She is determined to get him back and will have to travel back to the realm she used to live in to have any hopes at finding him. She will embark on a great quest to find her son along with gaining friends and enemies along the way.
I am joyous for my son is growing into quite the virtuous person. He is a very sweet kid and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I smiled as I walked down the halls of the castle looking upon all the victories of my friends and I Nightmare Moon, Discord. All of them were feats of heroism and show that through friendship and hard work we can do the right thing.
I then grew proud to lay upon the sight of my son’s victorious mural. It depicts him defeating King Sombra and returning the crystal heart to the empire. A feat that I knew would surely have my son earning much credit.
I then realized that this maybe wasn’t going to all lead to anything good when I heard my son yell. “Help!” I heard him call out. My motherly instincts kicked in and I ran towards the sound only to see my son flung through a portal before I could reach him I felt a trmeous amount of guilt and rage at myself for not reducing him and rage at whoever did this to him. I then saw it was Prince Blueblood that racist narcist dare hurt my son. I charged at him which he was prepared for “What did you do with my son Blueblood!” I demanded accusingly.
He laughed diaboltically at me. “Just to a place where his kind get what’s coming to them.” He said in a self righteous tone Celestia then appeared.
“My faithful student nephew, what is going on here?” Celestia asked in concern.
“Aunt this ruffian attacked me with no good reason.” Blueblood lied in his noble tone.
“Celestia he’s lying he just sent my son through a portal.” I stated angrily.
Celestia’s face then went cold. “Well nephew if you don’t mind I’ll need to do a memory scan on both of you to determine whose telling the truth so you might as well tell the truth now.” Celestia said.
“Aunt Celestia how could you allow a dragon to receive a golden heart led alone allow him to be granted a mural of himself in the castle. It shows that Equestria is going down a dark path if such… beasts are allowed to be worshipped as heroes.” Blueblood said as if he were explaining foal’s knowledge.
“How the Blueblood’s become so empty hearted I will never understand. Now Blueblood you will tell me where you sent Spike.” Celestia demanded.
“Simple I send him to the world your faithful student once resided in. Do you really think the noble bloodlines didn’t know about it. How do you think she was sent there in the first place.” Blueblood said.
I then felt rage. My parents I could have returned to them. No that couldn’t of happened since the elements of harmony sent me back. But they still would have known that I was alright and we could have had contact and made wonderful memories together. All those lost memories of my parents meeting my other family members never happened. All those outings with my parents and possibly some of my other family members and friends wasted. “How dare you keep me from my parents!” I yelled in full out rage.
“It wasn’t for low class members of society to know about.” Blueblood said as he looked down upon me like I was dirt.
“I am not lowly not like you anyways.” I stated in rage.
“How dare you!” He yelled.
“No Blueblood how dare you keep this from me. Knowing about how to get to the other universes we could’ve made contact by now and created real change to Equestria. What Twilight gave was enough but did you even think about what could of happened if we got all the knowledge of course not you’re too much of a fool to realize that.” Celestia stated.
“Aunt with all do respect to your majesty why would you want to socialize with other cultures they’re not even Equestrian.” Blueblood stated as though that would change anything.
“Not even Equestrian Blueblood do you even hear yourself right now we already socilaize with other nations this would only increase our allies and our cultures would come together.” Celestia said.
“That’s exactly what the nobility was afraid of we were afraid that our cultures would blend too much and that true original traditional Equestrian values would be lost forever.” Blueblood stated seemingly loving the idea of traditional Equestrian values.
“Traditional values. Blueblood from your teachings you should know that all cultures matter and it is good to learn and gain culture ourselves why would your nobility keep us from reaching our full potential because of tradition that’s ridiculous.” Celestia stated.
“What are y’all going on about.” Applejack stated confused.
“When Twilight was around two or so. Her parents sent her to another universe because they felt that she deserved it because her existence would ruine their lives. There she meet creatures known as humans. They’re similar to apps and chimpanzee but walk upright and they are just as intlliegent and emotional as us and very smart. They are the ones who originally developed the gun and taser after all.” Celestia stated seeminly still in awe with the inventions of humans.
“So that’s where those inventions came from.” Applejack said. “Well I ought ta thank them they gave us earth ponies a much better advantage over pegasi and unicorns who thought bout attacking us earth ponies and stealing our crops. ….No offense.” Applejackstated to her unicorn and pegasus friends and the princess.
“None taken Applejack this is all a bit to take in.” Rarity said in shock.
“Well not for me. I always knew just knew better than to say anything.” Pinkie Pie said. Well I shoudln’t be surprised about that it was Pinkie Pie after all.
“You’re never find him there have been many changes too that world since you last where there Sparkle and so I don’t think some ill educated ruffian will find him.” Blueblood sneered.
I just laughed “Ill educated? I'm Princess Celestia’s student for pete’s sake. And I noticed that Chrysalis was pretending to be Cadance when apparent nobles couldn’t get the memo. So I think I can find him.” I said.
“And I have every confidence you will be able to Twilight. I have always had faith in your ability.” Celestia spoke proudly to me. Then disgustingly at her mentor.
“As for you Blueblood I hereby revoke your title as prince. I can’t take away your noble status over this but I can imprison you and if you ever want freedom you will tell us everything you know.” Celestia stated.
“Aunt you can’t be serious.” Blueblood said in a noble tone.
“Oh I am. Guards.” Celestia said.
They then led the traitor away.
“Twilight it will be okay we’ll find your son.” Fluttershy said as she looked me deeply in the eye to let me know that I’ll be okay.
We’re supposed to be celebrating our first year anniversary today. It was meant to be special but Spike comes first. And I can’t celebrate while I know he’s in danger.
Celestia then checked the minds of all the nobles including Blueblood as he refused to talk and found the spell. She found that it was similar to Starswirl’s spells regarding universes and thus knew that it would be accurate.
“Alright Twilight you will have to go attrive Spike because if I send te guards it may look like a declaration of war and would thus not be a good environment to put Spike back in. Though you’ll need someone to go and realize any potential dangers which is why I recommend Pinkie Pie.” Pinkie Pie even looked shocked as did I. I did not expect that coming from the princesses mouth. “You’ll need her to determine if there are any dangers available due to her earth pony ability to spot future events.” Celestia explained.
“Oh that makes sense.” Pinkie Pie said.
“You will need to leave as soon as it’s available.” Celestia said.
I gathered all my things together. My books, my potions, some clothes to fit in, plenty of food, as well as water, and medicine. Pinkie Pie packed only the necessities two food some prank traps as she is an earth pony and well Pinkie Pie. She did pack some cupcakes tough she said they’re special ones that help her think but I know her.
We then arrived and looked upon our friends. They looked worried but hopeful and determined Pinkie Pie and I would succeed. “It’s time to depart now.” Celestia said as the portal opened up. “We’ll tell you where exactly to go once we determine where Spike is being held.” Celestia said.
We then went through the portal and it was like a rainbow and we went on one and I saw the entrance to the realm through the other side with its more detailed dimensional patterns and all. We then decided to have a bit of fun and ran down the path towards the exit I was thinking of one of my favorite songs like the wind when we were doing this.
We then made it through. I could see it was nightime but I was confused because we were in a forest. Shouldn’t we be where Spike is being held at. “Whose there.” A voice called out.
I recognized the voice but couldn’t quite pin point who it was. I then saw a voice he looked shocked and then smiled. “Chika is that you?” He stated. I then squirted and smiled.
“Kenzo!” I said as I ran over to him.
I could see Pinkie Pie was still hiding. “It’s okay you can come out we’re friends.” I said.
Pinkie Pie then came out. “So you finally found another one that looks like you.” Kenzo said.
“Actually there’s a lot of us.” I admitted.
“Really?” Kenzo looked excited to hear that and excited for me.
“Yes let me explain.” I said.
“Alright though we should go somewhere quieter not as many friendly people around these parts as there used to be.” He stated sadly.
We went to this apartment but he said that Pinkie would need to be covered because we couldn’t quit let people know that there are more of us.
I told him about Equestria about our culture, our abilities, all the other cultures my adventures my family, my… son and what happened to him. “Wow that is quite a lot to take in.” He stated in shock.
“Yes I know it is rather shocking since we used to joke and say I was likely from another planet.” I chuckled in remembrance at that.
“And I am so happy about what happened to your son. Don’t worry we’ll fight to get him back if he’s really in this city we’ll help you find him it’s kind of our job to help out people.” Kenzo said.
“That’s.. Amazing.” I said impressed at my friend’s virtue.
“Yes it is.” He said.
“Well how about a mover we haven’t watched one in a awhile while we settle in.” He suggested.
I smiled “Of course.” I said. Pinkie Pie and I then settled in for tonight I may have lost my son but I’m determined to get him back. But for now I should just get my bearings alongside Pinkie.
Pinkie Pie and I just woke up we are planning on talking to Kenzo and his friends. We went downstairs to see that breakfast was being made we could see it was rice noodles a common breakfast dish. I got excited to see that it was from falmino hot noodles I haven’t quite figured out how to get their flavor right growing up in Equestria.
Pinkie Pie seemed to enjoy it. “This is the best noodles I’ve ever had.” Pinkie Pie complemented.
“Why thank you I try to be a good cook.” Kenzo’s friend said. I believe her name was Hana.
“So Kenzo told us that you and him are very close.” A younger male said I believe his name was Kanto.
“Well you heard right we used to do all sorts of things together like watching movers, getting ice cream and just well goofing off.” I smiled fondly at the memories.
“That sounds nice. Ever since we met him he’s been nothing but kind to us all. He says he learned a lot about kindness and other such traits from you.” Hana said.
