It was a normal sunny day and the birds were chirping, Spike Eduard (A 6"3" green haired boy who is 19 with white skin) was fast asleep in his room, when all of a sudden a big earthquake shook the entire island waking him up, causing him to fall out of bed. After the earthquake stopped, Flash Sentry (A 5"11" blue haired boy who is 18 with white skin) ran in to see if everything was alright and he saw Spike on the ground beside his bed groaning, Spike shook his head while he got up, and saw Flash smirking at him.
After Spike cooked breakfast he sat down and handed Flash his plate. On Flash's plate there was: three eggs, two pieces of toast, and four strips of bacon. On Spike's there was a big omelet with cheese coming out of it. As they ate Flash reminded Spike to not forget to find gems so they can pay to keep the inn running, after that Spike and Flash talked about what they planned to do today, Spike was going to go look for gems because after a earthquake there usually were caves that open up that had tons of them, and he had to so they could pay bills because they haven’t had a guest since Spike took over, and after one as big as the last one there was bound to be one.
After breakfast Spike set out to find a cave to gather gems, he found a giant cave full of gems, as he collected gems he found a giant gem and inside Spike saw a girl, who was 6"0" with yellow and orange hair, but he was confused because it looked like she had pony ears and a tail she also had orange skin. As he was distracted, a weird noise came from behind him, when he turned he saw two fully grown dragons behind him, he was trying to find an escape but as he was thinking his arm started to glow, and he noticed the bracelet on his arm, as he was looking at the bracelet he heard a sound like glass shattering behind him, when he turned, there stood the girl holding a big sword that looked like it was on fire.
As Spike was looking at the girl the dragons went to attack Spike but as they were lunging, the girl cut both in half and they glowed then burst into darkness and dissipated. After the dragons disappeared the girl turned to Spike and asked, “are you ok master?” but before he could answer three commander and thirty soldier changelings materialized out of black portals. the girl turned to Spike and said, “I will take care of them master.” but before she could move Spike stopped her and asked her, “who are you?” she turned to him and said, “my name is Sunset Shimmer, but you can call me Sunset.” then she attacked the changelings, Spike was transfixed on how fast and how strong Sunset was, but they soon overwhelmed her. Spike seeing Sunset getting overwhelmed snapped out of his trance and ran to help her, seeing this the changelings started attacking Spike while ten of them were holding Sunset down, seeing them attacking Spike angered her. As Spike was fighting his bracelet started to glow, and then Sunset began to glow, and she felt full of energy. Sunset pushed the changelings off of her, took down the ten changelings then began taking the rest down with Spike.
Once all the enemies were dealt with Sunset passed out and Spike caught her, then a dozen Timberwolves appeared behind Spike growling causing Spike to run away with Sunset in his arms, once he escaped he went back to the inn, as Spike walked in Flash asked how the gem collecting went, when he saw Sunset in Spike's arms he asked what happened and Spike told him to help him get her to a bed, after Spike and Flash got her to a guest room they went to the lobby and Spike started to tell Flash what happened to him and how he met Sunset.
About an hour later Sunset woke up and went to find Spike. She found him talking to Flash about what to do with her, when they realized she was behind them. Then Flash had an idea and ran to his room and locked the door. Spike and Sunset were talking about her past, but she could not remember much besides her name, when Flash opened his door he was holding something behind his back, Spike asked, "what do you have behind your back." Flash smiled and showed them he had a maid outfit behind him, Spike looked confused and Flash clarified that Sunset could help around the inn and she could stay for free as long as she wants. Sunset excepted the offer and went to her room to change. Once she was finished she showed them how she looked and both were speechless. Sunset blush and asked what they thought and Flash said she was hot and she should become a model, and Spike slapped him upside the head and told him to stop talking then looked back to Sunset which had a deep blush and told her she looked great. Sunset smiled and gave Spike a big kiss on the cheek, then she ran up to her room with a big smile on her face.
Later that night Flash and Spike were talking, Flash said, "man, who goes to a cave and comes back with a girl in his arms?" Spike just shrugged and said, "I don't know, but I am glad I did. Did you see her in that outfit, nice work by the way." Flash smiled and then he slapped Spike, and told him that was payback for slapping him, after they finished both went to there rooms. In Spike's room he was inspecting his bracelet when he heard a knocking at his door, so he opened his door and Sunset was standing there in her maid outfit, the two talked for about an hour just having a good time, both of them said goodnight and Sunset went back to her room and both went to sleep.
