I made a seirse as this of "humans" so why the fu*k now ponys too!
This is all a game... Missions over and over... saving the world... with a team of... Six... (Meet Mason T. Turner, Hood Gunblade, Lock, spartan 3456,Zippy Gunstead,The Doctor, and Sterling Bluebolt. The Elite C.U.B.E team. (Sorry if its not that good I'm an amateur writer with no experience writing MLP fanfic and I am just starting but enjoy!) (The only characters in the C.U.B.E team I only made Hood, Mason, and Sterling the rest are themes of someone else with a new look and personalty) <--------(only here so I'm not claiming Halo, MLP, Doctor Who and any other references I have as my own and so you know I DID NOT MAKE THEM I AM JUST A FAN WRITING A STORY WITH A NEW PLOT!!! please don't kill me!) (also if i forgot to say anyone was in it on the tags I have the limit as is so sorry)
It was the normal day at the high tech agency I work for. Oh how rude of me! I am Mason, Mason T. Turner! The agency I work for is called, C.U.B.E I am not sure what it stands for but our job is to travel to games, movies, and time to stop evil, and general keep time and dimensions as peaceful as possible.
My team and I had night watch of the planet sized space base but with all five of us we had no problem doing so. My watch started to beep and I looked down and saw it had a mission alert! I ran back to the control room to wait for my team, the first was Hood a 7 foot tall powerful cyborg.
"I got the alert is the portal ready?" Hood's deep voice questioned.
I replied, "Almost, just need a few more minutes to power up!"
As I finished, The Doctor (yes the one from Doctor Who) ran into the room.
"What happened did the Illuminati strike?! OH! or, or, or did hell open again?!?" The Doctor blurt quickly.
The final 2 members of my team entered the room, a pink Halo spartan named Lock and a small Minecraft ocelot named Zippy,
"Now everyone is here I will explain, I got a plea for help from a universe C.U.B.E does not see much." I had to stop to take a breath making it seem more dramatic, "It is called Equestria from the TV show My Little Pony!"
Hood being a manly-man just froze, " are you telling me we have to go to a place with rainbow ponies and not kill them, this will drive me insane!"
I simply flipped a switch and a pink vortex opened next to us and told stated, "Hood they have asked for our help and if you like it or not we are helping them it is our duty as agents of C.U.B.E to assist whoever is in need!"
I walked into the vortex followed by my team and a grumpy Hood.
I felt my limbs start to change shape as I was tossed and turned in the spiraling vortex, "What in the name of all things good?"
I could tell by the muttering of my team behind me I was not the only one changing. I finally felt numb and was thrown out of the vortex into a world of cartons and pink girlishness. I felt the same a Hood had earlier, disgusted at my surroundings and frankly embarrassed!
"Ah! this old place again!" I heard The Doctor giggle with glee.
I attempted to stand and fell flat on my face, oddly only my nose and mouth hurt.
I heard Zippy's high pitched voice gasp, "Where are my paws!"
I rolled over to see a small yellow pony with a western outfit staring at his hooves.
I was dumbfounded, "Zippy? Is-is-is that... you?!?" I sputtered
The yellow pony smiled and giggles, "you think I look dumb you should see yourself!"
I held up my numb hands and saw light yellow hooves! I looked down at myself and saw I had been transformed into a pony!
"Look what you have done!" Hood yelled and I looked and saw he was a raged looking, blood red bat-pony!
I now understanding how to stand I calmly said back, "How was I to know coming here would turn us all into ponies?"
Hood fell silent, and I looked to see my other companions, Look was a pink pony with orange aviator shades, the Doctor was brown with a darker brown main. Knowing what my team had turned into I looked myself over I had a black shirt with a yellow bow-tie and mechanical wings! I looked around a moment after admiring my wings and finding out how to control them, I noticed the Doctor had walked off!
I trotted over to Hood, "Have you seen the Doctor?" I asked the angry bat-pony.
"He said he was going to find a friend," Hood spat.
I decided to go and look for him, after all I still had to test my wings! I stretched the metal frames of the wings out and in one swift trust I was shot into the air! I flapped my wings every few seconds so I bobbed in one place, I saw in the distance about a few miles away a gray and blonde Pegasus was flying towards us, guided by some pony on the ground.
"Hood get up here!" I yelled to Hood still grumbling on the ground.
Hood was up next to me in seconds, "That's just the Doctor, he is bringing his friend back," Hood said.
I followed Hood back to the ground and we waited for the Doctor and his friend. When the Doctor got back, and his friend had landed I got to see the mare up close, crooked golden eyes and a blonde mane.
"Meet Derpy!" The Doctor proclaimed.
"Hello," Derpy said to me and when she looked to Hood her pupils shrank, "Is that a bat-pony!?!" Derpy squeaked.
Hood gave a kind smile, " Name's Hood, sorry for the scare I get that a lot."
The other 2 on my team introduced themselves to Derpy, she found Zippy's height funny because he was an adult, but was child sized.
The Doctor told us, "The princesses wish to see us A.S.A.P."
Derpy took to the sky, " follow me, I can show you the way!"
We all followed Derpy and I took to the sky to keep he company.
"So, Derpy what is your favored color?" I asked awkwardly trying to get to know the mare.
"Green, why?" Derpy responded confused.
"No reason just wanted to brake the ice," I responded even more awkwardly.
We flew in silence for the rest of the time until we saw a castle on the horizon.
We approached the gates of the castle on the hillside.
"When did Celestia put in the gate? And why?" The Doctor asked Derpy.
"The same reason they asked for help." Derpy answered in a much more serious tone.
We reached the tall gold gates with guards on both sides.
