there was one lonely pegasus who was outside, she was on her way to the local library. Ignoring the storm and the cold wiping of the rain. The yellow pegasus would not stop for anything.
Twilight sparkle was enjoying a pleasant sleep in her bed after a long season of late night studying. She was drooling and enjoying a wonderful dream.
“Twilight Sparkle, my most faithful student. I have asked you here today for one reason only.” Celestia said splayed out on her back on a silk bed, her royal regalia was nowhere to be found and her usually everflowing mane had subsided, her now pink mane was covering one of her eyes. The aroma of chocolate and wine lingering it the air was intoxicating.
Twilight's eyes were wide open and she were unable to say anything, she just enjoyed the view.
“Princess I Do-”
a white hoof was gently place upon Twilight’s lips. “shush shush shush. Now don't say a word, come to mama and let her take care of you.”
Celestia pulled Twilight onto the bed. “I want you t-”
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!* Twilight’s dream was interrupted by the hard knocking on her door. With the grace of a slug, twilight slided out of her bed and walked towards the door.
“I swear, if this is a joke of some kind. I will transform whoever is responsible into an orange and then I’ll eat that orange.” Twilight muttered to herself.
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!*
“Yes I’m on my way, take it easy!” Twilight opened the door, only to reveal a soaked fluttershy, her eyes were swollen and bloodshot, it was obvious that something was not right.
“Fluttershy are you ok? Come inside, I don’t want you to catch a cold from standing outside in the rain.” She said with worry in her voice.
Fluttershy leaped onto Twilight and cried her eyes out. “I can’t find Rainbow Dash.” She said between sobs.
Twilight hugged her friend tightly and stroked her mane. “There,there. Now come inside and clam down. Sit down I’ll get you some hot tea and get a fire started. Once you are all dry and have calmed yourself we can talk, ok?”
Fluttershy nodded and walked to the fireplace, tears still streaming down her cheeks.
A few moments later.
A nice warm fire was crackling in the furnace and the scent of herbal tea filled the air.
Twilight was drying Fluttershy with a towel, once she was dry she was handed a cup of tea.
Twilight took a sip of tea from her own cup, she then placed it on a nearby table.
She took a deep calming breath. “So what were you saying about Dash, Fluttershy?”
Fluttershy had not touched her tea, her lower lip was trembling and tears were once again beginning to form in her eyes.
“It is awful, I have not seen Rainbow Dash since yesterday. She had promised to help me give Harry the bear a massage, once she finished practicing, and Rainbow never breaks a promise. When she did not show up I went looking for her, I was worried that she might have crashed or something.” Fluttershy began to sob and tears were dripping into her tea.
Twilight walked up to fluttershy and put a hoof on her shoulder.
“Fluttershy, Rainbow is the best flyer we know, I doubt anything serious have happened. But you are right, Rainbow would never break a promise.
*Clink*
Fluttershy’s teacup hit the floor and she was trembling like a scared puppy. Twilight levitated the teacup on the floor, she then sat down in front of Fluttershy. She hugged her and allowed her to cry on her shoulder.
“Sniff, what if *sob* she is hurt *sob* and can’t get back home?!” Fluttershy sobbed like a foal who had lost it’s mother.
Twilight levitated a tissue and wiped away her tears. “I promise that nothing bad has happened, maybe she took a nap on a cloud and it drifted away on the wind. I bet she is taking cover for the rain and will be back tomorrow. Now calm down and blow your nose.
With the grace of an angel, fluttershy blew her nose.
“But what if she’s not?” Tears were dripping down her face and down onto on the floor.
“I promise that if Rainbow Is not in Ponyville by tomorrow, we will gather everypony and search for her, ok?” Twilight smiled.
Fluttershy nodded her head, a big yawn escaped from her mouth. Her eyes were puffy from all the crying and she was feeling very tired. She rose from to her hooves and started walking towards the door. To her surprise Twilight teleported in front of her with a stern look on her face.
“Just where do you think your going?”
“Umm, home, if thats okay?” Fluttershy was a tad confused by the way her friend was acting.
“Oh no you don’t, it’s raining outside. You are emotionally unstable and you are probably not feeling too good, I'm not letting you walk home in this weather. I'm not allowing you to take the risk of catching a cold. you are staying here tonight.”
“But, I umm-”
“No buts Fluttershy! Now walk up those stairs and when i'm done cleaning up the tea. I want you to have brushed your teeth and gotten ready for bed.”
“Okej.” She whispered.
A few moments later, Twilight emerged from downstairs. She found Fluttershy standing outside her bathroom, with a slightly confused look on her face.
“Is something wrong Fluttershy?”
“Umm, I know you wanted me to be ready for bed. But where am I supposed to sleep?”
Twilight flashed a friendly smile to her. “You are sleeping in my bed, we are sleeping together tonight.”
“Epp, what, I mean I.... I can sleep on the couch, not that I would mind sharing the same bed with you. But I don't want you to feel uncomfortable.”
“Oh Fluttershy, I don’t mind. Besides I think you will feel alot better if we sleep together. Now come on, in the bed with you.” Twilight commanded.
Fluttershy slowly climbed into Twilights bed, shortly after Twilight climbed in, she pulled the covers over them both.
“Goodnight Fluttershy, sleep tight and have wonderful dreams.”
“Umm, likewise.”
Twilight turned of the lamp and she drifted off to sleep. Fluttershy was looking up in the ceiling, thinking about the things that had occurred that evening. She looked over at the sleeping Twilight.
