"What could be there beyond the stars?" Twilight wanders this as she do one of her favorite hobbies, Stargazing, without knowing she may get that answer sooner rather than later along with all its consequences. [Ben 10 X MLP:FIM]

Vilgax, an intergalactic warlord, lands unwillingly in a world that lacks the technology for space travel. With no means to leave the planet, he starts developing a malicious plan to steal two of the most powerful sources of energy he has ever witnessed in the universe hidden in plain sight from the ponies' habitats with no regard to what it will do to their planet.
Twilight noticed a shooting star and observe it until it exploded in mid-air dispersing its fragments into two. One landed close to Tartarus and a smaller one landed on her friend's apple trees.
Surprised was she when she didn't see an alien creature like she has hope for but rather a white stallion alicorn who was foresight to bring calamity to Equestria and the whole world if he is ever seen.
"Hum? Ha.... Sure, sure-zzzzz" Spike said half-sleep moving his claw in the air as a poor proof he was awake. Twilight frown. Having finished all her duties she had some free time so she decided to hit a popular novel she was saving for days like these. Cosmic Warfare. A story about heroes with superpowers traveling across the galaxy and meeting aliens both good and evil. Armadas trying to conquer the whole universe with planet size weapons designed to destroy entire planets to only be defeated by a bad design. But to be fair, she hasn't read all the episodes yet.
"Spiiiike," Twilight whined. "How could you be sleeping at this? Isn't the possibility of life on other planets interest you in the slightest?" She excitedly exclaimed with a smile on her face as she take a look at her telescope to look at the stars in the night sky. Twilight always acts this way every time she reads a new book or novel she gets too invested in its themes.
"Because," Spike replayed sighing heavily with annoyance and tiredness on his face. "If aliens existed, they should have already made contact, don't you think? Besides, even if they exist, how are so sure space traveling is a thing? What if it is like impossible to do. Maybe there is life out there but we will never be able to see it." he said as he covers himself back with his Blanket.
Twilight turns away from her telescope to stare at Spike. "Spike, what a boring statement. Where is your sense of adventure?" Twilight, back at her telescope, watches the stars in child-like wonder.
"Twilight" He whines. "Is already past midnight. I am tired and I want to sleep.... And you should be asleep too. Remember that tomorrow Princess Celestia will come to visit at breakfast for some royal businesses or whatever."
It was Twilight time to sigh. "Yea, you are right Spike, I probably should go to bed already. But you know, sometimes I can't stop myself from getting too excited. I get lost in its world and in its characters hoping for it to be real. You understand right?" Twilight turns to face Spike once again only to find him already cover under his bedsheets. "Good night Spike" she smiles as she yawns while rubbing her tired eyes as she trots to her bed.
As she gets closed, however, from the corner of her eye she noticed something glowing and moving through the clear night sky. "Oh, a shooting star. " the mare stared at the gleaming light for a few seconds. She gets confused after a while as the s" Shooting star" appears to be bigger than before.
"But what in Equestria is that?" She asked herself in a low voice. She twitches in surprise once she sees, heard, and feels the star exploding in chunks of fire in mid-air with a faint Boom!. She saw one of the parts of the Shooting Star landing near the edge of Equestria, in the direction of Tartarous, and others rapidly closing in towards Poniville.
When the unknown object finally landed, Its crashing makes a loud sound and a tremor that shook books off the bookshelf. The unknown object landed near the apple trees of Sweet Apple Acres. "No, It couldn't be, could it?" The princess thought as she picked up her Galactic Warfare novel from the ground. "I have to see this. Spike, Spike! You wouldn't believe this" she shouted to the reptilian but he was still in a deep sleep. "Seriously? Not even that earthquake wake you up?" she rolled her eyes. The princess decided to no longer disturb his slumber and to pack some stuff she might need into her saddlebag before running towards Applejack's.
"E- whut- hai- what? What in tarnation was that?" Granny Smith wakes up from her rocking chair confused by the loud noise and the sudden shift. "Applejack! Big Mac! Come down this instant. We are being attacked!!!"
Both Big Mac and Applejack came down surprised "But what in the hay was that, Granny?" Applejack asked with bags under her eyes.
"Ah don't know but better check outside. I'd have a bad feeling about this." She said suspiciously half closing her eyes and looking from left to right.
"But what was that? Did the ground just move?" Applebloom asked from upstairs.
"Eyup" a male low voice came behind her making her flinch for a second.
"Oh, so I wasn't dreaming. Is that smoke coming from the apple orchard?"
The three Apple members turn around quickly to look in horror at how their apple trees were set on fire."Big Mac, quick, bring the water wagon I'll bring the hose" Applejack shouted. Big mac quickly does as told
Both Apples run as fast as they could using their fireman-like equipment to stop the fire that was burning their crop. Luckily it was a small fire and they were able to stop it in time, no major harm was done except by a pair of trees Applejack had to say goodbye. After the fire clear up and the smoke started to dissipate slowly, both Applejack and her brother look surprised at what caused the fire. Whatever that was, it created a big crater in the middle of the field. "But what did this? One of those space rocks I hear about?" Applejack slowly and carefully got closer to the impact zone trying to see what was in there but the smoke made it harder to see.
*Bep-Bep-beeeeep* The farmer pony heard a beeping sound follow by a green flash. This makes the farm ponies take a step back and stand in a guard position. Confused, intrigued but mostly angry she decided to push forwards to the sound that now was making a faint and constant bep. She covers her eyes when a green flashing light hits her eyes and moving through her whole body follow up by a beeping sound. Big Mac afraid, run to put himself between the green light and her sister. Then all of a sudden the beaming light stop followed by a sudden flash of light that blinded them for a second.
"Ok, that is it. Who's there? I swear, if this is a joke, pray Celestia ah... " She said pushing Big Mac aside to see even closer at what had made that light. Once she was close enough she was able to see what was on the crater. "What in tarnation?"
"Applejack!! Are you guys alright?" Twilight asked as she has come flying, landing next to her friend.
"Oh Twi, yea, we are alright, I think." She said quickly expecting bout her body and Big Mac to see if the green light had done something to them. "But you will never guess what did this. You had to see this with your own eyes." Applejack said pointing At the crater.
"What is it? Is it an alien? Oh, I hope it is. I even brought a camera and sample tubes to analyze."
"Hum.. Not quite?" She says adjusting her hat.
When Twilight got close to see what landed. She couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. There, on the ground, was an unconscious white stallion. Twilight put away her camera with a frown on her face. "Hum... Is a pony. But why is he here? Did the comet hit him? Or was he the comet?" she said scanning her surroundings.
"Twi, better take a closer look. Big Mac, help me with the poor guy, he probably needs medical attention." Applejack slides down carefully followed by her brother trying to aid the pony lying on the ground. The small breeze that the two made by moving close helped clear the smoke a little bit more allowing Twilight to finally see his full body. Along with the horn on his forehead, he had a pair of white big wings attached to his back.
"What? Is-is he an... Alicorn! A stallion Alicorn. H-how is this even..."
"I'd suggest you ask questions later. First, we need to help him out. Let's bring him with Nurse Red Heart."
"No" Twilight responded. "Bring him to my castle. It Is closer and safer, I will go and call nurse Red Heart"
"Hum yea... Sure no problem Twi." Applejack said incredulously but didn't object. She then helps Big Mac secure the stallion on his back making sure he won't fall as Twilight flies into town. Little did they know about a fifth entity in the apple field that landed along with the stallion that was unconscious on top of a tree. A creature that they nor any other pony in Equestria has ever seen.
~*~*~* Else where near Tartarous~*~*~*~
The sun was starting to rise as two mares pushing a wagon were heading towards Poniville.
"Wow, Trixie would never guess that choosing the decoration for a festival will take this long." a blue unicorn with a hat and a cape resembling a wizard said in a semi-waning tone making an unamused face at her light purple friend as they were walking down the mountain pics path carrying her wagon.
"Sorry about that. Thanks again though. You are very kind to accompany me all the way to my old village," Her friend replied.
"Of course, Starlight. The great and powerful TRRRIXIE!!! Is very humble to help a friend in need," she replies standing in two as small fireworks appear behind her. "But what Trixie doesn't understand is why we need to leave this late."
Starlight gulps, "Well... Twilight asked me to be there early. Princess Celestia wants to see how my Friendship studies are going but I never thought we were going to take this long."
"Hooo, so the prince's apprentice is having a big test this morning. Nervous?" She asked as she gets uncomfortably close to her face while raising an eyebrow in emphasis.
"No, not at all" She role her eyes pushing her away. "I am pretty sure it is just an excuse to have free time and see Twilight I think but... Still I need to be there just to make sure."
"If you say so. Actually, Trixie will like to be there on time too. Maybe Princess Celestia will finally see Trixie's potential and will take her as her personal apprentice. So we could be best friends apprentices of Princesses."
"Oh, yea. I can see that on the news. Trixie!!!, the great and powerful apprentice." Starlight said moving her hoof in emphasis. Both ponies chuckles at this, Starlight of how absurd that will be, and Trixie just to humor her.
"Oh, so it seems we have two Princess apprentices on our hands," A malicious deep voice was heard from behind some rocks. The two, at hearing this, stop in their tracks to see who was the one who just spoke. From behind, a fellow with a large black used coat. It was hard to see who was behind it.
"Well hello, my little ponies. But what are you doing at such a late hour?"
"Hum, no nothing. We were just heading our way home that's all." Starlight answered as she smiles nervously.
"Hum. Does Trixie know you? Your voice is familiar" She asked casually.
"Ok Tirek, we found two of the so-called Ponies. With these two you will get enough. Right?" A second voice was heard. The ponies mouths were wide open at seeing what it was. A giant squid-like monster wearing a red armor walked toward them.
"A-a-and who you are supposed to be?" It was the only thing starlight was able to say. Trixie, on the other hand, was mute.
"I think we hit jackpot with these ones. They appear to be the princesses' apprentices. They may be useful to us."Tirek said completely ignoring Starlight's question.
"I hope for your sake that what you say is the truth or I will crush you like that three-headed beast from before."
"Don't worry. I assure you will get what you need if you help me."
Starlight tried to remember where she had heard the name Tirek before. When she finally remembered, her eyes get wide open as her hooves start shaking, "Tri-Trixie, w-we have to run! Now! Leave your wagon and get close."
"Leave my wagon? But-but all of Trixie's staff are in there."
"Trixie!" Starlight shouted. The squid monster quickly extended one of his arms trying to grab Trixie between its appendages but it was quickly stopped by Starlight's magic beam. Starlight feared for a second as she has forgotten to regulate her magic on that last attack but soon she lamented otherwise. The magic beam had only managed to push the creature a few inches back. She saw in horror how the monster laughs and shakes off her spell-like nothing.
"Haha, you were right Tirek. These creatures have a lot of life energy. I can only imagine the source of power their leaders will have." Starlight understood immediately that she could never hope to defeat the monster so she was thinking of a plan to run away with Trixie to inform princess Twilight about this.
With a blink of an eye Starlight teleport next to Trixie to grave her and get away but Vilgax anticipates this. As soon as she reappeared, beams of energy come out of his eyes hitting her and sending her back. "Do you think I have no experience dealing with sorcerers? Who do you think I am? I'm Vilgax, conqueror of worlds and your puny planet is the next on my list."
Starlight stood up ready to do her next move but she was too slow as Vilgax jumps raising his hand and preparing a hit. Starlight being behind a mountain with no way to run, created a magic force field to protect herself from the strong punch. The force field was strong enough to withstand the first punch but Vilgax didn't have the intention to stop. The magic Buble finally burst after several consecutive hits from the monster breaking Starlight's psychic and leaving her semi-unconscious.
"Here, " He said getting her close to Tirek.
"Perfect, hold still. This will only take a couple of seconds" Tirek was about to open his mouth to drain Starlight's magic until a faint magic blast hit Vilgax in the arm with no effect besides the sudden appearance of a teacup.
The two villains look unamused at the blue unicorn. "L-leave my friend alone!! You... Monster" She says with an angry expression that hides her fear but that feeling was quickly out at seeing how Vilgax was looking back at her. "Please" She added.
"Trixie! Run! Go away. You need to warn Twiliaaaa..." She wasn't able to finish as the feeling of her magic slowly fading away by Tirek's ability interrupted her. Trixie was only able to see how the Centar drain her best friend's magic by opening his mouth and consuming it. When he was done, Starlight was left exhausted without any strength to move and Tirek had grown three times his size.
"Ha, As expected from a princess' apprentice. You were the equivalent of 10 ponies. Where were you hidden the last time? Hum?" Trixie tried attacking them once again with her magic but the only spell she manages to throw was a teacup maker one that only appeared at contact with his body. "I believe she wouldn't be as delicious as her friend though." He said raising an eyebrow.
"Then she won't be needed" Vilgax raised up her arm that was holding tight on Starlight. Trixie's legs weren't responding as his glowing eyes threatens her with the laser-eyes beam. The only thing she could do was close her eyes to the oncoming attack. When the attack was finally unleashed it had failed in striking her body hitting the ground below her. Instead, creating a shockwave that sends her flying directly into a solid rock hitting her head and leaving her unconscious.
"Why didn't you finish her?" Tirek asked confused.
"I have the full intention to vaporize her. This primitive world..." Vilgax growled raising his other hand opening and closing his fist as a tickling sensating surrounded his hand. "This atmosphere is affecting my mechanical enhancements somehow. Let's move on. I don't want to stay on this planet longer than I need."
"What do we do with her?" Tirek asked pointing at the now unconscious Trixie. " When she wakes up she is going to warn the princesses for sure."
"Leave her. I always give the worlds I conquer an opportunity to defend themselves anyways and without Tennyson getting in my way, victory is secured."
"Whatever you say. Just don't forget the deal we have."
"But of course, when the pony race fall and I got the energy source for my ship you can do whatever you want with this land for all I care"
"Excellent" Tirek joins the digits of his hands and smiles fiendishly. Both leave the place walking from where they come leaving Trixie alone in the night.
"C'mon Rook. Hurry up or we'll run out of air pretty soon!!" Ben screamed at his partner working on the computer trying to save them from the malfunctioning ship that is about to explode with them inside. The red beeping and flashing lights started sounding as the two Plumbers watch through the missing part of the ship the planet they were about to crash on. If it weren't for the energy field surrounding the ship, they would be floating in space.
"Tennyson!!!! I had enough of you interfering with my plans!!" The galactic warlord replies to his sworn enemy as he throws debris from the already partially broken ship he used to escape the Plumbers base. Ben, anticipating the throws jumps, and rolls on the floor dodging the attacks.
"Really Vilgax? At this point, I would assume you already got used to me kicking your butt. Seriously, You should surrender the second you see me coming."
"I am going to show you what I do to those unlucky enough to be upon my glare," Vilgax started his laser vision ready to shoot it at the human teenager. Ben put his right hand on his left wrist ready to activate his watch. With the flash of green light, Ben's human form changes into a taller one, all black with a single green eye and with a pair of long antennas on the sides of his head with plugs on the end to absorb energy similar to the ones at the end of each of his four fingers.
"Yea, yea. Your laser beams. Learn new tricks old man" The Conductoid said after absorbing Vilgax's beam and redirecting it back striking Vilgax in the chest that sending him flying a few meters across the ship destroying walls among other things on his way. "Rook, are you done? These flashing lights are annoying."
"No, I am afraid I can not stabilize the ship, I do not have enough time. If only we were stranded in space but it seems we are trapped in the orbital force of a planet. If you had not destroyed the main console maybe we still had a chance."
"What? You blame this on me," Feedback said offended as the sound of the Omnitrix on his chest flashes red indicating a timeout. Ben's human form appears after a dim green light. "It was Vilgax who threw Fourarms into the console.*sigh* Ok nevermind is no use to cry over spilled milk"
"I believe Vilgax is lactose intolerant. It is unlikely he had any milk on his ship." The blue feline-like alien responded unsarcastically.
"No Rook. What that means... ough never mind that. Tell me, what you can do?" Rook starts pushing buttons on the computer constantly looking between the screen and the buttons he was pushing only to just stop to stare at Ben.
"Humm... Hope for the ship to not explode on landing?"
"Perfect" Ben slaps his face with his hand. He then rested his back on one of the walls completely forgetting that Vilgax was still there. Rook had started pushing buttons once again trying to find out which planet they were about to land on.
"I believe we have even bigger problems on our hands. That is the correct human expression, right?" Ben nodded. He sees the half-cracked screen of the computer trying to make sense of it. "It seems that we are going to land on the infamous planet Gaia 1"
"What?!! Gaia 1. No, anything else but Gaia 1!!.... what is Gaia 1?"
"You have not heard the stories?" Rook said in shock. "Gaia 1 is one of the most dangerous planets in this galaxy, said to bring bad luck to anyone who dares to approach it."
"Bad luck? Are you kidding? The reason is considered dangerous is because of bad luck"
"The Plumber's scanners indicate that Its atmosphere is highly radioactive but still it was detected that it sustains life never seen before. Many attempts were made to explore the planet but every time a group is sent mysterious accidents happen that end in catastrophes. No expedition was ever successful in landing."
"Puff, please. Those were just accidents. Luck has anything to do with it. Nothing wrong will happen to us"
"Ben, there is another rumor surrounding the planet, Whoever makes fun of Gaia 1 will suffer the curse. Do you know what this means?" Rook said before he looked behind Ben's back in surprise and horror.
"No, what does it means?" Ben said with a smug expression.
"It means~" Vilgax's voice was heard behind Ben. He quickly ducks anticipating a strike. Rook tries grabbing his weapon but he wasn't fast enough so he was sent flying with a swing of Vilgax's arm. "That your luck is over."
"Rook!!!" Ben screamed looking at his partner lying on the floor.
"Gaia 1 is famous to bring misfortune to the Plumbers. This could be the perfect opportunity to end you once and for all" He said raising a fist.
"Funny, I never thought you as a superstitious type, Vilgax," He says with a fake smile trying to think of a way to save his partner and him from both Vilgax and the crashing ship.
"I will take any advantage I can to defeat you," He said swinging his fist once again. Ben dodged it but in the process, he gets himself cornered.
"Well, lucky for me, I don't believe in luck," He says pushing a button on his watch making a cylindrical tube pop out. "But I believe in HUMUNGOUSAUR!!!!... Hu-Homungousaur!!... Humung... Ok, What is it now!!" Ben tries to push the cylinder in to activate the transformation but it didn't budge. He moved it around trying to unlock it but he was only able to see that the green lights of the Omnitrix were changed into light purple. "Oh, men!!!" The hero cursed himself as the ship started to shake more violently.
"It seems that Ben 10's luck finally ran out" *Bomp*
...
"Haaaaa!!!" Ben wakes up screaming remembering Vilgax's fist moving at high speed towards his face.. "Ha? what- ha? Wow, Ohh my head hurts"
"Wow, wow. Take it easy. You suffer a minor concussion and it isn't helpful to stand up that quick." Ben was then pushed down on his bed. "Umm... you don't seem to have a fever. If you rest for a couple of hours you should be fine. Wait here and don't try to move while I bring the princess, ok... um... prince?" Ben then heard a soft giggle follow by the screeching of a door opening and closing as well as the clopping of something on the floor. Ben could have opened his eyes to see who it was but his headache didn't allow him.
He tried to stand up, regardless of what the female voice had told him, once he feels good enough to do it. With a dry throat, he opens his eyes and looked around. "Water, I need water" His stare stopped at seeing just what he was looking for, a jar full of freshwater. He brings the jar closer and starts drinking directly from it. When his thirst was quenched he realized that he was walking on all fours and that he wasn't using any appendage to grab the water.
"Hum?" A crash was heard when the jar of water that was mysteriously floating in the air was suddenly falling down. "Oh,... Cool. A new guy. But what am I?" He said Looking around himself. He gets close to a mirror in the room to have a better look at himself.
He was some sort of white unicorn with wings. His mane had two shades of green as well as a tail with the same colors. He was wearing black armor on his chest with the symbol of the Omnitrix in the middle and the most curious about this transformation was that he had a strange tattoo on his...
"Hum... waking up in an unknown room with a strong headache and with a tattoo, I don't remember putting on? My dad has warned me about this but he said this wouldn't happen until I got into a college." Ben chuckle internally.
Ben was watching himself more thoroughly on the mirror in the room until the screeching of the door sounded again. There he could see entering two equines similar to him, one purple and the other white with a floating multicolor mane.
*~*~*~Outside Twilight's castle : 10 min ago.~*~*~*
"Hum... Hum..." The princess of friendship was scampering around the entrance of her castle waiting for her mentor to come.
"Twilight, I know you are nervous but walking around in circles isn't going to make the princess come any faster," Spike said with a tired expression. The sun was already up an hour ago and Spike had only got like four hours of sleep at most. He was awoken by Twilight to send a letter to Princess Celestia and ask her to hurry because she had something very very important to show to her. After that, she made him help her find a book about myths and legends of Equestria, a very specific one. but they couldn't find it.
"I know I know. It's just... that the faith of Equestria. No, of the whole world is at risk... I think. Hum..." She was back to scampering around. "I mean... it is just a legend, right?.... but again, Nightmare Moon was just a legend too... until she almost conquered Equestria. Oh, What do I do?"
"Look, I think she is coming" Spike pointed at the sky where the royal carriage was being pulled by a group of pegasi solar guards.
"Celestia, I am glad you are here" she greets her.
"I arrived as soon as I could after receiving your letter, Twilight. Is there something wrong? You didn't give too many details" Celestia asks all worried. Twilight looked a little bit guilty about how the guards were panting and covered in sweat, She must have told them that this was an emergency and needed to hurry. "Oh, guards you can rest now. thanks for bringing me this fast" Celestia thanked her guards at this fall on the ground.
"Spike could you please bring the lemonade jar from the fridge and offer some to the guards.
"Sure thing, Lemonade for four coming right away," Spike said entering the castle.
"Princ... I mean Celestia. Thanks again for coming so quickly but I am afraid that I could have overreacted at the moment I wrote you that letter." Celestia raises an eyebrow. "Or maybe not... I-I'm still not sure." She said batting her hoof.
"Celestia looks at her ex-pupil and smile, "It will be better to talk about this inside."
"Yes, it will be better," both were about to enter the castle when Spike was getting out with a tray with glasses and a jar of lemonade, and some snacks to share. Both princesses sat down on the chairs of the big hall.
