Dimentio has escaped the Underwhere and is now terrorizing Equestria.
Dimentio, a name that was feared across the multiverse, in the manifestation of a jester.
Dimentio, a being defeated by two plumbers, a princess, and a tyrant dinosaur king. He was bent on destroying every world, but that never came to pass.
Now, he escaped death, escaped the land of ended games, the Underwhere, he escaped into a universe that lacked influence from the Ancients, a world called Equestria.

Mario, Peach and Bowser looked and saw a giant Luigi head fall into the floor.
"How... how did you do it?..." the being said. "How... could I have lost with the power of Luigi and the Chaos Heart..."
"How could I have lost..." the being thought to itself. "And the prophecy... has it been undone?!" the being said again. Peach heard this and said "I think your prophecy was wrong all along..." "You believed your prophecy, we believed in mopping the floor with you!" Bowser roared. "Not everything is determined by fate..." a rainbow-colored butterfly said.
"...all things determine their destines. Goodbye now, Dimentio. We'll add a footnote to the prophecy about your failure."
Dimentio still had that smirk on his face, "You think this is the end? This isn't finished..."
"You can't... stop this now... you can't escape."
He opened his mouth even wider than before before saying "I've been saving one last surprise..."
"Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ciao!" were his last words before his world blew up, more like him blowing up, releasing Luigi and left a thin sliver of his power to do his dirty work and ensure existence dies with him. Worlds are being destroyed and rebuilt. He was at least satisfied that a thin part of his power is working without him as he fell out of conscious.

Dimentio awoke from unconsciousness and looked around. A film covered his vision, making it all grey. Even with it, he can see he was in a line of things. He was in a cave with skeletal white arms waving in a nonexistent breeze.
He was in the Underwhere, the land of ended games. He looked at his hands, and lo and behold, he saw that he was a shade.
It all hit him. “No... NO!” His outburst merely attracted some glares and mutters from the Shades around him.
A D-Man, a servent of Queen Jaydes, came up to him and said "Quiet, you! You have to wait in line like the rest of them!" and left.
He realized that he had dimensional powers, and closed his eyes, concentrating on his home, Dimension D, his home, he'll find a way to undo his shade form later. He kept concentrating before "Hey! Quit sleeping, we are in a line here!" a shade said, forcing his eyes wide open. It didn't work.
Dimentio decided to snap his fingers, but it didn't work. His powers no longer worked, for he was a shade. He cursed to himself. He was a shade, he was a ghost, and at least the Underwhere/Overthere was still existing.
He was about to say the words "What can possibly go wrong?" before realizing that the sentence was jinxed. He knew it, he has done it to himself once, right in front of people with bad luck. It that question, everything went downhill for the one who said it, instead, he thought what if. Well, what if the opposite did the opposite. So, he said "What can possibly go right."
As soon as Dimentio finished saying the question, a D-Man left a door and to a table, sitting down and talking to two more D-Men while drinking coffee. Seeing this, he darted for the door, his shade form made it easy avoiding them. In the door, he saw a whole bunch of doors, all with different colors and either square or with a rounded top.
He went to the first door he saw and opened it, seeing this.
"This reminds me of these Yoshis, only covered in tar and goose feathers. Not the dimension I'm looking for." he said as he went to another door and opened it.

"Awkward... I don't think I'll have THAT out of my head any time soon." he said with a hand on his head as he turned to another door and lo and behold, he got what he went for, Dimension D. A bright light shone upon him, restoring his true appearance.
He was about to go in before the door dissipated into nothingness and a voice said "Stop it, Dimentio!" Dimentio turned to see a couple of D-Men looking back at him. "Surrender now and we'll give you a nice cozy cell in Underwhere Prison!"
Seeing no way to escape, he went to the door nearest to him and said "Ciao!" before going in. The D-Men knew about these doors, but they didn't know what was behind them, not even Queen Jaydes knew what was behind even one of these strange doors, so that was why she had them guarded. At least Dimentio was gone from them. Pity the world who's inhabitants would be his torment.
Rainbow was bored, she had nothing to do after the plunder vine crisis. Twilight was still getting used to her new wings and the elements were gone. Discord has just finished cleaning up and everything was returning back to normal, or at least what Ponyville has for normal. She didn't really have anything to do that day, since the day was supposed to be clear, and she had done the clearing in ten seconds.
She then decided to go practice the Sonic Rainboom somewhere isolated, so that nobody could see her if she failed. An idea presented itself from the recesses of her mind. Why not the fields outside of town?
Those fields were usually isolated since they were so close to the Everfree Forest, and even more so since its invasion, but Rainbow didn't have to worry about monsters. She was about to practice when all of the sudden reality spun a black rectangle, and out of that said rectangle a humanoid mass of shapes came out.
It almost looked like a jester wearing a mask when she could see it clearly, and if it were standing upright, it would stand slightly taller than Celestia.
"I better tell Twilight about this right now!" she thought, and flew as fast as she could back to Ponyville, which actually was pretty speedy. She had to go to the Golden Oak Library. Twilight has now gotten pretty good at flying, she could help her.