“Thanks for being such a good friend Twilight.” She thought as she closed her eyes. She felt so lucky to have such a wonderful friend.
Suddenly Twilight rolled over and hugged her tightly. “Mmm, Celestia I promise to be gentle.” she muttered in her sleep and she gently nibbled on Fluttershy’s ear.
Fluttershy did not dare to move, she did not want to wake her friend, and thus the most awkward night in Fluttershy’s life had begun.
Rainbow Dash woke up a few hours later. As she sat up in the bed she could hear That rain was pouring down and the thunder rumbling in the distance. She turned her head left and right, looking for the monster. When she realised that it was not in the cave she gave a sigh of relief.
Dash had only one thing on her mind, escape while she had the chance. She made it to the edge of the bed and slowly lowered her hooves down onto the ground. The pain shooting through her hooves was not pleasant, she cringed a little. But once she manage to get her hind legs on the ground she almost passed out. The pain was too great. She had forgotten that a timberwolf had brutally snapped one of her hind legs. She was about to smash into the ground, when something snagged her torso. She was carefully lifted into the air and that’s when she realised that the monster had been sitting in the ceiling the entire time.
The monster was clutching one of the many stalagmites in the roof, and it very gently lifted Rainbow into the air. Once she was on eye level with the monster, it said.
“You should not move around ssssso much, little one.” It carefully placed Dash back on the bed, still holding her carefully by her torso.
Dash looked up in the ceiling, for the first time since she was taken to the cave. She got a good look at the monster.
But what she saw made her regret ever looking, a giant snake like creature with six arms.
Dash panicked and squirmed like foal in a highchair. But the snake monster was too strong, she tried everything but she was unable to escape its grip. She was scared, she was at the mercy of the monster. Tears started to form in her eyes and she wanted to scream.
The snake moved closer to her and it started to reach for her. Dash thought her final moment had come, she covered her head with her hooves and cried silently. But to her surprise the snake did not harm her instead it used one of its hands to wipe away the tears from her eyes. Dash slowly lifted her hooves and looked at the snake with a confused, terrified look on her face.
“You don’t have to be afraid little one. I'm not going to hurt you, but you need to move around lessssss violently, I underssssstand that you mussssst be terrified. But if you move around like that you are going to end up hurting yourssssself even more.” The snake said in a hissing but gentle tone.
Dash was breathing fast and she was still scared. But she gathered her courage and asked the first thing that came to her mind.
“So you are not going t..t...to ea..ea..eat me?” She said her voice trembling.
The grip on her torso loosened up and she was now sitting down on the bed. The snake leaned down to her eye level and smiled.
“Of course not, why would I have saved you in the first place if I simply wanted to eat you?”
Dahs looked down and begun to fidget with her hooves. She was uncertain of of how to feel about her current situation. On one hand she was wounded, and inside a cave with a giant snake monster. On the other hoof she knew never to judge a book or in this case a monster by its cover. She looked back up at the monster.
“What is your name?”
The snake turn its head and produced a few cracking sounds.
“You would not be able to pronounce my birth name properly. Ssssso you may call me by the name of my kin. My name is Naga, nice to meet you.” Naga held out one of his hands to Rainbow.
Rainbow assumed that he wanted her to grab his hand. So she reached out with one of her hooves and touched his big hand. He shook it slowly and carefully.
“My name Is Rainbow Dash, the fastest flyer in Equestria.” She smiled.
Could this be the beginning of a wonderful friendship or is something hiding in the dark?
It was a grim day in the usually happy town of Ponyville. Almost all of the residents had gathered at the town center.
The mayor of Ponyville was standing at a podium outside the town hall. Everyones eye was on the her and silence hung heavily in the air.
She took a deep breath and started talking.“I want to begin by thanking all of you for coming. As you have been told, Rainbow dash have gone missing and we are all very worried about her. So I would appreciate it if everyone could help out in the search for her.”
The ponies in the crowd started to whisper and mumble.
“I can't believe she is gone.” “mumble mumble gasp mumble whisper.” “I hope she is alright.”
*cough* Major Mare cleared her throat “She went missing two weeks ago and I know that we are all very worried. But let’s do our best. And find her! Everypony get together in groups of four and look everywhere. Anypony who finds anything reports back to Twilight Sparkle.”
“YES!” The town-ponies all cheered together and ran off in different directions.
Twilight Sparkle was inside the library. She had prepared a map of the local region around Ponyville. On top of the map lay one of Rainbow’s feathers, Twilight grasped it with her magic and focused on the map. If everything went as planned, she would be able to experience Dash’s recent memories through her own eyes. The map was only for pinpointing the current location of her friend.
Spike was walking back and forth inside the library, he was worried about Rainbow and he was feeling rather useless. He was too small to search by himself and since he was unable to utilize the magic that delved within him. It left him with nothing but waiting and hoping that his friend was okay.
“Are you getting anything Twi?”
The aura around Twilight's horn faded and she took a deep breath. “Spike fetch me a bigger map I’m not finding anything with this one.” Spike ran up the stairs and moments later he came back with a bigger map, this one covering everything between Canterlot and the Everfree forest. Spike placed the map on the floor. “I hope you can find something. I’m worried about her.”
“Me too Spoke Me too.Twilight placed the feather on the map and once again her horn flared up and the search was on. She was getting something, a dark forest, a roaring fire. A big timberwolf was snarling at her,then something big came into view and whatever it was. It’s roar was enough to break Twilight’s concentration.