While Spike was sleeping he started to dream about a promise he made to his father,
"When our cherished guests finally arrive, think of them as nothing less than family."
Spike's dream started to change, he found himself in the middle of town and the entire town was on fire, and monsters were killing everyone.
Spike awoke with a start and fell out of bed, Sunset ran in to see Spike on the ground in his underwear, blushing she turned around and asked Spike,
"why are you in your underwear?"
Spike said,
"it was really hot last night, so I stripped down to cool off."
calming down Sunset turned back around and asked if he needed help, and Spike told her he was fine but as he was getting up he stepped on a ledge and fell again Sunset ran over to help him up and make sure he was alright and helped him back on his bed.
As she was helping Spike up, Flash walked up and asked,
"having fun in here?"
Spike and Sunset looked to see Flash in the door, Spike said,
"I can explain."
Flash just smirked and said,
"I bet you can."
Sunset was stunned. Spike seeing this told Flash to leave but Flash would not leave So Spike got up and pushed him out the door. Once Flash left, Spike went to check on Sunset seeing she was still stunned he walked over to her and asked,
"are you alright Sunset?"
Sunset did not respond so Spike shook her and she snapped out of it and told Spike she would see him later, then she ran out of the room.
About fifteen minutes later Spike came out of his room with clothes on, he saw Flash and Sunset sitting at the table talking, when they heard Spike come in they turned to him and told him good morning.
After breakfast Spike was getting ready to go look for some gems but before he left, Amelia (A 5"11" brunet girl who is 19 with white skin) came in to see Spike. Amelia saw Sunset sitting at the table and was surprised, she asked,
"you actually have a guest?"
Feeling offended Spike said,
"why would it be weird for me to have a guest?"
Amelia feeling angry how Spike responded she said,
" Well considering not even your father had any guests it is really surprising."
Spike just looked at her, and Amelia realized what she said and started to apologize for bringing up Spikes dad, Spike told her to leave. Amelia was going to say something else but decided to just leave.
After Amelia left Sunset looked at Spike and said,
"Spike what was that all about?"
Spike looked at her and said,
"I will tell you later Sunset."
after telling her that Spike went to his room and slammed the door.
While Spike was in his room Sunset turned to Flash and asked,
"What is Spike so mad about?"
Flash looked at her and said,
"It would better if Spike told you what happened, but do not push him to tell you, it is a touchy subject."
Sunset looked Flash in the eyes and nodded her head.
about an hour later Spike came out of his room. Sunset noticed Spike looked like he had been crying. Sunset asked if he was ok he said,
"Yes I am fine, do you want to go to see Amelia with me, I will tell you the answer to your question on the way."
Sunset asked,
"What question?"
Spike said,
"About what all that was about before I went in my room."
Sunset realized what he was talking about said,
"I will go with you if you want me to, but you don't have to tell me if you don't want to."
After she told him that they headed to Amelia's farm, on there way there Spike said,
"My dad died when I was 15, and I could not save him."
After he said that Sunset looked at him and asked,
"what happened?"
But before he could tell her they heard a scream from the direction of Amelia's farm. When Spike and Sunset got to the farm they saw, three commander Changeling squads each having nine Changelings with each commander and five Timberwolves surrounding Amelia and were about to attack her. Seeing this Spike ran over and attacked the enemies taking out five Changelings before the others noticed him.
Once they noticed him he started to lure them away from her, seeing his plan Sunset ran over and grabbed Amelia by the arm and got her to safety.
When Spike noticed Amelia was safe he turned around and started fighting the Changelings. Seeing Spike not trying to escape Sunset ran in to save him knowing he would not last long in a head to head battle.
As they were fighting Sunset was getting tired and the enemy were getting the better of her, seeing this Spike started to take down any enemy that got to close to her.
Once most of the enemies were taken out Spike and Sunset looked to the last two monsters both of them were Timberwolves, Spike and Sunset attacked one each and they took out both at the same time. Both Timberwolves disappeared in a puff of darkness. After the darkness dissipated Sunset passed out. Spike asked Amelia if she would help him get Sunset back to the inn.