“Well I’m not surprised Twilight here is a very kind hearted mare and has always been so around others especially her son.” Pinkie Pie said proudly of me.
I blushed. “It’s true I do care about my son and I’ll do anything to get him back.” I said with deep passion.
“And we will uh… Twilight.” Kenzo said. He’s not used to calling me that yet but he’ll get used to it.
“But first we have to figure out where he could possibly be.” Hana said as she pulled out a map.
We did some searching since the northern, eastern, and southern parts of the city are mostly secure he’s likely not being held in such places because we would have heard of it.” Kenzo
“So he’s likely closer to the sea side.” I stated.
They nodded their heads. “If we scout the regions and ask around we might get an idea who took your son.” Kenzo said.
“It was probably the rat elephant triad.” Kanto stated.
“The what?” I asked never hearing of that particular triad before.
“That’s right when the city was taken over by Kuvira.” Kento
“What! You mean my parents took over the city!” I yelled in shock.
“Not a good way to tell her.” Hana stated.
“Yes well after your parents took over Zaofu no one knew they were done. Because they wanted the republic they insisted that since the land was originally earth nation territory it should belong to the earth empire.” Kenzo stated.
“That’s insane the people choose to leave due to the advantages they received from having other nations working together why should that not be respected.” I stated disgusted at my parents actions.
“Yes well they took over the city. See your mother made the mistake of whipping out the navy.” Kenzo said.
“What!” I said disgusted at her for wiping out the entire navy just because she was mad they had territory that had at one point belonged to the earth nation.
“Hey you should probably tell her about the weapon.” Kanto interjected.
“Let me guess it has something to do with spirit vines?” I asked.
“Yeah how did you know?” Kenzo asked.
“Because there was this incident that occurred on the train when Varrick was testing them out for a new energy source it ended up turning into a large blast of energy that destroyed the back of the train.” I said.
“I’m not surprised I heard that thing destroyed a mountain.”
“What dad created a weapon that’s capable of destroying a mountain. Is he out of his mind?” I thought aloud.
“Potentially well see he connected into to this giant mechasuit that’s over 40 stories tall.” Kenzo explained.
“Okay so dad you created a mechasuit that big with a weapon that powerful wow he really does take go big or go home to the extremes.” I stated in shock.
“Well they took over the city for a short while but they couldn’t stop the triads and the newly developed elephant rat triad convinced everyone that Kuvira was in the wrong to take over so they took back the city but those thugs only look out for themselves.” Kenzo said in disdain.
“Wait Kenzo what are you even doing here? Shouldn’t you be back in Zaofu?” I asked confused. “My parents knew Kuvira would force everyone to accept her rule and she didn’t want that for me and frankly neither did I so she got me citizenship in Republic City months prior. We just didn’t know that Kuvira planned on attacking. Because this city just isn’t safe right now.” Kenzo said.
“Wow I’m so sorry it was so rough on you.” I stated.
“It’s alright things have been rough on everyone but we’ll need some ground rules first. Number one no using magic unless absolutely necessary. See your parents are others may view it as a threat or worse an asset and it would be best to avoid that. Second Pinkie Pie you’ll need to remain in the apartment we just can’t get it out that there’s more of us because Kuvira and Bataar both can’t know about the other dimensions at least not until we can ensure that this mission of Twilight’s is done in a way that doesn’t start some sort of interdimensional war.” Kezo stated.
“Okki dokki loki.” Pinkie Pie said happily and understood the situation.
“So what should we do know?” I asked.
“Well first off we gotta ask around but leave it to us because if something happens to you it may cause conflict. I’d recommend that you do something else perhaps you can find a way to be self fulfilled and a benefit to our little society. You could always join Future Industires there always looking for new scientists and from the inventions your world has it would certainly be useful.” Kenzo said.
My face brightened up at that “You really think so?” I said.
“Of course I do you’re your father’s daughter after all. I’m sure he’s genius rubbed off on you.” Kenzo said.
“More like the geniuses back in Equestria but yeah you’re right.” I said.
I came down to my decision. I am going to join future industries to try and make a difference in this world. I know my mentor, my friends, and family would be just as proud of myself as I am right now.
I have joined the members of future industries. I have been able to do my part in the work for the past week since I got the job. I have managed to start and develop security cameras as it was an invention of Equestria. While I was gone I could see they finally made some progress inventing things such as colored movers and photographs. They’ve also developed certain weapons such as gaseous smoke meant to neutralize an opponent. I am in a way very proud of my dad for inventing such things. They truly are becoming as technologically advanced as Equestria is perhaps even more so.
I just woke up I can see that Pinkie Pie looks excited “Heya Twilight. You think we can get more flour we’ll need it for the cupcakes we oughtta celebrate your first week in style.” Pinkie Pie said excited.
I smiled. “Of course Pinkie.” I said.
I told them about Pinkie’s plan and they all agreed having this job for a week surely is something to celebrate.
We then went to have some breakfast it was rice noodles with pig chicken eggs. Pinkie Pie finds the idea adorable they’re like animal combos and I’ll admit if I came in this world for the first time like Pinkie I too would’ve found the idea of mixed animals to be adorable.
We enjoyed our lunch thanked Hana and then left to get going.
Apparently Kenzo has a job there two and I have to admit I am impressed by him. He has such virtue and that is something to be admired. We arrived. When we got there we saw various people walking two and fro. We went to our offices. We began to work on our respected projects mine was developing the security cameras. I explained to them how they work and more importantly how to develop them and they went back to work.
Once we were done. We decided to do a little shopping at a mall that was still operated we got some of the newest music which was jazz of course but still pretty good jazz music even if it’s no longer my favorite.
We also bought some clothes I love the color purple and so I picked out this purple shirt that looks amazing on me it was a bit fun I also found this light blue outfit for Pinkie Pie it has golden balloons on it I know she’ll love it.
We then arrived. “Finally you’re back.” I could see that Pinkie Pie baked some cupcakes.
“Pinkie you didn't have to.” I said gratefully and with a bit of guilt.
“Oh but I did. It's your first week helping all those people it’s important.” Pinkie Pie said.
“I suppose it is worth a little celebrating.” I said. “Know you're talking like the Twilight I know.” Pinkie said.
We then enjoyed some jazz music while we ate the cupcakes. We did some dancing. It was really fun and I won’t lie I did miss some of the music playing. We enjoyed our time as friends I’ve already made friendships with Kenzo’s friends Hana is so much fun and like’s to have fun and make other’s smile so do I along with Pinkie and so we made fast friends with her. And Kanto is very culturally based and just loves culture and we formed a friendship from enjoying talking about culture and Pinkie Pie got close to him through her cheerful nature along with her love of culture.
We then went to bed knowing we enjoyed our time together.
I am annoyed Pinkie Pie was forced to reveal herself because people noticed that another creature like me was staying with us. We tried to hide it but we couldn’t. So we had to reveal her everyone was in awe to see that there was more than just well me.
There is some good news now that we finally figured out who took my son. It was this group of “scientists” in the western side of the city known as the Daitu. We got one of the members of the elephant rat triad to talk by means of trying to dye his hair another color. I found it hilarious when I first heard of it. He said that they work for the scientists for the money and they heard my son was taken there they knew he was there I wanted to tear into them and send them to taruatus for this but the scientists deserve it even more. They apparently sell advanced creatures and learn from them spirits mostly it’s digusting.
Pinkie Pie and I are heading to the western side of the city. We heard that they may have information regarding his condition and we need to know this information.
We are heading there know. Along with our friends thankfully they all have bending and Pinkie Pie has future sense so she knows who’s who and who knows this information well at least to an extent. Pinkie Pie has been very helpful since she came with me with all the future events she’s been able to pin point and showed that this little adventure had fruit for its efforts.
We arrived at the spot and saw a man there sitting down “Figured you’d show up sooner or later.” He said.
I narrowed my eyes at him he knew about my son’s condition and didn’t bother to come directly to us “Look you’re son is fine. He’s just in holding right now. They havent done anything serious to him. And the only reason I didn’t tell yas was because I knew that if I did they’d go after me and my buddies so don’t ya go high and mighty on me.” He said.
My face softened at that but I was still angry. “Alright I get where you’re coming from we were wondering if you knew where he was being held.” I asked.
“If I knew I definitely would’ve told ya but I don’t those people aren’t exactly the most talkable.” He said.
I let out a sigh. Of course they don’t know. “It’s alright while I don’t condone your lying I get why you did and I can’t hold you accountable for it.” I said.
We then left and headed out. We were then ambushed by those henchmen of there’s. “Alright Twilight fuck the rule let it rip.” Kenzo said.
I let lose my magic on them and they were driven back my magic plush there bending where able to hold them off we protected Pinkie as she had neither magic nor bending but she did have her weapons so she was still helpful.
We then headed back home laughing. “Can you believe they thought they could beat us. Don’t they know who they’ll dealing with.” I said.
“Yeah it’s like we can take on those benders and that magic user despite them having more experience then us.” He said.
We enjoyed our laughing and I am glad that we were laughing because we were victorious in the knowledge we gained about Spike. My son was safe and that’s what matters.
It has been an amazing week I’ve been able to help out the people at future industries and the people of the city with these new security features as well as medicine. I’ve also been gaining more spiritual enlightment and peace through the usage of medication with the monks at air temple island despite the dangers of the western side of the city. I’ve also been able to talk with the spirits and explain my magic properties to their children. They’re all intrigued and love it and I love teaching it to them. I haven’t been able to teach them magic myself nor have I been able to learn spirit powers despite my connection to the element of magic but I’ve still managed to impress the spirits and that is just wonderful.
Pinkie and I just arrived at Air Temple island. We were greeted by several monks, whether men or women who saw us as one of them or at least close enough due to the fact that we still have some differences due to eating meat.