"Ok, How do I begin this? Humm... Do you remember the stories you used to tell us back at the school for gifted unicorns?" Celestia rose an eyebrow while sipping at the cup of tea Twilight had brought to her. "In specific the one about a male Alicorn?" Celestia lowered her cup. This took the princess of the sun by surprise. Of all the things she had guessed Twilight would say to her, this one was especially strange and it worries her.
"Hum yes... yes. the story of the Stallion of Calamity. Why you ask?"
"Well, is that story by any chance a true story like the Mare on the moon, or is it just a tale out of fantasy? I distinctly remember you telling me that story but I haven't found a single book that talks about something like that. is it real or have you just made that up at the moment?"
"That... I can not tell. The tale of the Stallion of Calamity proceeded even before me. It was first told to me by my master when I was but just a little filly. To my knowledge, it was just a tale he told me and my sister"
"Oh... that doesn't comfort me at all. Celestia, what if I told you I have a white stallion alicorn unconscious in one of my rooms."
Celestia's expression transforms into one of a shock to the point she almost drops her teacup." What? Wa-was a unicorn colt born in Ponyville?"
"No, I literally mean a Stallion. An adult white pony alicorn is sleeping upstairs right now." Celestia was about to say something but she was interrupted by the sound of a mare calling for Twilight.
"Princess Twilight? Princess Twilight here you are. Oh, Princess Celestia sorry. My most sincere apologies, did I interrupt something?"
"Not at all. Please come in. Did something happen?"
"Ah yes, you told me to tell you if he wakes up, right? Well... hum, he is awake."
"So is it true then," Celestia said standing up from the chair. " I want to see him," Red Heart turned to see Twilight who nodded to her. Twilight and Red Heart walked Celestia through the stairs to the second floor where the stallion was resting.
"So Twilight?" Red Heart whispers to Twilight's ear as they were walking. "Is he like a new, unannounced, prince or something?"
"Ha, no. Not exactly" She whispers back.
"Isn't him your new husband? That is why he is an alicorn, right? I think he is cute." Twilight blushed at the question.
"What? No, no. no, no. he is, hum~" She then looks back at the other princess to see if she had heard them but it seems that Celestia was lost in her thoughts.
"Good" She responded happily interrupting Twilight's thoughts. Can you introduce me to him later?"
"Ah... I-I... " Twilight didn't know what to say. "Aham Oh look. We have arrived. he is right here in this room" Twilight said out loud in a monotone tune trying her best to not answer that question.
"Good" Celestia replayed. She then turns to see Nurse Red Heart. "Thanks for taking care of him but I will like to talk to him and Princess Twilight alone if you are so kind"
"Ahooo... Ok. Call me if he needs more medical attention, your highness. Twilight knows where to find me" Red Heart replied with a small bow and winking at Twilight behind Celestia's back. Twilight blushed a little more and shake her head.
"Celestia's horn light up making the door open to only find the stallion looking at his own flank with the help of a mirror.
"Why are you keeping me here? What are you going to do with me?!" Starlight demanded from inside a strange cell with bars were made of some sort of blue energy that behaves like hard rubber making it impossible to escape for a magic-less unicorn like her.
"Quiet pony. I am working," The bipedal monster screams at his prisoner as he was working on what was left of his spaceship.
"I have to admit Vilgax, this ship of yours is very interesting. It is like nothing I have ever seen." Tirek said as he touches the alien technology and the cold metal of the ship.
"Of course. This technology is eons from your primitive planet's technology. This is level 7 technology. I can barely classify this planet having level 2 technology." Tirek dismisses this as he doesn't really know what he meant with Levels. "Here I finished repairing the energy module. For your own good, beg this works." Vilgax said raising some sort of big tube with a handle connected to a big machine in the middle of the ship.
"I don't understand how your contraption works but if what you need is raw power there is nothing better than magic," Tirek gets close to the tube and from the front of his head, in the middle of its horn a purple ball stars forming only to being immediately shot in a form of a laser into the tube. The machine starts showing a red light indicating that the ship was restoring its energy. On a tube in the middle, a red sphere started to grow bigger and bigger until it vanished as soon as Tirek stops producing the energy.
"Impressive, it seems you were telling the truth." Vilgax smiled dropping off the tube on the floor and getting back to the computer to see how the ship was handling the energy.
"What did I tell you" Tirek turn to see Vilgax eye to eye. He was now half the size of the bipedal squid thanks to all the magic he still from a few bystanders on his way. " And that was just half of the magic I gathered with this pony and that small village. Imagine all the power I will obtain when I gather all the magic of all the ponies in Equestria." Starlight, who was quiet all this time, panicked at hearing this. "Of course, not before I complete the part of our deal," Tirek says giving the back at Vilgax smiling fiendishly hoping he wouldn't suspect anything from his true plan.
Little does he know that Vilgax wasn't even paying attention to what Tirek was doing. He had seen the energy levels of the ship and found out it has 1/4 of its full capacity. Just enough to get out of the planet safe. His grin grows even larger when he scans for any other energy signals around and found out there were two enormous sources of energy that were getting out of the scale. Something he has never witnessed before. Not even from a dwarf star.
"I have many things planned for you, little pony" Vilgax gets close menacingly at Starlight's cell. Starlight looked at the monster in anger and fear.
"Oh... Aham... A-hi, H-how are you today?... Ah - Nice mirror by the way. With its purple crystal frame and all. It's... A- it's pretty neat," Ben starts rumbling his sentences. The princesses could tell his blush for surprising him looking at his flank in the mirror.
"Yes, It is a good looking mirror," Celestia said humoring the rambling of the alicorn. "I heard you are hurt. I hope you aren't too hurt. I will hate for any of my little ponies to be in pain" She gracefully said taking a better look at the pony in front of her. Ben in that form was about the same height as the princess, a thing that not many, if none, ponies were able to say. It could even be discussed that he was even taller than her since she was using hoof wear and the stallion wasn't.
"Little... ponies... Ha?" Ben thinks for a bit about that. "I guess ponies are just little horses. Weird, we name little horses on earth just like they call themselves? What size am I exactly compared to my human form?" The princesses stare and study the stallion alicorn's body as Ben was lost in his thoughts. Indeed he was a white stallion alicorn as Twilight told. His horn was a little shorter than Celestia's but the wings sized were bigger than her's. But other than that, there wasn't any difference they could find from any other Alicorn.
The princesses, especially Twilight, look at his flank to study his cutie mark. It may give them clues about who was he or what he is capable of doing. They could see that he has a circle in green and black and in the middle, it has the same symbol he has inscribed on his chest armor along with a figure of a DNA sample in darker green. "Is he a biologist?" Twilight thought.
"What, is there something on my face?" Ben asked as he looks back in the mirror to see his equine face.
"No, no not at all. we were just... curious. That's all" Twilight answered.
"O...k?" Ben says awkwardly. " Sorry to ask but, who are you exactly? And where am I?" Twilight mouth was wide open at hearing this. It may be possible that some ponies living very far from Canterlot didn't know Twilight is a princess but that a pony didn't know Celestia is just simply astonishing. Celestia, The thousand years old co-ruler of Equestria, Princess, and controller of the sun.
"Hum.. did I say something wrong?" Ben finally asks since the princesses were speechless for a few seconds.
"No, I-I am Celestia and she over there is Twilight Sparkle. We are princesses of this land," Celestia said the last part as if asking him indirectly How you don't know us?, Ben, being clueless, respectfully offer a hoof shake and greet them.
"Oh, princesses, nice to meet ya. So, where exactly am I?"
"I excuse me but, who exactly are you?" Twilight asked.
"Oh, yea. sorry, I didn't introduce myself? I - I am... hmmm. Actually, who am I?" Ben asked himself while looking at his body. He stares back and forth between the princess's cutie mark and his. "I guess I will name this guy Helix... Helix Green. Yea I like it. I am Helix Green." Ben responded standing like in a pose raising his head and puffing his chest. The two mares looked at each other in confusion.
"Mr. Green, Where do you come from exactly?" Twilight asked. "And how do you ended up here?"
"I am interested in hearing the answer too, Mr. Green. It is very unusual to see another Alicorn like us. I could even say impossible. Especially a grown-up stallion like you"
Ben didn't think too much about what the princess was trying to imply with her words. "I- I actually don't know. I was flying when...Oh no, Rook!" Ben's eyes widen. " My partner, I got to find him?"
"Your partner? So you were not the only one who crash from space?"
"From space?" Celestia asked surprised. This was the first time she has heard about this.
"Yea, I was using my telescope when I see a shooting star crashing into Sweet Apple Acres. And guess who we find on the bottom of the creator," Twilight explained pointing with her eyes at the stallion. Celestia gets close to see the Alicorn more close walking around him and inspecting him more thoroughly.
"You didn't find anyone else with me? I lost conscience when it happened so I am not sure what really happened" Ben said not caring that Celesta was circling him with a lighten horn.
"Oh, so you admit it? I know it, are you some kind of space Alien!!? What are you doing in Equestria? How is your race differ from us? Haaa-- Do you have a spaceship?" Twilight starts bombarding Ben with questions like a little child.
"No, he is a normal pony. Just like anypony else. Well, Any alicorn" Celestia interrupted Twilight's childish outburst erasing the smile from Twilight face.
"No, she is right. I come from space and the ship I was on had... some bad function. Oh no. Vilgax. If I survive he must have survived too. Listen, your highnesses, this planet is in high danger. There is a very bad Alien on this planet."
"Humm I see... You must hit yourself in the head harder than the nurse anticipated" Celestia said grabbing Ben's head with its magic and moving it to see if he has injuries that Red Heart didn't notice.
"What... hey let ... me go!!"
"But is true, I saw him crashing from the sky in a ball of fire," Twilight responded trying to convince Celestia as Ben was trying to escape from Celestia magic grab.
"Is not that I think you are laying Twilight." She said letting go of Ben as he stumbled back almost crashing with the mirror on the wall. "But maybe you didn't see what you think you saw"
Ben stands up shaking his head. "You can discuss all you want princesses. Right now I have to find my partner, He could be in danger." Ben was about to give his wings its first driving test by trying to jump out from the balcony but an invisible force makes him hit his head.
"Don't worry about your partner Mr. Green. I will send my guards to find him for you. In the meantime, I will have to ask you to don't leave this castle." Celestia says as she cast a force field around the room of the castle.
"Hey. I need to go." Ben tries to break the shield with his horn and with a magic blast but it was fruitless.
"I am afraid I can aloud you to go free. You represent a threat to this land and until I know exactly where you came from and for what reason you come here you will stay where you are." Celestia says as her stare becomes colder.
"Ok... I didn't want to bring unnecessary attention to me but..." Ben said proudly with a smug smile. "I am Ben 10." The Stallion says making a pause expecting a reaction. One that never comes. "You know, the great superhero Ben 10... Hello? The great Ben Tennyson who had to save the universe at least thousand times. I was actually quite hurtful you didn't recognize me when you saw me at first." Twilight chuckle internally at the irony. "But this is a new guy and I understand."
"I thought you say your name was Helix Green?"Celestia asked.
"No, well yes it is right now but my real name is Ben "
"Then, why did you lie?" It was Twilight turn to ask.
"I didn't lie"
"So your name is Ben or Helix?"
"Haa.... both I guess. Is the name I give this guy, ok"
"Which guy?"
"Me... I mean the pony me," Both princesses were now staring at the Stallion with a worried expression. "I am not crazy. seriously you haven't heard of the Omnitrix?" Ben point at his chest. The two mares expression didn't change. "Here let me show you," Ben then started to hit the symbol of the Omnitrix in his chest with his hoof to force a change but every time he tried a low-pitch beep sound was heard along with its color changing to light purple and back to green after a few seconds. Ben keeps doing this many times arguing with the artifact every time. "C'mon stupid watch!!"
"I believe we have seen enough Ben or Helix or whatever name you want to change to next but my decision is clear. You are not leaving the castle until I say so. Twilight, I trust you to keep an eye on our guest, I have to discuss this with Luna" Twilight just nodded.
Celestia was about to leave the room until Ben tries to stop her. "Ok, even if you don't let me go. You need to be very careful with Vilgax. He is out there and is very bad. He is a big monster with big arms and smells like fish, I think is better if you call the Plumbers"
"Why? Does this monster have a problem with his toilet" The sun princess say giggling, Now she was sure he must hit himself hard on the head.
"Of course" Ben put a tired frown. This was his last chance of convincing the princess to listen to him expecting the word Plumbers to give her some sort of reaction. "If royalty doesn't know about the Plumbers, no one on this planet will"
The princess walks towards the door of the room passing the force field with no effort as well as the purple princess right behind her. "Can I at least get something to eat here. I'm starving" Ben scream for the last time as the door closes.
"Celestia, was that really necessary?" Twilight asked as she walks her to the exit.
"You don't believe in what he is saying, right?"
"Well..."
Celestia stops in her tracks to put a hoof on Twilight's shoulder. "What I am doing is for his own good, and Equestria's. The legend you remember isn't the whole story. Until we know more about him, he will stay here in your castle. The spell I cast should last a week or so. Hopefully, by that time my insecurities will vanish. "I am going to bring Luna to see him, maybe spy his dreams when he goes to sleep so I need to know where he is exactly, do you understand?." Twilight nodded still insecure. "Good, tell me if anything happens. I will send guards to search for this partner of his, So by any circumstances let him go"
Celestia and Twilight walk out of the castle where the guards were still sitting and eating Spike's treats as well as chatting with the baby dragon. As soon one of the guards noticed her princess they all stand up and take their positions and help her princess to ride her wagon still with her unchanging smile but Twilight could see a small hint of worrying in her eyes. And with a good by, she flies in the direction of Canterlot.
"Ough... come on stupid thing...ough... and stupid hoofs. I can't grab anything with this things." Ben struggles to make the Omnitrix work and change into something that will help him escape from the force field around the room but no matter how many times he punches the watch it didn't do what he wants.
"Omnitrix reset code 10... Hmm, Benjamin Kirby Tennyson code 010: reset code 10... But what is wrong with this thing?" Every attempt Ben made to reset the Omnitrix was answered by a light pink flash emanating from the watch follow by a soft beeping. Frustrated, he leans back into the bed hoping for his partner to be ok. Rook is smart, he should be fine. right?
His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the door opening. "Here, I brought you something to... whaaa?!!" Twilight scream as she feels a sudden rush of air pushed by the alicorns wings attempting to escape by flying through the door, a thing that was of no use since the barrier was still on accomplishing only to hit himself hard on the head. " But what were you thinking? Are you crazy? This is a barrier made by Princess Celestia herself. It will take more than that to escape from it." Twilight said levitating a tray of food up her head saving it just barely from the sudden attempt of escaping.
"But... how? How did you enter?" Ben asked trying pushing the light yellow barrier at the entrance of the room.
"The only trapped here is you. The princess used you magic signature to trap only you in the bobble, anypony else could just enter easily" Ben just sits with his back against the barrier making a mad and tired expression. "Here, you said you were hungry don't you?"
"Thanks" Ben greet the purple pony with a frown. He gets close to see a sandwich. orange juice and a cut apple in a bowl on the tray."Hmmm, by any chance you wouldn't happen to have a Mr. Smoothie around here? I am craving for one."
"A... Mr. Smoothie? I believe I know a certain pink pony who can make a smoothie." Twilight turns to look at the stallion who was looking back at her with hoping eyes. She then gives him a smug smile. "I can bring you one if... you told me who are you and where you came from" Twilight had feared the white stallion since the first time she saw him laying down on that crater. It is unusual to have a fictional character from a children's story to be real... twice but once he waked up and started to talk he didn't seem that menacing. Her fear transforms into curiosity rather quickly or even into something else.
Good, because I think he is kind of cute. Can you introduce me to him later? Twilight shook her head at remembering Nurse Redheart commentary from early. Twilight look again at the stallion who was talking to himself trying to hide her flushed cheeks. "Sorry. What did you say?"
"Ough... I said that I already told you everything. We came from space and we had an accident with a criminal on the spaceship and ended up here by accident. Can you please let me go already. I have to find my partner He could be in trouble."
"I am sorry but I can't do it if even I want to. Princess Celestia is the only one who could burst that barrier. But don't worry the spell should disappear in a couple of days. I am going to send a group to look for.. your partner in the meantime. If he... stands out as much as you do, he should be very easy to find"
Ben, not very satisfied with the answer, sits in a chair and attempts to grab the sandwich with his bare hooves. "Humm. Ough... how you even..."
"Hum... why don't you try with your horn?" Twilight asks confused. Ben raises his eyebrow before attempting to grab the food once again but this time by trusting the sandwich with his pointing horn.
"I don't think this is any better."He says with the sandwich between his horn leaking mayonnaise and daisy petals down on his head. Twilight couldn't help it but laugh at the sight what give the male alicorn a frown. "Hey!!! I just did what you told me."
"I meant with your magic doofus." Ben blink fast at hearing this. He sees amused how Twilight's horn lit up with a purple aura, the same aura as the floating sandwich above his head. "Here use this," The purple alicorn said putting aside the sandwich and floating a napkin at Ben.
"So all of you can use magic by nature?"
Twilight turned her head slightly. "Y-yes.... all unicorns and alicorns can use magic. So as you."
"Me? No, no I can't. My cousin is the magic talented in the family." He said cleaning his head with the napkin.
"What are you talking about. I see you blasting your magic at the barrier not so long ago."
"I did?... I-I guess I did." Ben scratches the back of his head. Since he received his new Omnitrix from Azmuth, Ben's transformations had come with a bit of knowledge of what abilities his aliens have inserted directly on his brain. He didn't know how they work or what name was given to those abilities most of the times and this time was no exception. He has used magic without even realizing.
"Yea I did!! Cool!" He shouted this time with a smile. "Oh, if grandma could see me now, she will be so proud. Let me try again" Ben concentrates on the sandwich trying to levitate it as Twilight did. A dim green aura started surrounding his horn. Ben closes his eyes as the task seems a bit harder than he thought it will be but when he opened them again he saw the sandwich had been blast into ashes.
"*Cough* *Cough*...What are you doing? *Cough* Do you want to burn the room? You wouldn't be able to escape, remember?" Twilight said as she levitates the orange juice and pours it into the flaming food producing a smoke that entered her lungs.
"Ups, haha... Sorry first time trying to levitate things?"
"Are you Serious? I have never seen a grown-up pony that doesn't know the levitate spell. Even Some foals and fillies can do it at two weeks after being born."
"I told you, I am not a pony. I born on another planet. Besides, I have never seen magic used like this before."
"You... really believe that, don't you?" Twilight turned around to face the window and see the blue sky."That you come from another planet? But again, I saw you crashing into the ground like a shooting star from outer space" Twilight put a thoughtful face as she throws away the ashes of the sandwich into a nearby trashcan thinking more thoroughly on the existential problem that will lead up if it was true. "But you are clearly a pony. How can you say you are from another planet? It seems very unlikely that two races eons apart evolved the same way"
"Oh, you mean Helix? No this is not like I usually look." Twilight put an incredulous look. "I am telling you the truth. You see this. This is the Omnitrix. It allows me to change my DNA into any alien at will. My real race is a Human or Homo sapiens in nerd language."
"You mean this strange round green and black circle can do that?" Twilight gets close to see his armor chest and tapped it with her hoof. "That is why you have it as your cutie mark?"
"My cutie-what now?"
"Your cutie mark. The thing on your flank? The thing that represents your talent?"
"Oh, you mean the tattoo on my butt?... Ouch, what?" Ben asked as the princess uses her magic to slap Ben on the cheek with a red face from embarrassment.
"Humm... If what you said is true. Change into something else. Alien" She said still mad.
"Ouch... I-I can't. This thing is busted. I can't get it to work. Was the slap really necessary?." He said touching his cheek.
"Wow, what a coincidence," She said sarcastically. "and yes, it was necessary. Sorry Superhero but you will not go anywhere until we are sure you are not a threat to Equestria." Twilight said putting her hoof down.
"Ok, ok fine. Grandpa Max and the other Plumbers will start looking for us anyways. The will arrive any second and will clear all this mess in the meantime, can I have that smoothie you said early? I am still hungry." Ben said with a smile laying down on the bed robbing his stomach.
"Sorry, I have better things to do. That slice apple should be enough for now," she said returning the smile.
"Oh come on. Is this the way to treat your prisoners?"
"Is not my fault you burn your own food." Ben was about to reply but he was stopped by the echoing of someone screaming inside the castle.
"TWILIGHT!!!!!" A purple reptilian said screaming finally reaching up to the room passing the barrier and taking in between heavy breaths. "Twi..light... There is...a...problem ...in..."
"Spike calm down. Take it easy, what's wrong?" Spike wait a moment to recover.
"Twilight you have to come, it is huge Twilight!!"
"What is hug..." But she stops at the sounds of buildings collapsing and ponies screaming outside as well as the quick pass of a flying tree rushing by the window.
"A huge monster is attacking the town. It is enormous like anything I have ever seen." Ben quickly stands up from the bed.
"It must be Vilgax, Princess you have to let me go. You don't know what he is capable of"
Twilight was on the balcony of the room watching the town covered in clouds of dust from the houses already torn into scraps. "Helix, this is my town and I am a princess of this land. We had dealt with monsters in the past. Besides, I can let you go even if I want to, remember? Stand down superhero, we got this." Twilight nodded at Spike and both rush outside to the balcony flying to the direction of the screamings. Ben desperately try to follow them and get out of the force field with no success.
"Wait, come back!!!"
As the princess of friendship flyes with Spike in her back, they saw with wide eyes the culprit of such destruction. They didn't even need to fly to be able to see it. "Princess Twilight over here"
"Mayor Mare. Is everypony ok? Any injured?" Twilight and Spike landed next to the Town Hall where a brown earth mare was weaving her hoof trying to get the prince's attention.
"No, luckily not. Fluttershy was the first one to see this creature and we had enough time to prepare. We evacuate every pony and are on his way to your castle as indicated on your emergency plan."
"Good, I am glad we discuss that. The castle should be strong enough to withstand anything. Mayor Mare, have you seen my friends?" But as she was about to answer, Spike poke her side to get her attention.
"Aaa...Twilight?" He said pointing upwards where a blue pegasus was seen flying at high speed directly into the direction of the creature quickly follow up by an explosion of rainbow colors. The pegasus strikes the creature on the stomach pushing him back a few steps back but it quickly recovered leading out a thunderous roar.
"Yes, I can see. Spike would you do me a favor and go around town looking if somepony still need help evacuating I have to deal with this."
"I will help with that" Mayor Mare said as the three noded running on separate ways. Twilight looks up at the big bear-like creature with a deep purple star pattern.
"Why is there an Ursa major wake up from its hibernation? We should still have another five hundred years before that happen."
