This is the episode "Magical Mystery Cure" with more detail and more plot. I think went too quick, so here is how I believe it should have been!
I can’t help but think after all this time… Magical Mystery Cure. I have always loved how it was all put together. That was years ago. I am now a mature teenage girl, one who still adores MLP, and I think about things. I can’t help but feel that the episode was rushed. How Twilight easily accepted that Rarity had Rainbow’s cutie mark, how after everything, she went into giving up and pitying her friends after what she had done. And then after a few minutes, everything was back to normal and then shortly she became an alicorn and then the coronation. The episode could have had so many things to make it such a special episode! Especially at the coronation! Have some bonding like in the Canterlot Wedding! This is how I think it should have gone.
I have gotten help in creating this from my little brother, who in fact, is also a MLP FAN!!!
The sun rose in Equestria to mark, yet, another new day. The ponies wake up to start their day. Businesses open shop, young fillies leave for school, and adults go out into their merry way. Anything can happen on a new day. A new day especially made a certain purple pony very happy. Twilight Sparkle woke up feeling very happy. She smiled and looked into the sky outside her window.
“Ah! Today’s going to be a great day! I can just feel it!”
She hopped out of her bed and danced around a bit. She started to sing as well.
“Morning in Ponyville shimmers!” she sang as she opened the window.
“Morning in Ponyville shines!” she sang as she pulled off Spike’s blanket.
He opened his eyes as a cold breeze rushed against his scales. He gasped and sighed before laying back down trying to go back to sleep.
“But I know for absolute certain That everything is certainly fine!
There’s the mayor on her way to her office There’s the sofa clerk selling some quills”
“Morning kid!”
“My Ponyville is so gentle and still Can things ever go wrong? I don’t think that they could!”
She starts to dance on a table that some Canterlot ponies were sitting at. In response, they smiled and a waiter nearby danced on the table next to that one. They cheered and the waiter and the colt at the table helped Twilight down.
“Morning in Ponyville shimmers! Morning in Ponyville shines! And I know for absolute certain That everything is certainly--”
A sudden fall of water on her stopped her in her song. She was drenched and annoyed she yelled up into the sky.
“Rainbow Dash! That’s not funny!”
Instead of her egotistic friend repliying back to her, another one of her friends replied.
“Terribly sorry, darling. I… I’m afraid I’m not good with the weather these days.”
Twilight looked in the direction of the voice. Her friend Rarity was on the bridge nearby moving the clouds in a neat checkered pattern in the sky. Twilight had to admit that it was pretty, but she pushed it aside when something caught her eye. Twilight gasped as she noticed that Rarity had not her usual three gems as her cutiemark, but Rainbow Dash’s rainbow lightning bolt instead.
“Something tells me everything is not going to be fine…”
Twilight rushed to Rarity’s side. She stutters to find the right words, but out comes few.
“What are you doing?? Why do you have Rainbow Dash’s cutie mark??”
“Whatever do you mean, Twilight? I’m just simply doing what I’ve done since the first day it appeared.”
“Since it first apppeared??” Twilight asked
“Doesn’t my sky look fabulous or what?”
They were interrupted with angry townsponies rushing towards Rarity. Twilight was pushed out of the way as they went to yell at Rarity. Twilight was baffled. She was trying understand what had happened to her friend. Then she realised, if Rarity had Rainbow’s cutiemark…
“Spike!” she suddenly yelled out her dragon friend’s name. She ran back to her home, The Golden Oak Library. She burst throught the door and ran upstairs to her room and found her friend sleeping in his small bed. She picked him up with her magic and she ran out with him. He woke up after hearing the sound of angry ponies. He woke up, however and saw none. He looked to Twilight.
“You can put me down now.”
“Sorry, Spike. I just really need you to be with me so I don’t think I’m going crazy!”
They walked around and Twilight waved to a nearby pony which happened to be Rarity once again.
~LATER~
Spike yawned slightly and sighed.
“I still don’t know why you had to wake me up for… I love sleeping in the morning.”
“It’s not about the weather, Spike. Rarity had Rainbow Dash’s cutiemark and said that this was Rainbow Dash’s cottage.”