We saw Jinoria, one of the children of Master Tenzin, the second youngest to ever get her tattoos. “It is good to see you again Twilight.” She greeted.
“It’s good to see you two.” I said.
I then saw Ikki “Ikki.” Pinkie said.
“Pinkie” She said. They then greeted each other. “How have you been doing with your baking lately?” Ikki asked to her.
“Oh it’s been going wonderful I feel so much relief and joy from it and I enjoy the recipes here.” Pinkie Pie sai with glee.
I smiled at my friend’s joy. I am glad that Pinkie is still her usual self.
“Well how have you been doing Twilight?” Jinoria asked me.
“Oh I’ve been doing wonderful I recently joined this culture club it’s very fun.” I said happily.
“Well that’s a good thing culture’s always a wonderful thing.” Jinoria said with a passion. “Now come it’s time we mediate.” She said.
We spent the next hour in mediation it really is a wonderful and calming experience and we quite enjoyed it.
Afterwards I met up with those yong spirit children. They seemed very happy to see me and enthusiastic which was good. It made me smile to see their joy to learn. “Hello Twilight.” One of them said it was a young onion spirit, very adorable.
“Hello Arjmand.” I said while smiling.
“What will you teach us today Miss Twilight?” A nature spirit asked.
“I will teach you about teleportation.” I said.
“See according to magical theory a person can travel a distance with magic without harming the body their mocelues enter this theoretical realm called the inbetween which is inbetween reality and the theoretically plain according to this theory if you travel through the inbetween you travel in real time somewhere else and it only takes a second to travel through the inbetween to the desired location.” I explained happily to be able to finally be a teacher of magic.
They all looked at me with awe I then demonstrated my teleporation by teleporting a short distance they all clapped and cheered. “Alright students know that we got the fundamentals of teleporting oneself I will show the anility to teleport other objects.” I said.
“Me first.” One of them said.
“Whoa whoa hold on I can’t just teleport you see spirits have never been teleported before and I don’t want to do any unnecessary risks.” I started with concern.
They all let out ahhs of dissapimnet but we’re understanding they really are great kids kind of remind me of my own. And that made me smile with joy and some sadness. I do miss Spike. I miss how we would greet each other in the morning and how we would spend so much time together but I especially miss how he would tell me about the things he learned in school or how much fun he would have with his friends as that reminds me of myself at his age and I’m glad he was happy. This hasn’t gotten any easier in some ways it’s gotten worse since I miss him more and more each day but I know we’ll find him and that gives me hope.
I then went to teleport some other objects even a baby turtle duck. I always found it interesting how the animals of this universe we’re hybrid based compared to my own. I wonder with excitement if it was because of some universal concept or laws of nature between our worlds. It is a very interesting concept indeed dad would be interested. That got me feeling guilty dad and mom. How much I miss them I wanted to see them ever since I first learned how to come back home. And I feel guilty over all these years not being able to come see them and especially now since it’s only a few teleportations away well a lot for a unicorn but still. Even if they attacked and killed many even the avatar I can’t blame them for their views on what’s right when it comes down to whether or not the land should have been returned to the earth empire even if I don’t think it was right. I still love them despite this though I know better than to tell them because they may feel threatened and take Spike somewhere else and I am not willing to risk his well being.
I did quite a bit of teleporation and was even able to teleport myself a mile they found it very impressive and so did their much older spirit parents. I smiled sadly. “Alright children I have to leave now.” They all awwed sadily but we’re understanding.
I then went to our home and met up with Pinkie and Hana they looked happy to see me. I helped them prepare dinner which was roasted turtle duck with rice. I was excited I really did miss earth nation cuisine. It was a part of my lifestyle after all, even after I was in Equestria.
We enjoyed the meal, thanked Hana and went to watch a movie called A Moon’s Calling. It was one of the earlier Northern Water Tribe movies about the spirits and it’s very good, animated in a cartoonish style.
We then went to talk in bed. “Hey Twilight this day was nice wasn’t it.” Pinkie Pie spoke pleasantly.
I smiled back “Yes of course it was.” It was true thus day truly was a magicnficent one and despite the stress of finding Spike it was nice to have a little break.

We spent the next hour in mediation it really is a wonderful and calming experience and we quite enjoyed it.
Afterwards I met up with those yong spirit children. They seemed very happy to see me and enthusiastic which was good. It made me smile to see their joy to learn. “Hello Twilight.” One of them said it was a young onion spirit, very adorable.
“Hello Arjmand.” I said while smiling.
“What will you teach us today Miss Twilight?” A nature spirit asked.
“I will teach you about teleportation.” I said.
“See according to magical theory a person can travel a distance with magic without harming the body their mocelues enter this theoretical realm called the inbetween which is inbetween reality and the theoretically plain according to this theory if you travel through the inbetween you travel in real time somewhere else and it only takes a second to travel through the inbetween to the desired location.” I explained happily to be able to finally be a teacher of magic.
They all looked at me with awe I then demonstrated my teleporation by teleporting a short distance they all clapped and cheered. “Alright students know that we got the fundamentals of teleporting oneself I will show the anility to teleport other objects.” I said.
“Me first.” One of them said.
“Whoa whoa hold on I can’t just teleport you see spirits have never been teleported before and I don’t want to do any unnecessary risks.” I started with concern.
They all let out ahhs of dissapimnet but we’re understanding they really are great kids kind of remind me of my own. And that made me smile with joy and some sadness. I do miss Spike. I miss how we would greet each other in the morning and how we would spend so much time together but I especially miss how he would tell me about the things he learned in school or how much fun he would have with his friends as that reminds me of myself at his age and I’m glad he was happy. This hasn’t gotten any easier in some ways it’s gotten worse since I miss him more and more each day but I know we’ll find him and that gives me hope.
I then went to teleport some other objects even a baby turtle duck. I always found it interesting how the animals of this universe we’re hybrid based compared to my own. I wonder with excitement if it was because of some universal concept or laws of nature between our worlds. It is a very interesting concept indeed dad would be interested. That got me feeling guilty dad and mom. How much I miss them I wanted to see them ever since I first learned how to come back home. And I feel guilty over all these years not being able to come see them and especially now since it’s only a few teleportations away well a lot for a unicorn but still. Even if they attacked and killed many even the avatar I can’t blame them for their views on what’s right when it comes down to whether or not the land should have been returned to the earth empire even if I don’t think it was right. I still love them despite this though I know better than to tell them because they may feel threatened and take Spike somewhere else and I am not willing to risk his well being.
I did quite a bit of teleporation and was even able to teleport myself a mile they found it very impressive and so did their much older spirit parents. I smiled sadly. “Alright children I have to leave now.” They all awed sadly but we’re understanding. I then went to our home and met up with Pinkie and Hana they looked happy to see me. I helped them prepare dinner which was roasted turtle duck with rice. I was excited I really did miss earth nation cuisine. It was a part of my lifestyle after all, even after I was in Equestria.
We enjoyed the meal, thanked Hana and went to watch a movie called A Moon’s Calling. It was one of the earlier Northern Water Tribe movies about the spirits and it’s very good, animated in a cartoonish style.
We then went to talk in bed. “Hey Twilight this day was nice wasn’t it.” Pinkie Pie spoke pleasantly.
I smiled back “Yes of course it was.” It was true thus day truly was a magnificent one and despite the stress of finding Spike it was nice to have a little break.
It has been a month since we came here and things have been going remarkably well. We’ve been able to get a weekly update on Spike’s health he’s not great but he is being fed and isn’t sickly. We also finally finished creating that new security camera system and things are going up.
I just woke up happily. I saw Pinkie Pie besides me still snoozing that trombone like snoring of hers. I found that to be very funny but in a good way she’s so unique and reminds me so much of my other best friend Lyra. Lyra is very goofy and optimistic much like Pinkie Pie and I’m glad they grew into close friends. She then woke up. “Goooooood morning multiverse.” Pinkie Pie said.
I chuckled at that. “Good morning Pinkie.” I said.
We then went down to have breakfast for once we’re having Equestrian styled food chocolate chip pancakes as Hana finally learned to make them everyone was excited about it.
We all enjoyed our breakfast we then started our day. I then went to Future Industries Tower. Where I saw every body clapping and cheering I then realized it was because I helped to develop a formula that would remove cancer it was a far cry from how good the ones in Equestria are but it was still useful. I then saw the leader walk out Honjo Himano himself. “Good work Twilight Sparkle I’d love to have you promoted to the upper level as one of our permanent scientists.” He said.
“A scientist.” I spoke in shock but I didn’t feel I deserved such a title for something so mundane plus it wasn’t entirely my discovery but a replication of a formula developed by someone else.
“Well of course you’ve proven yourself hard working and determined and for the common good that’s the spirit of future industries. And I can’t think of anyone else more worthy of the position.” He said.
I smiled knowing that I did earn the position. “When can we get started.” I said.
I have gotten closer to Jinoria. We apparently enjoy culture and equality a lot and enjoy talking about it. I am just about to meet up with him at this restaurant because we wanted to get to know each other more. I smiled when I saw her. “Hello Jinoria.” I greeted respectfully.
“Hello Twilight.” Jinoria said.
We went to our seats and ordered our food. I got a veggie wrap and so did she. I wanted to be respectful and I don’t mind a non meat dish. Besides, I quite enjoy veggie wraps to begin with.
“So Twilight how have you been doing working for your company?” Jinoria asked.
“Oh it’s been wonderful I’ve just been promoted as their newest permanent scientist.” I said happily.
“That’s wonderful to hear.” Jinoria said.
“So how are you and the airbenders doing?” I asked.