"AAAAAAAH!!!!" Twilight heard Rainbow screaming as she was falling at high speed into the ground. Twilight quickly created some sort of purple slide with her magic redirecting her momentum and sending her up again instead of down and catching her as she was about to land.
"Huff... ough... Rainbow? Rainbow?!"
"Ha?... what?"
"Rainbow are you ok?"
"Yea... I - I am fine. What happen?"
"That is what I was about to ask."
"Oh yea. that stupid bear pushes me as I was circling it. But I will get him next time"
"Are you out of your mind? Do you want to punch an Ursa Major? That is impossible. What we need is to get him back to the cave where it came."
"Could you just get it to sleep as you did the last time?"
"No, that worked the last time because it was an Ursa minor, a baby. This is an Ursa Major probably the mom of the Minor. Speaking of, where is it? It should be next to her mother. Have you seen it?" Dash just shrink her shoulders. "Ough... what about the other girls?
"They are dealing with the bear with me trying to stop it from destroying the whole town. All except Fluttershy and Rarity. I think they are helping in the castle calming down the ponies there."
Both look at the Ursa as his paw was around a rope trying to get him back to the forest. "Come on, We need to find that baby. That will be the only thing able to stop it from destroying the town." Twilight said as both ponies take up wanting to meet with their friends. Once they arrive next to the Ursa, they could see Applejack and Pinkie trying their strongest in pulling the rope. At some point, it looks like it was working but soon enough the rope was cut getting it loose and sending the mares back.
"Wha'? That was ma favorit' rope you..." But the orange pony word was cut as she saw a big paw coming there way. But then another rainbow explosion appears hitting the claw saving the mares. "Huuu-we!! Thanks, Rainbow. That was close."
"Pinkie, AJ"
"Twilight," Both mares said standing up from the ground.
"Twilight, I am so glad you are here. Can you make this bear go back to sleep just like u did the other one when~"
"Sorry, Pinky I can't, that is an adult bear. I am not sure she is the napping type."
"What if I prepare a nice warm milk and bedtime story. Will that work?"
"Ah really doubt it, sugarcube. So wha' is the plan Twi?" The three mares stare back at the Ursa being distracted by Rainbow as if a very annoying fly she was.
"Have you girls see the Ursa minor? The smaller one?"
"I can say I have, Pinkie?"
"Nop"
"Oh, this is bad. I think she wakes up ahead of time because of... ah... the pony who crash in your orchard last night and waked both her and her baby. I bet she is just mad that h0er baby is not with her,"
"Oh, that fellow that come out from the sky. How is he anyway?" Applejack asked being truly a concern for him.
"Oh -Oh. yes, that Stallion alicorn. Is he the new Nightmare moon? Or should I say NIghtstallion moon? Do you already defeat him? Or, Oh- Oh. or something better, Is he already reform? We tend to do that a lot because if he is, make him help cause we will need all the help we can~" Pinkie was interrupted by an orange hoof on his mouth.
"I don't think we had time with that." Apple Jack replay. "Twi, tell us you have a plan"
"Actually, I do. The Ursa must be looking for her baby. We need to find it and lure them both into the cave where they came from. Can you two go around and look for it? Rainbow and I will distract him in the meantime" Applejack nodded giving Twilight a determined look. Pinkie, on the other hand, salute her like if she was part of the royal guard.
"Sure can, C'mon Pinkie. Ah take that side and you the other. We hav' to find that creature"
"Roger" Then both earth ponies take their way through Ponyville.
"The Ursa Minor shouldn't be far from here." Princess Twilight then take the flight to help her friend.
By Shooting beams from her horn, Twilight manages to save Rainbow from an incoming slash from the Ursa claws. "Rainbow, we need to buy time. Are you still good?" Rainbow look at Twilight like saying do you even know who I am? . Twilight snorted at this "As Oinkie and Apple Jack are looking for the baby, we need to get her the closest to the mountain over there as possible."
Both ponies do there best to maintain the Ursa Mayor away from the town. Flying around and shooting beams of magic at it, they try to tire the beast. But as time pass and they fly around the giant bear dodging its attacks, the ponies were the ones getting tired. Especially the bookworm of the princess. At some point, Rainbow back away preparing to do another Sonic Rainboom as Twilight started shooting beams of magic in her eyes trying to blind it. But the Ursa Major was much tougher than the baby and the only thing Twilight was doing was making her angrier and angrier.
With Twilight distracting the big bear, Rainbow feels more confident in strike it in the forehead to break its balance without being swallowed alive. She waits for the Ursa to stand in two and when it finally did she came rushing at high speed. The Ursa little by little stumble back finally managing to get it in the Everfree forest territory. If it had fallen on her back that will be a mission accomplished but sadly that didn't happen. The Ursa resist the hit and grab the now tired pegasus in between its big and sharp claws, She has done three Rainbooms this day already and it had drained her energy without Dash even knowing until it was too late.
"Let go of her" Twilight desperately try to free her friend shooting at its paw but it was fruitless. The celestial bear throws an even louder roar what break Twilight's concentration and momentum at flaying losing velocity and enable her to dodge the incoming claw slash. She had the enough reflects to create a shield around her before it strikes though pushing her deep into the ground. She was watching helplessly inside the crater how the Ursa Mayor let out a final roar before tossing Rainbow Dash into her mouth ready to chew her alive. "No!!!"
But just before the Ursa closed its mouth, a lasso went around the pegasus stomach and push her away from it. " I got ya" Applejack have pushed Rainbow saving her.
"Oh thanks, Celestia. Good job Applejack!" The Ursa mad that her meal was taken away look at the purple alicorn in the ground and let go of her entire weight attempting to stand in four and stomping the alicorn with her leg on the way. Twilight tried to run away but her legs didn't obey her. At trying to stand up, her legs start to shake to later fall down in the ground by her own weight leaving her there hopeless. She closed her eyes waiting for the worst. For the weight of the giant celestial to crush her entirely and end her right there but... it never did. When she felt that nothing was happening she opens her eyes again. There, standing next to her was a tall white Stallion holding the paw of the Ursa with two green hands.
"He-Helix? Is that you?"
"Princess... are you ok?" Ben was having troubles pushing the paw up stopping it in mid-air. He was feeling the pressure on his horn increasing but he was still able to stop it.
"But how do you escape the princess' barrier?"
"Can we talk about this latter? You know, when there isn't a giant bear paw trying to crash us" Ben said almost sarcastically as he falls to his knees for trying to stop the Ursa.
"Twi, Quick. Grab mt hoof" Applejack demanded to her friend before she helps Twilight out of that crater allowing Ben to finally take a rest and jump aside as the heavy paw that leaves a mark on the ground.
*Roooooaaarrrrr* The Ursa Mayor let out a cry loud enough to shake the ground.
"Dude, you need a mint. At least you don't smell like fish. I was really hoping you were Vilgax though"
"Helix, Why are you out of the room? Oh... princess Celestia will get mad when she finds out" Twilight was biting her hoof standing up with the help of Applejack. The hit from before made her legs numb and she still wasn't able to stand up on her own.
"Well, I am glad he did." AJ replay. "He is our hero Twi. When Pinkie and Ah were looking for that bear, all of the sudden it attacks us from behind. If it weren't for that fella over there we would be supper for that Ursa by naw. He is a real hero."
"A superhero, you forget the important part," Ben said all of the sudden giving a proud smile.
"And don't forget humble. How do you even break the spell?"
"Oh yes, that's very interesting you see...*Slam*" Twilight and Applejack look in horror how the Ursa everypony seems to have forgotten about slam once more its paw where Helix was standing just a second ago.
"Helix!!!!!" Twilight screams trying to run to see if he was still breathing under that paw. She didn't notice that the Ursa was about to do the same to her luckily at the last moment Rainbow kick it in the eye making it fail its attack.
"Hey, big guy. I had plenty of rest now. Let's continue where we left off." Rainbow continue distracting the Ursa making it back away from all the others. Twilight take a quick glance at the pegasus that was distracting the Ursa and how she seems that she was pushing herself just by flaying.
"Helix! Helix! are you ok. Hel..."
"Uff, That was close."
"Haaaaa"
"What the hay?. Where did you come from?" Applejack asked the alicorn behind her.
"You know. I should probably stop ignoring my enemies that are in front of me. That's is how I ended up here in the first place."
"Did- did you teleported behind us?"
"Wait? Can I do that? Awesome! I never had a guy that can teleport before"
"Then how you..."
"Oh, I make it intangible. I mean the bear paw. It was kind of weird, Usually is my body the one that I make intangible with the powers of others aliens but Helix can make stuff intangible rather than itself. Isn't that cool!!! That is actually how I get out of the room." AJ was listening to him understanding not a single word coming out of his mouth but Twilight, on the other hand, was in deep thought,
"Did he just use a low-density spell in the Ursa? On an organic matter? And on a magic barrier?!! H-how is that possible. The spell is very basic in theory but it needed a lot of magic to do it in thick walls and in other living things but in a magical shield? That is unthinkable? If he really did it, he must be as strong as all the alicorns princesses combined" Twilight look at the alicorn that no so long ago couldn't levitate a sandwich being able to withstand the weight of an Ursa major with his magic.
"Hey, you three. I hope my flying around this thing isn't interrupting your conversation. or anything" Dash scream as she dodges the attacks of the Ursa.
"Oh right sorry. So what is the plan again, it had something to do with the other smaller bear from early, right?" Ben asked.
"Oh yes, you find it? where is it? and where is Pinkie?"
"Oh Pinkie, she is bringin' the Ursa, she will be here soon," AJ said this with a smile.
"By herself?!!" Twilight asks concern.
"Don't worry Twilight. You know Pinkie, she can take care of herself"
"Yea, that pink pony is crazy but she has good ideas and she told me she was going to make me the most delicious smoothie I ever had when this is over. Huff... I will be the judge of that."
"Yea, right... anyway, until she comes with the baby, we need to push that Ursa back to her cave over there." Twilight points at a mountain in the middle of the Everfree forest. "Once the two are inside, collapse the entrance to block it. That way she will return to her hibernation... maybe."
"Maybe you say? I like your style princess"
"Can you guys lend me a hoof here already!! I don't know how much I can distract this thing" Rainbow scream. Her fur already all mess up full of dirt and leaves from nearby trees and completely covered in sweat.
"Ok, I will lend you a hoof or even better, a hand. or two, or four, or eight" Ben says as floating hands made up of green magic started to appear multiplying its numbers every time he was saying it. "Ok oversized bear, I will show you a technique from my favorite T.V. show. Eight Consecutive Hundred Pounds Open-Palm Strikes." Ben flies to the stomach of the bear and with the magic hands he strikes the bear with multiple hits. With the open palms, he forcing it to take steps back from all the pain and the force of the hits. After a few seconds, Rainbow watch astonished how he had pushed the Ursa closer to the cave that she ever had so far.
With a final cry, he finishes his attack by hitting it harder and fusing all the hands into a giant one finally making the enormous bear fall down on its back. "Cool, I always wanted to try this but not even Fourarms can move his palms as fast to make it appear to be eight."
"Wow, That... was... Awesome!!!!. Who are you?"
"I am just your friendly neighbor Ben 10, full-time superhero. Nice to meet you." Finally Rainbow had meet somepony with an ego bigger than hers. "But you didn't do it bad yourself. What is your name?"
"Rainbow Dash. Member of the elite group, the Wanderbolts. The fastest flyers in all Equestria."
"Nice to meet you Rainbow Dash," Ben said extending an arm for a brohoof. "I like you." Both bump there hoofs together.
"AHEM!!!" Twilight said out loud trying to get the attention of the two ." Guys, we are not done yet. Look!" Twilight, still holding on to Applejack, points at the Ursa Major who was trying to stand up once again. It seems the only thing Ben do was a minor discomfort in the beast making it very mad. "Where is Pinkie with the Minor?"
As if it was an act of premonition, all the ponies turn there head back to the sound of a happy melody played by several different instruments coming there way. "I believe she is already' here Twi"
Twilight eyes could see Pinkie far away on the path playing ten instruments at the same time creating her own band of one pony. Not so far behind her, there was a big light-purple ball dancing whimsically at Pinkie's rhythm with a big smile on his face showing off his sharp fangs. "Is Pinkie playing to the Ursa Minor?"
"What did I tell ya. Is just Pinkie being Pinkie."
"Girls!!! Benny!!! I brought you the teddy bear." Pinkie saluted them almost catching up.
"Ok, now that the Baby is here, let's do the last part of the plan. Rainbow how are you holding on?"
"Me? Pufff. please. The Wonderbolts training is harder than this. I can keep going, superhero."
"Can you do one last explosion of colors like before?"
"You mean a Sonic Rainboom? Of course."
"Good, why don't we help our friend here to get back home and catch a nap"
"You guys do that. I will take care of the Minor." Twilight said trying to walk on her own.
"Twilight, What are you saying? You can barely even walk." AJ asks concern holding on to the princess who barely can hold her own weight.
"I don't need to. Just get me close to it." Applejack, despite her better judgment, do as told.
The white alicorn and the blue pegasus were flying high up ready to fall to gain the needed speed. They let gravity do its job and they drop down at high speed but just as they were about to crash into the ground they extend their wings changing their direction with a big explosion to fly directly into the Ursa Mayor's stomach. Rainbow with her usual rainbow color trail left behind as she was flying and Ben with a green colored trail. Both ponies extended their hooves to push the Ursa that was just a few kilometers away from the entrance of the cave.
"The two struggle at first but little by little they were able to push the Ursa into the big cave but the Ursa Mayor would go to bed without a fight. The ponies and the Ursa were struggling in the edge of the cave as the beast was holding on to the sides of the mountain. Letting out an intimidating roar, the two ponies were losing there push. The colorful aura no longer presents around there body and flipping their wings desperately but the Ursa didn't move from that place.
"Oh no. We are losing it." Rainbow said.
"Oh no we aren't." Ben stops pushing and fly back to create two big hands out of his magic that he uses to hit the claws the Ursa was using to hold on to the cave. He finally was able to break the walls around the paws what make it fall inside. With the Ursa already there, Ben pushes it one last time dipper into the cave by combining the two hands he created into a giant one and push it with it.
"Now Helix, destroy the entrance!!" Ben heard Twilight from inside the cave. She was on top of the Ursa Minor that was now on top of the head of the Ursa Mayor raiding it like a horse. Trusting the princess, Ben make sure Rainbow was outside to shoot a beam on the ceiling of the cave making it collapse on itself blocking the entrance. Ben take a last look to see the Princess vanishing in a flash of light and the mother Ursa holding the baby Ursa cuddling him with a big smile.
"Now you two. Go to bed."
"Yea!!! Whohoo!!! We did iiiiit" The ponies on the ground where celebrating. Twilight was seeing next to them laying down giving a tired smile at Ben.
"Good job Rainbow Dash with that last... Rainbow? Ben looked around to see where she has been and when he find her he saw how she was falling. Ben created a hand big enough to hold her with it and flying her next to her friends.
"Rainbow? Rainbow! What' is wrong with her? She does not open her eyes" Applejack said.
"Dashy!! No.... She was too young. Too young!!!!. Daaashyyyy" Pinke screams crying out loud while holding her close.
"Pinkie. Pinkie!! I am fine. I *yawn* I just need a quick nap ok" Rainbow said without open her eyes. Pinkie at hearing this squishing her tighter into a hug asphyxiating the poor pegasus.
"Ok, Pinkie. Let her rest she deserves it. You two Helix. Thank you and sorry for doubting you" This should be a very nice sentiment if it weren't for the fact that she was laying down on her stomach trying to look up as her neck was shaking.
"Are you ok Princess?"
"Yea yea. I am ok. I just feel my legs and wings as they were made up of lead. I have never flown that long in my life before. I think that was like two hours or so."
"Sugarcube, the Ursa attack was half an hour ago and you weren't there all along." The princes' cheeks turn red as tomatoes trying to avoid eye contact with a nervous smile. "You should really stop reading that many books and start exercise more." Everypony started laughing, even Ben.
"Well, Ah guess ah'm going to tell everypony in the castle the good news. Ah also want to know if ma family are ok. If you excuse me. Pinkie, are you ok with Rainbow?"
"Yep, yep No worries." Pinkie said as she lay down Dash on her back like if a piece of cloth were about hanging her hooves in the air but it seems Rainbow didn't mind that since she just limits herself to snoring. "I will give her my super duper extra energy boost smoothie and she will be back in no time. and any pony is invited too." Declining the invitation, AJ gives a last "see ya" and went her way.
"Yea, a smoothie. If you insist. Let's go"
"Wait!!, Helix. I know I should be grateful you help us and all but.. can you please return to the castle. Please!! If Princess Celestia didn't find you there she will get really mad. She trusted me to keep you there."
"Oh, come on princess. Can a guy get at least a smoothie before getting back to his cell? She is inviting after all." Both Ben and Pinkie were watching Twilight with pleading eyes.
"Ough.. fine. One smoothie and back to the room ok?"
"Yes"
"Then is a smoothie party. Whoo-hoo!!"
"I better follow Applejack though. Ponyville probably would want to know what happens. " Twilight try to stand up for herself but her legs didn't want to stop shaking.
"Hum.. actually. Twilight, do you mind go to Sugar Cube Corner with us. There is a friend who wants to meet you and the more the merrier, is what ponies said, isn't? I will give you an energy boost smoothie too and you will feel good in no time. I promise." Pinkie said with her usual smile.
"But I still have many things to do and... ough." Twilight tries to take steps but it hurts every time she tried.
"Come with us, princess. I can even lend you a hand if you want.. he... he." Ben levitates the princess with one of his hands.
"Fine Pinke. Just because I need a ride back to the castle." She said a little embrace that a strange stallion is levitating her like a little filly. "And what friend wants to see me Pinkie? Wouldn't he or she be in the castle with the others?"
"Nop, He is a new friend I meet today and he insisted to stay in my Party Planning cave. He was really obsessed with meeting you"
"Another fan I supposed from another town. Great. Fine let's go already" And with Pinkie leading the way, the ponies started walking to Sugar Cube Corner.
~~~Canterlot Castle~~~
"Luna? Luna! Are you up" Princess Celestia had arrived at her castle looking for her sister and bursting from door through door without even noticing that the guards that were supposed to guard Luna's room weren't there.
When she finally enters her bedroom, she notices the darkness of the room. All the windows were covered and very few sunlight was entering from them. She didn't even bother to turn the switch to turn the lights on since she knew her little sister always like it dark when she goes to bed.
"Luna, wake up. I know you must be tired from your night shift but this is an emergency." Celestia gets close to the bulge under the bed sheets in Luna's bed expecting to find her. "Luna?"
"But Luna didn't respond. She didn't even move from her bed. Standing next to the bed, Celestia moves the bedsheets away and surprised she was at not finding her sister but a bunch of pillows under it.
"Sorry, do you were expecting sompony, Celestia?" A familiar voice was heard from between the shadowy corners of the room.
"Tirek!!! Show yourself." The princess started to shoot magic beams out of his horn at random corners where she believes Tirek was hiding.
"Princess, Princess, Princess. I thought you were smarter than this. I would though you have already figured out that me here would mean that I have the strength to fight your magic." Tirek makes himself visible by entering the more illuminated part of the room. With a confident smile, he opens his mouth absorbing all the magic Celestia was throwing at him. "But again, you were so rushed in seeing your little sister that you didn't notice we have already taken care of your guards outside."
"The guards? What do you do to them? What did you do to Luna?... Wait did you just say We?" Vilgax take this as a cue to make himself present.
"I believe this is what you were looking for" Vilgax extended one of his tentacles hands that was taking hold of an unconscious Princess Luna between its grasp.
"A squid-like creature... I demand to know who are you?" Celestia said never losing her guard or her glare at the two giant monsters in front.
"Who am I? I am your new ruler" Both Vilgax and Tirek started laughing menacingly as Celestia looks at them with a frown.
"So... This is your house?" Ben asked staring at the gingerbread-looking house in front of him.
"Yep, yep. Well... Is not only my house, is where I work too. Mr. and Mrs. Cake let me stay here as I work baking goods and stuff. Come in. " Pinkie makes gestures to follow her as she advanced with little hops into the house.
"Hmm... Helix? Could you put me down? I think I can walk on my own now. It's a... little embarrassing being carried like this." Twilight said while smalling sheepishly as she was still being levitated by the green floating hand made up by Helix Green's magic.
"Oh.. Hm sure" He slowly and carefully lower the hand giving Twilight the opportunity to stand up for herself. With her hooves still shaking, one by one she put them on the ground safely and secure. Confident she could walk again, she felt her muscles aching as she tries to take a step. She would have fallen if it weren't for the hoof Ben put to help her. "Princess are you alright?"
Twilight looks up at the stallion staring at his emerald colored eyes. Watching how his white and clean fur looks in contrast with the sun in the sky and how his smile shines like...
"Princess? Princess?"
"Hu.. what. Oh. ahem. Yea, yea. I am alright." The princess says chuckling nervously trying to hide her red cheeks and pushing down her wings as they seem to be completely straight up. "Let's see if Pinke had those smoothies. shall we?" She quickly galops into sugar cube corner ignoring her pain and with her cheeks still red as tomatoes. Ben confused, followed the mare inside.
"OK, here are they. My super-duper special energy smoothies. I hope you like them." The pink earth pony said whimsically as she puts three cups with some strange and familiar face printed on them on a table.
"Wait, what? A Mr. Smoothie cups? I thought you said you didn't know what a Mr. Smoothie was?" Ben asked the princess.
"What do you mean Benny? I make this cups myself. Aren't they adorable? I made the design to attract young ponies to try my new line of healthy smoothies."
Twilight stared at the goofy eyes, the long and rounded nose, his unnatural long and cracked teeth poking out and his little pink bowtie. "Yea... adorable," She said hesitantly.
"Oh my god!!!!"
"Ha, what? what is it? Is something else attacking? Ouch-Ouch-Ouch" Twilight jump from her seat startle by the screams of the alicorn stallion next to her hurting her legs in the process and crying in pain.
"This smoothie is amazing!! I have never tested this flavor before. Congratulations to the chef. " Ben said happily slurping with a straw the content of the cup. Twilight, on the other hand, look at him angrily at first but later on, she thought that he was too cute to be mad at him.
"Oh-oo, thanks, Benny. I am glad you like it." She said smiling
"No, I am serious. I am a recognized expert in smoothies you know. This should be an honor to you." He took big gulps out of the cup and smile of happiness from such deliciousness.
"It is truly a very good smoothie Pinkie. What does it have?" Twilight ask.