After Spike and Amelia got Sunset in her bed, they went to Spike's room to talk.
In Spike's room Amelia and Spike were talking when Spike stopped her and said,
"sorry I got angry ,it was just an accident that you brought up my dad. I am really sorry."
after saying that Spike lowered his head with shame.
Amelia looked at Spike and smiled and told him,
"It's alright I wasn't thinking when I said that."
After they left Spike's room they saw Flash sitting at the table smiling, Flash said,
"hey was wondering when you two would get done."
Spike and Amelia told him they made up and Flash nodded and said,
"good can't have my only two friends hating each other, and it would be bad because you two look cute together."
Looking at each other they blushed and looked away from one another, Flash started laughing, and both of them looked at him as he told them he was only kidding, both Spike and Amelia punched Flash in the arm and scolding him for joking and Flash said,
"Sorry but seriously you two look cute together"
After Flash stopped teasing them all three of them went to check on Sunset. Seeing she seemed to be in pain they called a doctor to check on her.
Once he got there, he checked Sunset out and didn't find anything wrong with her telling them to give her some painkillers he gave them every couple of hours. Once he was gone Spike asked if Amelia would help watch Sunset, seeing it was dark outside she agreed and stayed the night in Sunset's room with her. Spike, Amelia, and Flash said their goodnights and went to bed hoping a good night's rest would help Sunset.
The next morning Spike went to check on Sunset, as he walked into her room he saw Amelia standing next to Sunset's bed checking on her
Amelia noticed Spike and motioned him to be quiet, Spike nodded and walked over to them, when he was beside the bed Sunset let out a pained grunt, seeing this Spike asked if the painkillers weren't working, Amelia said,
"It doesn't look like it."
Spike and Amelia left the room and went to the table to talk.
As they were talking Flash walked out of his room and saw both of them at the table and asked,
"Sunset feeling any better?"
Spike and Amelia both shook their heads no. Spike went in the kitchen to fix breakfast for all of them.
After Spike was done cooking he took some food to Sunsets room for her, seeing she was awake he gave her the food, she ate only half of the food before she said,
"I am alright Spike, I was just sore from the fight."
Spike was about to tell her he knew she was lying when she laid down and told him she was still sleepy, he saw she was already falling asleep when he closed the door. As Spike sat down at the table he asked himself what he should do Sunset is in pain and he had no idea why she was in pain, she fought and defeated at least two dozen monsters on her own and was fine when she woke up but she fought about half that number and had no scrapes or bruises but she was in pain. Spike then had an idea, he would check the cave he found Sunset in for anything that might help her, so Spike got his bag and headed out to the cave.
About ten minutes later he was standing in front of the cave looking in, Spike said,
"here goes nothing."
Once he got to the giant gem he started to look around when all of a sudden a big earthquake shook the whole cave. Feeling the cave could Spike tried to get out but the earthquake suddenly stopped. Once Spike realized it stopped, he stood in the middle of the cave and he heard a cracking noise coming from all around him before Spike could react the ground fell apart making him fall into a cavern beneath the cave. As Spike landed he was knocked out cold.
In his mind he was back in his room He went to see if he could find anyone as he stepped out of his room there were seven girls, and Spike felt like he knew all of them, one of them was Sunset but he could not remember the others names, he went to talk with them when three men walked in the front door, Spike's head hurt and he heard the weird voice in his head, it said,
"Do you have the power?"
"Are you the one?"
Spike yelled.
"What do you mean?"
The voice said,
"What is your wish?"
After that everything turned white.
Spike woke up and found he was still in the cave, he got up and started looking around, Spike was amazed at how beautiful the cave was.
Spike walked to a part of the cave full of gems as he was staring his head began to hurt, and he noticed a light started shining to his left when he looked he saw a girl floating in the air she was 6"0" with rainbow hair she had a bow that had fog coming off it, and she had pony ears and a pony tail along with sky blue skin, when she landed she looked at Spike and said,
"Hello master Eduard I am here to serve you."
Spike asked who she was, and she said,
"My name is Rainbow Dash but you may call me Rainbow."
After she said that, Spike realized she called him by his last name, but before he could ask her how she knew his last name, five squads of Changelings appeared and started to attack them. Rainbow and Spike split up and started to take out each squad of Changelings.