“Well we could be better. It's… very hard to defend others from bandits or even deliver food since they find any useful materials to be their own.” Jinoria said.
“Yeah I did hear about that sorry for asking.” I said apologetically.
“It’s quite alright, it's important to talk about and your company has helped us tremendously especially with those new security cameras you just developed.” Jinoria said.
“Yeah they are a wonderful piece of technology.” I say happily at the progress this city is making in becoming more well developed.
“It really is I’ve always admired both technology and the spirits myself.” Jinoria said.
I laughed. “I’m not surprised you did grow up in Republic City after all.” I said.
“Yeah that is true.” Jinoria said. “Though I won’t lie I also do admire your magic.” Jinoria said.
“Yes magic is a very useful form of energy.” I said.
“I’ll say it could replace the need for producing toxic gases in our atmosphere and that’s very important.” Jinoria stated she has always cared about the environment after all in that way she reminds me of Fluttershy. Oh how I miss Fluttershy. I miss how we would greet each other every morning. I miss how we would enjoy picnics or outings together. I miss how she and I would help Spike become a better person. But I can’t dwell on the past right now. I don’t have to remain grateful since fate has taken a cruel turn on myself and my son. But I can’t forget that there are still many things to be grateful for as well. “I’d have to agree that is important I won’t lie my parents use… too much technology.” I stated, My father spirits bless him is a very honorable man who cares about his people and that I have to admire. But I can’t admire how much carbon dioxide he puts into the environment as it is deadly. And I can’t admire what he’s used his machines for enforcing his and mom’s rule in a far too extremism way. But I still can admire his progress still and the fact that he still cares about equality. I even heard he and mom recently passed a bill that would ban discrimination for non earth benders in public places and I have to say that was a good decision and that I will admire.
“Yes they do seem to use too much spirit energy to run that horrid weapon of theirs.” Jinoria said. I won’t lie. I do admire how my father created such a weapon but it still… alarms me.
“In that I’d have to agree.” I stated fearfully.
“Well enough of that dark stuff did you hear that they recently opened that new air bender cultural center.” Jinoria stated passionately.
“Oh course I have.” I said beaming.
“Yes it will do good for others to learn the grand history and culture of airbenders.” Jinoria spoke pleasantly.
“Yeah I’d have to agree that is very important.” I stated happily.
“And I’m glad you helped fund it.” Jinoria said thankfully.
“It was nothing culture is a good thing to embrace.” I said passionalty.
“But you and future industries still helped support it and for that we must thank you.” Jinoria said.
“Well I’m grateful that you all feel that way.”
Our food then arrived and we enjoyed the veggie delicacy and the taste.
Later on we’d have to leave but this turned out to be a great talk between friends.
We have managed to find someone who knows where my son is being held. This is a big day this means we can finally put a stop to those bastards. I just arrived in a bar by the eastern end of the city as they asked me to meet alone. I will not risk the chances of my son being brought home safely and I will be able to defend myself anyways. When I got there I saw a man there gesturing to me to come and so I did with the cash as requested it was decent amount to enough to get the information necessary to find my son. “Listen I joined the Daitu because I thought it would make life better for us fire benders around here. But I didn’t sing up for them kidnap children.” He said.
“Which is understandable though you can still redeem yourself.” I said encouragingly to him.
“I know alright your son is…” He was cut off when we saw earth empire guards barge in “Freeze!” They said. He left and the guards then saw me they looked shocked. I then felt a flash as I realized one of them took a picture of me. This wasn’t good once my mom finds out I’m here she’ll send all her men out there to try and obtain me. I ran for it doging every chance to capture I. I have to get away for my son and for myself. And so I did I teleported away when no one was looking.
“Twilight what are you doing back so soon?” Kenzo asked.
“Everything was going perfectly but then the earth empire guards arrived and… they saw me.” I said.
“Ahh.” That was a bit troubling and we both new it.
“Well what are we gonna do?” I asked.
“About your parents we’ll need to talk to the guys about this if Kuvira’s men are here it likely means they’ll planning another attack. About your son we’ll have to find the guy again or simply look for someone else.” He said.
“Screw the universe.” I said in a groan.
“Yeah the universe can have a fucking sense of humor but even so we’ll still find your son.” He said laying his hand by me.
“Oh I hope.” I said.
Meanwhile. Kuvira was sitting in her office reviewing over the plans for the next attack. They’ve been planning this for nearly nine years and it’s been… troueling signs of triads taking over and terrorizing the locals. She let out a sigh in sorrow she thinks they have the best interest for their country but they just don’t. The land was earth nation meaning it belongs to the earth nation they just don’t realize that yet but they will. Kuvira plans on enforcing the notion that the land was wrongfully taken over by usage of ….history lesson changes. This will allow the yonge people who were originally from the land to realize that the land should have stayed with them. As for the people who colonized it Kuvira doesn’t mind if they stay there infact she openly encourages it since she still cares about equality and knows it’s good for the economy. But they need to understand the folly of their mistake.
As Kuvira smiled when she was going through her plans. A guard walked in. He looked like he had something important to say. “Great Uniter there’s news regarding your daughter.” He said.
Kuvira looked shocked at that. “Where is she?!” She asked worried with the levels of sorrow and feelings of betrayal from her leaving building up.
“She’s in Republic City.” He said.
“What.” Kuvira said.
She then saw a picture of her daughter she looks mostly the same as she did when she last saw her but she looked in a panic as she was fleeing from her guards.
“How did you?” She spoke aloud.
“Never mind. Here are my orders: you will inform my husband about this. And once we invade Republic City the guards will go on a personal search for her but she will not be harmed am I understood.” She said firmly.
“Yes, Great Uniter.” The guard said.
Kuvira stared at the picture. Her daughter the person who had always looked up to her and her father was still alive but she could be endanger. She culdn’t simply allow for her daughter to be in a place as dangerous as Republic City she requires care and protection especially for being the daughter of the leaders. For these reasons she will retrieve her and ensure she is safe. She couldn’t believe it her daughter had managed to flee to Republic City but how did she get there in the first place. That doesn’t matter at least not yet what matters is that she knows where she is and that she can finally retrieve her. Thank the spirits she’s alright.
There was a warning that one of the people near the border of the city. They found out that my mom is coming with the colossus and that giant weapon in two weeks. Since there’s no way they spotted him since we used an invisibility spell that I finally was able to learn they won’t be able to invade at a quicker date like last time. Pinkie and I along with the rest of the future industries and our friends are planning on leaving the city. For the members of future industries it’s because they don’t want their work to fall into the earth empire’s hands since it could be used for less than just reasons. For my friends it’s so we can regroup and figure out how to get back into the city without being detected by perfecting an invbilibity potion. I know the recipe I just need more practice. I hope this works because I can’t tell my parents they may think that my princess sending me as simply like a spy and thus view us as a threat. At least, I know we can get the thing done and we’ll get out of the city safely.
Kuvira was agitated. “Ugh stop it stop it.” She demanded herself.
Flashback. Kuvira recently lost her daughter. She has no idea where she went. She is visiting Suyin and her family because she blames him. “I hope your proud of yourself you not only took away our chance at a proper family you also are the reason my daughter is gone.” She stated disappointly to them for causing this. If only they just surrendered then maybe her daughter wouldn’t of gotten so frightened and left.
“We didn’t do anything. This is entirely your doing. You took over my city. You forced my people to bow to you on threat of locking them up like animals. You arrested my son and husband despite the fact that they were peaceful. How did you expect your daughter to react?” Suyin pointed out.
Kuvira was silent; she knew Suyin was right as much as she didn’t want to admit it. She then met up with her husband Bataar. “So how did it go?” He asked.
She sighed. “She wouldn’t listen to reason and even argued that it was our fault our daughter left.” Kuvira said disappointedly.
“How rude of them perhaps we can allow our soldiers to punish them for what they did.” Bataar spoke darkly.
Kuvira was in shock at the horrid idea of her fiance. “Bataar how can you think to just punish them over this sure they can be and are being punished for attacking me but we can’t just harm them for no good reason. Besides they’re right we did mess up we shouldn’t of made Chika see all that she’s just a child and wasn’t quite ready to see the more undesirable aspects of our rule. It is best that we are wise and only punish when necessary and needed this will allow for when our daughter is found that she learns to understand the necessity of our rule.” Kuvira said.
Bataar sighed. “You’re right I’m sorry I was so dark right then it was a little too much.” Bataar admitted.
“It’s alright Bataar, we must focus on doing the right thing for our people and our daughter in the future.” Kuvira said to her husband before embracing him warmly.
And do the right thing she would. She wouldn’t force her daughter to believe in what she believes in she knows better than to do such pointless things. But she would try to ensure that her daughter tries to understand her father and hers’ rule and she would be there for her like she was in the past she would…
“Whoa Kuvira calm down I know you’re interested in getting our daughter back but you have to make sure not to get too into it.” Bataar said.
“Yes I know. I have always been… protective of her. It’s just that she's our daughter and needs us. Someone has to take care of her especially after all the pain she's likely been through and we need to be those people.” Kuvira said with passion towards her daughter’s well being.
“Yes I know though we also need to focus on getting the city back under our control and do it right. Perhaps killing all those soldiers gave us a bad wrap around there.” Bataar said.
“Yes perhaps that is true getting our daughter back is just an added bonus.” Kuvira said.
“But you’re right she does need us and it is best that we get there as soon as it is possible.” Bataar said.
“You’re right as soon as possible. I have to leave now our troops need the support of your grand invention.” Kuvira said.
“Oh stop.” Bataar said happily.
“What it is a grand invention and will bring about great things for the future.” Kuvira said. She then embraced her husband. “I couldn’t of done this without your help after we get back we can finally be a family again all of us.” Kuvira said happily. All of us.