She was snapped out of the spell with massive force, powerful enough to slam her into the wall. The impact caused a few bookshelves to tumble over.
“TWILIGHT!” Spike rushed to her side and put his claws on his face in confusion.
(Oh no. what do I do? Water!) Spike ran into the kitchen and filled a glass with water. He then proceeded to throw it on Twilight.
“Come on Twilight wake up!” He continuously chanted as he carefully slapped her face. After a few moments of constant slapping and yelling. Twilight finally started groaning.
“Twilight! I was so worried, I was just about to carry you to the hospital.” The baby dragon hugged his big Sisters face and kissed her forehead. “Spike! Get of me.” She shook him off herself and raised to her hooves. “I understand that you are worried and I thank you for it. But I need you to take a letter to the princess.”
Spike immediately rushed off to get a piece of parchment and a quill. “Okay, I’m ready to take a letter. But can you please tell me what you saw first?”
Twilight was wasn't sure whether to tell him or not, but he was worried as well. She took a deep breath. “Listen carefully Spike. I think I saw a creature that I’m not sure whether it exists or not, that is why I need to send this letter. I need her to confirm this for me.”
Spike scratched his head. “Okay. But can you tell me what it was?”
Twilight sighed and sat down on the floor. “I saw a snake-”
“A snake common Twilight, I know that you afraid of them but what can a tiny little snake possible do to harm Rainbow?”
Twilight gave spike a glare of disappointment. “Would you let me finish. The snake I saw was towering over rainbow, it was huge and scary.”
Spike facepalmed into one of his claws. “Twilight the entire town know that you have a phobia towards snakes, maybe the image you saw was distorted by your own fear. I mean you only get knocked out like that when you get scared or when somepony is forcefully blocking you out with a counter spell. And if you think logically, there is no snake that big in Equestria. And if there were you would already know it.”
“Spike why would you say such a thing! Don’t you thin-” Twilight was interrupted by a loud burp and a green flame. Out of the smoke a scroll appeared, it was sealed with Princess Celestia’s Insignia. Twilight grabbed the scroll and read it.
“My dear student Twilight Sparkle. It has come to my attention that Rainbow Dash have been missing for two weeks. I wish I would have know of this earlier, then I would have dispersed the royal guard sooner. I hope you and the rest of your friends are doing okay, I’m here incase you need me. Always remember that. If Rainbow Dash is not found within a week I will utilize the sun itself to find her, or what remains of her. I wish you best of luck and never forget. I’m always here for you. With love your mentor Princess Celestia.”
Twilight placed the letter on a nearby shelf and sighed in relief.
(Thank you Celestia, you alway know what to say.)
“What did it say?”
Twilight snapped out of her daydreaming and back into reality. “Princess Celestia is aiding us in the search for Rainbow. Isn’t that great!”
“Well, I guess.”
“Spike. I’m sorry about earlier, I think you are right. There is no way there could be a snake that big. Anyway let’s continue. I'm going to try the spell again. Would you mind making some lunch for us?”
Spike gave Twilight a guard salute. “I’m on it.” He said as he walked towards the kitchen. She once again focus on the feather and closed her eyes.
I will find you Rainbow I promise, I will search for you day and night. I won't stop until you are safely back here in Ponyville.
Despite her many fears Fluttershy, was not one who would abandon a friend. Rainbow had always been their for her whenever she was feeling down or if she needed help. She had been searching ever since her friend disappeared, with little to no rest. She would only stop her search to feed all of her animal friends.
The day was coming to an end the sun had begun its descent from the sky. But that meant nothing to her, she would rather pass out due to exhaustion than turn back.
“RAINBOW DASH!” Her voice was getting hoarse after hours of shouting.
She would never admit it. Not even to herself, but she was beginning to lose hope. Was it not for all the help, encouragement and pep talk from her friend Ditzy Doo. She would probably have given up.
“RAINBOW DASH!”Tears were slowly flowing down her face and her eyes hung low due to exhaustion.
She fell from the sky, as her body was unable to continue. Was it not for Ditzy, she would have hit the ground hard. Ditzy had flown below her and caught her as she descended towards the ground with dangerous speed. She flew towards the place she called home. A big house formed out of clouds, similar to Rainbow’s house. She opened the door and walked upstairs. She pushed a door opened and walked inside. the room did not have a lot of furniture there was a bed, a desk and a window. She jumped up on the bed and let Fluttershy slide of her body and into the bed, she then pulled the covers over her friend.
“Rainbow Dash.” She mumbled in her sleep, tears still running down her face.
Ditzy walked up next to the bed. She grabbed one of Fluttershy’s hooves and beginned stroking her mane. She was more worried about the well being of Fluttershy than of Dash. Ditzy knew that Dash could handle herself. But Fluttershy was so fragile in comparison.
Her eyes shot opened and she tried to get out of bed.“I don’t have time to rest I need to find Rainbow!” Fluttershy was about to lose it, so many days with neither rest or food. It leaves it’s mark on everypony.
Ditzy gently pushed her back into bed. “No. You are not going anywhere, it’s time for bed Fluttershy.”
“But I can’t sleep now I need to find her!” She was doing everything in her power to get out of bed. But Ditzy would not budge.
“We can look more tomorrow, after you have a long relaxing bath and a big breakfast. But right now you need to sleep.” Ditzy was doing her best to look serious, her eye condition did little to help.