"Well let me see. What you guy have is my personal favorite. Green hay." She keeps saying with a smile. Ben, in contrast, take it very slow to gulp to his cold beverage while her expressions become of fear.
"Did-did, you just say Green hay?" The hero of the multiverse says scare at the content of what he just recently was enjoying.
"Yes, it is one of my favorites. I start with fresh milk, yogurt, flash bee's honey, some frozen banana, frozen strawberry. hay and of course what a smoothie will be without fresh cut grass, and a touch of coconut water for the special taste."
"What?!!" Ben scream with his eyes still wide as plates steering at the smoothie. Even though he knows what the beverage had on it, he couldn't stop himself from slurping and guilty enjoying it but this time he took more carefully gulps.
"The flash bee's honey is my special ingredient so don't tell anypony. it is very good in giving you a boost of energy through the whole day. And yea, I know, I know. Most ponies don't like the coconut water but surprisingly it makes all the other flavors to stand out more. Don't you think? "
"When I am going to learn. Alien food, why I even bother trying alien food." He though with a sad frown resting his head on the table with straw in mouth.
"What about this one Pinkie. Is this one yours right?" Twilight asks pointing at the third cup on the table.
"Oh, this one. this is a special one. I made it like the others but without the grass and hay." Ben's take notice of that. With his horn lighten up he create a small green hand trying to grab the cup but Pinkie took it before he could. She slapped Ben's magic hand with a wood ruler.
"Ouch!" Ben shouted putting his made up hand in his mouth trying to ease the pain
"No, Bad Benny. You already have yours. This is for my other friend."
"Speaking of that, where is this other friend? That is the one you wanted me to meet, right?" She asks looking around at the establishment seeing only empty tables.
"Yep, but he is a little shy." Pinkie said whispering into Twilight ear. "He is hidden in my party planner cave. I told him to hide there when that big teddy bear attack. Let me bring him." But before Pinkie could pull the hidden lever to open his secret cave, an intense flash appear and disappear in just a fragment of second as Twilight's friends were standing in the middle of sugar cube corner along with somepony else who have disappeared for almost a week making a certain yellow pegasus very worry.
"Discord!" Twilight scream.
"Twilight, I'm so very glad to see my favorite egghead. How have you been?" He said with his usual tone of voice wearing a Hawaiian t-shirt, a hay hat, and sunglasses.
"Discord where have you been? You know how worry Fluttershy was?"
"It's ok Twilight. We already talk about this" Fluttershy said from behind Discord's back along with the others. Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Spike came to say hello to both her and the white alicorn next to her. Greeting them for saving the town.
"Take it easy Twilight. Here, I bring you a present. A little thing I pick up from the gift shop I went on my vacation." Discord snapped his fingers making appear before Twilight some sort of finger puppet with doodling eyes.
"Oh, Thanks. You.. hum.. shouldn't have" She said levitating and staring at her gift thinking in how weird and creepy it was but somehow she feels she had seen something like this before. Her attention to the puppet was interrupted when she heard crying from a baby. She and all the other present started looking for the direction of the sound. She then finds out that the crying was coming out of the finger puppet, it seems to have a conscience and was moving its mouth producing the cry.
"Ha!" Twilight scream tossing the thing on the ground what makes the puppet to cry even louder. "What the hay discord?!"
"Oh sorry, my bad. It seems I took someone's baby by accident. Oh well" Discord graved the crying puppet and with his claw, he scratched the air forming some sort of hole to another world where there were seeing socks puppets with doodling eyes walking in a strange world. Discord then tossed the crying puppet into the hole making it disappear in a blink of an eye. "So, what did I miss?"

"What the hell was that?!" Ben scream almost dropping his drink but catching it at the last second with a green hand.
"Oh, so are you the white alicorn everypony was talking about. Ha? Interesting, very interesting. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. A male, white-fur Alicorn. I can't believe Tia would give a white stallion the title of a prince."
"What?. Oh. No, no no. I don't know where do you get that but I am no prince or anything really. I just came here by accident. Isn't that right Princess... Princess?" Ben asks looking at the lavender princess that wasn't even looking at him. She was still in shock along with all the others at the events that just happens a few seconds ago.
"Excuse me. Yu-Hu. Why is everypony standing still? May I allow passing, please. Ha!! You " A white unicorn that had just recently walk through the door says pushing gently at her friends putting a frown at seeing Discord standing in the middle of the house. "It was very rude of you to not teleport me here along with the rest and... Oh my Well Hello, Hi Is very, Very nice to finally meet our hero. My name is Rarity by the way" She said as she quickly dismisses Discord at noticing the stallion standing next to him while winking in a flirting way and putting a hoof in the air waiting to be greeted as a proper lady.
"Oh. Hi. Is very nice to meet you Rarity. I am Ben Tennyson. Superhero at fulltime." He said with a smile shaking hoofs with Rarity without keeping the straw from his cup very far from his mouth.
"Hum yes. yes." She said a little confusing but she quickly changes her face into a smiling one once again. "Oh, Darling. Did I hear correctly? I swear I heard you came here into Ponyville by accident? Isn't that right?"
"Hum. well. Yes, you could say that. Yes"
"And with that is safe to assume you don't have a place to stay. The sun is about to let you know, if you want to, you could spend the night at my house." This last statement seems to take out from there trance all of the mares present in the room with Applejack being the first to speak.
"Howdy partner it seems we haven't introduced ourselves property the last time we saw each other. Ma name is Applejack. Is a pleasure to meet ya." The farm pony said standing in the middle of Rarity and the mysterious white stallion follow up by taking off her hat. "I really don't know where you came from, or who you are but I am very glad you crash landed in my orchard." The country mare said with a smile putting a hoof in the air prompting for a hoof shake. But as soon as Ben rise his to do it, Applejack pull him closer to meet him eye to eye. "But if you damage ma apples again, you will be in more trouble than a rattlesnake in whacking season, do I make myself clear?"
Ben couldn't talk so he just nodded his head. Applejack then realizes him and give her a smile taping on his shoulders with her hoof. "Thanks again for saving us back there. We owe ya" All the others friends come to say pretty much the same thing. Rainbow Dash thanks him too and celebrates his speed and was already asking for a race since she has never seen any other pony doing a Sonic Rianboom besides herself. Rarity tries to say more things to him but Twilight beat her saying that she really never thanks him for all he did and she was so glad Celestia didn't put him in jail. Fluttershy tries to say something to the alicorn but her voice was so low that the constant babbling of the others blocks her voice.
"So,.. are you a new prince or something? Or are you related to Princess Celestia or Princess Luna" The young dragon ask, a question many have since they saw him first but none actually asked. The eyes of everypony stare at Ben waiting eagerly for an answer.
"Well, I actually..."
"Actually we don't know where he came from... yet. Princess Celestia and I are looking into it."
"Hum. sugarcube? And haven' you try... you know, ask him?" Applejack says with her eyes half close pointing at the stallion in question.
"His memories aren't quite well yet. It seems he has suffered from slight dementia caused by the concussion for the crash and he only says incoherences.
"Hey! are you calling me crazy?"
"If the horseshoe fit you?" Twilight said ironically.
"Hey! I am not crazy. All I have said before is the truth. I born on another planet light-years away from this one. This criminal is a squid-like alien that had escaped from a life sentence in a space prison. Me along with my blue cat-like alien partner, Rook, were trying to..." Ben couldn't finish his sentence as he saw the judging eyes of everypony in there. "Ok, ok. Now that I say that aloud is actually sound pretty crazy... but... but is true."
"Don't worry darling? You can stay at my house all the time you want until you memories come back. I will make sure you get all the help you need." Rarity has close to the white alicorn winking at him.
"Hey! hey!. Wait for just a second! You can't do that. he is staying with me!!" Twilight says a little louder than she wanted to. Realizing that she clean her throat and try to hide her red cheeks. "I mean, Princess Celestia wanted me to have an eye on him."
"Have an eye on him? Are you out of your mind? Twilight, you can truly believe you should treat him as a prisoner. Not after he save the town." Rarity replay moving her mane out of his face with a hum. "I am simply not allowing that."
"Well, if he really don' have a place to rest. I guess he can stay in ma home. I have a spare room he could use in ma house. One more that Rarity has in her's" Applejack take a step forward interrupting the two mares. "And that way I could make him work for what he did in the orchard. I will keep him really busy" She said with a smile at Ben. That makes him very nervous for some reason,
The three mares started arguing about Helix's place to stay with each other with Ben only limiting himself to just watching them fighting.
"Hey, Green eyes." Ben turns looking at the prismatic mare whispering in his ear. "You could stay with me if you want to. I have a Cloud houses you know, and they are more comfortable than any other house in Equestria. That way we could have a race to there and then we could..."
"Hey!! Rainbow wants to take the upper-hoof." Applejack says pointing in her direction. A thing that makes every mare to get close and start shooting at her and to each other. Quickly, the calm and quiet arguing becomes a loud and unorganized verbal fighting. Even the shy pegasus started to argue either to stop it or to be part of it was unknown since her low tone of voice didn't allow for her arguments to be heard.
Hilex Green slowly and carefully back away emptying his Smoothie and watching them fighting. "Mares, ha! You can't live with them, you can't live without them. Am I right?" The young Draco said approaching his side.
"Tell me about it. I can never understand girls." Ben says taking off the top of his cup trying to drink even the last drop of the liquid inside.
"Here, want another one?" He heard the little purple reptilian saying at his side raising a smoothie on his claw while drinking from another.
"Oh, thanks. Where do you get those?" He asks quickly tossing the empty cup and drinking from the new one.
"From Pinkie. She already gives everyone a cup a few seconds ago." Spike responded pointing with his head at the direction of the mares fighting. There he could see that all now have a cup of the fake Mr. Smoothies on hoof drinking from them while fighting. Also, Pinkie seems to have joined the argument and now was screaming along with them.
" ~and he said oatmeal?! Are you crazy?!!~" it was the only words Ben could recognize her saying.
"Hum? Discord, what are you doing?" Spike asks gazing at Discord watching that a bunch of what it looks like a pair of fake glasses, big nose, and mustache where flaying with tiny wings on its sides were sniffing around Helix.
"I smell something strange around here. Something out of this world." He responded now sniffing directly at the Omnitrix on his chest. "You!!! where do you get this?" Discord demanded, taping at the level 20 piece of technology on Helix armor.
Ben started shaking a little looking at the firing eyes of the Draconequus in fear. All of Ben's senses were telling him that the being in front of him isn't one you are supposed to mess with.
"What, this old thing. This is just a gift from a friend, that's all." Ben answered.
"Hu hu hu. Playing the clever boy aren't you? Where exactly is this friend of yours? I advise you to tell me what I want to hear with no clever excuses. I am sure you know what I mean" Discord said whit a calm voice but more threatening none the less looking at him with literary fire reflecting from his pupils.
"I-I my... my friend is..."
"Yes..."
"Discord!!!. What on Equestria are you doing threatening our gest."
"Fluttershy!!!" Discord shout in fear. The fire in his eyes no longer there as the yellow pegasus that hasn't say much this whole time(by Ben perspective) approach the strange amalgamation of a creature. "This is not what it looks like. This pony over here is not what it looks like, I can sense it. And I am going to find out what he is exactly?" Discord responded at Fluttershy. It seems he finally snaps as looks in anger at Helix.
"Discord?" Fluttershy asked concerned. She hasn't seen Discord looking this serious before. With determined gaze, Discord snaps his fingers looking at the Omnitrix. Suddenly Ben feel something trying to take his chest armor away from him. A strong force that now was levitating him and moving him from side to side.
"Discord stop this at once." Twilight screams with her horn lightened up in a treating way. Every mare told the same to Discord, to put Ben down immediately but he didn't listen.
"Come on. How hard is to take that thing off you"
"Oh believe me. it would take more than just pull it really hard to take this thing off me." Ben says with his usual mocking tone of voice. Discord took this as a challenge and pull Ben closer to him to try in pulling the Omnitrix with his own claws.
"Ok, stay put. This will only hurt a lot," he says pulling the Omnitrix. Ben surprised, scream in pain and tries to shoot discord in the head with his magic blast but discord manages to reflect them and dodging them. The other mares, at hearing the stallions screams, try to help him but were unable to get close to the Omnitrix since it started to create a green force field pulsating every second, a thing that didn't bother to the lord of chaos.
"Stop it stop it. You are going to break it and we all are going to regret it if that happens." Ben continues to struggle but Discord didn't stop. He has already managed to partially take off the matrix as green energy ooze from the device in form of green lightning. "What, that-that is impossible. I didn't even know it could be taken off like that. Hagh"
"Just a little push more," Discord says biting his tongue managing too little by little taking off the round cylinder.
That is enough!
A strange mix between a female and a male voice was heard everywhere as Ben was enveloped in a green light making everyone to cover their eyes. When they opened them again, Chill pass through Discord long back as he seeing the bipedal being in front of him. It was all black with tiny white star-like spots all over giving him the appearance of a starry sky night.
"Alien X!!" The creature scream looking at Discord with his pure green eyes. Everypony there look with open mouth at the creature Ben had transformed into.
"A Celestialsapien? Hey hey, buddy what are one of your kind doing on this planet. We had a deal. I can have all the fun I want if I just limit myself to this tiny piece of dirt of a planet... Hey buddy, at least answer me... Hey!! Oh-ooo right I forgot. You creatures can be so difficult sometimes" Discord said still holding on the partially broken Omnitrix while closing his eyes and snapping his fingers. Then... nothing, Discord stay there standing up next to the celestial being without saying a word as all present inside the house look with open mouth the aliens that just randomly appear in the middle of the room.
Nopony could say a word. The all of the sudden the floor started to split open allowing for a voice to be heard from the inside "Daiana? I heard a very loud noise, Are you ok? Do you need my assistance?"
"Ah, what? What was that? Oh great, you two." Ben says holding his face with an open palm well moving it from left to right in the middle of an endless starry darkness.
"Oh look deary. Ben has finally arrived. I am so glad you come to visit us" A big green female face floating in the nothingness that is inside Alien X says with a soft voice.
"Just one visit is one too many if you ask me." The big green male voice says dismissively. His face full of wrinkles make him look anger than ever.
"Hello Serena, Bellicus is always a pleasure. Thanks for helping me from that weird alien back there." Ben says scratching the back of his neck.
"We do not do such a thing" Belicus answered. "It was a mere an act of self-preservation."
Ben tilted his head in confusion. A thing that Serene took as a cue to explain." The Omnitrix was taking a lot of damage by that Draconequus and was about to break it with us inside."
"We simply took over your other transformation to make that thing stop," Belicus added.
"Oh. I see. Well, thanks anyway. So I motion to let me go now so I can deal with that Drconekes or whatever by myself to leave you two discussing all you want as we agreed last time. Agree? " He says with a confident tone but a little worry in the inside. Dealing with those two always get him nervous.
"Hum... I ... disagree..." Serena says with a smile.
"I disagree too. Motion denied" Belicus added.
"What?!!!!!"
"Hu, Hu Hu. It seems you are in a bit of a pickle." The creature that had just attacked Ben said while holding a jar of pickles on one hand and taking a bite of one on the other. Ben, startled, move away from seeing that that thing is on his right side. "Want a bite?"
"What? What are you doing here? How do you even get here? What are you?" Ben asks confused at the strange creature in Alien X's pocket dimension munching the last pickle from his jar.
"Chaos Bringer!! You are not welcome here. Leave immediately!!" Serena says looking at Discord angrily.
"Perfect, first the Time Walker come here without a warning and now a Chaos Bringer. Is anybody left in the universe that still respects a Celestialcepian's agreement?" Belicus says looking even angrier if that is even possible.
"Really? Paradox did that? Hmmmm, And if I have to guess, he comes here for you." Discord says pointing at Ben with his claw follow up by drinking the leftover juice from the jar of pickles and throw it on his back which suddenly exploded in mid-air. "You must be very important for him to violated a treaty."
"Do you know Profesor Paradox?"
"But of course! Who do you think was with him when he went crazy when he was trap outside of time a millennia ago? I was the one who thought him how to come back to his own reality. He was so fun back then, two crazy immortals talking nonsense. Those days were such a fun until... well" Discord change his face from smiling to boredom. " Until one day he suddenly decided he was bored of being crazy. Do you believe that!! Who will get bored of being crazy?"
Ben looks in disgust and somehow amazed at Discord who was joyously drinking from the pink cloud raining what it appears to be chocolate milk that formed thanks to the explosion of the pickles jar he had throw not so long ago. "Is there anything better than chocolate milk and pickles?"
"Cease you nonsense Chaos Bringer. Motion to punish this Draconaquis for violating the treaty between his race and the Celestialcapiens" Bellicus motion.
"Agreed" Serena immediately responded. Now both were staring directly at Ben.
"What?" Ben asks sheepishly.
"So you agree or disagree Ben? Take it into account that he attack you no so long ago putting on risk not only you but the others in the room with you." Serena says with Belicus nodding behind her getting uncomfortably close to Ben.
"I-I I guess I agree...?"Ben answered not really sure about his answer. He was so throwing off by this. Usually, he was the one who proposes an action to take and tries to convince the other two to agree with him but now the roles were reversed and Ben had collapsed to the pressure.
"Motion carried. The Chaos Bringer will be erased from exsistance" Both Belicus and Serena say at the same time.
"Wait, erased? No!!" Ben exclaims but it was too late. A wave of a strange force moves through space what makes Ben feel remorse for agreeing. Alien X was about to end someone's life and he was part of the reason why. But, when the wave finally reaches and strikes the strange creature... nothing. Nothing special or weird happened. Discord just shake the force off him and yawn unamused.
"W-what? Why? H-how?" Ben ask muttering.
"What? Didn't you know a Celestialcapiens weakness, Human?" Ben shake his head. "Pickles my hairless ape, Pickles. Did you know that pickles have this strange property making them immune to time and reality warping? Fascinating isn't?"
Ben mouth was wide open. He couldn't believe that one of the strongest beings in the universe. the all omnipotent Alien X can be defeated by something you put on a hotdog.
"Don't be fool by his lies, Ben. He is not more than a trickster playing a prank on you" Serena intervene Ben thoughts.
"What?" Ben looks furious how Discord was laughing his ass off rolling and crying for so much laughter.
"I can't believe you buy that. Hahaha. Yoy should have seen your face. hahahahaha"
"Why you... Then how... ?"
"You aren't present here. Are you Chaos Bringer?" Belicus ask.
Discord slowly try to stop himself from his constant laughing. Cleaning a tier from one of his eyes and breathes calmly. "You should really think things through before you take an action. I can't believe I am saying this to one of the most deliberate beings in the universe. I must really be pushing your buttons really hard for just being here, am I?" Discord chuckles more making both Serena and Bellicus angrier than ever. "And no, I am not actually here. This is an astral projection. My real body is outside."
As soon Discords said that, some sort of window to the outside world appear in front of all showing the figure of a standing dragon-like body with several other appendages of different animals in front of Alien X. Because Discord was in front, he partially blocked the vision but they could see that the others were trying to push Discord away from Ben but her hoofs just passed through him as if Discord's body were just an illusion. There where even some violet and orange beams of light shot at him with the same fruitless result.
"Wait, you didn't know he was outside? I thought you were the most powerful being in the universe."
"One of the most powerful beings in the universe. One" Discord quickly added. "And they can do pretty much anything, I can't deny that but that doesn't mean they know everything. They are omnipotent, not omniscient. True, they can make themselves know stuff but that actually take an effort, a new discussion to make, that is why I was so surprised you didn't actually verify I was here." He says with a smug grin on his face as he chuckles intensely.
"That may be true but that doesn't mean that you didn't..."
"Na-a-a, According to the treaty our race leaders made to one another." Discord interrupted Belicus weaving one finger while holding a piece of paper in his claws and reading it with the help of a pair of glasses on his eyes that appeared out of nowhere. "Bla-bla-bla-blaa... A-HA! Here it is. It says *Aham*No Draconaquiss should trespass any Celestailcapien's own domain with its filthy chaos nature." Discord say having a distorted voice making it appear that more than one person was talking at the same time with different tones of voices." See, since I am not trespassing your domains whit my and I quote filthy chaos nature, I am not really here, I can use magic here so no crime."
"Hmm, such an extraordinary silver tongue as always Chaos Bringer," Seren says with a frustrated expression.
"Thank you, I thank that and my degree in law. And dad says it was going to be a waste of time." He whispered in Ben ear.
"But that is not the only infraction you committed and this one concerns you and only you, not your whole race," Beliccus says with the closest of a smile Ben have ever seeing him putting.
"What? What did I..."
"You attacked Ben, a being that is not originated from this planet," Serena says
"And with him, us" Bellicus added. "That clearly violates the treaty we make."
Discord's smug smile had now disappeared replace them with a concern one. "But... But... I didn't know that..."
"Silence, the violation is clear. So I motion again to punish this Chaos Bringer on his real self outside is it was stated in the treaty." Belicus says and Serene quickly agree. Now, once again, it was on Ben's response what decided if the motion was to be carried or not.
"Wait, wait, wait wait." He says pushing the two green faces away from his private space. "I don't even know what is happening here, what treaty are you talking about? Why are you two so assertive all of the sudden? And who are you and why did you attack me? I am not takin any decision until questions are answered."
"Bravo, bravo. And that is why you are the voice of reason. From all three he is... well... my least heated"
"Ufm, fine. We will discuss this. But you are dumb at trying to understand a Draconaquiss" The wrinkled face says angrily as usual.
"Dear, Ben doesn't know what they are. You can't be mad because he doesn't know stuff" Serena says trying to calm Belicus.
"No? Just look at me"
"Ok, ok. Why don't we start by telling me what a Draconaquekua is and what treaty are you talking about?"
"I can gladly answer that. You see my little human, I am one who is known as a Lord of chaos, a chaos bringer, a being made up of a pure disorder, a Draconequus!!!" Discord practically shouted annunciating his words a lot while his hands move in a very dramatic way. "And there is no greater joy for us than to bring chaos into this universe."
"Chaos? So I guess that makes you a bad guy, isn't it?" Ben says pushing off Discord hand out of his shoulder and backing off looking at him with a serious expression.
"Oh, here we go again. I hate when people underestimate the importance of chaos in the universe. Or what, do you prefer harmony? Do you know what life will be if Harmony rule life? Nothing, absolutely nothing, neither good or bad. Harmony only wants things to be stable, all the same with nothing ever happening. I, on the other paw, the bad guy I make chocolate rain. I make time to go backward, I make walls made up of chess, floor made up of soup. I bring fun into the universe, I bring joy, I bring meaning to life, I... bring... Life... itself. I ~"
"That is all but lies," Belicuss added. "Harmony and chaos, life needs both in equilibrium. The only thing you Chaos Bringer do is tilting the cosmic balance towards chaos. You and all your race, but especially you deserter.