"Halt." the unicorn guard to the left ordered and held a sword out with magic.
"Says who?" Hood growled beck stretching out his wings to make him even more menacing.
The guard stood his ground and barked, "By orders of Celestia!"
As the guard spoke he gave Hood a signed scroll. Hood read the scroll and growled to himself. I rolled my eyes and walk to the front of our party.
"Hi, we are the reinforcement Celestia sent for." I calmly said flashing my C.U.B.E badge.
"Sorry, sir!" The guard apologized.
The guard opened the gates using magic and allowed us to trot through. The town was a lot more faded and pale than I had expected.
The Doctor's face instantly turned to a frown, "What happened!"
"The Wave," said a gray and blue Pegasus pony.
"The Wave? Wave of what?" I asked the pony.
"Wave of shadows." The pony clarified, "I am glad to see Celestia took my advise too."
"What advice?" Zippy asked bouncing up to meet his gaze.
"About calling C.U.B.E," The Pegasus pony grinned.
Lock jumped and slammed the Pegasus onto his back, and pinned him to the ground and yelled in his face, "Who are you, what do you know about C.U.B.E, and how do you know about it?"
The pony under Lock kicked with his back hoof and knocked the wind out of Lock, Hood jumped at the Pegasus and was kicked in the lower jaw. The Pegasus took to the sky quick as lightning and I followed.
"Slow down!" I yelled to the much faster and experienced flyer, "I just want to know who you are!"
The gray pony slowed down so I did not have to shout but still in a safe distance, "My name is Sterling Bluebolt, Equestrian representative of C.U.B.E," Sterling spat at me.
"I am Mason! Mason T. Turner, also agent of C.U.B.E!" I pant between breaths still out of breath from having to chasing Sterling down, "can we land? I'm feeling light headed," I half wined.
We landed and Sterling told my team who he was.
"Follow me, the princesses are expecting you," Sterling said as he turned around to lead us to the castle.
"So what is the Wave?" Zippy asked Sterling trying to brake the silence of the walk up the center street.
"Its a black cloud that stole all of the color, and the elements of harmony were useless to it." Sterling said with a tear streaming down his cheek.
"Why are you crying?" Zippy asked.
"Thousands died." Sterling said with his voice breaking, then he shook his head and pretended to be unaffected.
"Anyway." snapped Hood.
When we reached the castle, the doors were unhinged and only one princess sat in the throne... Luna.
"Halt!" Luna barked at us, "Who have you brought! Cant you see I have better things to do! Like find my sister!"
"We are Squadron 904 of the agency C.U.B.E: Cross Universe Battle Enforcement!" I returned Luna's rude statement, "I also believe we can help."
"How?" Luna asked in a more welcoming yet still distrusting tone.
"We have taken on everything from a time eater, to the devil of hell himself, I think we can take a little cloud," Lock answered confidently.
"All I see are some overconfident Pegasi and earth ponies," Luna sneered.
With the insult, Hood's wings snapped open and with one beat of the wings he had knocked Luna off the throne. When Hood was standing next to Luna he was just as big if not bigger than the princess of night.
"I'll give you over confident," Hood whispered evilly to the helpless princess, with a darkness growing in his eyes.
I shot off like a bullet ramming the enraged bat pony off Luna, "Hood, we are here to help!" I gasped, out of breath from my sudden need of assistance.
Hood looked up at me and the darkness in his eyes told me,'If I had not thrown you off, you would have gone to your Dagger form!'
The darkness in Hood's eyes faded now that he was not looking at someone who had just insulted him. I got off of Hood as he regained control of himself.
"M-my apologies, your highness," Hood stuttered awkwardly to Luna.
The princess of night stood back up and said equally as awkward,"I am also at fault, It was wrong of me to assume you were normal ponies."
Zippy rudely butted in, "Um does anyone remember? We still have not introduced who the lamas we are!"
I stopped and turned to introduce myself and my company, when I turned I saw behind Zippy, rolling into the room, was a dark black cloud.
"Zippy, behind you!" I yelled to the little pony but it was to late!
"Oh god no!" Zippy yelled trying to flee only to have the cloud engulf him quickly.
As fast as the cloud arrived, it was gone and so was Zippy!
Luna's pupils had shrunk to nearly nothing and guards ran to her side as she started to tip, and she stuttered before the guards took her to her room, "T-t-th-th Wave."
Epilogue, kind of... well just read this shit on C.U.B.E
not really an epilogue I just wanted to insert some info on cube so REEEEEAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDD
Q:What is C.U.B.E? A:C.U.B.E stands for Combat United Battle enforcement so C.U.B.E is kind of like game/book/dimensional/movie/real life, high tech police

C.U.B.E Origin/Backstory
(First C.U.B.E is not centered out of the MLP universe so this might not include much on the MLP side of the story and is just additional info)
In the year 6067, a young timelord, with the power to create anything he wished noticed that the universes and dimensions had fallen into a dark age. The billions of galaxies needed a hero. The timelord, opened his hand and a sphere of white energy appeared in his hand.
He whispered to it, "bring me a teacher, a base, and army willing to fight for what is right, technology no one has ever seen before!"
As the timelord finished all he had wished for was done, a white glove was strapped to his wrist and the glove had a screen it showed a new planet, C.U.B.E base. The planet was the most high tech he had ever seen and it had inside spaceships, and an army fully armed and prepared to fight. The young timelord walked around the planet sized base and found rooms of weapons and gadgets.
The timelord grew old and worked for C.U.B.E for eons after, he died in a black hole, before he left he got a prophecy, "C.U.B.E will live and stay in your race, go and rest in peace."