Once all the squads were defeated, Rainbow fell to her knees with scrapes on her arms, she said,
"I think that was the last of them, but my magna seems low."
Spike looked at her and said,
"Magna, what is that, are you going to be alright? you seem to be in bad shape."
Rainbow said,
"Magna is our source of energy. If it runs out we could never hope to recover."
Once she noticed his bracelet she said,
"I'll explain later but hold your bracelet out to me. Please. Quickly!"
Once she told him that, he held out his hand and his bracelet started to glow, and so did Rainbow. When the light faded Rainbow felt full of energy and all her scrapes were healed.
All of a sudden three Changeling squads appeared, and Spike asked,
"ready for round two."
and she said,
"See if you can keep up."
After they destroyed the last changeling, Spike finally realized he never asked her how she knew his last name, so Spike said,
"Who are you? Where did you come from?"
Rainbow started to shake her head and after she stopped, she said,
"I don't know more than you, and if I try to remember more than that my head hurts."
After that Spike said,
"There's a girl, Sunset, and well, I mean, Do you know a girl named Sunset Shimmer?"
Rainbow turned to Spike and said,
"Sunset Shimmer?"
"It sounds familiar. I think I have at one point or another."
Spike looked hopeful, and said,
"Would you mind if we go meet her?"
Rainbow said,
"Sure maybe meeting her will help me remember something."
Spike looked around and could not find a way out of the cave, seeing this Rainbow asked,
"what are you doing?"
Spike told her,
"trying to find an exit"
Rainbow said,
"if that is the only problem I can fix that."
Rainbow aimed at the wall and blew a hole in the wall for them to exit out of.
So they went back to the inn and up to Sunset's room.
Spike and Rainbow entered and Amelia asked Spike who Rainbow was he told her,
"I'll explain later."
Once Rainbow looked at Sunset, Spike asked,
"Do you know her?"
Rainbow said,
"I do. Sunset is my sister."
Both Amelia and Spike asked,
"Your sister?"
Rainbow said,
"she looks like she is suffering from a shortage of magna."
Spike asked,
"what can we do?"
Rainbow face-palmed and said,
"Do what you did with me. Hold out your hand to her."
Spike felt stupid He did not think of that. So Spike held out his hand to Sunset and his bracelet flashed, once the light faded Sunset sat up and stared at Rainbow.
Sunset asked,
"Who is she?" pointing at Rainbow.
Spike told them How he met Rainbow and how he brought her here to help Sunset.
Once he was done Sunset asked,
"Spike may Rainbow stay? Please."
Rainbow said,
"No I don't want to impose."
Spike said,
"Rainbow you may stay if you want. It would not be a problem."
Telling Spike, Sunset, and Rainbow goodnight, Amelia left to go home. After telling Rainbow she could sleep in one of the other rooms, he told them goodnight and went to bed.
The next morning Spike woke up and realized he was asleep on his desk when he went to get dressed Flash walked in and said,
" Good to see you are up."
Spike asked if the girls were up and Flash told him,
" Their in the lobby, only one question. How do you keep bringing home hot girls and I can't even get a girlfriend?"
Spike said,
" Some guys got it, like me, and some don't,........ like you."
Flash was about to say something, but was stopped by spike laughing, spike said,
"I'm kidding you. That was payback for two night's ago."
Flash just looked at Spike not saying anything until he started laughing saying,
"You have grown a sense of humor, and you're a playboy. I could not be prouder."
Spike speechless Flash left and Spike got dressed and left his room.
When Spike got to the lobby, he saw Sunset by the table and told her good morning, Spike noticed the delicious breakfast on the table and asked who made it. Sunset looked at Spike told Rainbow was in the kitchen cooking the last of breakfast. Once she was done she brought it out and set it on the table.
As they were sitting down to eat, Flash walked in and said,
"Have you realized my perfect plan yet Spike?"
Spike just looked at him and asked,
"Uh, plan, what plan?"
And flash said,
"Yes my beautiful plan!"
"Envision, if you will, a garden of snow-white lilies, pure and sparkling as our beloved mountain springs sweeter and more picturesque than dawn's first morning dew, and evermore quenching for the thirst."