"Deserter?" Ben asks making Discord confident smile to turn upside down.
"Ben, this creature right here is the worst of its kind. Not even his own kin want him on his side of the multiverse." Serena says
"Hey, hey, hey. They didn't kick me out, I run away from them. There is a difference. I very important If may I add." Discord replay all offended.
"We, the Celestialcapiens bring order and equilibrium to this world. We can aloud beings like you run free into the universe. The only reason you were allowed to live in Gaia 1 is because the High order took pity on you. The only condition was that your chaotic nature wouldn't be used against other individuals besides the habitats of that world"
"Wait, you leave a Lord of Chaos, a being whos work is to bring chaos and that can do pretty much everything he wants, alone in a world without supervision?" Ben asks concern looking at Discords who apparently to was tired of floating around and that now was drinking a coconut with a straw while swinging on a hammock.
"What? I had to cut my vacation, you know? and is mostly because of you." DIscord responded at seeing how Ben, Serena, and Belicus was looking at him.
"Ben, the Equus Manaite have proved themselves to be a very powerful race. They are able to control mana almost at the same level as the Anodites. If there was a world who was able to control him, Gaia 1 was the one and since the world isn't cover with chocolate rain everywhere I believe we were in the right," Serena responded at Ben.
"Yea yea and then I was turned into stone for a million years, then I revive then turned again to just later learn the magic of friendship and now I am good and Bla-bla-bla. Can we go on? This is getting boring"
"Magic of friendship? And what you mean you are good? You just attack me without any reason a few minutes ago.!" Ben question the Lord of Chaos.
"Ahm-I - well I - I was mad ok. I still working on this whole thing of being good and having friends"
"Mad? At me, why?"
"Why? Well because that thing that was in your chest. That thing was out of this world, I could sense it. I didn't know the pony wearing it wasn't really a pony. I simply thought a stupid pony have hold of an artifact from another world and have become an Alicorn with it. I mean It was either that or Celestia has given royalty title to a white fur stallion. Ha even the tough of that makes me laugh."
"Why is the matter if the Omnitrix is an alien tec?" Ben asks innocently.
"Why you ask?" Ben steps back at seeing the deformed face of Discord looking more intimidating with sharper teeth, snake tongue and the fire in his eyes as before. "Because of that thing, no! I should say You. You are threatening all my fun and my life on this planet and I couldn't simply allow that!"
"I am warning you, Chaos Bringer." Belicus step up making Discord to take a step back returning to his normal self and blowing a raspberry with his arms cross.
"Bu-but why is that?"
"Ghugh Haven't you just saw what just happen? I can do anything without this self-proclaiming guardian of the universe step on my tail. If I allowed a single being from out of this planet to take a step in this world, soon many others will come and I wouldn't be allowed to do anything. But now... Now I will be obliterated out of existence... or worst, l will be forced to go back to - *Gulp* - to my parent's house." Discord bite his nails with just the tough of that.
"O... K...? I guess Now I think have a better understanding on all of this." Ben says Puting a thoughtful face.
"Now you see Ben, These creatures are just vermins to the universe. A vermin that need to be eliminated."
"Hum?...I think Discord here will be happier if we send him back where he belongs" The voice of love and compassion added. Ben, watched Discord who was slowly weaving his hands left to right and saying 'NO' without letting a sound out.
"Send it back where he belongs? I thought we are going to exterminate him?" Say the voice of rage and aggression.
"Dear, there is no need. If we just send it back where he belongs that will be enough" Serena tried to explain to Belicus but he keeps arguing back at her against it. Ben stood there with a hand on his chin gazing between the arguing green faces and the pleading eyes of the Draconaquess thinking on a solution.
*Sigh* "I guess I already take my decision." Ben shouted giving the attention of both Serena and Belicus.
"Ah, finally. So in which blackhole do you want to send him?"
"I decided that I... disagree."
"What?!" "Yes!!"
Both Belicus and Serena say at the same time meanwhile Discord literary exploded of happiness. " Listen, kid. I know you 're kind of new on this but he clearly..."
"He didn't attack us," Ben interrupts Belicus what makes him rice his eyebrow. "He didn't even attack me, Ben Tennyson. He attacked Helix Green, a pony, a race originated from this planet." Belicus and Serena open their mouth to say something but they stop. "So I don't see anything wrong with it."
"Ben, why are you defending him?" Serena question
"I don't know why but I... like him. I guess I kinda understand Discord. You can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs isn't?" Ben says with a smile. Thoughts of him breaking Mr. Baumann and Pakmarat stores while trying saving the day went through his mind. He knows how being unappreciated could be sometimes.
"No!, we can let him rooming free. I motion to reconsider the las motion."
"I agree" Serena quickly responded.
"Ugh, ok. What about this, I will take care of him if he ever does something he isn't supposed to." Both of them put an unsure face. "Look, He clearly didn't do anything wrong and you are just making excuses to get read of him."
Serena and Belicus quickly shouted trying to defend themselves. "That is why..." Ben shouted once again raising a finger to keep them quiet "I volunteer myself to watch over Discord. I mean look at him, I am sure he is going to do something stupid sooner or later. That way you will really have an excuse to send him away without any excuses." He glared at the spirit of chaos who show mix feelings with his face. "What do you say, agree?"
Serena and Belicus get quiet for a second but then both agree. "Ok, Ben. You win, just make him leave out of here before we change our minds. The sooner he leaves the better"
"Wow, I can't believe that actually worked"
"But as you said. he is now your responsibility to watch." Both Serena and Belicus look at each other in concern, a thing that Ben didn't see.
"Human, human I am so thankful for what you just did. Thank you. I promise I will never do anything to you ar any other outsider. Nothing too brutal anyway"
"Na, it is nothing. When You appear all of the sudden in Sugar Cube Corner I know you already have friends there. A guy with friends like the princess and the others couldn't be bad."
"Ha, yes. Well between me and you... I like Fluttershy more. *ahem* But thanks, again Great Ben Tennyson. You are truly my herrrr-------uuugh~~" Discord try to say but he suddenly becomes glitchy and little by little he started to disappears leaving Ben's arm hanging in the air as it looked that Discord wanted to shake it.
"Haaaa-ok. He is gone now. " He says scratching his head and turning around to see the two green faces behind him. "So with that resolved. Can I go now?" Both of them share a look before answering at the same time.
"NO!"
"Oh come on!!! What else do you guys need?"
"The danger isn't gone yet"
"Isn't gone? Didn't you just see him disappear out into the tin air a second ago?"
"Hahaha, Do you think we were referring to the Chaos Bringer?"
"Ha~"
"No Ben. There is a major threat and is the Omnitrix itself."
"The Omnitrix?" Ben ask more to himself looking the artifact on his wrist.
"Not that one, the one in the outside world. The one on your wrist is just a manifestation of yourself you created. You let the Draconaquiss damage the watch and that have its consequences. "
"And now is broken and in self-destruction mode."
"WHAT!!! How long have you know this?"
"Hum, since the beginning" Belicus answer casually.
"But how is that a treat greater than all the others I had before?
"If we let you go and transform into something else, the Omnitrix will explode with us inside but if you are here we can survive the explosion. We could pass all eternity together." Serena said with a smile probably thinking that that is a good thing.
"WHAT!!! That is crazy. Ough" Ben hold his head with his hand trying to think the next step to take."Quick!! How long have passed outside?"
"About twenty minutes," Serena answered with a smile.
"WHAT? That long? With that charge, it could destroy the whole town."
"The town along with part of the forest" Bellicus added.
"How long do we have until it finally explode?"
"Hmm, like two minutes."

"*Ough* Fine I am going to play your game. I motion to fix the Omnitrix and save every--hmm-- pony"
"No, Before you arrive, we were discussing something else. so take a turn" Ben was pulling his hair, he was at the point of breaking. "Ok, but make it quick."
"If you keep it quiet and discuss this with us we can make it quickly," The wrinkler face says with his usual angry tone.
"We were discussing the pros and cons of saving Gaia 1 from its inevitable destruction in the near future." Serena reply.
"Is today the national day to see how many times I can shout aloud What?! before my jaw hurt day? Ha? Because I am sorry if I repeated myself but WHAT?"
"Actually, your shouting is getting annoying. If you cease that that will be great"
"I don't have time for this. What do you mean this planet is about to be destroyed?"
"In the near future, Gaia 1's Sun and Moon are going to disappear leaving the planet sunless what will lead to its destruction," Serena explains calmly. "We were discussing if prevent it or not?"
"I say no, they probably see it coming. With all his wicked way to control everything in their world. The growth of vegetation, the climate, the seasons, even the rotation of the source of heat for the entire planet itself. That is anti-natural. they probably deserve it."
"Well, I say~"
"Millions of lives are going to be destroyed, that makes me sad. More since it was only the Alicorns fault from the beginning. The future of the world doesn't have to be declared because of the decisions of one race." Ben wasn't even listening to the two, he was counting the seconds on his head before the Omnitrix exploited and kill dozens of ponies and let him trapped on Alien X in the process.
"OK, ok. I motion to let me handle the saving of the world to me. Just let me out and fix the Omnitrix for me ok? What did you say? 48... 47... 46..."
"I agree with Ben, we can let him do it."

"Oh c'mon. We went over this before. You are the voice of anger, It doesn't make you angry that a whole planet is going to be destroyed. Millions of innocent lives lost. "28...27...26..."
"Yes, and I believe Ben has proved himself to be able to control the consequences?"

"Fine... you can go but only because I want you out. You can deal with the end of the world on your own."
"Congratulations Ben, it seems Belicus trust in you more now."

*BEEP* *Beep* *Beeeeeeeeep* A beeping sound echoes through Sugar Cube Corner and the black alien with star-like spots was enveloped in a green light as the beeping stopped.
Ben countdown on his mind, eyes shut closed, hoping for the best "3... 2... 1... Hum?... *sigh*" When he feels that nothing has happened and that he was still breathing on the outside world he sighs in relief as he attempts to clean his frown from a nonexistent sweet and feeling glad he was back at the gingerbread house. "Wow, that was close I almost don't count that one. I am back... as a... a pony" He says watching his raised hoof in disappointment.
"Helix you are back!!" Princess Twilight says as she was running away from the crowd of ponies with a smile on her face. It looked like she wanted to hug him but she abstain herself from doing so at the last second. Soon the others notice Ben was back too and went to great him.
"Hey, Green eyes. You are ok!"
"Darling, don't give us scares like that. You almost make me faint of surprised"
"Yea partner. Luckily your friend was able to push Discord away from ya. We guess he was the culprit of why you look so... hum... so..."
"So alien like!!! Wow, Benny, that was an amazing party trick. Can you do it again?" All the ponies present were bombarding Ben with greetings and questions and all at the same time.
"Yea, yea. thank you all. I am fine but... hum... wait a minute? A friend you say? Of mine?" Ben asks looking back where the crowd had come from. There, he was able to see the yellow pegasus apparently scolding the miss-matching creature from before who was trapped in an orange light net and standing next to them there was a familiar blue cat standing on his two feet.
"Rook?... ROOK!!"
"Hey, Ben!! Is that you, right? New alien? I am glad you are fine and sound."
"Partner, you made out alive in one... o well in almost one piece," Ben says looking in surprise and worry how one of Rook's arm and a leg was bandaged. He was standing with the help of his weapon transformed into a bo stick.
"Oh, this? This usually tends to happen when one is launched out into the atmosphere of a planet."
"Wow, you were? Vilgax, ha?"
"Hmm, not... exactly"
"Helix? So...? Is-is it true? Are you really an alien?" Ben turn at hearing the princess asking from behind him along with the others with surprised and excited expressions.
"Yes, that is what I have been trying to tell you the whole time!!!"
"Yea, it seems you have." Rook replied raising an eyebrow with a face telling he was disappointed at Ben for some reason.
"Wow, Rooky, so that means you are an alien too?" Pinkie asks for the shock of all her friends.
"Wait. Pinkie, he came out from your secret party cave, ain't it? How do you two meet?" AJ asked.
"I find the poor Rooky laying down on the top one of your apple trees last night" Pinkie replied what make Applejack to raise an eyebrow.
"Diana was kind enough to treat my wounds, she also respecting my decision to not let anyone..."
"AnyPONY" Pinkie corrects.
"Ha, yes, any-pony about my existence. She even let me hide in her secret... hum Party cave?" Rook replied now finally noticing how weird that sounded. "That was until I hear a commotion outside. Worry, I decide to come out to only find that strange alien touching you in your Alien X form. So I decide to help you, Ben."
"Yea, that weapon is pretty unique I must admit. Not only shoots magical beams without the need of a horn but can transform into many useful things too. But of course, that doesn't mean it had come from out of space." Twilight says giving the weapon a curious look what give Rook a proud smile on his face.
"Do you like it? It is called a Proto-tool and this one is not an ordinary one. I made some modification to mine. I can transform it into several useful tools, not just a gun." But soon, Rook's proud face was quickly changed into a sad and tired one as he tried to change his weapon into something else to show it off but at doing so, it let out a shock of electricity follow up by a poof of smoke and it ends up breaking into several pieces that fall on the floor. At trying to pick the pieces up, the underwhelmed Rook let out a grunt of pain.
"Wow, wow. Take it easy Rook. You aren't looking that good." Ben says worryingly getting a seat close to him to seat while helping him pick up the pieces of his gun.
"I am fine. And what happened to you? I fear you were taking prisoner or something when I see you being drag from that hole in the ground." Both Ben and Twilight share a curious smile. "But then I find you here with that strange creature next to you while the Omnitrix let out a very distrustful beeping sound. Luckily I had installed in my Proto-tool a time net just in case. Without it, we wouldn't be able to push away that creature off you."
"Ok, can somepony start to explain what exactly is happening in here? I don't want to be rude but all the things all of you are babbling about aliens and space and staff are but just a bunch of nonsense." Rarity said.
"Yea, Green eyes. What exactly are you? What are you two? And what does a plumber had to do what all.
"Ugh but I already told you. We were on a spaceship when a crim..."
"Ben!!!!" Rook scream interrupting him. "I am sorry all but the details are a classified information that we are not allowed to share".
"We aren't?" Ben asks incredulously.
"No, we are not... Ben?" Rook stare at Ben at seeing his I am sorry but not really face he often put while disregarding Plumbers protocols. Rook put an effort to stand from his chair to get close to him. "Ben, this planet is a closed system planet. Which means no extraterrestrial information of any kind shouldn't be giving to the local population. It can cause chaos on the planet if they find out.
"Rook you worry too much. Look at earth. Nothing major happens when a strike from Vilgax trying to conquer earth was televised worldwide."
"That was different. You have no idea of the great effort put to..."
"Yea yea whatever," Ben says cutting Rook off. "Look, Vilgax is still out there and we need their help to capture him so they needed to know about this sooner or letter. So, why not sooner?"
"We need to follow Plumbers protocols. Whether you like them or not."
"How many times do I have to tell you. We are not Plumbers, we are Superheroes. We don't need to follow any rules, just kick some ass and save some lives. That is all."
"You can call yourself whatever you want but I am still a Magister Plumber and we follow the Plumbers rules on my watch. The only who we are allowed to share this information is with the rulers off this planet, as the protocol demand" The two were head to head arguing and shouting at each other by the enjoyment of everypony else around.
"Ahem... Ha hi I- I am sorry for interrupting you two" Twilight says trying to make them back off from each other faces, literary. "But I think we have not been properly introduced yet."
Pinkie inhales quickly and stands beside them. "Oh right right. My bad, Rooky this here is the friend I was talking to you about. She is Princess Twilight Sparkle. You wanted to meet her right?"
"Hi, nice to meet you" Twilight replied raising a hoof for a hoof shake? a handshake? a hoof-hand shake?.
"My most sincere apologies Princess. I was not aware of that." Rook realizing this quickly tried to bow to her instead of accepting the princess getting. Twilight ashamed, insist that it wasn't necessary.
"Yea don't worry about it. More than half of the ponies she meets don't notice it either." Rainbow says what gains her a scowl from the princess of friendship.
"Ok, now that you know she is a princess. Would ya'll please tell us what is going on here. Are the space thingies true or not?" AJ asks.
Rook once again gives Ben a tired and judgmental stare. Ben whistles pretending not to see him while looking the other way. "Since my partner already told you and a princess is with you, I guess there is any damage in telling you. Well, any further damage that is. Ahem," Rook stand up straight while saluting in a military fashion. "Allow me to introduce myself properly. We are Plumbers, an intergalactic law-enforcement organization dedicated to protecting the planets in the universe from various alien threats. I am Magister Rook Blonko from the planet Revonnah and he is my partner, Ben Tennyson from the planet Earth. Despite his attitude, he is a certified Plumber too."
"A certified Plumber who had saved the universe at least a half-dozen times" Ben added.
Everypony stares at them whit unsure eyes. "So you are meant to tell me that you two came out from another planet in space and you want us to believe that?" Rainbow replied.
"Well... I believe Ben if that helps" Fluttershy try her best at speaking up her voice. Everyone quickly stares back at her. "I-I mean they don't look like the kind of pony who would lie to us, don't they?" Everypony shares an unsure look.
"I... I was kind of aware of that already actually. Helix told us when I capture him in my castle. I don't know if that part is true or not but what I am more concerned about is the other thing he told me. About a Warlord or something? A criminal that went lose here in Equestria?"
"A war-what now?" AJ asked
"A warlord!!!! That sounds horrible." Rarity adds.
"A warlord is somepony specialized in exercise military, economic, and political control over a territory. Basically, somepony who knows how to win a war by...a... by any means necessary." Twilight explains.
"A space criminal? Cool, where is it? we can help you capture him."
"Vilgax is more than just a criminal. He alone had conquered several planets." Ben says trying to scare the prismatic flying pony but it seems she took it the other way around.
"Conquer planets? On his own? So he is after our own planet now?" Pinkie asked.
I doubted we came here by accident but I guess he wouldn't mind taking over this world at trying to escape from here But what exactly happened to him and you on that ship?" Ben asked looking at his partner.
Rook, before giving out a tired sigh, thought for a while watching the ponies and a purple dragon that was getting closed to him eager for him to explain himself. "Well, I do not know what exactly happens to you when I was unconscious but when I wake up..."

Rook wake up at the sight of the intense red flashes of the alarm inside the spaceship as well by the sound of Vilgax malefic laughter. When he finally was able to focus his sight, he sees that Ben was in great danger. He was unconscious and grabbed by the throat by Vilgax.
"Hahahaha. Finally. After many years. The great Ben Tennyson's life is within my grasp. How easy it will be to just grab hard enough to end it all." Vilgax fiendish smile was interrupted by an energy blast in the face.
"Ben? Ben!!! Wake up" Rook tried to wake his partner but it was fruitless. Rook kept shooting his proto-tool at the Warlord but no matter how many blasts he received in the face, he wasn't taking any damage. Rook, on the other hand, was dodging with much difficulty the pieces of debris of the half-broken ship Vilgax was throwing at him. He, unfortunately, wasn't able to dodge all of them. Rook was too hurt to attempt something else and the Proto-tool's blasts were getting weaker and weaker by the minute, It was damaged by the last hit.
"It is useless Plumber. Your fate was sealed once you get close to this planet. Gaia 1 is well known to bring doom to the Plumbers like you. The odds are in my favor."
Rook stay hid behind some pilar biting the inside of his mouth thinking on a solution. His Proto-tool was bad functioning and is losing power, Ben is out of the game and to get things worst, he was badly injured. "Certainly Gaia 1 is a planet to fear. Think, think. What would Ben say in this situation?" This is when he feels like a light bulb has turned on his head.
Rook waited until Vilgax will get tired of throwing stuff at him and to all get quiet so anyone or anything could hear him clearly. "That is true, things are pretty bad for me but at least THINGS CAN NOT GET ANY WORSE!!" Rook scream trying to tempt the universe.
The universe herds him. Soon after, alarms started to get louder as the ship begins to shake. "What? What is happening? What did you do Plumber?" Vilgax asks trying to keep his balance.
"Nothing, I just tested the universe" Vilgax grunt. A mechanical voice inside the ship started repeating the same message in a loop: [DANGER! DANGER! ENTERING A PLANET ATMOSPHERE STABILIZERS BAD FUNCTIONING DANGER OF COLLISION: IMMINENT DANGER DANGER]
"So what is it going to be, Vilgax? I think we have bigger problems in hands than fighting each other." Rook says confidently as Vilgax puts a thoughtful face. After a few seconds, he calmly walks at the edge of the ship where part of it was exposed to the void of outer space, only protected by a force field.
"I wanted to end him myself but I don't have time for that. I could pick the Omnitrix from his ashes on the planet surface." Rook watch in shook how Vilgax's tentacle hand that was holding Ben pass through the force field tossing Ben outside into the stratosphere of Gaia 1.
"Ben!!!!" Rook scream transforming his weapon into a grappling hook at the last second while shooting it at Ben's legs trying to pull him back inside but he was too weak to do so. He ended up dragged out into space along with Ben a million miles away to the nearest planet.

"Wow!!! That was totally AWESOME!!!!" Rook and Ben look with an eyebrow raised at the multi-color hair pony had a face of absolutely pure amazement.
"And you guys do all that by being just a simple space toilets fixers?" Spike asked.
"No, no. That is not what we meant when I say plum..."
"Wow Rook, that is a story. So what happened to you after that? Did you survive the fall?" Pinkie asks with putting herself uncomfortably close to Rook.
"Hum... yes. Yes, I did." Pinkie exhales in relief as Rook turns his gaze back at Ben. "I have to thanked that Vilgax wasn't aware of the fail-safe of on the Omnitrix. I was safe because the watch transforms you into Cannonbolt, I use you as a shield to protect me from the fall. Before I noticed, I was on top of a tree somehow. I could only watch you how you were taken."
"See Rook. Even unconscious I have you covered." Rook rolls his eyes.
"Yea, blah blah blah. That was an interesting tale and all. But before you continue would you be so kind as to GET ME OUT OF THIS THING" Everyone look where that voice had come from. There it was Discord trying to pull apart the orange energy net surrounding him. "What is even this thing?!!" Discord snapped his finger, each time transforming into things that may help him destroy or escape the energy net but all lasted just a few seconds before returning to his usual look.