There is some bad news my horn was damaged from an attack on us by the Daitu. We believe they personally used their bending to specifically dmanage my horn so that I wouldn’t be able to escape and defend myself at my fullest when mom and her troops show up. This is very bad because I can’t defend myself and I need my magic to do so. I know how to defend myself without magic of course thanks to my parents and my brother teaching me how to do so. So it would just be easier to have my magic. But I can still manage it will only take a few weeks for it to heal and we’ve already managed to get most of the equipment ready to leave.
That’s when I heard a sound in the distance. We were prepared for that. I then had a look of shock and fear when I saw the mecha suit. It really is over 45 stories tall. But that’s not what scared me, what scared me was that weapon attached to its right arm. I can’t believe my dad actually built that thing doesn’t he know how dangerous such a weapon is. But I can’t say anything about that less the guards punish me.
We are in Future Industries but we’re about to leave because we know that this place will be one of the first places they look for scientists and the like. The earth empire does value scientists after all. It was partly founded by my dad after all.
There was then a problem. “Sir the security system won’t shut off our workers have tried everything.” A male voice spoke.
That wasn’t good they may be able to find out where we went since the cameras are everywhere even by the sewage exit we plan on taking it was cleaned out for the tunnels to escape thank goodness but that doen’t mean it will be any easier.
“Did you try overriding the system?” I asked.
“Yes but it’s very complex for most of us.” He said.
That was understandable I did develop it after all. That gave me an idea. “I’ll shut off the cameras.” I said determined to do just that.
“But Twilight what if Kuvira catches you?” Pinkie Pie said.
“She won’t we have you and we’d know by now if Kuvira would capture us Besides she has no idea.” I said.
Kuvira had a smile on her face at last she would conquer the city and no one could stop them, not this time. Her men were all prepared to go for the attack and to capture the civilains in the city she would convince them that this was for the best one way or another. She would convince her daughter that took the smile away she still has no idea where she is. And therefore has no idea how she’ll find her but there won’t be many places to hide. She specifically ordered her soldiers to check everywhere to prevent rebellion and on a more personal note locate her daughter’s location. However, she knew she would find her daughter with all these tactics so she wouldn’t have much reason to become paranoid even though she was about her daughter as she wanted her to be safe. She would therefore, do what she could to keep her safe.
Kuvira then heard a voice on a radio she hasn’t heard in over ten years her daughters. As she was using a device on her colossus to locate any potential individuals that need to be located.
“It’s alright we’ll get away we just need to be smart about it.” She heard her daughter say.
“Chika?” Kuvira said firmly. That got the radio silent. “Where are you?” She asked firmly yes firmness was the best way to describe it.
“Damn it the radio was on. How did we not notice?” Twilight was heard saying.
“That doesn’t matter look I need you to give me your location it’s been too long and we need to be… reunited as a family.” Kuvira said.
There was silence but the sounding of machinery being turned off.
Kuvira then turned off the sound on the radio so she couldn’t hear what she ordered next. “Find out where that radio signal’s coming from.” She demand.
“Ah guys I think we should turn off the radio because I got this sense and I think she’s trying to get our location.” A more high pitched voice spoke.
“Oh crap!” Twilight said.
“Chika! Don’t you dare hang up on me!” Kuvira then heard the radio cut off and had a look of annoyance.
After a little while Kuvira heard one of her operators begin to speak. “We’ve identified the location of the signal Future Industries tower.” One of the operators spoke.
Kuvira then narrowed her eyes. “That’s the place.” She said, determined to get her daughter back.
I just about got the system off fortunately there is an emergency on button but they likely won’t find it.
Pinkie Pie then got worried “Twilight we have to go.” She said.
“Know you have to go. You’re ability to predict the future is necessary for location Spike. I need you to do that. I’ll still be able to catch up with you.” I said with a smile of confidence well not much but still. I then hugged my friend goodbye and finished up turning off the system.
I then quickly made my way to the sewage system underneath future industries tower in order to escape not long after before they arrived.
Kuvira began looking around for her daughter; the guards then showed her to this desk that appeared to be where her daughter worked. She went there and saw a badge that said Twilight Sparkle that was weird was it a stage name. She then saw a picture of her and Kenzo. Kuvra couldn’t help but chuckle a little; the two of them were still close friends. She’d have to have a talk with him once she found him.
The guards then showed her to this machinery it appeared that her daughter developed it. Kuvira was in shock when it was turned on; there were cameras everywhere. “Chika, what have you been doing?” Kuvira asked, concerned. She then noticed one of the cameras and saw her daughter trying to escape from the sewage system. That got her passion. “Troops Chika is tryinhg to escape in the sewage system let’s head out.” Kuvira demanded.
I trotted quickly down the path I didn’t gallop because they would hear me and I don’t have the magic to numb the sound. Damn those Daitu. She then heard sounds coming from the path she came and her eyes widened in horror. They must have figured out how to turn on the security system. Damn my bad luck. I thought. I began to trot faster. I then noticed something was stopping me from moving. It was doing something to me but I didn’t know what. It felt like magic?
When I woke I saw myself in a room of some sort. I had no idea where I was but everything looked really big there was a large clock a desk I was on a beg and… I felt dread a earth empire symbol on the wall. “Oh no.” I thought.
I then felt the ground began to shake and I saw my mother walk in but she was huge. She could easily hold me in her hand. I then noticed I was in a cage. She turned towards me and noticed I was awake. She just stared at me. And then left to go sit by her desk doing some work she is the leader of the nation after all. I was so scared how was I to get away from this the cage was specifically built so that I couldn’t escape. Sure I’ve been captured before but I’ve always managed to have a way to escape but it doesn’t look like I can in this case. I was just scared scared about the future scared about everything. But I have to be strong for my princess for my friends for my family and especially.. my son. I can make it through this. I then didn’t even notice she got up and approached me.
“I assume this day has been… eventful for you.” She said concerned.
I just looked at her. “We were after all talking on the radio not to long ago so I assume this just happened. I won’t lie to say it was… alarming finding you there in that sort of state. But I will hold my fears in order to keep you calm about this and about what this means for any changes that need to be made.” She said.
“Changes?” I asked concerned.
“Yes it would be wise for someone preferably me or your father to look after you at all times to ensure your safety a guard will suffice when we’re busy but it’ll be best for such changes to keep you safe.” Mom said passionately with fear.
“I don’t need your protection anymore. I’m an adult now just like you are.” I said trying to get her to realize that.
“Yes you do. I will not argue with you because I know you need protection especially after everything that’s happened to you.” She stated.
I let out a sigh. “It will be alright, we are still a family that doesn’t change even after you ran away.” She said.
I felt guilty about the sitatuton I didn’t run away but I couldn’t tell her what happened. I still feel guilty about what happened all those years ago even if it wasn’t my fault the element of magic was what sent me back. I also feel much guilt about the fact that I still didn’t reveal myself the moment I was able to come back to this universe. It shows that I care about rescuing Spike more than I care about my relationship I don’t regret having that feeling but I do feel guilty about it.
You can’t feel guilty you’re the one who ran away from us. Kuvira thought but she didn’t say that she didn’t want to emotionally damage her daughter anymore than she has been.
My stomach then growled. “Hungry?” Kuvira asked. She then got a plate of cut rice noodle slices for her and some meat along with a tiny piece of a pill.
I took the pill as she recongized it. It was her sefadlax it was a pill meant to help people get energy in their body since her body required minerals common in plants but I knew now that I could get the required energy from grass.
“Good you need your sefadlax. I know it was always important for you to take it.” Mom said.
“Yeah I..know.” I said. Trying to hide the fact that I haven’t taken it since that last morning with them.
Mom sensed it. “Chika… when was the last time you’ve taken your pill?” Mom asked.
I chuckled nervously. “How many years has it been again?” I said.
“Really Chika. You haven’t taken your pill in ten years what have you been doing during all that time? Mom said annoyed.
“Well I’ve been getting my minerals in… other ways.” I said.
“And what pray tell would these other ways be?” Mom asked.
“Uhm…” I said.
“Oh you’re going to answer my questions one way or another.” She said with firmness.
“But I just…can’t.” I said.
“You just can’t why I am your mother you can tell me anything. And you should know that I won’t judge you for it.” Mom said with sadness as she felt that I didn’t know that fact.
“I know it’s just some people may get hurt if I answer certain questions.” I said.
“I have no idea what you mean by that. But I’ll need answers I can wait to get them since I know this much be stressful for you. But I’ll need answers eventually.” She then left to go do some work as she is the leader after all. I don’t know what I’ll do she’ll clearly watch me like a hawk. I just… have to come up with an idea is all. But first I’ll need to eat the food she laid out.
Mom has been extremely worried lately she’s been keeping an eye on me like a hawk. While also maintaining her work. “Alright have to let your father know about this.” She spoke in a panic.
She then went to get a camera and a flash was felt it bothered me a bit. “Sorry.” She said.
She then had the picture sent out to my dad.
A few days later she got a call. “Finally.” She said.
She then turned it on making sure not to go to the highest setting to keep my ears healthy.
“I’m assuming you know Bataar.” Mom said.
“Yes, how in the name of the spirits did this happen.” Dad spoke alarmed.
“I don’t know Bataar our other scientists are trying to figure that out.” Mom said.
“Well I won’t lie this is… alarming.” Dad said.
“No kidding.” She said,
“Can I talk to her? It’s been ten years and I’d like to speak to our daughter for once.” Dad asked.
That got my attention.
“Yes of course.” Mom said.
He then brought her too me. “Hi dad.” I spoke worried.
“Hi Chika how are you holding up?” He asked.