“NO!” Tears were flowing freely, her breathing was heavy and unstable. She bit Ditzy’s hoof as hard as she could. But once she realised what she was doing she broke down completely. “WAINBOW DAWHS” She cried out in between sobs.
Ditzy embraced her poor friend in a warm hug and whispered in her ear. “It’s going to be fine. We are going to find her. We won’t stop until she is back here with us.”
Fluttershy cried herself to sleep after 30 minutes. Ditzy lowered her friend into bed and once again pulled the covers over her. She gave her a warm nuzzle before she left. Ditzy made it to the bottom of the stairs and walked into the living room.
“I take it that she is finally asleep?” A voice said, from behind the big red armchair in front of the fireplace in the center of the room.
“Yes. Have you found anything?”
A ring of smoke flew into the air followed by a long sigh. “No I have not. I’m sorry Ditzy.”
Ditzy walked up to the armchair and looked somepony in the eye. “It’s okay Doctor. I bet you are doing everything you can.” She said with a smile.
Another ring of smoke flew into the air. “I wish I had better news for you my love. But I fear that Rainbow Dash is dead. Either that or I’m not looking hard enough.” He put his pipe down and stood up.
“Don’t say things like that, she is alive I know it.” She hugged the brown stallion and he in turn returned the hug.
A few moments passed. “Now get some sleep my love. I’ll keep an eye on Fluttershy this eve. You need to rest properly, you are probably the only one who can take care of her when she is like this.”
Ditzy broke the hug and walked towards her bedroom. “I owe her that, she was there for me when I needed help and I’ll be darned if I don’t do the same.
Goodnight Doctor.”
“Goodnight my love.”
Silence engulfed the house as the hour grew late. And the promise of another day lay beneath the horizon in wait for dawn.
Rainbow Dash was laying on the bed, she was bored and slightly depressed. She glanced at her back and sighed, the loss of her wing was a big deal.
But she keep her spirit up, she had heard something about it being was possible to regrow a wing with magic. As soon as she got back to ponyville she was going to ask Twilight all about it. Her trail of thought was interrupted by a big black snout and a pair of green eyes getting a little too close.
Dash jumped a little out of surprise. “Ahhh! Naga you got to stop sneaking up on me like that. Its creepy.”
The viper chuckled. “I’m sssssorry I did not mean to ssssscare you. Anyway how are you feeling today?”
“For starters you did not scare me, you surprised me there is a clear difference. Secondly I’m feeling fine, my leg hurts a little but its nothing I can’t handle.”
“How nice. I’m going to change your bandages, pleassssse ssssstay ssssstill.” Naga begun to unwrap the bandage around her leg. “It’s healing well.” He said as he replaced the old one.
“Well that is cause you take such good care of me, even if your medicines taste a bit weird they do what they are meant to.”
In the beginning Rainbow had been very suspicious about having a giant talking snake monster taking care of her. But over time her trust for him only grew, despite his rough appearance he truly had a heart of gold. He was always there if she needed anything, he was a real friend and she was happy that she meet him. At times he almost felt like the older brother she never had.
Dash fidgeted with her hooves.“Naga can I ask you a something?”
“Of Course you can. I’ll anssssswer to the bessssst of my knowledge.”
Dash took a deep breath. “Do your kin eat meat?” Dash was nervous over the answer, but it was something that had bugged her ever since day one.
Naga crossed his six arms and leaned against the mountain wall. “Yes my kin is capable of eating meat. But we are fully capable of surviving on a strictly vegetarian diet. Personally I prefer to eat vegetables, but don't get me wrong if I have to kill a manticore or sssssomething. I will bring it back and eat it. In my hometown everyone tend to eat whatever they feel like. There is plenty of prey and it’s easy to grow vegetables underground.”
“Wait, your kin lives underground?”
“Yesssss for a matter of fact we do. But my species is not native to the underground. Once upon a time the vipers ruled the lands now know as Equestria. But that was a long time ago, nowadays we live deep underground and we don’t mind.
Dash was not usually interested in history, but she was bored out of her skull and Naga was a rather good story teller. Naga arched his back and wrapped his tail around one of the stalagmites hanging from the ceiling. He crossed his arms again and continued to talk upside down.
“Similar to ponies there are a few different breed of vipers. All the male vipers born are nagas, three days after a naga is hatched he is taken away by either his father or his mentor.
Then for twenty years he is put through brutal training everyday, once a naga is fully learned he has only one more task. He needs to kill his teacher and devourer his body in order to gain his knowledge and experience. But if you ask me I think that is a load of minotaurshit. I remember when I ate my mentor, I did not feel stronger or wiser. I felt sad, but that is the way of the naga and I was not going to be the one to break the ancient traditions of my people. Once a naga returns he is taken into the army and there he struggles to earn a rank. The lowest begin scout and the highest being royal guard, very few is presented with that honor. Once within the army he is taught the art of the blade, once he masters one way of fighting he learns a new one and so forth until he is a master of every fighting style available. There are no finer warriors in this world than the naga.
“So you have to kill your own dad in order to finish the training?” Dash gaged at the thought. “That sounds horrible”
“Yes. It’s a tradition as old as the queen herself.”
