Rainbow Dash and Soarin have a foal shower where all their freinds can meet their new baby. A shock runs through them as they see what baby they have.
Little Skylight Dash has to find out what her true destiny is. How will she overcome her worst fears of bullying? Her fears become reality. And what of her princess body? Is she or isn't she a princess? This is her journey to find her destiny.
Rainbow Dash and Soarin were having their first foal shower. The foal was a surprise for them. She wasn't a Pegasus. She was a silver alicorn with a rainbow mane and dark blue tail. The Wonderbolts were even at the celebration to congratulate their fellow wing-mate. Soarin shed tears when he met his alicorn filly.
"Hey guys!" Dash shouted. Twilight was the first to hand Dash a gift. All her friends followed. After ger friends arrival Wonderbolts poured in. As they went to meet the filly, they saw a unicorn horn and wings.
"Ahem. We would like to announce that our foal shall be named Skylight Dash." Soarin announced. Everyone cheered and Spitfire walked over to congratulate the couple.
"Umm, Rainbow your filly is an alicorn." Twilight asked as Dash simply nodded.
Two months after the foal shower, Rainbow Dash was in the kitchen. With Soarin at work and Dash on maternity leave, she had to do all the house work. Dash went to her living room to check on Skylight. Her little filly was fast asleep.
When Soarin got home, he quietly greeted Dash and grabbed an apple off the side. He went to see his little Dashie but she was fast asleep still. With that in mind he went back into the kitchen but Rainbow wasn't there.
She leapt at him and pinned him down before slamming her lips on his. She pushed her tongue into his mouth and moaned as they tongue wrestled. They fought with their tongues before fighting for the top. They were tongue wrestling again. Then Dash pulled away and bit Soarin who bit back. They then started nipping,biting,licking and kissing.
Soarin wanted more and he pulled out of the kiss. He picked Dash up and threw her on the side. Je kissed her stomach then her lips and they tongued again.
They stopped kissing after they heard something from the living room. Ty hey peeked around the door to see Skylight Dash flapping her small wings and just managing to fly to the door. Her parents stared as she levitated her milk towards her and started drinking it.
"Wow she can already do magic and fly. She is incredible!" Soarin said with pride.
"She'll do something amazing one day!" Dash whispered with as much pride as Soarin.
As time went on Skylight began to fly better and better. Soon she was taking magic lessons from Twilight. Lightning Love was also learning magic but was always better than Skylight. Lightning was older and already had a cutie mark. Flash Sentry was always at work when Skylight came around so she never me him.
Soon Skylight had to go to school. She was friends with the CMC and she knew of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Little Sky arrived at school only to be bullied. Her parents were legendary PEGASI and she was just an alicorn. But weren't alicorns princesses.
After her worst day of school, Skylight went to practise a Sonic Rainboom. Her mom was the only one who had pulled it off. Her day was so bad that she couldn't concentrate. Bullying blank flanks was the craze of the school but at least she had friends to help her get through it.
"Hello Dashie!" Soarin yelled. Skylight charged at him and threw her hooves round his neck. "Have you missed me?" Skylight nodded.
"Daddy, why does everypony bully me because I'm a blank flank? And why do they bully me because I'm not a Pegasus like you and mom?" Skylight asked, flapping her wings and landing on the ground.
"They bully your blank flank because they think they're better than everypony else because they have a cutie mark. As for the alicorn, they're jealous that you're the daughter of legends and you're a princess on top of that!" Soarin explained. Skylight nodded gently before running up stairs to her room.
In her room Skylight was writing a letter to her friends . She wanted to ask them how they put up with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. In her heart she knew they were afraid and possibly jealous but they didn't have to be bullies because of it.
"What's the matter sweetheart? Are you being bullied?" Dash asked concerned.
"Oh mommy. All the ponies bully me for being an alicorn and a blank flank!" Skylight yelled hugging her mother mother tight.
"Would you like me to sing you a song to help you sleep?" Dash asked. Skylight nodded and Dash smiled.
The two made their way up the stairs and Skylight slipped into her bed. She looked up into her mothers loving eyes. Dash smiled as her daughter looked up at her. The moment warmed Rainbow's heart and would be something she and her daughter would treasure forever. The special moment where mother helps child to get through bullying and learn to stand up for herself is a life lesson the child could pass on to their own children.
"Honey, you shouldn't let their nasty words get to you. They say these things solely to gain popularity and get what they want off other ponies. It is manipulation through bullying and scaring other ponies. They don't care who they hurt as long as they get what they want out of it and you giving up is exactly what they want. Never give up... my little princess." Rainbow's words dove into Skylight and filled the holes that bullying had caused. Hope flared in her eyes and she nodded.
"Yes mommy... Can you sing to me now?" Skylight asked innocently. Dash chuckled and nodded.
"What song will you sing me mommy?" Skylight asked.
"How about Shine like Rainbows?" Dash asked.
"Yes please mommy. That's my favourite!" Skylight snuggled down as her mom began to sing.

"Sleep well my little moonbeam." Dash whispered to her sleeping daughter. She shut the door and walked down the stairs to Soarin.....
Skylight was dreaming about being bullied. Diamond Tiara was kicking her. She screamed.