They approached a very familiar cottage that actually turned out to be their friend Fluttershy’s cottage.
“Ok… This is Fluttershy’s cottage. Something really weird is going on…” Spike said.
“Now, your convinced, huh?” Twilight replied.
They knocked on the door and heard a crash from inside. The door opened slightly to reveal Rainbow Dash looking very nervous and scared. She sees that it was twilight and Spike and she calms a bit.
“Hey guys.”
“Rainbow Dash… why is Rarity doing you job? And why are you in Fluttershy’s cottage? Plus… why does Rarity have YOUR cutiemark?”
A bang inside stops them both. Rainbow Dash rushes back inside and leaves Twilight. She tenses up and uses her magic to open the door. The sight she saw was terrible. Animals were out of control and Raibow was chasing a runaway squirrel.
“These animals don’t listen No, not one little bit They run around out of control And throw their hissy fits It’s up to me to stop them ‘Cause plainly you can see It’s got to be my destiny ‘Cause it’s what my cutiemark is telling me”
Rainbow shows her cutiemark and it is revealed to be Fluttershy’s. Twilight gives Spike a worried look and she stares.
“This is what you’ve been trying to tell me.”
They make it to Sugarcube Corner and find Fluttershy blowing balloons in front of a crowd.
“I’ve got to get them laughing, Put a smile on their faces But no matter what I try, it always seems like a disgrace I have to entertain them It’s there for them to see It’s got to be my destiny ‘Cause it’s what my cutiemark is telling me”
“Oh no…” Twilight said and pulled Spike away from the laughing crowd. Spike had just danced to make them laugh. Fluttershy revealed to have Pinkie Pie’s cutiemark.
They make it to Sweet Apple Acers, and they find Pinkie working on the farm. She did not have her usual poofy hair, instead her hair was flat and straight.
“I don’t care much for picking fruit Or plowing feilds ain’t such a hoot No matter what I try I just can’t fix this busted water shoot I’ve got so many chores to do It’s no fun being me But it has to be my destiny ‘Cause it’s what my cutiemark is telling me”
Again, her friend had not their cutiemark. Twilight ran to Rarity’s Boutique where she most likely knew where her friend Applejack was. There she was a a sewing machine.
“Looky here at what I made I think that it’s a dress I know it doesn’t look like much I’m under some distress Can ya’ll give me a hand here And help me fix this mess My destiny is not pretty But it’s what my cutiemark is telling me”
They heard a sound outside and and it did not sound good. They ran outside and made themselves to the source of the trouble. Rarity stood on a hill with the clouds uncontollably moving in a circle formation at tornado speed.
“Rarity!” Twilight yelled to her.
Her friend looked down to her from the hill. She looked scared, but determined to fix her mess.
“I’m in love with weather patterns But the others have concern For I just gave them frostbites Over top of their sunburns I’ve got to keep on trying ‘Cause plainly you can see It’s got to be…”
Twilight was confused at what was happening. She grabbed Spike and ran all the way back to the Golden Oak Library. She slammed the door shut and ran to her the shelves of books. Spike hopped of her and shook his head.
“How is this happening? What’s happened to all our friends?”
“I don’t know Spike. I all know is that yesterday, everything was fine! Yesterday… Wait. Yesterday.. The book!” “Of course…. It had to be a book.”
“No this is a different one, Spike! While you were taking one of your 7 hour baths routines, I got a package sent to me from the Princess!”
~Flashback~
A knock fell on the door a little after night had approached. Twilight went to the door and opened it to see a mail pony at her door.
“Package from Princess Celestia.”
“Twilight took the package from his hooves and just as he pulled out the signature sheet, she had shut the door in his face. She walked nearby her stairs and opened the package. She pulled out a letter from inside and began to read it.
“Dear Twilight Sparkle,
The spell contained on that last page of this book is Star Swirl the Bearded’s secret unfinished materpiece. He was never able to get it right and thus abandoned it. I believe you are the only one who can understand and rewrite it. ~Princess Celestia”
Twilight put the letter down and took the book out of it’s package eager to see what unfiished masterpiece was held inside the last page. She flipped to the very last page with excitement in her eyes. She decided to cast the spell to see what it does.