“Anyway. All the female vipers are called gorgons. Unlike the naga who gets taken away for twenty years. They are cared for by the mother until they have learned the art of the bow and arrow,from their teachers. Once a gorgon have mastered the bow, she is usually around ten to fifteen of age. The age tend to differ from gorgon to gorgon, their way of teaching is a lot softer than the way of the naga. A naga can die at any given time during his training, if he is too weak he dies and thats it. A gorgon rarely even gets a scratch during their training, a scared gorgon is a weak gorgon and therefore she is not a suitable mate for the mighty nagas. Then once she is capable of conceiving hatchlings, she is taken to a high ranked warrior of the gorgon kin. There she learns how to utilize the gaze, the gaze is a direct inherited from our queen. With the gaze a gorgon can paralyze any living creature with eyes. It takes a about two to three years to master. Once a gorgon have mastered both the gaze and the bow, she is considered an adult. Once they reach adulthood they are free to do whatever they wish, They can learn the art of the blacksmith, how to cook, master a different way of fighting or become a broodmother only to mention a few of the many options presented to the gorgon. Despite their freedom there are few who ever leaves the city. There are no finer archers than the gorgons in this world.
“There are some very good archers in the pony armies. But I guess a giant snake with six arms is better.”
“The gorgons are born with only four armsssss, but they do wield two bows at once.”
“I see. Is the duty of a broodmother exactly what it sounds like?”
“More or less I'm going to assume that we are thinking of the sssssame thing. Naga descended from the stalagmite and cracked his jaw a few times.
“Are there anymore kinds of vipers like some sort of unicron?” Dash asked genuinely interested
“There is a few more and yes there is a viper that is capable of casting spells. But it’s getting late I’ll tell you more some other day, you still need to rest a lot if you are going it heal properly.” He pulled the covers over her and smiled.
“Fine. I’ll see you tomorrow then. goodnight Naga.” Dash yawned and closed her eyes.
Naga slithered down into a deep hole and curled himself up like a cinnamon bun. “Goodnight Dash. Sssssweet dreams.”
The morning came fast and Dash awoke to two green eyes staring at her. “AHHHH!” Dash jumped in the air in surprise. Luckily Naga was quick enough to catch her before she hit the ground.
She was laying on her back in a pair of Nagas big arm's “GODDAMNIT NAGA! Can you stop doing that, it creeps me out.” Dash’s heart was racing and she gave Naga a death stare.
“Ssssashashashashsa. I’m sorry Dash, but you always wake up when I'm about to wake you.” He put Dash back on the bed.
“Anyway I’m going outside for a bit, we are running low on fresh water. I prepared some soup for you, its standing next to the bed. I’ll be back soon and if you need me all you need to do is scream and I’ll slither back as fast as I can.”
“Okay then, I’ll see you soon.” Dash waved a hoof at him as slithered out of the cave.
Dash finished the soup he had left her and decided to draw on the floor. Not something she would usually do, but when you are bored you tend to do random things.
Half an hour passed and dash had drawn all of her friends standing in front of the library. She missed them, but she knew that she was going to see them all again soon.
(I’m so bored, when is Naga coming back.) She let out a long sigh.
She then heard someone enter the cave, whoever it was it hissed once it entered. Naga would do that from time to time so Dash’s mood went from bored to slightly less bored in 2 seconds flat.
“Welcome back naga did you find any water?” She was met with silence only the sound of someone licking their lips broke it.
Dash slowly turned around. “Naga?” She looked up with at whoever it was, and she immediately froze on the spot.
What stood before her was not her friend Naga but another viper. This one only had four arms so Dash assumed it was a gorgon. But the way the gorgon was hissing and licking her lips made dash feel very uncomfortable. She was visibly shaking and her breathing was unstable. She wanted to scream but she was too scared, even though the gorgon was smaller than naga it was still big enough to tower over her.
“Oh beloved. You always prepare the most tastiest looking snacks for me” The gorgon said bearing her sharp teeth and licking her lips.
Dash was snagged by the gorgon’s tail and brought to closer to her mouth.
Rainbow Dash was dangling upside down and she was slowly getting pulled closer and closer to the gorgon’s mouth. She was so close to her mouth that she could feel its breath, Dash was screaming for Naga to save her.
The gorgon licked Dash and smacked its lips. “Mmm, I’m going to enjoy this.” Dash’s head was now halfway inside its mouth and she was whimpering like a scared puppy.
When it seemed like all hope was lost and she was going to end her days as a snack, a mighty hissing roar broke the silence.
The gorgon glanced at Naga and winked at him, it then proceeded to stretch its mouth out so it could swallow dash in one big gulp. But one off Naga’s big strong hands clutched its throat.
*gagging noise*
“PUT HER DOWN! I swear if you have scratched a single hair on her body I will strangle you! Dash had never seen naga so angry before all the muscles on his body was rippling with rage.
“Cough Fi gag fine.” The gorgon manage to croak. She pulled Dash out of her mouth and put her down on the ground. Dash Immediately ran behind Naga’s back, she was breathing heavily and she was still shaking.
Naga looked down at dash. “Are you okay there?” Dash’s breathing had calmed down and she nodded her head.
Naga then released his grip on the gorgon and she was rubbing her throat and taking deep breaths. “So I guess I can’t eat her?” The gorgon rose to her full length and smiled, she was about two heads shorter than Naga.
It then jumped naga and hugged him with all four of its arms. “I have missed you so much my love.”
Naga pushed her off and snorted. “Who is your love? You almost ate my friend, and now you think I’m not going to be mad at you? Naga crossed his arms and glared at her.
The gorgon crossed her arms and pouted. “How was I supposed to know she was your friend? You always have a snack ready for me when I arrive.” She looked at Dash, who was poking her head out from behind Naga. “She is kind of cute, what is she?”