"ENOUGH!" Yelled a new voice. Instantly the sad scene vanished. Out stepped a purple alicorn with a crescent moon cutie mark.
"Princess Luna! Oh thank you. That was a horrible dream. But why are they bullying me for being an alicorn?" Skylight asked. Luna looked at her and shook her head.
"You should not know your own future. But let me say this. Those who seem unusual are destined for great things." And with that Luna vanished.
Skylight woke up and it was morning. She was panting but thanks to Luna she was fine.
At school, Diamond Tiara was picking on Skylight again. "Oh shut up Diamond Tiara. You're just jealous that I'm a princess and your not." Skylight spat at Miss.Snooty. Diamond Tiara stepped back at the remark. "You act all high and mighty, yet you're pathetic and useless. LEAVE US ALONE!!!!" Skylight yelled before walking off with her friends.
Skylight sang a song to her friends. "Don't let them get in my way. Don't let them throw me down. Show them who I am. Rise up to the sky. We are all together we will fly forever. I trust you and you trust me. We live as friends and never will part."
Diamond Tiara left Sky and her friends alone but still acted like the boss. No one took notice because they knew Skylight would help them. Sky sang that song to her class. When her cutie mark appeared. It was a music note with lightning bolts coming off it. Her voice was electrifying and bought everyone new found hope.
"Don't let them get in my way. Don't let them throw me down. Show them who I am. Rise up to the sky. We are all together we will fly forever. I trust you and you trust me. We live as friends and never will part." Skylight sang as she walked down the coronation aisle. Her voice caused everypony to look up with hope as lightning crashed above their heads.
"Skylight Dash has shown that she can bring hope through her beautiful voice. With this voice she lights up the sky. She has proven that she is ready to be crowned the newest Princess. Please welcome..... SKYLIGHT DASH THE PRINCESS OF HOPE!!!!!" Celestia announced. She placed a crown with a music note in the centre that looked exactly like her cutie mark. They even got the lightning bolts right. As the crown was placed on Skylight's head, Dash did her famous Sonic Rainboom which merged with the lightning created by Skylight's singing.
The party thrown by Pinkie Pie was fantastic and even Diamond Tiara came. "We just wanted to apologise for bullying you. We're just lonely. Sorry Princess." Diamond Tiara said and turned to walk off. Skylight stared and then something shone all the colours of the rainbow.
"DIAMOND TIARA!!! WAIT!!!" Skylight yelled. Diamond Tiara turned around confused. "Sure, you've been pretty rotten but... Even you deserve a second chance. I'll be your friend on the condition that you no longer bully anyone or call the CMC blank flanks. Deal?" Diamond Tiara nodded gratefully and hugged Skylight. "Here's your chance to apologise to my friends>" Skylight turned and pointed.
"Umm... I just wanted to say I'm sorry for calling you blank flanks. Can we be friends??" Diamond apologised with the hope that they would accept her friendship. Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom looked at each other before nodding.
"If you are truly sorry then we accept your apology and friendship!" Apple Bloom spoke. Skylight was watching and listening, she smiled and walked back towards the party. Now it had been a great day......
Tired from their day of excitement everyone agreed to stay in Canterlot overnight. As everyone made their way back to the castle and the few ponies out bowed at the two Princesses. After saying goodnight to their friends Soarin went inside the room and left Rainbow to say goodnight to Skylight.
"Goodnight, my little moonbeam." Rainbow whispered as her daughters soft snoring met her ears. Rainbow closed the door softly and slipped into her own room.
Rainbow turned the lights on and lay on the be, only to be pounced on by Soarin. She smirked and pushed her head upwards, their lips connecting softly. As Soarin sucked on her top lip, he felt Rainbow's tongue push his lips. He allowed her entry but met her tongue with his. Their tongues pushed in battle and Rainbow explored her way down to Soarin's flank. He laughed and she flipped them over, breaking the kiss.
They climbed off the bed and Soarin smiled. He grabbed Rainbow and threw her back on the bed. He flung himself on top of her and she gasped. At this point Soarin had an erection and he started to grind it between her ass cheeks. She flipped over and pushed him off the bed. He landed softly on his hind legs. Rainbow ran at him and leapt, kissing him as they fell to the floor. Their hooves ran wildly across each others bodies. Their tongues fought and so did their wings. Their bodies fought to dominate the other and finally, Rainbow had Soarin pinned.
The next day, the train slowly chugged into Ponyville station. Everyone said their good-byes and Skylight flew hone with her parents. Soarin sighed as Rainbow unlocked the door. Tank the tortoise wasn't there, he was at Fluttershy's place, to Soarin's glee.
The family looked around their house. Everything they loved had been smashed and ripped to pieces. The crown was stolen and all of the trophies had been taken too. Dash was almost in tears and Soarin was stood in awe.
The only clue they had was a piece if paper with a pegasus on it. Rainbow Dash gasped and pointed, her whole body shaking in fear. Skylight stood and scared at her mother. She'd never seen her so scared. It was almost enough to send a shiver down Sky's spine.
"T-t-the S-S-Shadowbolts!!!!" Dash stuttered. The family gasped.....