Everypony looks at each other for a second before staring where the yellow pegasus was standing. All mares shared a pity look, all but Rainbow who was with a mocking smile at seeing Fluttershy with a mad frown.
"No, you were behaving terrible to our guest and you will remain there until you apologies to him. You should feel ashamed of yourself. Attacking not only the saver of our town but also one of that came from so far."
Discord tries to look everywhere but Fluttershy's faces. He blows a raspberry with arms crossed but when he picks a look at the piercing judgmental and disappointed glare of the shy pegasus, he felt like a thousand daggers striking his heart.
When Fluttershy noticed that Ben was approaching her, she quickly changes her expression on her face from a mad one to a softer one. "Oh, Hi Helix, was it? Or is it Ben? I heard you been called both, which one you prefer? Or do you like Green eyes better?"
"Oh, Hi hum... right now. Whatever you prefer is fine with me."
"Hey! Hey!! Kirby. Could you please tell Fluttershy that the thing between us is all in the past now. Please!!!" He supplicated as he uses his magic to make himself smaller and cuter while steering at Ben with even cutter big puppy eyes.
Ben tried to say something at hearing his second name but stop and decided it wasn't worth it."*Sigh*Yea, we kind of put our differences aside, Butterscotch."
"I believe her name is Fluttershy, Ben" Rook corrected him
"Oh, I-I don't mind Mr. Rook. He-he can call me however he wants." Fluttershy says trying to avoid eye contact with Ben while playing with her pink hair as her face started to turn red. Discord takes a mental note at that.
"But what an amazing thing you had there. You were able to capture Discord without the use of the Elements. Tell me Rook, is this space magic?"
"Yea, Egghead, you can ask things later but please, can any of you hurry? I just find out I am claustrophobic and I am getting a panic attack" Discord says while holding his breath on a paper bag while waving his free claw to blow a breeze to himself.
"Yea Rook. let him go. I promised to had an eye over him anyway so he is kind of my responsibility now." Both Rook and Twilight give him a confusing stare.
"Ok, if you say so. Let me just grab my... hum...?"
"What? What is it?" The princess asks.
Rook looks worriedly at the pieces of his weapon and back to the energy net."This may be a problem. The net is a special net able to contain creatures with reality-warping abilities. We used before with a creature that can affect the time of everything he touches. I am glad it works for him too. But the net needs a specific blast with a complementary energy signature to deactivate it. A thing that I can only do with my gun" Rook explains looking back with a frown.
"Oh, so this is called a Time net. No wonder I can break it. Time is so hard to mess with." Discord lay down on his back and sight in frustration. Everypony else gets closed to see curiously at the orange net around Disord, especially Twilight, touching it with her hooves and receiving electric shocks out. The others stand next to it laughing at Discord's expense. "This is certainly no way of treating a friend. Hum, this is why I hate visitors from out of space. They had caused me problems before and they are causing me problems now."
"Wait? Before? Discord, you are meant to say that Aliens had to visit our world before?"Twilight asked surprised. Discord quickly regret telling that part.
Discord has meet aliens more than once before, he has indeed been trying to stop any spaceship crazy enough to approach the strange planet that is Gaia 1 by pouring chocolate milk on dedicated looking pieces of technology or by filling the floor with very slimy soap inside the ships and many other pranks like that. "Hum, no no of course not. Any alien race had ever crashed into Equestria and started their own culture on this planet or anything like that" He says giving curious look at the purple baby dragon beside him. Twilight gives a suspicious look.
"Rook, Can you fix it?" Ben asked.
"I am afraid not, I don't have the tools to do it and I believe is safe to assume that this planet would not have them either".
"Well, if It is a special magic signature, I may be able to find it. It would take a while but..."
"Mana? No, no. That is impossible, The Proto-tool uses a Polymorphic crystal to power up. The amount of readjusting needed to deform life energy so its energy signature is equal to that of the polymorphic crystal will be insanely difficult. And that is without taking into account the difficult task to find the correct energy signature. Magic by itself is hard to control. "
Twilight's eyes sparkle with excitement at hearing all the complicated words coming out of the alien from out of space. "Polymorphic crystal? So you mean there are other energies besides magic? Ooooooo this is so exciting, you have to tell me every detail. This would be so much fun...". She says with sparkling big eyes. " Aham I.. I mean if you don't mind. It so I can help you with that space tool of yours. We don't want our friend Discord to be trapped there forever, aren't we? Ha-ha," She added laughing nervously at seeing the judgmental looks from everyone in the room.
"Well, What do you say Mr. Protocols. She may be the only want who can help you with that on this planet."
"Yea, there is no better pony to help you with nerd stuff that Twilight I can assure you" Rainbow added with a smile as she was poking Discord with a wooden spoon taking advantage he couldn't do anything to stop her.
"YOU LITTLE... I am going to remember this Skittles. Stop with that thing, would ya? Just wait until I go out."
"Oh no, this is revenge for replacing my shampoo with blue ink that time."
"What? But it was Pinkie who ask me to do it"
"What?!!!" Rainbow stops to look at Pink mare angrily.
"Hahaha, Blue Berry Dash. Haha, what a day that was." Pinkie laugh. Soon after Rainbow wants to the chase after her.
"Haha. I like your friends, Princess." Ben says.
"So what do you say, Mr. Rook," Twilight asks eagerly.
Rook answered after potting a thoughtful face for a few seconds."I guess that will be ideal for now. We don't know when Vilgax could appear."
"YES!! This will be great. I promise I will help you with everything I could. And not worry about the magic readjusting thing. I don't know how it is on other planets but in her, magic isn't that hard to control. Everypony knows how to do it in some way or another. Even foals with a week of being born are able to do magic. Why don't we go back to my castle to get some books and stuff I need to get started in helping you reconstructing that tool of yours, OK? Common number one assistant. I may need your help". Twilight said with a smile while exiting Sugar Cube Corner with the purple reptilian behind him not before grabbing a new smoothie from Pinkie's tray.
"Twilight, wait up"
The plumbers stare back at the princess shearing an unsure look before following them back to her castle.

Tirek was holding tight the Princess of the sun as she was deprived of her magic. When he finished with her, he disposes of her like a used towel.
"There, Now with Equestria without two of her four princesses, it will be mine to control along with all their magic," Lord Tirek shouted increasing his size once again now being a bit taller than Vilgax. "We are done here, now we can take Princess Twilight along with her friends and all this will be over. Vilgax?" He asks as he was nowhere to be seen. Looking around he finds him next to Celestia.
"What do you want, monster?" Celestia asks as Vilgax took the princess in his hand.
"Good, you are still conscious. Your sister fights well so we needed her to knock her out in order to get rid of her powers so I wasn't able to question her. Now Princess, can you please tell me how do you control those big balls of light in the sky that your people mistakenly call "sun and moon". Celestia's face went white at hearing the question but soon she put a frown on seeing the nefarious smile on Vilgax face. Tirek tilted his head in confusion.
"Mana, the life energy that all living beings possess. Very few races aren't even aware that there is such a thing as Mana as it is very powerful as well a very difficult energy to control. Those with the power to control such energy are called in many ways, Sourcerers, wizards, witches, etc. and is often seen as something bad and unnatural thing to be involved with. It is said that those who control magic are in control of their destinies... or their demise. "

"You have free time?" Ben, Rook, Princess Twilight and her assistant Spike are on their way to the castle while discussing what the Princess has said earlier.
"Really? Is magic that rare in the universe? That is weird. Here it is everypony breed and butter. We use it for pretty much everything. Unicorns use it to do basic stuff like take hold of things, Earth ponies use it to grow a fast and healthy crop and the Pegasi us it to fly and control the weather."
"The only other race in the universe that I know have this vast control over mana are the Anodites and the only reason of this is that they are made up of mana. They are quite literally conscious living mana". Rook said as he gazes around curiously at the houses, streets and the residents of the town. They were already informed that the big blue bear attack was no more so they were already back to their daily routine at their homes.
Rook was a little surprised seeing how anypony seems surprised at seeing a bipedal blue cat walking along with their princess. There were some curious looks now and then but nothing major than that. Totally something not expected for a Close System Planet like this one.
"Conscious Mana you say?" Twilight asks with curiosity and amazement.
"Yep, I actually have some Anodite blood on me... or mana I guess. My grandmother is an Anodite. But I wasn't born with the Spark as she would say. Only my Cousin Gwen born with it... oh and my cousin Sunny but we don't talk about her."
"A living, conscious mana. Ha, who could have thought of that. The universe is much bigger and more interesting that I could ever imagine. Magister Rook, Helix you two need to tell me more about this universe. Hooooo I can wait for this." The princess enthusiastically said at the white alicorn and the injured Plumber who looked back at her with an unsure expression. "I would love to see this Anodites. The idea of conscious mana is fascinating,"
"Well, I would love to show one for you princess sadly the Anodites don't have DNA so I can't copy it and transform to one of them with my watch. Not that it would even matter," Ben added looking back at the green and black symbol on his chest.
"Oh yes. I was wondering about that. Ben, why have you not transform back into your original form?"
"Original form?" Spike asked. "Why, can you transform into other things? *gasp* are you like a changeling?"
"What's a changeling? No no. I got this watch that allowed me to change into several other races in the universe. That is how I fight the bad guys," Ben answered. "And yea dude. Hear this, I think the Omnitrix is busted. I can't get it to work. Its been like this since I arrived at this planet," everyone stops at their track to look at the symbol on Helix Green's chest.
"Really? Let me see," Ben tried to force a change on the Omnitrix by pushing the matrix but every time he tried the same thing happen, a pinkish purple light emanates from it along with a low tone beeping indicating that it would not budge.
"You know what I think? I think the watch overload with magic or something. Something here makes it go crazy. I think I will be like this until I get out of the planet and save the day or something, that is how it usually works." Rook look at Ben with a riced eyebrow. "What? This isn't the first time something like this happened to me."
Rook shakes his head and pushes the Omnitrix by himself to see how it would react and test his hypothesis "Ben, have you ever even read the manual for the Omnitrix?"
"Is there a manual for the watch?"
"Hum... Yes?" Rook answered knowing very well that Ben should know this.
"What? How do you even know that?"
"I give it to you the first week I was assigned as your partner. Magister Max gives it to me to give it to you. Do you remember?"
"Hum well..." Ben thought back the day he invited Rook for some chilly fries for the very first time and he barely recalls receiving a book bigger than his head from him. He remembered skipping some few pages and tossing it in the back of Rook's ship promising he will read it later only to never see it again. "... What does this have to do with anything?"
"Ben, you are in Close System mode."
"I am in what now?"
"Closed system mode. It makes the user change into the closest alien species to prevent any chaos the appearance of an unknown alien form will bring to the habitats of an underdeveloped planet. It activates automatically once you enter a planet that is not registered in the Plumbers database."

"Do you get any of that stuff?"
"Well, I..." Rook, trying to avoid eye contact, scratches the back of his head and clears his throat. "*Aham* Here Let me help you with that." Rook stand on his knees as he tries his best to stay closes to the Omnitrix trying to get it to work properly. Meanwhile, the princess and the dragon stare at them curious trying to comprehend what they were doing.
"Uh? Hey, Twilight. Isn't that the girls over there?" Spike pointed out the end of the road as they saw a group of familiar faces coming over.
"Hey, Twilight? Where do you think you going?" Rainbow Dash screamed pulling something behind her along with her other friends besides.
"Hi Girls. Whats up?" Twilight asks innocently.
"And where do you think you are going, young lady. Especially with our... visitor." Rarity says eyeing Ben behind Twilight.
"What? No nothing. Sorry, I guess I was so excited that I didn't even say bye. Rainbow? What are you doing with Discord?" she asked eyeing the cart Rainbow was pulling with the draconequus on top of it as he was fanned by Angel bony with a paper fan and slurping one of Pinkies smoothies.
"Rainbow here was kind enough to pull me on this cart back to Fluttershy cottage since I can't move. Is the least she could do after such behavior from earlier. Oh and Rainbow, next time be more careful with the bumps in the road. It is affecting my back." Discord takes another sip from his cold beverage as he notices everyone else was watching him dismissively.
"Don't push your luck. Don't make me regret this because I am pretty sure you can walk pretty well on your own even with that around you." Rainbow replied.
"Isn't the day getting hotter or what?" Discord said pretending he didn't hear the blue pegasus while overdramatizing his agony and back pain as he prompts Angel to fanned him faster for the displaced of the little bunny.
"That aside. Twilight, why did you take Green eyes without telling us? Do you want him all by yourself?"
Twilight blushes at hearing Rainbows accusation. "No. No, of course not. I didn't even think that..."
"Sure you didn't," AJ reply judgingly. "Do you think we were going to let you go along with him that easily? Ah still need ma helper back at the barn to fix the problems he caused. That way he will pay us for the room and food he is going to get." She said with a smile.
"Sorry, darling but we haven't still heard from him with who he is going to stay the night with. You don't really think it was his fault for what happened at the farm, Do you? You can't seriously propose to make him work after all he has been through."
"Yea, Green eyes sure must be exhausted from his long trip across the universe. And what a perfect way to relax than in a soft cloud house like mine. He will rest better in my house."
"Oh no. Here we go again," Spike face slap as he sees all his friends fighting for the new good-looking visitor. Spike sit down arms crossed as he looks at Rarity and how hard she was trying to get a stranger to her house.
"Ooooooh, shiny!!! Benny, Rooky what are you doing there?" Pinke said bringing the attention of everpony else to the bright green light emanates from the stallion.
"And... there. I think this should fix your problem." Rook step aside, standing up with difficulty and watching the symbol on Helix Green chest beeping from a purple color to its usual green. "Now all you need is your command."
"Wow, really? Was that easy?" Ben said while slamming the Omnitrix on his chest making him glow in a green light as his body silhouette deform back to his normal bipedal form. "Rook, you did it!! You fix the watch. Awesome!! The great hero Ben 10 is back to business." He said raising a fist with a smile.
Everypony watch with unsure faces at the creature in front of them. He was a tall bipedal creature wearing a black shirt that has a green stripe in the middle with a white 10. He was also wearing brown cargo pants with pockets at the knees and green and white shoes.
"Benny, in what have you transformed this time? A hairless ape? The other black alien was so much cooler than this one."
"Hey!! watch it. This hairless ape happen to be my real form. I am sorry it took this long but let me introduce myself properly. I am the great Ben 10, savior of the universe. Is a pleasure," He said smiling raising his chest proudly.
"Wait? Helix? That is your real... form?" Twilight asked. When Ben nod, it was quickly followed by a loud group of disappointing exhales.
"So that elegant tall stallion alicorn with the noble white feathers and with the beautiful emerald eyes is in reality..." *Burrrp* "... this?" Rarity said in disgust as the bipedal creature burps very loudly in front of them.
"Ah, I'm sorry. I knew those hey smoothies weren't going to be good for me," "Burrp* " Ah, excuse me." Everypony takes a step back and looked the alien visitor in disappointment.
"Yea, You know what Twi, Ah think I can handle the repairs to my field on ma own, they weren't that big anyway. Ah don't need him anymore" Applejack said taping Twilight shoulder.
"Yes, darling. I think is better he will stay with you. It was the princess order anyways, isn't it?"
"Yes, he isn't an alicorn anymore so he can't stay in my cloud home"
"He... he can still stay in my home..." Everypony turn in confusion to stare at Fluttershy. "I-I mean if he wants to," she quickly replied trying to hide behind her hair sheepishly.
Everypony then turns back to see the visitors from out of space and all watched how Pinkie was with Ben lifting his arms and checking Ben's mouth. "Oh, interesting but why you only have a hair in your head, Benny? and how do you even grab things without hooves?"
"Hey, stop it. You are tickling me," Ben giggle softly.
"So... this is how you usually look?" Twilight asked curiously but with a hint of sadness at Ben as he finally noticed that every mare was staring him curiously.
"What? do you want to see more transformations?" Without even waiting for an answer, Ben pushes two buttons at the side of his wristwatch as a hologram of a green disk showing several silhouettes of different species of aliens appeared in mid-air. Moving it around with one of his fingers he finally decides for one of the figures as he raised his palm to push the matrix.
Suddenly, the same green light surrounds Ben once again as his body changes. His stature gets taller and more muscular and a second pair of arms appeared just behind the first pair along with another pair of eyes. His skin now red with a set of three little spikes on top of his head and on each shoulder and on his face, a distinguish mustache appeared. He wears a black tank top with a green strip in the middle and a belt where the Omnitrix is located.
"Four arms!!" A different voice, one more dipper than that of Ben's or Helix's screams at the air as the transformation ended. "Good, It seems the watch is back to normal," Everypony stare at him with different expressions. Some of amazement, others of curiosity and others with indifference.
"Oh, fascinating. You change from a hairless monkey to a red, little bit taller monkey with four arms," Discord said with sarcasm. "Rainbow, why don't we go already to Fluttershy's, Is getting late. Isn't that right Fluttershy?" But any pony responded. They were too busy watching the red alien in front of them. Discord just sigh in annoyance.
"That is more like it. So what can this guy do?" Pinke asked.
"Oh. Can you shoot lasers out of your eyes?" Spike asked. "Or, can you blow frizzing wind out of your mouth? Can you fly or run super fast?"
"Oh, oh can you make orange juice out of your nose or frozen yogurt from your armpits?" Pinkie added.
"Hum well, No, no I can't but I... I have four arms and I am very strong," Four arms said with a smile showing off his biceps which didn't impress anyone. "Ok, let me show you," Four arms then gently grabbed all the others including Rook and put them on top of the wooden cart and lifted it in the air with just one hand. "See and I'm not even trying that hard." He said with a smug smile
*Crack* The wood then lets out a concerning sound. "Hey, watch it!" Applejack, at hearing this, quickly jumps off and ran putting herself under the cart. She then jumps up grabbing her cart with her hoves managing to take it off from Four arms' grasp. She then slowly and carefully lay it down on the ground with no more effort than Four arms used to left it up. "That cart is mine and Ah want it in one piece, thank you very much," She said as she checks if the cart was still good condition.
Everyone else stares at Ben unamused.
"Hum... ok, ok. I see you are not impressed by feats of strength." Four arms body was changed back to that of Ben. "But what about this one." Ben raises his hand up high ready to slam the cylinder on his watch. Once he did, his stature change once again but this time to a smaller one. One that appears to have four stick legs, yellow thorax, a beak and big antenna in comparison to his small size.
"What?!! Ball Weevil? Oh, men!!" The little yellow insect said out loud.
"An insect? I've seen bigger and way more intimidating bugs than you, Hero" Rainbow said getting close to see the small creature.
"Ouuu. I think it is adorable!!!" Fluttershy said embracing the small insect. Everyone else sees him with a tilted head not knowing what to think.
"Ough... Seriously Omnitrix? Ball Weevil? I wanted Heatblast or at least Swapfire," He said still between Fluttershy hoves. "Wait, let me try again" Freeing himself from the hug, he transformed back to his original form only for him raising his arm on the air once again this time slamming his watch with more force than before but once again, after the transformation finished, an alien that definitely Ben didn't want to transform into appeared. This time it was a small grey alien with big green eyes and with the watch on his tiny little back. "Oh, c' mon!!!"
The act of transforming back and forth between his original form and his most disappointing transformations continues for a few minutes. Transformations like a mole with a big mustache, a puny fish with little fins, a sort of pixie or fairy, a red goblin with an aviators outfit, a yellow, fat blob alien wearing only his underwear. "Ough, this is The worst thing ever," The yellow blob said in a disappointing sigh.
"Oh, don't worry Ben. I think all your transformations where adorable" Fluttershy said trying and failing to comfort him.
"Magister Rook? Sorry to ask this but... Is he really a hero that has saved the universe... more than one time?" Twilight asked whispering to the Plumber's ear.
Rook looked at Ben that was screaming and yelling to himself and to the watch on his wrist as the others tried to calm him down." Ough as much as unlikely it looks, he has indeed saved the universe multiple times. Though he lacks the discipline and seriousness of a true Plumber, everything ended up his way one way or another."
"I see" Twilight look unsure of the so-called hero thinking thoughtfully if she should trust them or not.
"Well, as entertaining it is to watch you change into all those aliens or whatever Ah think is best if we part our ways by now or we will run out of sunlight. Ah still need to finish my shores back at the farm," Aj said looking up at the sun shading it with one hoove looking unsure of what she had just said.
"Hmm, yea, Actually I think it passes 8 already but the sun... the sun is still up above in the sky," Twilight said looking the sun that was right above them with a little of confusion. "The sun should be getting ready to hide on the horizon by now. I guess it isn't that late as I thought." Everypony shares an unsure look.
"Yea, yea. Can we leave already? The longer we stay here standing the longer it would take Twilight and the heroes to get me out of this thing," Discord said struggling with the orange energy net around him.
"Yea, let's all go home already. I am getting bored here and I still need to take this to Fluttershy's," Rainbow said eyeing with a smug smile at Discord. A mean look was the only thing Discord do as a response.
Every pony nodded and said there goodbyes to each other. Rarity saying she had some work to do at her boutique, Pinkie saying bye after offering the Plumbers the last of her smoothies, a thing that the two politely refused and Rainbow and Fluttershy walking their way to the cottage but not before Fluttershy offers the plumbers her house if they want someplace to stay the night. This leaves the princess, her assistant and the Plumbers alone on the road.
"Well, we better start working on that weapon of yours, Magister Rook. We wouldn't want for one of my friends to keep waiting any longer... and maybe you can tell me how to build one of these nets just in case." The two Plumbers share a look before walking there way along with the pony and the young dragon.
"Isn't this interesting?"
"Interesting? What?" Ben asked Rook as he talked to Ben making sure the two creatures in front couldn't listen.
"The way the call the big bright ball on the sky."
Ben tilted his head" Do you mean the sun?" Rook nodded at his question. "Well, duh. Every alien I've meet call the sun well... a sun."
"Yes but that is because it was, in fact, a sun." Rook said giving Ben a confused look.

"What do you mean that that it isn't the sun?" Tirek points confused at the big ball of light up on the sky questioning his new partner's sanity. Vilgax just laughs walking towards the tired and recently magic-less princess of the sun.
"This planet is an anomaly unique in the universe. Even though it isn't orbiting any solar system it has been detected to withstand life reach in green vegetation, water, and many other similar conditions to harbor life along with an abnormal amount of radiation. And now, been here on the planet, I understand what this radiation was all along," Vilgax said as he looks up through a window to the sun with an evil smile. He then graves the magic-less mare by the throat while rising her up. "And since you are the princess of the sun you must know it too, don't you Princess Celestia?" Vilgax said with a threatening voice as his grasp around her neck gets tighter.