“Don’t worry I’ve been pretty calm given the situation.” I said.
“That’s good to hear. At least you’ve retained some of the things we’ve taught you.” Dad said relieved.
“Yes it is.” I said.
“Alright just listen to your mother and me okay we just want what’s best for you.” Dad said.
“Alright… dad.” I said.
“That’s good thank goodness we have such an understanding daughter.” He said proudly. “Alright Chika needs to eat now so I think it’s best to end this conversation.” Mom said.
“Oh alright that makes sense.” Dad said.
Mom then gave me my dinner and left. “You know Chika, you'll have to talk eventually.” Mom said.
Yeah I know mom. I thought but I know it’s not the right time yet.
It has been a few days since I was captured. There hasn’t been much going on, mom is always busy doing leadership work. Thank goodness since it keeps her from asking questions. I have been reflecting most of my time as well as in meditation. I still can’t enter the spirit world but I still find meditation to be quite enjoyable. From what I’ve heard mom and her troops have been asking around about me trying to get information out of the locals but none of them have cracked at least so far. Thank the spirits. The spirits have left. They don’t find mom and her troops to be to their liking and it makes sense given the fact that they use spirit energy as a weapon source. I am unfortunately on my own in this. I don't know how Pinkie is doing. I hope she’s doing well. I wouldn’t want anything to happen to one of my closet friends. We’ve done so much together from picnics, to parties, to that rave. That rave know that brings back good memories. Dancing and great food with a friend with my marefriend. No! I can’t think about that at least not yet. We should have been married by now I remember giving Applejack that proposal necklace for safe keeping I planned on giving it to her not long after our first anniversary she’s just the mare for me and that I know. I smiled upon thinking of that kind mare she’s the sweetest mare I’ve ever met far kinder than most.
I then noticed that mom got back and that got the smile away. “So how have you been doing today?” Mom asked me.
“Oh I’ve been wonderful just a few nice things like mediation.” I spoke with a slight smile at that.
“That’s good I’m glad you’ve been holding up especially after everything that’s happened to you.” Mom spoke with concern.
“You don’t have to worry about me.” I said eniullay not wanting her to worry.
“But I do especially with you in this state how this happened I have no idea but my scientists are working on a cure lead by your father.” Mom said.
“How’s dad holding up?” I asked in concern.
“I won’t lie when I say your father was alarmed when he learned what happened to you but he’s been holding up.” Mom said.
“That’s a good thing I don’t want either of you to get too paranoid.” I said.
“Oh we’re going to be paranoid regardless nothing is going to stop that.” Mom said.
“Great.” I said worried.
“Don’t do that we don’t need your sacraism.” Mom said.
“Sorry I’m just worried about you worrying.” I said apologetically.
“I know it’s just you dont have to worry about us let us do the worrying.” Mom said.
“Come on Twilight, think. There has to be something that I can do.” I said.
“You can start by being honest with me about these notes.” Mom said.
I turned and my face showed fear as I saw she had come back with my written diary in Equestrian hand as well as my magic book wait my magic book! I can do something with this. Why haven’t I thought about it before.
She approached me. “It is clear this is written in a handwriting to attempt others from reading it. I have no idea where you learned to write in such a mysterious handwriting but I’d like to know.” She said, intrigued and with passion for my well being and that scared me. When she was passionate about something she always got it done.
She then pulled out an old note “This was found in that cardboard box we found you in but we couldn’t read it ourselves. But it appears to be written in the hand writing that mysteriously is similar to the one your notes and books are in a cosiedence I think not.” Mom said.
I tried to hide my fear but just couldn’t. Mom sighed. “Look sweetheart. All you have to do is tell me there’s no reason to hide about this.” Mom said.
But there’s every reason with regards to the safety of Spike. I thought but knowing better than to say that to get her an idea Spike may be moved elsewhere if that happens I don’t know what I’ll do.
“Can you at least read this?” Mom asked.
I began to read. “Dear mule.” I got mad at that mule’s are just as valuable life forms as anyone else and they deserve to be treated with respect. It was also a slang insult on the lower class by the nobles and was often used to distinguish them as lesser I’m not lesser then them if anything we’re equals in regards to knowledge and sophistication. I read the rest of the letter. “I take it that you won’t be able to read this letter as this world has other forms of handwriting that are more primitive and typical. But to lay it out for you. Yes we are aware of your magical capabilities sicne Princess Celestia will likely see it as potential to bring so called benefit to the country by having a low blood become Celestia’s personal student. We had no choice but to exile you. If you survive which we doubt you will with such barbarous monkeys we doubt you’ll ever know but the chance to spite at the unworthy commoners is something we always take pleasure in. Yours truly Blueblood.”
What Blueblood his father was behind all this I must tell Celestia right away. But how the spell was broken the moment we went damn nobles were probably behind it. It's always the Celestia damn nobles! I am outraged how dare they exile me and refer to these people as barbaric monkeys they are nothing of the sort! They are civilized kind hearted people who care about those around them and they’ve accepted me despite the fact that I’m the only sapient creature they’ve ever come across besides the spirits. To believe they can just dumb them down and demoraize them my parents to barbaric monkey’s it just isn’t alright it’s cruel and fucked up.
Mom noticed my distress. “Whoa I get it whoever dumped you clearly didn’t want you. I’m sorry for that but… you can be happy to know that your father and I will always want you.” Mom spoke with a smile.
I smiled back. “I know and I appreciate you for that. Man Twilight you’re such a gushy one.” I said.
“I wasmeaning to ask you Twilight Sparkle is that like a stage name?” Mom asked.
“It’s hard to explain.” I said.
“Wait. You actually had your name changed to Twilight what’s wrong with Chika you know it means wisdom which is what you are like.” Mom said.
“It just fits me better.” I said not wanting to hint at a deeper meaning.
“If you’re going to lie to your mother you can at least put some effort into it.” Mom said.
I didn’t know how to answer that. “Well I’m going to bed I expect no disturbances from you tonight we both need our rest after all.” Mom said.
It was true we did both need our rest and I would need it too at least until my horn heals then I can make my escape but I may need some help with that.
It has been about five days since mom found me. I won’t lie it hasn’t been easy not knowing when I’ll ever be free once again. I’m sure my friends will think of something. I do wonder who may of shrunk me.
“I wonder who would have the nerve to do something like this to me?” I asked aloud.
“Who indeed.” Mom said.
I froze. I didn't even notice she was home. “If you have any ideas who may of done this to you. You need to let me know if it was the spirits it would be typical of them. They never approved of your father and I.” Mom said.
“No the spirits wouldn’t of done this to me.” I said.
“You can’t be too sure.” Mom said.
“Trust me I am. The spirits are kind hearted beings and wouldn’t do anything like this.” I said knowing it was true along with the fact that I have formed friendships among many spirits.
“Then if you don’t think them who do you think did it?” Mom asked.
I narrowed my eyes. “Probably the elephant rat triad or the daitu.” I said infrigrated.
“The daitu?” Kuvira asked.
“They’re this group of scientists that conduct less than legal practices.” I said this she should know about.
“Where would this base by any chance be?” Mom asked.
“We currently don’t know everyone in the city has been looking because they’ve caused quite a lot of problems for others by committing unethical experiments on victims without them even relaizing it. I explained not wanting her to get too aware but still knowing she would’ve figured out that I do have ties with them due to her ability to read people’s faces.
“And just why do have ties with such a dangerous group?” Mom asked sounding firm and alarmed.
“Uh…” I said.
“You’re going to answer this question Chika.” Mom stated.
A guard then approached. “Great Uniter there is a silent revolt going on in the western side of the city that may need your attention.” A male guard said. “Thank you for the information soldier. dismisses.” Mom said formally.
She then turned to me and I shrinked back in fear of the coming conversation “I’ll be back later Chika and I expect an answer otherwise I may need to take matters into my own hands to help you with your apparent enemies.” Mom said.
I didn’t know what I was gonna do just tell her why I couldn’t no matter how much she interrogated me or threatened.
Mom just got back from the revolt that occurred in the western side of the city. She looks tired and stressed. I don't want her to feel either of those things because I love her. She’s my mom after all. Though I still hope she forgot about that discussion we had. She then turned to me with a look of commitment and I knew she hadn’t forgot. “So are you ready to tell me why you apparently have enemies are you going to keep stalling?” Mom asked.
“I… can’t it’s not like I wouldn’t but I just can’t not this answer.” I said.
Mom let out a sigh. “Chika be reasonable I can help you, but I need this answer.” Mom said trying to be persuasive. I remained silent. “If I can’t get it out of you through persuasion, I can find… other ways.” Mom said.
She then picked me up and I got scared and lifted me up higher in the air. My eyes widened at that was she going to eat me. “If I can’t get the information out of you, I may have to resort to something I really don’t want to do.” She said passionalty.
“Wait you promised you’d never hurt me.” I protested in fear.
“Well not everyone can keep those promises.” She then dropped me down her throat and I screamed.
I then woke up. “Chika are you alright?” Mom said alarmed.
“I just had a bad dream.” I said not wanting her to worry.
“A bad dream about me eating you?” She asked, hurt and worried.
“I.” I said.
“Where would you get it in your head that I would ever do anything like that to you.” Mom said concerned.
“I know I was just worried when you said you wanted to get me to talk about the Daitu and my ties with them.” I said.
“You don’t need to panic like that, you have quite a lot of anxiety don’t you.” Mom stated.
“Yeah I’ve been anxious these last few months.” I said not able to tell her why.
“Yes I am aware eventually you’re have to talk but you need to know I would never resort to anything like that.” Mom said with care.
“Yes I know you’re a good leader for the most part.” I said.