“A pony, a pegasus to be more precise. I found her in the woods after she had bad crash, two week ago. I have been treating her wounds and taking care of her ever since.”
The gorgon slithered a bit closer towards the pony hiding behind him, Dash took a few steps back just in case. The gorgon rummaged through a small pouch she was carrying, she picked up a sugarcube and clicked her tongue, similar to how one would attract a cat. “Come here baby I’m not going to hurt you.”
“I’m not a cat and I'm most certainly not a baby!” Dash shouted, feeling insulted by her attempt to lure her.
The gorgons face went from neutral to super happy in the blink of an eye. “She can talk!? That’s adorable!” She put two of her hands to her face and squealed like a child who just found a cute little baby critter.
Before Dash could react she had been swiped up on her back in one pair of the gorgons arms. She used her second set of hands to rub Dash’s stomach and pet her mane. “Cochi cochi co, who is adowable you are, yes you are.” She then kissed dash on her forehead.
Naga had to cover his mouth with two sets of hand in order to not laugh out loud, a few muffled snorts did however manage to escape.
Dash was angry. no one was going to treat her like a baby, not even a giant snake monster that supposedly could parapyzle her and eat her. “WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING! STOP IT!” Dash squirmed like an earthworm but she was unable to get out of the gorgons hold on her.
“Oh, I think someone Is a cwanky wittle baby. Do you need to go night night?” Naga lost it he was on the floor laying on his back, he was clutching his sides and laughing like a crazy person.
Dash glared towards the direction of his laugh. “NAGA GET OFF YOUR ASS AND HELP ME!”
Naga got of the ground and was wiping away tears. “Hahahah, Okay stop it %¤&#/!”!#”#”¤# she is not enjoying that.”
The gorgon kissed Dash one more time on the forehead before she carefully put her down on the ground. Dash was angry, her coat had gone from its normal teal color to a bright red. “Naga. Do you know this.... thing!?”
“Hey. i’m not a thing cutie. My name is %¤&#/!”!#”#”¤# it’s nice to meet you.” Dash stood dumbfounded she had no clue what it just had said to her.
Naga slithered up behind the gorgon and put one pair of arms around her waist. “She can’t understand our native tongue dear. That’s why she is calling me Naga Instead of %&¤”!/%¤/!”&%.” He put his head on her shoulder and fooled around with his tongue in her ear.
She turned her head and gave him a quick peek on his cheek. “I see. Well then baby you can call me Victoria.” She reached out with her hand and scratched naga under his chin, to which Naga produced a low growl of enjoyment.
“My name is not Baby! My name is Rainbow Dash, the element of loyalty and the fastest flyer in Equestria!” Dash got depressed as she remembered what had happened to her wing. “Or at least I was the fastest flyer in Equestria.” She sighed and slumped down on the floor with a very sad expression.
Victoria laid herself on the ground and looked Dash in the eyes. “No no no, you don’t have to get sad I promise I won't call you Baby anymore Bab.... *Cough* Dash. Now common a cutie like you should be smiling” She was about to tickle Dash in hopes that she could turn her frown upside down. But Naga had grabbed her hands with his tail and shook his head. Dash sniffled and tears were forming in her eyes.
Victoria was freaking out, she was clawing at her own face and nervously fiddled with her hands. She could only see an adorable little baby who was about to cry all she wanted was to pick her up and comfort her until she was feeling better. But judging by the look Naga was giving her. there was no way he was going to allow that.
Naga slithered behind Dash and lifted her chin up with the tip of his tail.“Dash don’t be like that, you told me that there are ssssspells that are capable of regrowing wingsssss. Right?”
Dash looked at Naga. “Yes I did but I’m not sure if there actually are, I have only heard rumors about it.” She sniffled again.
“I sssssee.” Naga was pondering his options, he did not want Dash to feel sad especially not with Victoria in the cave. After a few moments of thinking he snapped one of his fingers. “Dash you have not taken a bath in two weeks. Would you like to take one?”
Dash rose to her hooves and wiped her face with one of them. “Yeah a bath would be awesome! But you don't have a bathtub..... or do you?”
A smile spread across Naga’s scaly face. “I have sssssomethign better.” He lowered himself to the ground and crossed his lowest set of arms into a carrier for Dash, he then motioned for her to get on.
Dash walked into his arms and made herself comfortable. “I hope this is not going to end with me in the soup pot.”
Naga snorted audibly. “No I promise. You are not going to end up in my cooking pot.” He made his way deeper into the cave and Victoria was following closely behind, she was grinning since she knew where they were going.
A few minutes later they arrived at a beautiful white beach with crystal clear water as far as the eye could see. Small jets of steam could be heard in the distance, the steam rising from the water made the entire place look really magical. Dash had never seen anything like it, the only thing she could think of that could possible rival such beauty would be Cloudsdale basking in the glow of the morning sun.
Dash took a deep breath, her lungs filled with a marvelous scent which reminded her of freshly baked zap-apple muffins. “Wow. Is this a hot-”
“YAY HOT-SPRING!” Victoria shouted at the top of her lungs as she dived into the clear water. Dash shielded herself from the upcoming tidalwave with her one wing. But there was no tidalwave. Dash looked out over the spring and saw Victoria navigating through the water like a bird in the sky, she never splashed every time she re-entered the water she did it with such grace that the water barely rippled. She swam towards the small beach were Naga and Dash were standing, she then broke the surface of the water making droplets of water sparkle in the light, she shook her head and her gorgon dreadlocks were gracefully flying in a circular motion. She then landed on the beach right in front of Dash, she placed one set of hands under her chin and smiled at Dash she then slowly opened her eyes and blew a kiss towards Naga.