Dimentio awoke tied to a plastic chair that was a little to snug. He looked around and saw what looked like a dungeon.
He was about to undo the ropes when a blue blur came up to him, revealing itself as a rainbow-maned pegasus who said "Talk, you monster-jester thing." Dimentio only smiled and said "What am I supposed to talk about, cyan quadruped?" The pegasus's eyes merely squinted at him as she said "Well, duh, haven't you noticed? Where did you come from?"
"Rainbow, please stop terrorizing the creature!" a voice said as 'Rainbow' was enveloped in a purple light. Another horse, this time with purple fur, a navyblue mane with a pink strip, and along with its wings, a spiral horn sat atop her head. "Look, I'm sorry about my friend, now, my name is Twilight Sparkle." 'Twilight' said.
Dimentio grinned and said "I am the master of dimensions, pleaser of crowds, I am Dimentio."
"I'm a pony, not a horse. But you didn't really answer my question. What are you?" Dimentio ignored her and said "Say, don't you or your friend know of any, dimensional spells?" Twilight chuckled a bit before it became full-blown laughter. When she finished, she said "I don't think that branch of magic exists."
Dimentio frowned at what she said before regaining himself and said "It is cake in the feast this is magic." By now, he undid the ropes and grinned, despite being annoyed "But since you have never tasted such a cake, I'll feed it to you."
Twilight tilted her head and said "What are you talking about?"
Dimentio raised his arms and reality shifted around the three, becoming a green room. "Oh, I forgot, the cake is poisoned, now welcome to Dimension D, my home, purple and cyan horses! Now, prepare for your games to be ended."
"Wait, WHAT!" Twilight said in shock. He was going to end their games? What did that mean?
"Why did you say 'end our games'?" Twilight said. Dimentio laughed and said "You don't know WHAT that is? Well, once I'm finished with you, you will know what I mean. Now, prepare to have the dinner of death served by me."
Dimentio rose into the air and laughed like the psychopath he is before materializing a ball of strange yellow and purple magic with his finger. He tossed it lazily at Twilight, who dodged it by going upward, using her wings and went into flight. Twilight realized that Dimentio was attacking them, but still did not realize what is going on. "Rainbow, he's attacking us." Twilight said to her friend as another blob of magic, this time she used a shield spell.
Rainbow nodded in acknowledgement and flew towards Dimentio, who simply laughed and teleported behind her. Rainbow turned around and said "Why can't you hold still?" Dimentio laughed again and said "Nope." and teleported behind Rainbow again, this time with a blob of magic in his hand. He threw it at Rainbow, who turned around at the last second, only to find Dimentio's magic strike her forehead as she fell down on the floor, her pink skin showing as blood spilled onto Dimension D's floor, but not much blood though.
Twilight went back towards the ground, trying to listen to even one beat. "It seems her game has ended. A shame, I would have liked to play with her even longer, now it's your turn." Dimentio laughed.
"Why..." Twilight said, tears going down her eyes. "The previous bad guys were mean, sure, but they never killed, not even one. But you... you are different..."
Twilight looked straight up at Dimentio, unfolding her wings, fire in her eyes and her teeth seemed a bit sharper. Her fur and mane also seemed redder in tint. "YOU KILLED ONE OF MY FRIENDS, NOW YOU MUST PAY THE PRICE YOU MONSTER!" she said as a surge of red magic went around her. Dimentio was shocked about this, but regained his composure and said "Let us dance, like an angry tango duet who just broke up!" as he made another blob of magic, which he tossed at an enraged Twilight, who dodged it.
Twilight shot a beam of red light at Dimentio, hitting him easily. "AUGH!" Dimentio said before teleporting back with a copy of himself next to him. Both shot a blob of magic at Twilight, one of which split in two. Twilight shot a laser at one of the Dimentios, who dodged at the last second as the other one dissapeared. Dimentio came back and this time, made a box around Twilight, who jumped the other way. Another box expanded near her, but she climbed onto the other box, and shot a red light at Dimentio.
"Augh, you are clever." Dimentio said as he teleported away, coming behind her with another blob of magic in his hand.
He tossed it at Twilight, who teleported away before it can hit her. Dimentio came back, this time with ten duplicates of himself. All of them grinned and said "Can you tell which handsome guy is the real one of the bunch." as they materialized their own balls of magic.
This time, only one of the Dimentios was doing it a tiny bit ahead of the others, but for Twilight, that was enough. She cast a red shield spell and the magic bounced off. All of the Dimentios seemed sad and Twilight struck the real Dimentio, the duplicates dissapearing.
(stop music)
"Why aren't you dead! Not even Nightmare Moon and Discord could take that punishment! Sombra maybe could have, but I still have a point!" Twilight said.
Dimentio's non-existent ears perked up as he said "Nightmare Moon? Discord? Sombra? Who could those guys be?"
Twilight then said "They were the three greatest villians of Equestrian History, Nightmare Moon and Sombra are dead while Discord was reformed. You shouldn't have killed Rainbow, now die, dangit!" Twilight shot a red beam at Dimentio, who teleported back and said "Yes, interesting story, perhaps I can add their power to my own. See ya, later, and have fun with your dead friend for me! Ciao!"