"I will never tell you anything to you, you...vail beast," Celestia said as she was struggling with the hand around her neck.
"Haha, A fullish bravery expected from royalty," Vilgax chuckle as he let goes of the fatigue princess letting her fall down to the floor. Celestia coughs trying to stand up on all fours but she was powerless not even being capable to sustain her own weighty. The alien creature walks towards the unconscious princess of the moon putting a foot on her face threatening to let go off all his weight into her skull. "I wonder how long that is going to last you." He smiles every.
"No!!! Let her go!!" Celestia screams as loud as she can but the warlord didn't oblige. The floor under Luna's head started to crack.
Vilgax was about to open say something but the sound of a trumpet echoed through the castle interrupted him.
"Hum...It looks like they already find out about our unwelcome presence here." Tirex pointed out. Celestia smiles with hope at seeing that in just matter of seconds royal guards start surrounding all the room.
"Step aside from the Princesses you two and put your hands in the air where we can see them." A male Pegasus shout as he commands with a hoof to all other guards, bout Solar and Moon, to point their lances at the enemies.
Vilgax smile, amused by the actions of the ponies that only functions to show how little they know about the supreme being in front of them. He was about to show them why exactly he was called a warlord until a strange sensation surrounded his body. A crackling sound was heard from all his mechanical enhancements and he feels his body heavier. "Ough, Tirek would you mind doing something?" Vilgax scold.
The centaur only growls at this as he despised the feeling of someone giving orders to him."Stupid overgrown crustacean. If it weren't because I still need the magic from Discord and the two alicorn princess left, especially Princess twilight, you will be done where you're standing." Knowing very well that this wasn't the time or place to start a fight over such trivial thing, he does as told. Opening his mouth, magic started to get out of the guards around Tirek and into the mouth of the beast,
"Quickly stop them before he steals all of our magic," the captain shouted as the everyponie else attacked the centaur at the same time giving a few the opportunity to conserve his magic. The ones who were reached by Tirek's magic absorption ability where quickly replaced by more guards ready to battle giving the opportunity for other guards to save their falling comrades.
The odds seem to be in favor of the Solar and Moon guards as the numbers seem to overwhelm Lord Tirek. He couldn't find the time to use his abilities to finish quickly with the fight before any spear pierces through his eyes or any other vital parts. Vilgax clenches his teeth at seeing the hard time Tirek had at such easy fight, slamming and rushing his arm around like a child. The only reason he wasn't over by now is that he overwhelms them by his large size and pure strength bit still it wasn't a sure victory for either side.
"Princess. Princess."
"Capitan Ironheart," Celestia whispers at seeing the captain of his guards silently approaching her grabbing her by the arms trying to put her in a safe place.
"Don't worry princess. I will take you to a safer place," Ironheart said watching at the green monster with red and black armor as he seems distracted standing in his knees next to Luna watching the fight Lord Tirek was taking part of.
"No, wait. What about Luna?"
"Don't worry about that either Princess. Her guards are going to make sure nothing bad happens to her." Both watch at the Lunar guards slowly and carefully surrounding the squid monster waiting for an opportunity to save their unconscious princess.
"No, Tirek alone is one thing but him along with the other... this-this is going to be a problem. I am sorry to say this but we aren't going to win this battle."
Ironheart feels insulted hearing that her princess didn't trust her guards to do their jobs but when he looks back to see all his comrades that were fighting Tirek, his confidence dwindles at seen how Tirek tired of playing games started to use the magic he has stoled so far defeating the guards with a single magic attack and taking the magic of their bodies one by one.
"Capitan, I need a parchment, quill and the green candle from Luna's desk. We still have the other princesses, we still have hope," Capitan Ironheart nodded before looking around searching for her princess' request. Once he finds the items, he runs back and forth with such items on hooves.
Vilgax rises his fist, testing it by closing and opening his palm. He now can control his body more easily but still with some difficulty. On it was just in time for him as he finally decides to put attention to the Lunar guards trying to save her princess. All the spear strikes and more was nothing compared to the years of battle experience the warlord have. Not even a single scratch was upon the alien creature who defeated the guards with arms thrust and eye beams.
Once he saw all the ponies that were around him down on the floor, Vilgax saw how Tirek use his ability to absorb his magic too as he was about to defeat all the guards around him too. When he lowers his arm, he could see the princess of the sun with some items on her mouth looking nervously from the piece of paper on the floor and him. "Hey! What do you think you are doing, pony?" Vilgax stands up and rushes quickly where the Celestia was pushing aside the Lunar guards around him with ease.
The white mare writes in the parchment the fastest she could with his trustworthy captain putting himself between her and the monster to at least buy her some seconds. Vilgax trusts his arm to put him aside like the others but he managed to dodge it by jumping and flying in the air. He takes the opportunity that the monster was too slow to catch up to him at his flaying speed to kick him on the face hoping it will break his balance and fall on the ground This act was fruitless however as the kick was but just a small pebble hitting him in the face for him.
Vilgax, anticipating to the guard movement, raises his arm to hit him. He barely succeeded in hitting him on one of his wings but the hit was good enough to send him flying away into Tirek direction. Vilgax looks back at the princess which look like she has already finished what she wanted to do and was now burning the parchment with the green flames of the candle. The paper takes a time to be completely burned but when it happens, not even its ashes were left behind.
"What did you do?" Vilgax asked out loud.
"The princess has already informed the other princesses about your attack in Canterlot. They will be here any minute," Ironheart gives out a brave smile to the giant tyrant who was graving him between his giant hands.
Tirek looks at the pony on his hand for a few seconds before deciding on opening his mouth and absorbs his magic until the last drop. He then let him fall to the ground and smile. "Good, you are making this much easier for me. Princess Twilight will pay for what she did."
As all of this was taking place, Vilgax had finish knocking off the rest of the Lunar guards leaving them unconscious on the floor. "Well, it seems the number of hostages has increase," Vilgax walks once again towards Luna putting his feet on her face. Tirek, on the other hand, imitates him but with some of the guards. "Now, should we continue where we left off." Both Tirek and Vilgax smiled fiendishly.
"No, stop!!! I...I" Celestry lower her head in defeat. "I am going to tell you everything I know so please leave my sister and my guards alone."
"Good, so start talking. We have time to kill until our new guests arrived."
~*~*~*~*~ Burp "Uuuuugh, sorry for that," Ben said waving his hand trying the move the burp flavor air out of his face. "Did you guys know what time it is? I am starting to get hungry again. *Burp*" Ben said holding his stomach with cross arms and with an unhappy face. "Those smoothies really did a number to my stomach though"
"Haha, yea. Sure they did. Haha...haaa," Twilight gives out a nervous chuckle before letting go a sad sigh. She just couldn't get used to the idea that the white and handsome stallion was in reality...him. Not that she got anything against other races, she even invited the two alien creatures to help him repair their technology, that way she can make them talk more about things found on other planets... and because she likes to help. She is looking forward to this but she has to admit that if Helix Green was present instead of...him she probably will be happier. "Sorry Ben, right now I am lost too in knowing the time but it wouldn't be necessary. We can all get something to eat here. Welcome to my home" She said as the view of her castle was now visible from the horizon.
Rook takes a few seconds to look at the curious crystal tree of a castle as he put a thoughtful face. "My apologies for being so late to ask this Princess but are you sure we can find everything we need to fix my Proto-tool in your castle?"
"Totally, Twilight has one of the biggest libraries in all Equestria. Including mechanics, quantum mechanics, chemistry, and more science stuff and if none of that work we can try all the different spells he has in her books. And if you need some materials you can count on me, her number one assistant." The little dragon said with pride. "If she can't help you nopony can."
Twilight role her eyes as she pets Spike's head. "I will do my best to help you the best I could and after that, we can figure out where your criminal went. Discord may look a little strange but I bet that with his help we can capture him in no time but we need to get them out of that first."
"See Rook. No problem at all." Ben throws a confident smile.
"Ok, What are we waiting for?"Rook said taking a step forward without taking into account his injuries. He quickly stops to hold the bandages around his broken ribs. Ben quickly come to his aid.
"Wow-wow. take it, easy dude." Rook put a forced smile as he pushes away Ben trying to be strong.
"Haaa, we can also get some help for that too if you want to," Spike added. As the four gets closer and closer to the main door. They were able to see another creature knocking at the entrance of the castle.
"Princess Twilight. Urgent message for Princess Twilight! Is anypony home?" The creature standing in two hoofs and with a trident on hand shouted as he didn't receive any response. He was a red minotaur no bigger than a pony wearing a sort of Spartan/greek black armor and a threatening trident on his left hand.
"Aster, Is that you?" Twilight asked what bring his attention to the young minotaur.
"Your Highness. Is so good to see you again." The minotaur said bowing to the princess.
"Stop it Aster. You know you don't need to do that when we are alone. Is so good to see you." Aster stands up as both smile before shearing a hug.
"Spike, buddy how are you doing," Aster said raising his fist as the little dragon brofist him. The Dragon and the alicorn started to chat as it seems the already know the strange creature.
"Hey, Rook is that..."
"Yea, I think it is. A minotaur, one of the creatures from earth mythology."
"So what is the caretaker of Cerberus, guard dog of Tartarus doing here. Actually, speaking off. How is he? Don't tell me he run away again?" Twilight asked.
"Did she just said Cerberus and Tartarus... Like-like the actual hell.And what about Cerberus the three-headed dog from hell? But what is wrong with this land of multi-color ponies and its monsters, their hell and their devil dogs and minotaurs and who knows what else?... This place is so awesome!!" Ben said excitedly to Rook who the only stare unsure.
"I wish it was a simple problem like that, No. Cerberus is actually very harmed. Someone attacks him." Aster said taking off his helmet with a sad frown.
"Someone attack Cerberus? But how, why, who?" Twilight said shocked. Cerberus is the guard of Tartarus for a good reason, Imagining somepony who was strong enough to beat him was just unthinkable.
"We sill don't know who exactly did it but it seems he did it to..."
"Twilight!!!!, Twilight!!!!" Screams from the streets interrupted the minotaur. All turn around in the direction of the screams seeing a blue unicorn wearing a wizard attired running towards the castle. "Twilight! You got to help me. You need to help me, to help Starlight!!" Trixie keeps repeating the same thing taking hold of Twilight's shoulders and breathing heavily.
"Trixie? Trixie, calm down. Why are you like this. Have you been running from Starlight's old village all the way to here? Spike get to the kitchen and bring some water for Trixie, please."
"Sure thing," The little dragon said saluting and quickly entering the castle running at the direction of the kitchen but when he was about to do what he was asked for, he burps a green flame out of his mouth and within the flame a half burn and a very damaged scroll with a message.
"There is no time for that Twilight! Starlight, Starlight is in a big trouble! She was fillynap!!!" Trixie said with tears of frustration and worry that started to appear from her eyes getting uncomfortably close to Twilight's face.
"What! fillynap? are you sure?" Twilight asked what makes Trixy shake her head up and down vigorously as a response. "Hum.. ok I believe you, this is an emergency. We need to send some guards to..."
"Twilight. I know this is bad news to you but we may have bigger problems." Twilight was about to get inside her castle to look for Spike so he can send a letter to Celestia but she stopped when his old friend talked. "The-the creature who attack Cerberus also did something else. He-hum he also released Lord Tirek from his cell." He said holding his trident with both hands in frustration.
"Tirek!!!! What!!!, Oh no, Oh no, no no no. This is really bad news. Really bad news. We need to tell this to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna at once."
"Hum Twilight? I don't think that will be necessary," Spike said as he just finishes reading the scroll on his hands. " Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are being attacked right now by Lord Tirek and an unknown creature," Spike said holding the scroll on one hand to allowing Twilight to read it.
"What!!!!!!!!!, Oh no Oh no this is the worst thing ever." She said as she reads the message written by Celestia's own hoofraiding. "This is really bad. Fillynapping, Cerberus, Tirek, Luna, Celestia. But who, who and why? Who could have done all of this?" She said with panic showing all over her face.
"Some sort of squid-like creature. "The dragon, the minotaur, and the unicorn share a confused stare between each other as the three said the same thing at the same time. Twilight slowly turn to look at the Plumbers who were with a frown
"Well, I guess I already know what time it is. It's Hero time!!"
"There is no doubt about it, This is the princess hoof writing. She didn't even have the strength to write with her horn. Lord Tirek must have her already" She said while examining the parchment in a worry expression. "The burn marks on this proves that she didn't use her usual spell. She must have used an enchanted candle instead." All creatures watched silently how the princess of friendship stare at the piece of parchment deep in her thoughts.
"So are you sure it said a squid-like creature is with this Tirek?" Ben asked as he tries to take a look at the message from behind Twilight's back. She turns for a second to stare at him and nodded in agreement. Ben smiled before turning and exclaiming in excitement. "It was about time that fish shows his ugly face. Ok partner, it seems its show time... Rook?" He asks somehow worry as he saw his partner with the sight low while holding the wounds on his stomach.
"Sorry Ben, I am afraid I can not be of assistance this time. If I go with you I will be, like humans said, dead weight. It will be better if I stay here in this castle and try to use the broken pieces of my proto tool to build a communicator. Remember that even if you manage to defeat Vilgax we have no way of retaining him."
"Don't worry about that," Twilight suddenly added making both to turn, her face showing determination. "This is the second time Tirek scape his prison, I am no longer going to allow that. Curiously enough, I recently found a way to cast a magic spell able to imprison any creature, specially Tirek. Once we detain them I will send both to Tartarus."
"Sending Vilgax right to hell? Wow, I never imagine fell sorry for him buuuuuut... I can dig it. See Rook, there is nothing to worry about."
"Still, I think it will be wise to contact The Plumbers." Ben thought for a second as he watches his partner trying to take a step forward with difficulties before smiling and patting Rook in the shoulder while assuring him that he will get Vilgax for what he did to him. The pat only makes Rook to fall in his shoulder in pain, Ben quickly apologizes with an innocent smile.
"Magister Rook, let me help you with whatever you need. My castle and anything else will be at your disposal. Spike, could you stay with Magister Rook and help him with anything he will need?" Twilight asked the little reptile who only salutes in response.
"Trixie, I'll need you to make me a favor. Could you please go and inform my friends about this. We need to go immediately if we want to save the princesses and Starlight." Trixie looked at the princess and after a few seconds of silence, she nodded somewhat hesitantly.
"But remember this Princess Twilight Sparkle, You will own Trixie a favor" she then walked away and ran towards the closest pony, Applejack's farm.
"Aster" She looked at the young minotaur who instantly pose in a military stand at the sound of his name. "Can you inform Hades to prepare two new prison cells. I will be there soon to enhance them after I deal with the problem myself." The Minotaur does the same as Spike and runs immediately to pass the princess' message to Tartarus.
"Now that that has been taken care of," she said mostly to herself as Ben raise his left wrist and start fidgeting with the Omnitrix moving it around trying to check if everything was alright and functional. "We just need to wait for my friends to arrive so we can go as soon as possible to the train station. If we are fast enough we will be in Canterlot in an hour. I just hope the princess hang on until then."
"Tell me, Princess, if you were to go in a straight line, what direction you will take to go to Canterlot?"
"In a straight line? Well, if I am not mistaken, I would take... That way," She pointed at a vague location behind some mountains. "Why you ask? Flaying that way will take us hours"
"Sorry princess, I don't know this Tirek guy but Vilgax had conquered worlds in less time than that."
"What you mea..." Twilight was interrupted by a green light. The alien bipedal creature used his strange watch to transform once again. She stands with an open mouth watching how Ben's skin change from a pinkish white to a light blue. Some sort of black armor covering his body as his digits were slowly transforming into a pair of sharp claws-like fingers. His general appearance taking the form of a dinosaur standing on two spherical objects.
"XLR-8!!!!!" Ben scream as the transformation finished.
"Ready princess? Hold tight." Ben said with his new voice as he picks her up between his arms.
"Ready for wha-AAAAAAAAA!!!!" Ben didn't give her the opportunity to ask before he top speed into the direction she pointed before. His speed easily rivals that of the of the sonic-rain-boom, maybe slightly faster. But what was shocking was his acceleration. From standing still to sonic-boom speed in an instant, If he hadn't grabbed her the way he did, the princess' neck would have snapped with that sudden speed.
The princess slowly opens her eyes only to wish she didn't moments later. "Helix!, the mountain!! We are going to crash into the mountain!! Watch out!!" She screams before closing her eyes again. When she didn't feel the sudden meeting with the solid rock, she dared to open her eyes once again only to find that Ben was climbing the mountains like nothing. Running up like they were just small bumps on the road.
"Don't worry princess, don't have that much time to wait for your friends, they will have to catch up with us later. Keep your eyes open, I don't know exactly where we are heading exactly so I still need you as my guide."
When Twilight was used to the speed they were going she looks up at the reptilian creature that was holding her as she feels her face warming up. Before she noticed, She was gazing him for an abnormal amount of time.
"Hum, Princess?" Ben asked as he notices her stare.
The princess immediately snaps out of her trance and with a blushed face she clears her throat trying to speak. "Haham... a yes, yes. I - ha... We-we just need to pass this forest and the lake that is a few meters ahead and we will be able to see the castle"
"Roger that." XLR-8 immediately continue his way zigzagging the trees in the forest without losing any speed.
Celestia stares at the creature that was threatening her still unconscious sister with its foot on her face, her body defeated but her will unchanging as she glare at him with challenging eyes. The alien didn't let out any kind of emotion as he was processing everything that the princess of the sun has just said but his partner had a completely opposite reaction.
"What?!!! I can believe it. I would not believe it. You ponies and your superiority complex isn't amusing anymore!!" He shouts stomping the ground with one of his hind hoofs like a child trying to let out his anger with the floor making cracks in the castle that run all away into the ceiling along with a concerning cracking noise.
"Believe it or not, I say nothing but the truth." She responded defiantly.
"Only we, no, only I can control Magic that way. All magic belong to me and you ponies will realize that soon enough. As soon as I found this original magic I will destroy it and prove once for all that the only worthy enough to control all magic on the planet is me and only me." Vilgax gives to him a dubious glare at this.
"No, don't you dare Tirek!!" Celestia shouted standing the best she could to look at Lord Tirek in the eyes. "You would not only doom all pony race but all life on the planet with them... including you."
"Silence!!!" Tirek screams making the princess fall back to her knees but once Tirek saw those unchanging defying eyes on the princess' face, he couldn't control himself anymore. "I will show you who is the most powerful magic user in all Equestria and not that made up fantasy stories of yours" He stepped back as the pair of horns on his head started to volt in a dark lightning along with a fiery red ball that increased in sized by the second. Noticing what Tirek was planning to do, Vilgax prevent the attack by grabbing him by a horn and pulling him away making the blast to miss its target.
"What are you think you are doing!?!!" Tirek exclaims pushing Vilgax's hand away.
"What are you think you are doing? I need her alive."
"What? What for? She already told you what we need."
"As you said Lord Tirek. She could be lying to us or purposefully forget to tell some details. Either way, we still need her alive." Vilgax glare menacingly at Celestia grabbing her like a toy between his palm.
Tirek clunch his teeth before look around and smile at seeing what was on the floor. "Do we need both princesses?"
Celestia quickly turns at her little sister with worry eyes and back at the intruders. "No, I guess not. You can do anything you want with the other one." Vilgax replay what drew a fiendish smile on Tirek's face.
"No wa-GHHH..." Celestia didn't have the chance to complete a word before Vilgax strangles her harder and harder before stomping her in the wall.
"No now Princess Celestia, let him have his fun. It will be the last time he will be able to do something like this." He said to her in a calm tone looking at the beast approaching the princess of the moon.
With the strength that almost destroys the castle not so long ago, he raised his hind leg ready to end the unconscious princess. "This is something I should have done the first time we meet."
Celestia could only close her eyes not being unable to scream thanks to Vilgax's grasp on her. And then she hears it.
BAM!!!
A loud stomp follows up by an unsettling crack sound echoes all around.
"Impressive" Vilgax spoked. "It seems that your royal guards aren't as useless as I thought they were." Celestia immediately opens her eyes to see Tirek struggling with a spear on his eye as a lunar guard jumped in grabbing the princess in just mere inches from the massive crack on the floor.
Tossing aside the spear that only manages to give him a pink eye, Tirek stands menacingly in front of the guard exhaling in frustration. The lunar guard stands up to look at him without any sign of hesitation.
"As long as the guards are still standing, we will never let you..." Tirek surprise him by swinging his arm at him so fast that the weakened guard couldn't react making him smash in the wall.
"Now where were we?" He turns back looking for the princess but something grabs tight on his legs. All the guards that he previously absorbed their magic were now making their best effort in holding him on well others use spears to try to bring him down.
Spears rain down Tirek as Vilgax watch amused how he was struggling with weakened ponies that were barely able to stand up. So much he was distracted that he didn't notice that Luna was already standing up and galloping at high speed towards him.
"AAAGH!!!!" He screams as a sharp horn poke him in the hand holding Celestia by the wall letting her go.
"Let go of my sister you foul beast" Luna shouted. "Dear Sister. Are you ok?" She immediately went and lift her on her back ready to run away with her.
"Luna?" Celestia asked incredulously.
"You are only stalling for the inevitable" Vilgax interrupted. "You ponies are tougher than you look, I admit that. I was sure I used a lot of strength on you to make you unconscious for a while longer. A mistake I will not repeat," he said raising his hand ready to grab them.
Noticing this, Luna jumps away dodging the giant hand. Vilgax tried to follow them up but just as he was about to do so his mechanical enhancement started to clank, twitch and spitting out green sparks until one of his arms stop responding.
With a silent grunt, Vilgax stands up holding his unmoving arm with the other one. "Tirek!!!" He shouted asking for assistance from the Centar who was still struggling with the guards. "You fool. Stop that childish game and retain the princess. They are getting away!!!"
Luna was now standing in front of the bookshelf in her room looking from left to right for a specific book. "Aha.. there you are," she announces happily pulling out a black book with the title Thirty Shades of Pink what activated a secret door with a magical portal. "I know that strange book that my dearest niece give to me would work for something. Don't you worry sister, we will be out of here in no time" She said confidently at her sister on her back who only nodded weakly with a smile.
"They are getting away!! I order you to stop them at this instance," Vilgax shouted.