She laughed a little. “For the most part I don’t mind if you don’t agree with the decisions we make but you weren’t so resilient towards our methods in the past.” I said.
“Well things… change.” I said.
“I get that and you don’t have to agree with all my decisions I’m not that kind of ruler though I do hope you can at least try to understand the decisions your father and I made.” Mom said.
“Don’t worry mom I will.” I said while smiling reassuringly.
“Good now let’s get you some breakfast after a nightmare like that you’re need to eat and I made your favorite.” Mom said with a smile.
That got me to beam. “Rice noodles with egg slices?” I asked.
She nodded her head and I enjoyed my breakfast and the fact that I am at least reunited with my other family.
I was just in mediation while mom was busy doing work. The guards approached my mom. “Great Uniter we found these audio pieces with your daughter speaking in them.” A male guard spoke.
Oh dear. I thought. I did do some audio we have talked about my life but not into much detail regarding where I ended up nor of my family. Thank goodness I was smart enough to at least not do that.
“Thank you for this information, soldier. Dismissed.” Mom said.
She then turned to me. “Alright Chika if you won’t tell me perhaps these pieces of audio will suffice.” Mom said.
She then started one up. “So what have you been up to since you were gone?” Kenzo said
Celestia no. I thought. “Well I was actually very happy as a teenager I was able to socilaize with many people and I made many friends. We did all sorts of things like sometimes going to parties or watching movies it was a blast.” My younger self spoke pleasantly.
“Well I’m glad you at least had a happy time as a teengaer.” Mom said though she seemed a bit angry.
“I also received quite the rigorous education at this school and even had a mentor.” I said.
“What kind of mentor?” Kenzo asked.
“Oh she was very kind and wise I looked up to her kinda like I look up to my mom. Though I personally agreed with her teaching more she told me that loyalty can’t be forced it must be earned and I agree with that more than my mom’s…. forceful tactics.” My younger self said.
“So how did you feel about your parents tactics?” Kenso asked.
My younger self sighed. “I won’t lie I didn’t agree with much of her decision making I even used to listen to the guards talk about my parents regarding the camps or how forceitive she can be in their contracts I stopped of course when mom banned anyone from saying anything against her in the military. Which I personally didn’t agree with” My former self said.
“And just why didn’t you tell me about all of this?” Mom asked annoyed.
“Because I know how you can be when people say anything against you.” I said.
“How I can be. I rarely ever punish anyone for having a different opinion.” She said.
And you shouldn’t. I thought. “So it wasn’t easy for you during the three years.” Kenzo asked.
“No kidding. Mom even wanted me to live in the house and only leave when it was “needed” I personally was outraged at her for being so worried about my future that she wouldn’t even let me forge my own path.” My former self spoke outraged.
Mom then turned it off. “It was for your safety.” Mom simply stated bluntly.
“No it wasn’t it was because you were too afraid of me being hurt.” I said annoyed.
“I won’t argue with you about this.” She said.
She then turned it back on. “So you stated that you’re a member of the lgbt community.” He said
“Great.” I thought.
Mom just looked at me. “Yes I was too scared to reveal myself back when I lived with my parents because I knew it would… effect their status.” I said.
Mom put a hand on her forehead. “Oh come on Chika you know we care more about you than our reputation.” Mom said.
“But I still didn’t want to damage it.” I said.
“And that’s not something you needed to worry about how much anxiety did you have regarding us and your apparent secretes.” Mom said.
“A lot.” I answered.
“It’s okay know that I know we can make it through this.” She then smiled. “Perhaps I can buy you a lesbian magazine.” She offered.
I smiled at that. Know that’s the mom I know and love.
Pinkie Pie is galloping through the forests she’s being chased by Earth Empire troops but they have no idea that she’s what she is. They think she’s a human and she wants them to think that for Twilight’s sake. After she found out that she was shrunk she realized the people must’ve messed with her Pinkie sense somehow and it won’t be easy for her to get away. She has her Pinkie sense back now and knows she’ll be captured but she plans on delaying for as long as she can for her friend. Twilight has always been caring for her, always appreciating her parties and she’s also a bit of a party pony like her and knows how to have a good time. The two have many wonderful memories together like that Rave and that made Pinkie smile that rave now that was fun. All the dancing and food with friends and love interests was worth it.
She then saw that she was surrounded in all sides by troops she then new there was nothing much she could do so she went in the center and waited. The lead person in the mechasuit then approached her. He looked in shock when he saw her and put his electric blaster away. He then extended a hand out to her. She was scared though. The other troops then arrived and he went out of the mecha suit and she gasped, it was Baatar Twilight’s dad. “Ensure she’s alright by getting her a medic we need to ensure her safety.” Baatar ordered.
Pinkie Pie was scared she didn’t know what would happen. But she knew he would inform Twilight’s mother about this.
I was enjoying my dinner when we got a call from my dad. “Hello Bataar.” Mom said.
“Kuvira I need to talk with you about a discovery. Apparently our daughter is not the only one of her kind.”
“What.” Mom said.
“We found a pink being that looks like her minus the horn. We asked if she knew our daughter she said no but I think she was lying.” Baatar said.
Mom looked at me and I tried to hide it but she can see right through me she then looked annoyed.
“Alright I’ll talk to her.” Mom said.
She then hung up and her eyes were closed in annoyance. She then opened them and approached me. “So can you explain this?” She asked.
“Uhh..” I said.
“This is joyous news this means you’re not alone anymore and can enjoy your time together you don’t have to feel alone anymore.” Mom said.
“Yes I suppose that is good.” I said going along with it.
She then noticed my fears..”Chika are there more of your kind?” Mom asked.
I didn’t know what to say.
“I assume from your expression that there is more of your kind. I will need this information. This isn’t something you can just hide from me.” Mom said.
I felt guilty for hiding this. She let out a sigh. “Look Chika you don’t have to feel guilty about anything but I’ll need an answer okay.” Mom asked softly.
I was in a panic and having an anxiety attack and didn’t know how to respond. “I take it you still need some time to take this all in.” Mom said. “But I will need this answer.” She said.
I know but I don’t know how to explain this to her.
I am right now with Fluttershy we are talking amongst each other as well as helping out her animals Spike is with us helping out as well everything is perfect. I then saw a figure I didn’t expect it was Princess Luna. “Princess Luna what are you doing outside of Canterlot at this hour it’s morning you should be asleep.” I said.
“It is not morning and I am still in Canterlot.” Princess Luna replied.
“Oh yeah.” I said remembering the fact that Spike is in fact not with me right now and neither is Fluttershy.
My eyes then gleamed with hope. “Does this mean….?
“Yes my sister is finally able to get access to the multiverse once again through the usage of… assistance.” Princess Luna said nervously.
“Assistance? Assistance from whom?” I asked.
“Discord.” She answered.
“What! You releashed him!”I spoke in shock and slight anger knowing that they realized the person who caused all that damage to everyone.
“I understand why you are upset but tis was necessary. We needed a creature that could access large amounts of magic and with near limitless range so Discord was logically the best person for this.” Princess Luna responded.
“Okay I see your point.” I said.
“Thank you dearest Twilight, we only wanted to get you and Spike back home.” Luna said.
“And that’s understandable.” I said.
“Well do not worry Discord will be here to realize you from your… predicament soon.” Luna said.
“Do you have any idea what happened to me?” I asked.
“It was simply poison joke.” She replied.
Poison joke of course know the idea of me being shrunken and unable to help myself in order to rescue Spike would be considered a cruel joke.
“It’s alright Discord and Zecora have been working together. Zecora brewed the potion to heal you and Discord’s currently working on a way to obtain a portal to rescue you and Pinkie Pie from your captures.” Luna said. I must thank Zecora for that. She really is a good friend. Always virtuous and that’s a good thing.
“Alright I must leave now to carry out my dream duties to Pinkie Pie don’t worry Discord will be reducing you soon.” Luna said.
I then woke up. “Chika you’re finally awake don’t scare me like that.” Mom said.
“Sorry mom I had a bit of a strange dream.” I said.
“I’ll say whose Princess Luna?” She asked.
“Uhm just a character I made up in my dreams.” I replied.
“Oh really than why did you talk about her helping you.” Mom edged on.
I didn’t know what to say to that. She then put her hand down on the table. “Come on Chika you can talk to me. If you keep this up I may have to start interrogating other people rather than you.” Mom said.
“You don’t know anyone with that kind of information.” I said.
She sighed “I know but I won’t lie I’m growing impatient. I will need an answer soon. Just remember I won’t judge you for whatever you say” Mom said with care. I know that but I just can’t tell her I won’t risk my son’s safety and I know that he could be endanger if I talk so I won’t. At least not yet. Thank harmony that Discord of all people will be here soon.
It has been a day. And I noticed that my body felt funny in a magic sort of way finally we would be free. I then saw Pinkie Pie and hugged her and I saw Discord. “I know we don’t really have the same idea about chaos but we all have one thing in common. Nobody should use authority to hurt an innocent. It’s just way too much order.” Discord said with disdain. I could tell he was genuinely truthful perhaps he does have some virtue in him.
He then snapped his fingers and we got teleported to a an underground complex beneath the city. “He’s in there, it's time that we rescue him.” Discord said.
We came up with a plan Discord would teleport us into humans and we would make our way to his cell and then teleport him away.
The royal guards were also there in case things got serious. It got to that point my parents will likely punish these gueys for causing a military intervention from another country.
When we got to his cell. I felt great sympathy and relief for seeing my son at last he looked like he was fairing well clearly kept on a good diet. But emotionally he seemed scared though still strong he’s a resilient little guy. “Alright before I leave I have to ask you a question?” I said seemingly in a tone of distaste and authority.