With that, Dimentio teleported himself, Twilight and Rainbow Dash's body back to the library. Dimentio then teleported away, leaving his friend unconscious, to wake up to a big surprise.
"Ugh, where am I?" Rainbow Dash said as she woke up and looked around. She saw a line of shade-like objects that share strong similarities to Dimentio, but all grey and shadowy. She looked down at herself and saw she was one of them. Then she remembered what happened. Dimentio killed her with his magic, and she was one of those grey shadow things.
"Hey!" a voice said. Rainbow turned to see a red demon-like biped in sunglasses say "You's don't belongs here, girly." He pulled out a bone staff with a skull on it and said "You's goin' back to your world, pronto." He wacked Rainbow with it and all went white.
Twilight awoke in the Golden Oak Library, and she didn't remember until... she saw what looked like Rainbow's fresh corpse. Then it all went back to her, the fight and this monster who called its, or rather himself Dimentio, he... he killed Rainbow. Why did this happen?
Twilight cried because Dimentio killed Rainbow, probably for fun. As she was crying, soft golden light created various fairy-tale art patterns and intricate designs and all that stuff. Rainbow moaned, her eyes fluttered as she made the world out, and then she opened them. "Twi... what are you doing?" she said. The moment she spoke, Twilight tackle-hugged her and said "Rainbow! Your'e alive."
"Twilight, get... off of me, I need some personal space, okay." Rainbow said.
"I... I... okay. How are you alive? That magic looked lethal!" Twilight said.
"When I awoke, there was a line of Dimentio-like beings, and I was one of them, and some demon in sunglasses found me and, said I did not belong here, and he whacked me with a bone with a skull on it, and all went white." Rainbow said. Twilight was puzzled, trying to piece it together and realized "Dimentio's magic must have sent you to the Underworld of his dimension. Interesting."
"Fascinating stuff, by the looks of it, the killer bring the victim to the afterlife of the killer's dimension. Intriguing..." Twilight thought to herself before saying "We need to warn our friends about Dimentio so if they see him, they'll be careful. Let's go!" Twilight said.
Meanwhile, where Nightmare Moon was purged, in the tallest tower Castle of the Two Sisters, reality flipped into a rectangle, which turned, revealing a strange figure on the other side of said rectangle, which dissapeared, leaving the figure.
That figure was Dimentio, who looked around and said "My teleportation has led me to the nearest concentration of dark energy to those stupid ponies for my ultimate show, but where's the energy." He sensed it all around him, everywhere and nowhere at once. "This must be Nightmare Moon's weakened energy!" he said.
Nightmare Moon's sentience was long gone by now, and her power sunk into the stones of the castle. Dimentio snapped his fingers as reality made another rectangle, this time revealing a strange DS-looking thing. "Some guy named Fawful gave this to me, so I stashed it in Dimenstion D to be safe. But since he's dead, he dosen't need it anymore."
The DS-like object was a detector of sorts which let a satellite dish out, which turned this way and that before coming back in. The detector then said "Energy signature is just above the podium." in text. Dimentio floated over to a podium far away for the stairs. That was the location where Nightmare Moon stood before being purged from Luna.
Dimentio cast a spell on the spot to determine the energy and gathered a sample. Dang, it didn't contain any chaos energy, just harmonic magic corrupted by jealousy and hatred, not what he was looking for. Useless to boost his power, but will cloud his judgement. Not good to use.
Dimentio's mask glowed as it parted from his body, revealing a shadow-like substance with set of glowing yellow eyes and a matching mouth. His mask floated towards the spot he was analyzing as its light turned into a dark purplish-black. And with an explosion of dark light, there were three masks, one floating back to Dimentio, and the duplicates lay on the ground.
He cast a spell on all three, and the mask on his face was revealed to only have the usual expression enchantment he usually casts on it, but the other two had properties like those of the Floro Sprouts he used to take control of that stupid O'Chuncks and turn Luigi back to Mr. L.. Dimentio smiled, he saw that those had possibilities, and floated away, a manticore walking below him, minding its business.
Manny, a manticore was walking down the forest. Ever since he befriended Fluttershy, he has doubt why he hunts ponies. But he cannot fight the facts, food is food, so he had to find another food source. Nowdays, he feeds off smaller creatures.
Manny was minding his business when suddenly, a strange being descended from the sky. Its body was made up of polygons, unlike the smooth outlines of the forest's creatures. It was also bipedal, wearing a purple and yellow hat and robe. Its legs and disembodied hands were black with a white outline, and it wore a mask with a shadow look, one side being white with a black eye and the other side was black with a yellow eye. The figure then said "Ah hah! So let's get it started, shall we?", laughing.
The being created a blob of yellow and purple energy, tossing it at him. Manny dodged, but the being threw something strange, which latched onto his face. It stretched like a rubbery material, encompassing his entire upper face, even covering his upper lip. It went to his ears, and stopped there as his mind was shut down, subjected to the will of the mask.