“From one to another, another to one. A mark of one’s destiny singled out alone fulfilled.”
Nothing seemed to happen after she had cast the spell.
“It doesn’t make any sense! It doesn’t even rhyme!”
She shrugged and put the book on to a shelve and walked up stairs.
~Flashback Ended~
“But now I see something did happen! The spell has changed the Elements of Harmony! That must be why the cutiemarks are all wrong!”
“So just cast a counterspell to switch them back!”
Twilight went through the book franaticlly looking for a counterspell. She looked up at Spike sadly.
“There is no counterspell!”
“Why don’t you use that memory spell you used on everypony when Discord was here!”
“It’s not their memories, Spike. It’s their true selves that have been altered.”
“The cure for the Cutie Pox?”
“That won’t work either!”
‘Well… Maybe they will grow to like their new lives.”
No, Spike.. They are not who they are ment to be anymore…”
Twilight ran up to her room and looked out her window. Spike sighed as he walked out into the now messed up Ponyville.
“I know for absolute certain…” she sang as tears flooded her vision.
“That… That everything is certainly…” she sighed and covered her face.
Spike ran back inside and looked at the Elements of Harmony. He looked at the main Element, Magic. It remained the same.
“Wait… why are you not changed?” he questioned it as if it could reply.
He looked around and took it out of it’s case. The Element was the main attraction of it’s entirerty. It was the tip of the crown. He looked at it carefully. He somewhat came to the conclusion that it did not change because Twilight cast the spell. But, what if… someone else had cast the spell, whould it have changed then? It should have.
“Twilight.”
He ran up the stairs to see Twilight sleeping near the window. Dry tear stains fell from her eyes and went down. He ran to her and moved her side to side to wake her up.
“Twilight, I think we can fix this.”
She woke up and saw that it was the afternoon and was getting close to almost night. She looked to her dragin friend and shook her head.
“Spike… this is an incomplete spell that Starswirl the Bearded created. I don’t know why Princess Celestia thought I could finish it. It didn’t even rhyme! It doesn’t make any sense at all. How will I finish it, if I can’t make any sense of it?”
“Maybe… maybe she ment for you to rewrite it!”
“Rewrite?? Spike, this is Starswirl we are refering to! If he couldn’t finish it, how could I attempt to rewrite it??”
“Twilight, do you even hear yourself? You’ve done so many things! A simple terribly written spell can’t stop you!”
“But how will I ever figure out how to rewrite it?”
“I don’t know but I think maybe you need the elements…”
He held up Twilight’s crown with her element embeded into it. She smiled and hugged her friend.
“I guess maybe we could try…”
Spike smiled and put her crown on her head and they both ran downstairs. She took the rest of the elements and put them in thier box.
“Maybe I can’t remind them of who they were… but maybe I can remind them of what they mean to each other!”
“That’s the spirit, Twilight!”
Spike hopped onto her back and she trotted out into Ponyville.
“Ok, let’s find Fluttershy! I think Raibow really needs help with those animals!”
They ran to Sugarcube Corner but found she wan’t there. They finally found her nearby a hot air balloon.
“Fluttershy! What are you doing?” Twilight asked her.
“I’m moving back to Cloudsdale. I don’t know why but… I can’t seem to make anypony laugh…”
She holds a fartballon in her hooves and sets it off, not earning a laugh from either one of them.
“Well, before you go, I was wondering if maybe you’d be willing to help Rainbow Dash. She’s really stuggling with her animals.”
“But… I don’t really know anything about animals.”
But you do know something about Rainbow Dash.”
I know that… she’s a true friend, and I’ll do anything I can to help her!”
Twilight smiles and they make their way to Rainbow’s cottage. When they amde it to her front door, they heard a loud bang inside.
“Rainbow Dash!”
“I’m in here! Help!”
They opened the door and they see animals with forks in the air and Rainbow Dash tied up in a cauldron.
“Twilight, can’t you use your magic to get these animals to let her go?”
She shook her head. “No, Fluttershy. Your the only one who can stop them! Rainbow Dash needs you!”
Fluttershy walks slowly towards the animals.