"No one gives orders to Lord Tirek!!!!" A loud scream booms along with a magic force that surrounded the whole room stopping the gravity all around. Tirek was now standing in all fours, eyes glowing as dark lighting volt trough his horn. All the guards that were attacking and the princess that was about to jump in into the portal were unable to move as they were floating in the air unable to choose what direction they will float.
Raising one hand, Tirek levitates all the guards groping them all in one point forming a giant ball of living guards still conscious and unable to get out from the gravitational pull that keeps them together. With a fling of the arm from the Centar, the ball of ponies went flying out of the five-floor high balcony.
"Here, and don't lose her again" He scolded Vilgax levitating the princess of the sun into his working hand. Vilgax scowled back at him.
"Sister!"
"Luna!" Both sisters were now on the hands of different villains with no means and no hope for escaping.
"Now Celestia, say bye to your dearest little sister"
"No, Luna. Let me go... let me...go..."
BAM!!!
Princess Luna watches in shock how her sister was laying in the ground on the middle of a crater motionless.
"I say that I will not make the same mistake twice."
"Hahaha... I like your style Vilgax. It seems even you can have good ideas once in a while." Vilgax only frowns at this holding his unmoving arm hoping otherwise even more than before.
With a big smile, the Centar imitates Vilgax and tossed Luna but into the wall instead of the floor with his magic. As Luna was falling on the ground after the impact, a red firey ball charge up in between Tirek's giant black horns before a magic blast blasted away at her direction.
The magic blast was strong enough to leave a giant hole on the wall with no trace someone surviving. Tears appeared in Celestia's eyes while Tirek smiles looking at the immense magical power he used, imagining what it would be having the rest of the alicorn princess magic for himself. And not only that, if he gets hold of that Original magic Celestia was babbling about, he will be unstoppable.
"Well, is time to move. We need to go back to my ship to get everything ready." Vilgax command grabbing tight on the princess of the sun.
"No, Celestia send an emergency message to the other princess. They will be here any second with magic begging to be absorbed."
"Don't be a fool. You have plenty of time for that but my ship is in a critic state. I still need you to..."
"I couldn't care less about you, Vilgax. I've seen you lately and I am starting to doubt about the strength you mention to have. Why do I even need you anymore?" He stands up in a threatening way menacingly looking at his eyes.
"Oh but you need me... and more important than that, you should fear me. We need to leave now that we have the upper hand before any... inspected... event... happen," Vilgax step away at seeing something strange on the balcony of the tower.
At the same time, Tirek was starting to hear a familiar voice shouting from inside the room. "Princess!!! Princess Luna! wake up. Are you alright? Tell me you are alright! Tell me we weren't too late." Tirek was now seeing the princess she has just though been evaporated in the arms of the princess of friendship trying to wake her up.
"Hu?... But how?" Tirek turns back trying to warn Vilgax but he then sees what Vilgax was trying to look before. The mollusk from out of space could only stand with his eyes half closed at noticing that the pony guards that Tirek had thrown away from the tower were now resting by the balcony. They were able to see how the guard increased its numbers each time a blue blur appear and disappear in an instant.
"41... 45... and 48... Yep, I think that is everyone or should I say everypony? Seriously, I don't know what is the problem with everyone, Everyone is more generic and one will think it should be used in a world with many different species."
A new voice was heard, a voice Tirek have never heard but one Vilgax remembers very well.
"So where is this Tirek? I cam here to kick his butt"
Tirek look astonish at the guards he thought had killed than to the princess he thought he evaporated with his magic, to Vilgax who was with an angrier expression looking at the little and puny blue lizard with the funny voice that just treating him a few seconds ago "Who is this and where did he come from?"
"There, the castle is all the way up. The princesses are in the tallest tower of the city. Can you see it?" Twilight asked while being carried by the swift blue alien as she pointed at the city built in the side of a mountain. They, or rather he, have been running for almost half an hour from Poniville all the way to Canterlot avoiding every obstacle on their way at the speed of light.
"Which one? You mean that tower with the bunch of pegasus flying down?"
"Hmmm... Helix?" Twilight tried to see what Ben has said until the realization hit her. "I don't think they all have wings. Oh no, this is bad." Twilight disappeared in a flash of light teleporting just beside the falling ponies. She tries to hold tight of all the guards making them levitate in mid-air with her magic. She was able to catch them all before they would fall into solid concrete but she had a hard time trying to put them to safety.
The blue alien, noticing the struggle she was in, helped her by lowering the number of ponies by grabbing them and put them on the side of the balcony. As one by one was rescued, Princess Twilight was finally able to lift them all to safety. But just as she thought she could rest, a loud crack was heard inside the castle as if someone had brought a wrecking ball into a room and decided to play bowling with it.
Twilight immediately look at her surrounding noticing that they were on Princess Luna's room. "Helix!" She shouted at Ben that was making sure all guards were ok. After that, a single look at Twilight makes him realized what was concerning her.
"Hold tight," Ben exclaimed as he caught her once again to they ventured towards the sound. There the worst fears become a reality for the princess. Princess Celestia was between the grasp of a strange bipedal creature, It was an octopus-like creature pinning her against the floor. But who had it worst was the Princess of the Moon. Ben and the Twilight witnessed how a big centaur had thrown Luna at a wall with enough strength to create a crater. The centaur's head then started to produce some sort of black lightning that runs all the way from his head to the tip of his two horns forming a red ball of pure magic ready to blast it at the princess along with some unconscious bystanders that were near her.
Ben didn't need to think about the situation twice. Using his super speed he rescued the princess along with the pony guards that were about to be obliterated. He then used the next two seconds to lay Princess Twilight and Princess Luna in a relative safety place next to the unconscious guards. XLR8 THEN use the next eight seconds to room around the enormous place to see if someponie else needed help.
"Princess Luna! Princess Luna, Wake Up" Twilight shouted at the unconscious alicorn trying to wake her up. This, however, brought the attraction of the villains that stood with doubtful eyes.
"What?!!!" Tirek shouted meanwhile XLR8 was making sure for the last time if there were anyone else who needed help.
"... 47... 48... Hmm... Yep, I think that is everyone... or should I say everypony?" XLR8 question himself by the shock of both villains. "Seriously, I don't know what is the problem with using everyone, Everyone is a more generic word. Don't you Think?" Vilgax tries to clinch his right fist at the sound of that voice but the enhancements on his right arm were still bad functioning. "So where is this Tirek? I came here to kick his butt." He said nonchalantly as he looked around the room.
Tirek looked at the small blue creature than at the princess of the Moon he thought he had evaporated with his magic. But she was saved by This. "Who... Wha... who is this and where did this come from?"
"Oh, you are the ugliest one here, You must be that Tirek dude" Tirek grunted and Immediately after, a laser beam strikes the floor near where XLR8 was standing. Surprised, Ben look at where it had come from. "Oh, What is it Vilgax, are you jealous? Don't need to worry, I still think of you as one of the ugliest creatures I ever saw, easily on the top 3."
"I see you are a pest as always, Ben Tennyson. Varmints were always hard to eradicate." Ben was about to say something but he needed to dodge the approaching giant hoof that was coming down his way.
"Vilgax, what can of magical creature is this blue lizard? And. Why. Is. So. Hard. To. Pound." Tirek said as he tries to kick, punch and throwing stuff at him but Ben dodge all the attacks with his super speed.
"What? You make a new friend and you didn't mention me? I feel I little... hurt? Ben tried to say when he noticed that he wasn't feeling the floor under his feet anymore. When he looked down he saw that he was floating in the air along with some small debris around him.
"There, this way you are escaping me no more." Ben look at the centaur noticing that his horns were surrounded with the same dark lighting as before while rising a hand. With a fiendish grim, he clenched his fist holding tight with his magic. Making a half turn, he thrust his arm sending the blue creature flying into a wall near Vilgax. Whether it was on purpose or a happy coincidence, Vilgax took the opportunity. With his good arm he lariat Ben just as he was about to hit the wall.
Ben was quickly launched at the opposite side of the room as he groaned in pain while looking up at the smiling Vilgax from the floor. "Wow, wow, Hold up. I think we started this too soon. Why don't we all calmly take a seat and talk it out? I know a certain pony that makes some delicious milkshakes, what do you say?" Ben said with a nervous smile.
"... I'm lactose intolerant," Vilgax raised his foot ready to squish Ben on the ground. Just before that, however, Ben disappeared in a lavender flash of light.
"Helix? Are you all right?" Twilight asked concern without looking away from the villains. When Ben opened his eyes and stood up, he saw that he was standing behind to the princesses of friendship. as she looked at the villans with malice.
"What, me? Of course." XLR8 said while shaking his head trying to make the stars he was seeing disappear. After that, a green light surrounded his body returning him to his human form. "I am a superhero after all. That Tirek only took me by surprise." Ben then prepare himself to transform into his next alien.
"Helix!" Twilight shouted as she saw an upcoming laser beam from Vilgax, a laser which Twilight had blocked with a magic barrier. Twilight took a quick glimpse at Ben that was putting his arms on the air with closed eyes surprised by the sudden attack. "A superhero you said? Maybe I am a superhero myself," Twilight turned and said at the surprised Ben glad at the princess' familiar magic purple shield.
"Princess Twilight!!!!" Tirek appeared screaming and ready to blast them away with his magic. Before Twilight could respond, however, a giant pale green crystal appeared from the ground blocking the blast and protecting Twilight.
"Ok, superhero princess, take the other princess to safety while I take care of these two."
Twilight looked concerned at Luna, her breathing was off and it doesn't seem like she will be up any time soon but after a few seconds of considering the situation she looked with determination at Vilgax's hand that was holding to the unconscious Celestia."No, I am a princess too, I will help you detain them and save Celestia. And please... call me Twilight," she responded with a smile.
"Well, you can call me DIAMONDHEAD!" he screamed while pointed his arm at Tirek blasting sharp pieces of crystal. This made him take steps back. At the same time, Twilight fired a magic beam from her horn wich contra attacked and nullified Vilgax's oncoming laser beam. "Twilight, can you cover me from Squidface over there while I deal with Mr. Goat?"
"On it. Princess Celestia, don't worry, I am coming for you."
"Princess Twilight, I want my revenge!!!," Tirek come running once again ready to body slam the princess but Diamondhead stops him before he even stars moving by inclosing one of his legs with crystals that appeared from the ground.
"You want to get to the princess? You got to pass through me first."
"Ough... As you wish" Tirek growled, He used his magic to break apart the crystal around his hind leg and throw a magic blast at him. Ben confident that a simple shard wall would block the attack, stand waiting for the blast to cease and attack himself but it was too powerful for the wall to contain it so he was launched backward.
"Ok, Diamondhead's crystals can't handle magic. Good to know." Ben formed a crystal tower under him at trying to dodge another magic blast. When that tower gets destroyed too, he made a ramp leading to Tirek on his side to attack him by transforming his hands into blades. Tirek jumped backward dodging the tackle and with a hoof, he tried to stamp on the crystal alien. Ben blocked it with his blade arms as Tirek keep pushing down harder and harder until Tirek stopped all of the sudden to give him a quick arm thrust that sends him flying to the side.
Diamondhead was sent directly into Princess Luna's bed cushioning his landing. A green light envelops the alien as Ben in his normal form stood up from the debris of the bed. "Oh boy, this guy can throw a punch almost as strong as Vilgax," he said while holding his head with one hand. then all of a sudden, a chunk of wall approached Ben taking him by surprise until a beam blast it away into pieces.
Ben looked with a smile at the Princess of friendship as purple smoke come off out of her horn. Twilight didn't have time to look back if Ben was alright or not. "You pathetic attempts of saving Ben Tennyson will not stop me for much longer, pony Princess," Vilgax said throwing pieces of concrete with his hand.
"You will not get away with whatever you and Tirek are planning to do. Now, realize Princess Celestia this instant," she said dodging the throws by flying away while shooting a beam of magic at him assuring she didn't shoot Celestia that was behind him by accident.
"You ponies not have the slightest idea of what is about to come to you and your planet. Once I got my hands on the Original Magic there will be no one in the universe able to stop me and you ponies will be the epicenter of my new reign." Vilgax smile devilishly which send shivers to Twilight's spine. Then all of a sudden he raised his good arm getting ready to hit her where she was standing but Twilight used her magic to teleport away. Noticing this, Vilgax immediately turns around where he had rested the Princess of the sun.
"Celestia, are you all--Augh." she had teleported right beside the princess thinking that she could get her out to safety before things get any worst and put her to safety but Vilgax saw through that plan right away. With a closed fist, he punched as hard as he could right at Celestia and just as he thought Twilight had appeared right next to her. If it weren't for her quick thinking and her magic bubble, she and Celestia would have been but just splatters in the floor.
"Who do you think you are dealing with? I am Vilgax, Conqueror of planets, destroyer of worlds. I have dealt with Magic Casters before. I know all your tricks." With the bubble still around Twilight, Vilgax uses his laser beam to push her away from her hostage.
Twilight screamed all her way to the wall. when she opened her eyes she saw Vilgax standing menacingly. "If you try something stupid again, I can't assure the safety of your princess. I only need one pony princess, Whoever that is irrelevant and for what I heard there is plenty to spare on this planet." he then looked at the other unconscious princess laying down next to the ponies guards." So why don't you quit well still you had your chance and let me obliterated Ben Tennyson once and for all."
Twilight stood up with difficulty as she looked back seeing a yellow ball bouncing out of walls and rolling at Tirek hitting hard. But then he used magic to levitate the ball and squishing it between his hands. Ben then reappeared on his human form who was now between the grasp of Tirek. It seems defeating these monsters will be more difficult than I thought. At least I can stop him from attacking Ben. "Don't you dare to lose Helix!" she screamed wich didn't amuse Vilgax at all.
"Now stay still while I absorb your magic," said Tirek as he opens his mouth right in front of Ben. A few seconds pass without any evident effects. "What? I creature like you had no magic?" He said surprised by that fact.
"Ough, dude? Have you ever heard of a toothbrush?" Ben asked as he tries to dissipate the smell from his nostrils with his hand. This enraged Tirek wich squished Ben on his hand harder and harder. In between screams, Ben riched his watch and activated.
Tirek took stapes back when the tiny creature he was holding in his hand turn into an orange dinosaur the same size as him wearing black pants and a green belt around his chest. Tirek looked with fear how the creature looked back at him "I see that you finally realize you made a Humongous mistake."
Humungousaur suddenly throws a punch at Tirek sending him flying. The punch would have sent him away from the tower if it weren't because Tirek makes himself levitate. "I had enough of you, prepare to be eliminated," he screams as he hovered at Ben at high-speed attempting to thrust him with his horns.
Ben intercept him by grabbing the horns, no black lightning could penetrate his tough skin. Tirek tries with all his force but after Humungousaur increased his size as well as growing spikes all over his body, he wasn't a match for him as he has pushed him down. "ready to surrender?"
"Ough... Haaaa!!!" Tirek quickly stood up attempting to throw a punch after punch at him but Ben avoided the attacks with ease. At seeing that that wasn't working, he steps back and shot another magic blast from his horn. Ben crossed his arms as the spikes on his shoulders and back grow bigger and bigger intercepting the blast. In the end, it stood Tirek with a shocked face at seeing that only thing his magic attack did was pushing the creature a few inches back. Ben smile as he did a half turn striking the centaur with his tail bringing him down.
"Give up dude, you're done"
"No, No, No, NO!" Vilgax looked at Tirek throwing a tantrum on the floor and at the Vaxasaurian next to him. Combining that and the fact that his cybernetic enhancements were malfunctioning in addition to the pony princess annoying presence and her pesky teleporting ability and somewhat impressive force field, he decided that his revenge against Ben could wait a few hours.
"Stop right there invaders." All the commotion that the fight made must have alert reinforcements as dozens of new garda rapidly surrounded the room. "You three are under arrest for attacking the Princess."
"Yea you better not think of... wait, what?" The guard quickly surrounded Ben as well as the other two villains with their spears. "Hey, watch the spears pal. I'm on your side."
"Surrender now Vilgax and let Princess Celestia go," Twilight said as the guards surrounded the squid alien.
"No, no. I will not be defeated again by the ponies!!!" Tirek then unleashed his anger on the floor creating a shockwave of magic that shaped the ground into peaks rising up causing Ben to stumble and fall. Not only that, but the attack weakened the structure of the building. The tower was collapsing and the guards on the room where preoccupied trying to save maintain balance.
Vilgax used this opportunity to escape with the princess on his shoulder pushing and kicking the guards around him. "Wait, you are going nowhere" Twilight teleported in front of him blocking his path.
"Are you sure you have time to worry about me?" Vilgax smile and look where Princess Luna was laying down, the ground beneath her was already collapsing and she was falling down to the floor downstairs. She took a half of a second to scowl at the alien before quickly flying at her rescue.
"And where do you think you are going?" Ben tries to stop Vilgax but his Humungousaur transformation was too heavy so his side of the floor was among the first thing to fall. When Vilgax finally reaches Tirek, he stood next to him and with difficulty he used his good arm to push a bottom on the wrist of his other hand.
"What? What are you doing? Stop this, Princess Twilight. I will have my revang-" A red light started to appear out of nowhere surrounding both aliens before disappearing.
"What? They ran away?" Ben said as he was hanging from the partially collapsed tower. Ben didn't have time to prepare before he heard the screams of ponies as big chunks of the wall was raining down on them. Some ponies, especially the pegasus, were able to escape by themselves but the guards that couldn't make it were on the ground waiting for the ceiling to fall on them. Almost half of the tower collapsed in a cloud of dust and the ones that made it couldn't do anything other than waiting for the dust to dissipate.
When the view finally clear up they were expecting the worst but they were surprised instead by the giant orange dinosaur shielding the few dozens or so of ponies from the pieces of concrete with his body. "Hum... is everypony ok," Ben asked at the astounded guards underneath him, every pony nodded diligently. "Good. Heads up!" he screams as he stands up moving the pieces of the tower on his back and jumping down the tower. He tries to verify if the rest of the tower was in danger to fall down too and indeed it was.
In a flash of green light accompanied by a beeping sound, the giant dinosaur transformed into a blue monkey with four arms. "Don't worry, I got this" the monkey climbing the tower and using his tail to shoot spider's webs he covers the cracks of the tower minimizing the danger of falling down.
"Ther, that should hold up" Spidermonkey then transformed back into himself.
"Who are you, stranger?" One of the guards approached Ben with a spear on hoof not sure what to make of the strange alien creature in front of him.
Ben smile puffed out his chest. "Don't worry, there is nothing to fear. My name is Ben Tennyson, superhero. You must have heard of me," he asked but he was answered by a confused stare. "What, really? No pony here knows about me? I even have a radio show and everything, Oh forget it"
"Help! Help! We need a medic!" Everyone around heard the scream of there princess asking for help.
"Twilight?" Ben run towards the sound finding her and another pony under a tree.
"Twilight, what happened. Are you ok?"
"Helix, I need a medic. There is something wrong with Luna. I wasn't able to rescue her on time and I think she gets hurt badly." The guards that follow the sound too instantly run to find a medic that could help.
"Princess Luna? is she the princess? She looks... different." Ben stared at the pony laying on the ground. He only looked at her for a brief second but he was sure that Princess Luna was taller and her coat was of a darker tone of blue as well as her mane that looked like the night sky instead of the pale blue that it was now.
"I know, I've only seen her like this once. She almost had no magic." Twilight responded looking at her with worry.
"Aren't you magical. Can you do a healing spell or something?"
"I can't, I ran out of magic a while ago. Most importantly, I'm worried about her lack of magic that the injuries themselves. Normally an alicorn can heal herself thanks to the inherited magic within there own body but Tirek had absorbed all of her magic so she had no way of healing herself, that is why she is on this state." Twilight explained holding up her tiers. "It was all my fault, I should have been faster. If only Cadence was here, she could share her alicorn magic with Luna."
"Oh, so you need Alicorn Magic? Is that all?" Twilight looked at Ben with sobbing eyes before transforming once again onto the first version of him she ever saw. "Helix, Why I didn't think of that," she said with a smile.
"Tell me, what do you need me to do?"
Twilight stood up clearing her face. "Ok, since you don't know the spell, I will guide you. Here, let's touch tips,"
"Huh... say what now?"
"Our horns, lower your head and touch the tip of your horn with mine and close your eyes." Ben warily do as told. When he felt his horn touching hers, a strange sensation fills him. He could feel the magic around him flowing through his body and into his horn trough Twilight's body and back again to him. "Can you fill it, this is how it feels to pass and absorb magic."
"Wow, this feels strange," Is this how Gwen feels all the time?
"Now, let's do the same with Luna." Twilight then pushed Helix Green's horn down to touch Luna's body replicating the same thing. Ben confidently shared his mana with Princess Luna. A pulsating green light started to appear on Helix's horn which surrounded Luna little by little that healed some small cuts and bruises on her body on its way. After a few minutes of this, the medics arrived just in time to see Princess Luna in her usual formal self.
"Did we did it?" Asked Ben standing up-right while looking at Twilight.
"Yes, it worked," Twilight nodded at the medics that approached Luna giving her treatment for the few broken bones she had but nothing too major to be concerned about. In the middle of the treatment, Luna slowly started to open her eyes.
"Ough, Sister?" she said attempting to stand up but she was still too weak for that.
"Luna!. Ouuu I am so happy to see you are alright." Twilight embraced Luna in a huge realizing all her frustration. "Huh, Twilight... But... Where is Sister? Is she alright?" Twilight avoided her gaze at her question.
"I'm sorry Luna. I couldn't save her. She... she was capture by Tirek and he and the other creature manage to escape with her." Luna locked concerned but not surprised. She remembers how Tirek along with other creature had surprised her by teleporting all of the sudden on her room as she was trying to go back to bed after a bad dream. Tirek was an admirable foe but who she feared and who surprised her the most was his companion, a creature she never has seen before. "It's all my fault. If I have listened to Hilex from the beginning, none of this would happen."
"Helix?" Luna asked.
"Yes, Helix, a new friend I meet. if it weren't for him, none of us would be here now." Twilight said as she pointed at the white Alicorn's direction. Luna's eyes opened wide once she saw who that individual was.
"Yes, Nice to meet you, princess. My name is Ben Tennyson. Just glad to be help--" But his word was cut short as the Princess of the moon had tackled him into the ground.
"SO I WAS RIGHT, IT WAS YOU ALL ALONG, YOU FOUL BEAST. WHY HAVE YOU COME BACK. REVEAL YOUR TRUE INTENTIONS AT ONCE!!" Luna, ignoring all her injuries, quickly stood up booming the White alicorn with her Royal Canterlot voice.
"Oh boy, I knew I shouldn't have left my bed this morning"