He sighed. “What do you guys want from me this time?” He asked.
“Do you remember when I told you that I’d never leave you back in the Crystal Empire?” I asked.
That got him by surprise. “M..mom?” He asked in shock.
I just smiled at my son. We then led him out of the building using a spell discord cooked up to make it look like we were both humans. But an alarm rang and they realized it was us. No! I will not lose my son again!. I transformed us into humans and we fought our way out since I had a lot of rage my magic was super charged to my feelings I even went into my magical state in order to defeat them which happened.
We went out of the building and Spike and i hugged.
“Spike I have something to tell you.” I said happily.
“What is it mom?” Spike asked.
“I’m going to ask Fluttershy to marry me.” I said.
“What but this means.” He then smiled. “I’m going to get another mom?” He asked.
I nodded my head. “Yes Spike she’s a wonderful mare and I love her and I know she’ll be a good fit for you.” I said.
“How touching.” I looked around in a bit of fear at my mom’s voice I then spotted her and dad along with some soldiers.
“Reunion between family is always special. But now that you got that moment.” She smiled. “I’m going to have to ask you to come with me.” She said.
“No!” Spike spoke enraged and in fear as he was held captive.
“You have nothing to fear. I wouldn’t expect my grandson to be afraid of his grandmother.” Mom said.
“Grandmother?” He asked.
“Spike you know how I said I found loving parents… someplace else.” I said.
“You mean they’re them?” He asked.
I smiled resuaringly. “It’s okay Spike they just want the best for us we’ll be heading home soon.” I said.
“And where is that?” Mom asked.
“In another universe.” I answered.
They looked shocked “Well I figured you were from another planet from first meeting you but I never did imagine the idea of a multiverse.” Dad spoke in shock.
We then left.
I met up with mom and dad while Spike was sent with the royal guards for safety reasons. “So Twilight as that is now you’re name. Oh I’ve always wanted to get these answers.” Dad spoke exicteldy. I chuckled and he looked flustered and calmed himself.
“Well Twilight what is the name of your species?” Dad asked.
“Ponies.” I answered.
He couldn’t help but chuckle at that as he remembered that he and mom had nicknamed me their little pony.
“So how many types of ponies are there? You’re friend Pinkie Pie explained to me that she had a strange ability to predict the future and passed events I didn’t believe her at first until she gave a very detailed description at how your mom and I met. She’s a very strange lady” He said.
“Yeah Pinkie’s very strange but in a good way.” I said smiling at the thought of my friend. I then stopped. “Well there’s six types of us. The most common being four of us. We all have…. Magic.” He looked at me in shock.
“So you really do have magic. I thought that was a bunch of hocus pocus.” Dad said.
“Well earth ponies they have magic with the environment they can help plants grow healthier and quicker as well as occasionally being blessed with future and past senses like you witnessed with Pinkie Pie.” Pegasus Ponies have wings and are capable of flight; they are also capable of manipulating perception and can cause a cloud to rain or snow. It’s actually very useful for controlling weather and dangerous types in Equestria.” I spoke happily rambling on and on but I caught myself. Unicorns that's my type have more active magic and with our horns we can do all sorts of things like levitating an object.” I said.
“Can you show me?” Dad asked.
I levitated a small object on the table and handed it to Dad. He looked fascinated and wrote about it in a journal.
“Then there’s bat ponies. They have the ability to understand high frequencies and also have wings that are bat-like along with fangs. Now they’re very controversial because of Nightmare Moon many of them were thought to have worshipped her but it was later found out that none of the bat ponies worshipped Nightmare Moon but rather her more regal and kind hearted counterpart Luna. Well the nobles went on a killing spree having their soldiers attack and kill any bat ponies they came across. When Celestia found out she had the nobles responsible exiled and paid a very large and generous payment to all the bat pony families affected. Then there’s the recently rediscovered crystal ponies. Their coats glow a crystal like color and take either an earth pony, pegasus, or unicorn form. They were enslaved by an evil shadow king of dark magic known as Sombra.” I said.
“Dark magic?” Dad asked concerned.
“Yes unicorns with high amounts of magic are capable of casting such spells.” I said feeling nervous since I know I definitely could.
He smiled. “We can discuss this later. Your mother and I know you and we know you would never resort to such things besides humans can do something similar with Unalaq being a primary example.” Dad said.
I forgot about Unalaq. That made me feel a little bit better since it means that humans can’t claim we’re a threat because of our dark magic if humans can possess dark spirit powers.
“True. There’s one more type and it’s the most powerful of all being alicorns they posses the traits from earth ponies, pegasi, and unicorns, alike but they have ten times more power than them and they’re… immortal.” I answered.
Dad looked shock. “Immorality I know the spirits could posses that but someone born a mortal.” Dad said.
“Yes there’s a spell for it but Celestia rarely casts it. Only those truly deemed worthy are granted it.” I said.
“Why do you keep referring to her as Celestia rather than princess?” Dad asked.
“Because she’s my mentor.” I said.
“Ahh they did say you had a very well connected and well mannered mentor.” Dad said.
“Yes she’s the one who sent us on this mission.” I said.
“So you were afraid that your son would be taken away and moved someplace else if you talk that is understandable.” Dad said.
“Thank you for understanding dad.” I said.
“What I don’t get is why you didn’t just tell your mother about your magical abilities she wouldn’t of harmed you over it.” Dad said.
I felt a bit of guilt at that. “Well see I have a lot more magic than any ordinary unicorn see I was able to actually hatch Spike’s egg in spite of it being a stillborn that takes a lot of magic to do and… my eyes glowed.” I said.
“Ahh much like the avatar I see why you were afraid. You know we killed Korra and you were afraid that we’d harm you if we ever menytioned the fact that your powers are similar to hers.” Dad said.
I still felt guilt. “Y…yes. It’s just I also happen to be the element of magic. See magic can also translate virtue there are six spirits of magic that five of my friends and I represent. Laughter, Kindness, Geneoroisty, Honesty, Loyalty, and the most powerful of all being magic it’s supposed to represent the good that magic can bring as well as the spark of friendship.” I said.
He looked fascinated. “So virtues are a part of one’s power much like the spirits.” Dad wrote this down seemingly fascinated. “There’s something I need to tell you it’s about how I ended up in that universe we believe that it may have been the fact that I’m the element of magic since it is needed to defeat various threats to the realm.” I said.
“Threats?” Dad asked.
I shouldn’t of said that. “Yes threats I’ve had to defeat a good four villains over the last few years.” I said.
“And you are sure that you’re able to do this?” Dad asked.
“Yes I am telling you what I told mom I’m a big adult now and I know that things can be danegrous but none of you can stop dangers in life and I need to be treated like an adult besides all the threats already passed.” I said.
“Alright you do have a point. I assume you were afraid that mom would try and keep you from doing your duty?” Dad asked.
I let out a sigh “Yes I need to do my job and mom can’t just stop me from protecting those I love.” I said.
“No, I understand. I’ll talk to her. She needs to understand that you’re apparently necessary to defeat such threats. I’m sure the princesses wouldn’t be to happy if your mother tried to keep you her even for safety reasons.” Dad said.
I smiled. “Thanks dad.”
He smiled back “You’re very welcome but you were talking.” Dad said getting us back to our conversation.
“Well see a portal just showed up out of nowhere and sucked me in about right after I went back to my room.” I said.
Dad just looked at me with sympathy. “So you didn’t run away, you were just the victim of circumstances.” Dad said.
“I’m so sorry for what happened.” I said.
“No you will not say that it wasn’t your fault. It was in fact a good thing and you don’t have to regret what happened. You were reunited with your other family members and that we can’t take away from you.” Dad spoke with care and joy at the fact that I was reunited with my other family members.
I looked at him teary eyed. “Thank you for understanding me dad.” I said. “I will always understand my daughter.” He said.
He then left to go talk with my mom. Great now she’ll freak out about all the dangers I’ve faced.
Mom then walked in I could see a bit of fear in her eyes but it was quickly removed to show a look of bravery for me. “So Twilight your father says you’ve been in danger before?” Mom said.
I let out a sigh. “Well yes but I’ve been able to manage my foes just like you have.” I pointed out.
She sighed. “Yes I know but your father and I just want you to be careful.” Mom said.
“And I will all the dangers have already passed even Chrysalis was recently captured and sent to Tartarus for her crimes and so I know that there will likely be no more dangers.” I said.
“Yes I’ve heard of her. I can’t believe you could have been.” She spoke fearfully.
“Well it didn’t happen and it’s best that you don’t worry about all of this because nothing could’ve stop these dangers in the first place. Stopping danger is like getting rid of bandits in the first place but that can’t be done and danger can’t always be avoided.” I said.
She smiled and chuckled. “You are your father’s daughter all right.” She said.
“Yes I suppose I am similar to him in my regard for my love of the science and culture.” I said.
“Well your love of culture isn’t a surprise especially given the fact that you were raised by your father.” Mom said.
“You’re culturally otuned too you are the one who got me to enjoy southern style earth nation culture after all.” I said.
“True. True. Just promise us you’ll at least try to stay safe.” Mom asked.
“Don’t worry mom I will.” I said with a reassuring smile.
She smiled. “Good. Now I think you have some friends to reunite with.” Mom said with a smile.
I smiled at that. “I think I will.”
I then met up with my friends they were all there the fellow elements of harmony, my friends from Canterlot, even Zecora was there. I cried happy tears and went and hugged them. “I missed you guys so much.” I said pleasantly.
I then saw Fluttershy and gave my mare friend a kiss. “Our animals missed you perhaps you and Spike can visit again soon.” Fluttershy said. “Yeah perhaps we can.” I said happily that I was finally reunited with my family and friends.