“Um, hello? Little… woodland creatures? I know that you’ll all upset, and feel like giving Rainbow Dash a hard timeBut we would all appreciate if you all clam down and uh.. Maybe rest for a bit?”
All the animals crowded around her and were all quiet. Even the bear listened! Twilight and Spike smiled happily. This could actually work!
“Oh! Here’s some nice juicy leave for you to munch on! And some crunchy, munch acorns too!”
She walked over too that animals still arguing in front of Rainbow Dash.
“Uh, wouldn’t you like to take a little break and eat a snack?”
They dropped their forks and ran to the food.
“Aww look at that! I guess you were all just cranky ‘cause you were hungry!”
An bunny, which turned out to be Angel, jumped to her and gave her a hug.
“Aww you are all very welcome.”
The bear grabbed her and also hugged her and gave her a kiss on the forehead.
She smiled and a glow started around her. “It’s… It’s like I can understand them! I… I feel strange like… this I’m ment to do! Like this is who I am! My destiny!”
Twilight took out Fluttershy’s element and used her magic to put it on her. Fluttershy suddenly froze as the memories flooded back into her.
She then fell and woke up again looking to Twilight.
“What? What happened.”
“Fluttershy, look! Your cutiemark!”
Fluttershy looked to her cutiemark which was back to her normal three pink butterflies. Twilight jumped around happily!
“It worked, it worked! Oh, I’m so happy your back to normal! Now we need your help!”
“A true, true friend helps a friend in need! A friend will be their to help the see A true, true friend helps a friend in need To see the light that shines from a true, true friend!”
“Um hello? I’m trapped inside, remember?”
“Rarity needs your help! She’s trying hard doing what she can”
“Would you try just give it a chance You might find that you’ll start to understand”
“A true, true friend helps a friend in need! A friend will be their to help the see A true, true friend helps a friend in need To see the light that shines from a true, true friend!”
Rainbow Dash help Rairty clear the sky and after, a light glows fromRainbow Dash. Twilight put the element onto her and the memories start to flood in for her as well! She wakes up after and looks to her friends.
“Uh… what just happened?”
“There’s no time to explain. But we need your help! Applejack’s trying to make dresses!”
“Say no more!”
They make it to the boutique in time to find Applejack trying to make another dress and stuggling. They look to Rarity.
“Applejack need your help She’s trying hard doing what she can Would ya try just give it a chance You might find that you’ll start to understand”
A true, true friend helps a friend in need! A friend will be their to help the see A true, true friend helps a friend in need To see the light that shines from a true, true friend!”
Rarity works her hardest and creates a beautiful purple gown. She marvels at her creation as a purple light starts to glow around her. Twilight puts the element on Rarity and her memories come in after. Rarity wakes up and looks around.
“Oh my, what a terrible dream I had… or, maybe I’m still having it…”
“Rarity, Pinkie about to loose the Apple farm! We need Applejack’s help!”
“Loose that Applefarm? Well we can’t have that, now can we?”
Rarity pulls Applejack away from an outfit she was trying to fix.
“Pinkie Pie is in trouble We need to get there by her side You can try to do what we can now For together we can be her guide!”
“A true, true friend helps a friend in need! A friend will be their to help the see A true, true friend helps a friend in need To see the light that shines from a true, true friend!”
Applejack helps the Apple family with their jobs and at the end she stands fim with her family, an orange light glowing from her. Twilight rushes to her and puts the element on her and the memories return to her” Applejack stands happily.
“Yeeehaw! Now that’s more like it! What’s next?”
“The townsponies are furious! We need the old Pinkie Pie back!”
I’m on it! I know just the thing!”
Applejack hauled Pinkie Pie onto her back and they rushed out back to Ponyville.
“The townsponies need ya They’ve been sad for a while They march around, face a frown, and never seem to smile And if you feel like helping we’d appreciate alot! If ya get out there and spread some cheer from here to Canterlot!”
The element made it’s way to Pinkie and her memories came flooding back in. Her cutiemark was back and so was her signature mane style. She had funny glasses on and she smiled.
“Come on, Ponies! I wanna see you smile!”
“PINKIE! They all yelled.