Dash was stunned, she had never seen such a spectacle at least not under water. “That was. AWESOME!” Dash clapped her hooves and whistled.
Victoria picked up Dash and cradled her like a baby, she then rubbed her stomach and licked her nose. Dash immediately regretted cheering on her. “STOP PICKING ME UP! FOR THE LOVE OF CELESTIA!” She tried to squirm out of her gip but just like before she was stuck. “Naga help me.” She whined.
Naga was turning his head back and forth as if he was looking for something. Victoria was rocking dash back and forth in her arms while humming a gentle tone, she was about to lean in for yet another kiss, but Naga pulled on her hair and jerked her head back. “Owie.” She gave him a questioning look. “Where did you put your equipment Victoria?” Her eyes went wide, she put Dash down in the sand and started whistling innocently as she slowly slithered towards the water. She leaped into the water and dived towards the bottom.
Naga facepalmed with four of his hands. “I can’t believe this, this has got to be the tenth time she forgets to take of her equipment before diving into the water. Gesh, sometimes she acts like a hatchling.” *sighs* “Just one of the many reason why I love her so much.” He laid himself down on the sand and took a deep breath.
“So what is the story behind you two?” Dash said, floating in the water.
Naga rose from the sand and slithered into the water, he then floated on his back slowly propelling himself forward with his tail. He patted his muscular stomach and motioned for Dash to get on. She swam up to him and Naga lifted her out of the water with one of his hands and placed her on his big chest. Dash laid herself down, she could both hear and feel his heartbeat. Naga lifted his head and looked at her.
“Well you see. She a very old friend of mine, she is also the closest thing I have to a mate. My love for her is greater than my bloodlust. Even though she can be a bit of a luny sometimes I still love her.” Naga sighed. Out of the water Victoria emerged, she wrapped herself around Naga’s body and Kissed him deeply, when she finally broke the kiss she massaged Naga’s chest, she then hugged his neck tightly and laid herself down caressing his body with hers. “I knew you loved me.” She whispered in his ear. Naga embraced her with all six of his arms. He then allowed them to sink into the depths of the hot-spring.
Dash broke the surface of the water and swimmed to the beach. She was blushing, she had almost been part of a intraspecies threesome. She laid down on the beach and preened her one wing. Time went by and neither Naga or Victoria had come out of the water, Dash was starting to get worried. She looked out of the hot-spring in hope that she might get a glance of them.
Dash heard something behind her and prepared for the worst, to her surprise it was only a tiny little blue worm. The worm had two beautiful light blue eyes and they were looked on the pegasus.
Dash laid down and stared at the worm. It was kind of cute, she thought. “I bet Fluttershy would love you” *I wonder if Naga would allow me and my friends to come here sometime. I should ask him, if he ever comes out of the water.* Dash fail to notice that the worm had gotten closer to her.
Suddenly the sand beneath Dash started to disappear, it was like it was sinkin down. Dash noticed it and rolled out of the way. The blue worm turned towards her and with incredible speed it cut through the white sand, as it moved closer to dash a massive jaw slowly emerged out of the sand and rows of razor sharp teeth were now visible. Dash ran as fast as she could into the water. She thought she would be safe once she was inside. But to he great surprise, the worm leaped out of the sand and was aiming for her with it’s massive jaw. The worm was big even bigger than Naga and it was cutting through the water like a torpedo.
“AHHH! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS THING!” Dash screamed as she was trying to get away. But Dash was not a fast swimmer, the worm easily caught up with her and was about to slam it’s jaws shut on top of her.
But then something white shot out of the water with incredible speed, the worm was unable to shut it’s jaw, it roared angrily. Naga was using his strong arms and lower body to make it impossible for the worm to chomp down upon them. Naga used on of his arms and pulled Dash out of the worms mouth. He threw Dash into the water and yelled. “VICTORIA GET DASH OUT OF THE WATER!”
Victoria grabbed a hold of dash and leaped out of the water like a dolphin. They landed on the beach were Victoria had place her equipment after she had retrieved it. “Now stay here baby, we will take care the scary worm.” She patted Dash’s mane and was about to give her a hug. When a huge splash interrupted her.
“VICTORIA WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE OVER HERE!” Naga shouted as the worm thrashed in the water doing everything in its power to get rid of the creature who stole its meal.
Victoria quickly slithered over to her equipment and equipped two quivers filled with arrows and two emerald bows with obsidian trim. She readied two arrows in each bow and fired them with precision only a gorgon could posses, the arrows pierced the sky, they flew through the space between Naga’s six arms and straight into the worm’s mouth.
The worm roared in pain and Naga saw his chance. He latched his tail onto a rock in the water and used it to spin his body 180 degrees and then throw the worm up on the beach where Victoria was standing. Blood was drizzling out of the worm’s mouth and onto the beach, thus painting the white sand green. The worm was not done yet thought, it locked on to Victoria and charged towards her, but little did the worm know that was just what she wanted. The worm was racing through the sand with it’s mouth wide open, but once it got close enough to attack, it feel to the ground. the worm growled in pain, the poison upon Victoria’s arrows had started to kick in.