“A true, true friend helps a friend in need! A friend will be their to help the see A true, true friend helps a friend in need To see the light That shines From a true, true friend!”
The towns people were happy again. Everything was back to normal. Twilight’s friends were themselves again. The mane 6 smile and hugged each other for they had made it past another problem! Twilight suddenly had something hit her mind.
“A mark of one’s destiny singled out alone fulfiled.”she remembered.
“Wait a second! That’s it!” she suddenly yelled out. “I understand now! I know how to fix the spell!”
Her friends were confused but followed their friend as she ran to her home. It was dark outside now that showed that it was night time now. She made it through the doors and picked up the spellbook.
“What spell are you talking about, Twi?” Applejack asked.
“Princess Celestia sent me this spell try to complete it, but Spike pointed out that I should rewrite it! This was the spell that changed your cutiemarks. I cast it to see what I did but I didn’t see anything happen until this morning.”
“Oh.” Fluttershy said.
“Well, at least everything is how it was before!” Rarity added.
Twilight pulled out a quill and began to rewrite.
“From all of us togther, Together we are friends. With the marks of our destinies made one, there’s magic without end.”
Twilight finished off the spell and closed it. She was satisfied and couldn’t wait to send it back the the Princess to show what she had accomplished. Her magic glow went away after she put down the book but another glow suddenly started from the element. It activated the other elements and they sent a beam to Twilight. First Rainbow, then Pinkie, and the others followed. A white sphere went around Twilight. She was frightened but she stayed calm and closed her eyes. Soon it disappeared and her friends looked to where twilight stood to see only a burn mark on the ground. They were frightened and scared, for their friend, was gone.
Twilight woke up as she appeared in a light blue realm. Stars glittered across the realm.
“Hello? Where am I? What is this place?”
Twilight looked around seeing nopony was there. She looked closer to see somepony appearing. It turned out to be Princess Celestia herself. Twilight was releaved as she ran over to her mentor. Celestia hugged her frightened student.
“Congratulations, Twilight. I knew you could do it.”
“Princess… I don’t understand. What did I do?”
“You did something today that’s never been done before. Something even a great unicorn as Starswirl the Bearded was not able to do.”
She made the book appear and flipped to the last page of the book to reveal what she had written.
“Because he did not understand friendship like you do. The lessons you’ve learned here in Ponyville have taught you well. You have proven that you are ready, Twilight.”
Twilight was confused and baffled.
“Ready? Ready for what?” she followed the Princess.
Many images popped into a path for them to see. All of them had been Twilight’s memories.
“You’ve come such a long, long way And I’ve watched you from that very first day To see how might grow To see what you might do To see what you’ve been through And all the ways you’ve made me proud of you”
Twilight was amazed. She watched as her mentor circled around her.
“It’s time now for a new change to come You’ve grown up and your new life has begun To go where you will go To see what you will see To find what you will be For it’s time for you To fullfil you destiny!”
Twilight was shocked as a pink light cam out of her chest. It circled around her and a nother light glowed around her. It carried her into the air and she looked down to see Princess Celestia smiling bright. Twilight was turned midair and then a light burst from her being.
~Back in Ponyville~
Twilight’s friends had walked out of her home all with desprate faces to find their friend. She had been gone for a while now and they grew worried. Just when they were about to give up, a light filled the sky and blined them shortly. Everypony walked out from their houses to see what was going on. Twilight’s cutiemark made it down from the sky and landed on the ground. It disappeared leaving only a white light and Twilight’s shadow in it. “Twilight? Is that… you?” Applejack said.
The light dimmed to leave Twilight standing in front of her. She was on the ground and she slowly stood up. Her eyes were closed as she made it to her feet. When she was up straight, she stood their for a second before large wings let themselves show. Everypony gasped at the sight.
Twilight opened her eyes and stared shockingly to the new wings attached to her. It felt weird as they moved like they were hers. Applejack walked slowly to her still very shocked.
“I… I’ve never seen anything like it!”
Rainbow Dash flew above Twilight.
“Haha! Twilight’s got wings! Awesome! A new flying buddy!” she said hugging her.
Rarity followed after. “Why.. Why you’ve become an alicorn! I didn’t even know that was possible!”
Pinkie Pie swung across them with a rope tied around her swinging her over them. She wore a party hat as a horn and wore fake wings as well.
“ALICORN PARTY!” she yelled blowing a horn right after.
“You look just like a princess!” Fluttershy said.
“That’s because she is a princess!”
Behind them, Princess Celestia flew down from the sky. Theyy all gave confused sounds, none more confused then Twilight.
“Hold on a second!” Pinkie said. She grabbed a cup of water, gulped a few and spit it out.
“Me? A… A princess?”
The Princess layed a hoof on her.
“Since you’ve come to Ponyville, you’ve displayed the charity, compassion, devotion, integrity, optimisim, and of course, the leadership of a true Princess.”
“But does this mean I won’t be your student anymore?”
“Not in the same way as before, but I’ll still be here to help and guide you, but we’re all your students now too.”
Celestia suddeny went into a deep bow.
“You are an inspiration to us all.”
One by one, her friends did the same, as well as all the ponies surrounding them. Twilight was baffled and she didn’t know what to do. She siad the first thing that came to her mind.
“What do I do now? Is there a book about being a princess that I should read??”
Celestia stood straight again and laughed a bit.
“There will be time for all of that later.”
Twilight smiles nervously as everypony starts to cheer for her.
Magical Mystery Cure Part 2 (Chapter 6) Final Chapter
The next day came quickly. When twilight woke up that morning, she was a bit surprised to see that what had happened was, in fact, not a dream. Two large wings stretched out at her sides. Spike was already awake downstairs. Her friends were also there. They smiled and hugged her.
“What are you girls doing here so early?” she wondered.
“Oh please, Twilight! We have to get you ready for your coronation!” Rarity gushed.
“Huh?”
A knock interrupted them. Twilight went to get the door. When she opened it, a royal guard stood in the doorway. He bowed deeply.
“Good morning, Princess. We were given orders by the Princess to pick you up and bring you to the castle to prepare you for your coronation.”
He moved out of the way to reveal a royal chariot. Twilight gasped and her friends cheered around her.
“This is real, Twi!” Applejack laughed.
Spike grabbed a few things and he and the mane 6 made their way to the chariot. The guards that were at the chariot bowed deeply when Twilight went on with her friends. She laughed nervously as they were set and took off to the sky. They soon made it to the castle and when she got off, many ponies there made to her and started to take measurements and brushing her mane. Twilight was surprised indeed. Rarity called out to them and they stopped.
“I’m sorry to disappoint you, but Princess Twilight is my friend so I will be doing her fasion and her looks, thank you very much!”
Twilight walked away with her friends into the castle. As they made their way to the throne room, guards bowed as she passed. She started to become very frightened at what layed in the future.
“I haven’t been Princess for a day and they already are bowing like I’m important!”
“Don’t say that, Twilight. You are very important. Everypony is. Everything will be fine.” Fluttershy said to her.
They made their way to the throne room and two guards opened the door for them. Celestia, Luna, and Cadence were talking together to some event ponies. They saw Twilight and the event ponies gushed and bowed leaving them to talk. Cadence ran down to Twilight and hugging her.
“Twilight!”
“Cadence!”
“Sunshine, sunshine, Ladybugs awake! Clap your hooves and do a little shake!”
They laughed together and Twilight saw her brother coming to her.
“Shining Armor!”
“Twily! Ah, I’m so proud of you! Look at you!”
She smiled and hugged him.
“Guess who else is coming?”
“All of Equestria?” Rainbow asked with a chuckle.
“Yes, but also our parents!”
Twilight’s eyes lit up.
“I can’t wait to see them again!”
Celestia laughed and she and Luna approached her and gave her a respective bow and she returned.
“We have alot to do today. I assume your friends have you to prepare as well as themselves?”
“Princesses, I will be responisible for Twilight and us, naturally!” Rarity said with confindence.
The others rolled their eyes but laughed afterwards.
They were all sent to get ready. The girls were given a room that they could all get ready in. Rarity came in shortly after them with a rack of beautiful dresses.
“Now, I’ve worked most of the night on these, so enjoy them, and don’t be picky!”