Victoria slithered up to the downed worm and was looking for its tiny head, once she found it, she forced it to look deep into her eyes. Her eyes went from its natural copper color to a sickening purple, they were shining brightly as she performed the Medusa’s gaze. The worm was unable to move, even the cells inside its body had come to a complete standstill. Victoria slithered over to where Rainbow was sitting, her eyes still glowing a sickening purple. Dash was a little scared, she had clearly underestimated Victorias fighting abilities, Dash just lifted her hooves up to her. “That was awesome. Now give me a hug.” She said nervously, she did not want to piss the gorgon off. Victoria saw could see the fear in Dash’s eyes. She smiled and ruffled her mane, her eyes no longer shining. “Not like that baby. I don't want to hug you if you are allowing me to hug you simple because you fear me.” Victoria slithered over to her equipment and put everything on. “Remember baby. I want to be your friend, but I don't want that friendship to be built upon fear.” She slithered down into the tunnel leading back to Naga’s cave.
Dash was unsure what to think, she was a little creeped out by the way Victoria was acting around her. But she had never done anything to harm her, quite the opposite she saved her just moments ago. Dash sighed and looked over at the big blue worm that tried to eat her. “You are one ugly motherbucker.” Dash stuck her tongue out at it and blew a raspberry.
Naga came out of the water and slithered up to the worm, he licked his lips and ripped a piece of meat of the worm, he chewed it audible and finished it off with a burp, he then looked at Dash and smiled. “I know what me and Victoria is having for dinner tonight. But don’t worry I’ll make you a salad or something. He grasped the worm’s tail and started to pull it to the tunnel leading back.
Dash ran up besides him and scanned him from the edge of his tail to the top of his head, she then scratched her head and fiddled with her hooves awkwardly for a moment. “Why are you white all of a sudden? She tilted her head and gave him a questioning look.
Naga dropped the worm and lowered himself so he was on eye level with her. “Well you see, when I shed my skin I become white for a few hours. As my scales grow thicker they gradually become black again. During this brief period of time I’m at my weakest, I think I could even cut myself on a sharp rock.
That’s when Dash realised that he was bleeding from all of his hands. “Naga your bleeding!”
Naga rose on of his hand to his face and licked some of the blood off. “Yeah these damn Sandworms got some sharp teeth, my old skin would not have been cut by them though. I choose a poor time to shed.” He once again grabbed the worm and pulled it back towards his cave.
Dash was walking besides him as they ventured through the small tunnel. “Do you always shed your skin when you take a bath?”
“Nah, I tend to shed after mating. Makes me feel fresher.”
“NAGA! victoria shouted as she gave him a quadruple backhand slap to to his face.
“AHHHHH! What the hell Victoria, you know i just shed, ouch that burns.” He gently rubbed his white scales.
Victoria was acting all jiddy. “You can't talk about adult funny business when the baby is right here.” She cradled Dash in her arms and slithered away. “Just ignore everything he said, he was talking about inappropriate things for someone your age to listen to.” She coed while she was kissing Dash tummy.
Dash sighed, she almost did not care anymore when Victoria was picking her up. “He was talking about sex right?”
Victoria froze on the spot and she slowly looked down on the pony cradled in her arms. “Wh.. wh..wha..wha.. what did you just say?”
Dash crossed her hooves and smirked. “I know perfectly well what SEX is. Besides I’m a fully grown mare not a baby. Do you understand that?”
Victoria smiled and rolled her eye’s. “Well of course you are, I mean look at you. You are so big and strong I bet you can beat up any mean monster.”
“Hell yeah I can.” Dash said proudly, completely unaware that Victoria was treating her like a child. Victoria glared towards Naga’s whereabouts and mumbled something in her native tongue. She put Dash down on the bed and made her way over to the kitchen, where Naga was preparing the meat.
Dash heard that they were talking in their native tongue and judging by the rising and lowering of their voices not to mention the amount of angry hissings, she figured that they were fighting over something. She laid her head down and closed her eyes, she figured she had time for a quick nap while she waited for dinner to be ready.
In the kitchen Naga and victoria was having a heated argument .
“Have you been swearing around her?”
“What? No. Why would I?”
“She said hell, someone her age should not even know such a word. So she must have learned it from someone.”
“And you think it’s me? What the hell, I mean comon. She is not a little child you know.”
“Well then how old is she?”
“Ehhhh. I have no idea, but she just said that she was a full grown mare. That makes her an adult right?”
“She only said that so I would stop babying her for a moment, even children want to be taken seriously from time to time.”
“But what if she really is an adult. Would that even matter to you? Since you always feel the need to cuddle anything smaller than you.”
“Well you took her in because she was a child. Right?”
“Ehhh. No I took her in because she was wounded. Unlike you I don’t care whether I help an adult or a child.”
Victoria was speechless. “I guess you are right. I’m sorry.” She frowned.
Naga slithered up behind her and hugged her with all six of his arms. “You are forgiven.” He rubbed her stomach. “And who knows one day maybe we can try again.”
“I love you. Promise me you will never change.”
“Only if we kiss on it.”
Their lips met and melded together. They stood in the kitchen for a good 4 minutes until Naga finally broke the kiss. “I got a worm to prepare and you got some wine to uncork I hope.
“You know it.” Victoria slitherer over to her backpack and picked up a jug filled to the brim with fine wine.
“This is gonna be a good evening.” Naga grabbed the jug and uncorked it, he then took a deep swig. “Mmmm. That was divine.” He licked his lips before taking another deep swig.