They gushed over how amazing their dresses were. Rarity did each of their manes beautifully and before they could put their dresses on, a photographer busted through the door interrupting them.
“Oh goodie! You’re here. Wonderful. Princess, I need you for a quick photo shoot.”
“Photo shoot?” she asked confused.
“Of course! It has to go on the papers! We also want to make your first portrait.”
Twilight thought about it and smiled.
“I’ll do it… only if my friends can be in it.”
The photographer shrugged.
“Alright. But your newspaper photo has to be alone.”
After a few photos, they were finally done and they were finally able to get into their dresses. They were ready.
~Later~
The coronation was about to start and everyone was instructed to take their place. Twilight’s friends were at the front with the princesses. Spike was given an honour to present her the crown. Ponies filled the room. Twilight’s parents were in the front, of course. Twilight waited at the doors where she would walk in. Soon, it started.
~Inside~
Celestia began to speak.
“Welcome, Everypony. We are gathered here to today in celebration of a momentous occasion. My most faithful student, Twilight Sparkle, has done many extraordinary things since she’s moved to Ponyville. She’s even helped me reunite with my sister… Princess Luna.”
She smiled down to her little sister who smiled back.
“But today, Twilight Sparkle did something extrodinary. She created new magic, proving without a doubt that she is ready to crowned Equestria’s newest princess! Fillies and gentlecolts, may I present for the very first time, Princess Twilight Sparkle!”
The doors opened to reveal Twilight. She looked regal as she walked down the aisle. Four female ponies followed her with banners with her cutiemark on them and they sang as she walked. Guards followed as well.
“The Princess Twilight cometh Behold, behold The Princess here before us Behold, Behold, Behold!”
Spike held out the crown that rested on a pillow. It still held her element but was different not. It was a bit smaller, and was pure gold. The element as it’s crowning jewel. Celestia used her magic to put it uptop her head. She turned around to face everypony with a smile.
“Behold! Behold! The Princess Twilight cometh! Behold, Behold! The Princess is, The Princess is here!”
She made her way to the balcony where she saw ponies of Equestria cheering for her from below. She waved to them all with a smile. Princess Celestia whispered in her ear.
“Say something, Princess!”
“Oh, right!”
“A little while ago, my teacher and mentor, Princess Celestia, sent me to live in Ponyville. She sent me to study friendship, which was something I didn’t really care much about! But now, on a day like today, I can honestly say I would’t be standing here if it weren’t for the friendships I’ve made with all of you!”
She waved her friends over.
“Each one of you taught me something about friendship, and for that I am eternally grateful. Today, I consider myself the luckiest pony in Equestria! Thank you friends! Thank you everypony!”
Everypony down below cheered and she walked back inside where she met with Shining Armor and Cadence.
“Twilight! I’m so proud of you!” he said happilly.
She looked up at him and started to chuckle.
“Are you crying?”
“Of course not! It’s liquid pride. Totally different thing!”
She laughed and hugged him and he hugged her back. He move out the way and her parents stood there. Her mother was crying hysterically and her father held her close with a smile.
“Mom! Dad!”
She went up to them and hugged them.
“Oh, you have no idea how proud we are. We are so lucky to have such amazing kids” Twilight Velvet exclaimed.
“You should have seen your mother earlier when she saw you walk in! She was going to start screaming! She’s right, though. We are very lucky to have you too. You are amazing and we love you very much.” Night Light followed.
Twilight let tears fall as she hugged them again. They moved back after as her friends congragulated her.
“Way to go, Princess!” Applejack said.
“Best cornation day ever!” Pinkie Pie proclaimed.
“We love you, Twilight!” Fluttershy followed.
“I love you too, Girls!”
They all went down the aisle and the set Twilight on a chariot so she could be pulled out as the new Princess of Equestria. The doors opened and cheers were heard.
“Life in Equestria shimmers! Life in Equestia shines!”
She caught a flower bouquet that somepony had thrown her. She jumped off and trotted with her friends down the way.
“But I know for absolute certain That everything That everything That everything is certainly fine! Is fine!”
Twilight and her friends hopped in the chariot and the chariot flew them around Canterlot.
“Everything’s going to be just fine!” she said happily.