"They shimmer a radiant beacon of light upon our path, soothing the turbulent hearts of us unworthy men and graciously guide our heavy steps as we ascend a road that reaches up to the highest heights of heaven!!"
"Charmingly Celestial!"
"Lustrously Ladylike!"
"Yes... In short, they are M.A.I.D.S.! Precious treasures which surpass even orichalcum in rarity!"
"I decree that such a grandiose plan- no, movement, I say- to construct this Eden be known to all as:"
"M.A.I.D. In Heaven!!"
After Flash was done Everyone looked at him until Rainbow broke the silence, and said,
"Anyways breakfast is ready."
Everyone but Flash took a seat leaving Flash speechless, he said,
"Really, nothing, none of you have anything to say about my genius?"
They just ignored him and started to eat their breakfast.
After all of them were done eating breakfast Spike and Rainbow were talking, Rainbow said,
"Master what do you have planned today?"
Spike said,
"Rainbow you can just call me Spike, and I think I am going to just relax today."
Rainbow smiled and said,
"Good, meet me in my room later."
Later in Rainbow's room Sunset and Rainbow were waiting for Spike to come. As spike entered he said,
"What do you two need to talk to me about?"
Rainbow said,
"Remember how I told you that Sunset is my sister."
Spike looked at her and said,
"What are you really not her sister?"
Rainbow shook her head and said,
"No, we are sisters there is no doubt."
Sunset said,
"We even lived together a long, long time ago. I remember now."
Rainbow said,
"Seeing Sunset has helped me remember some of my past, and we believe we have several other sisters"
Sunset said,
"The details are a little fuzzy, but whenever I picture us, I picture them together with us."
Spike said,
"So they might be out there somewhere, alone without their memories. just like you two when I found you."
Rainbow looked down and said,
"I doubt it."
Spike asked why, and Rainbow said,
"because of your bracelet."
Spike looked confused, seeing this Sunset looked down and said,
"Without your bracelet they are most likely dead."
Spike asked,
"Where does the power even come from."
Rainbow said,
"maybe it's the gems."
Spike said,
"probably we already use them as fuel ourselves. but this bracelet looks more advance than anything I have ever seen."
all three of them agreed. Sunset and Rainbow looked at each other and then Sunset said,
"we both think if we can find any more of our sisters we might remember more."
Rainbow said,
"Yah but how do we find them we don't even know where to start looking."
Spike got up and looked out the window thinking, he closed his eyes, then he realized something, he turned to them and said,
"I found this bracelet when I met you Sunset, then after that I found Rainbow too."
"That can't be a coincidence...... Right?"
Sunset and Rainbow looked confused so Spike continued, and said,
"It seems you are attracted to it, considering it is where you get your power from it is not surprising to say it draws you to it."
"So if both of you stay at the inn with me you will have a better chance to see your sisters again."
The girls looked at each other, Smiling Rainbow said,
"That is just a theory but it is the best we got, I'm in, and Flash gave me a uniform so I can work to stay here."
Once they were done talking a big earthquake shook the inn. Rainbow was confused what it was and unset laughed at her.
Flash walked in and said,
"well looks like we're going gem hunting."
Spike grabbed his stuff and was about to leave before Sunset and Rainbow stopped him and asked if they could go with him, Spike said no, but the girls wore him down and finally he said yes.
On there way there, Sunset said,
"Hay what did happen to your dad, you were interrupted last time."
Spike looked at her and frowned, seeing this Sunset was about to apologize but spike said,
"Me and my dad were just playing together, then a masked man came in seeing him my dad told me to go to my room. Once I was in there I heard arguing then I heard a gunshot I was about to go check it out but I heard my dad tell me to stay in my room no matter what. About an hour later I left my room I saw my dad dead on the floor I rushed over to the phone and called 911, but it was to late he was gone."
After that the girls were speechless just staring at him.
once they got to the cave a group of enemies appeared, and the three of them took all of them down.
Once the last one disappeared a mysterious person showed up, he tried to attack but Sunset and Rainbow stopped him but were injured.
The man turned to Spike and asked,
"Why are you with these Artemisias boy?"
Spike looked at him and asked,
"what is a Artemis?"
The man said,
"No matter I will kill you and take them anyways."
After a long battle the man and Spike were breathing heavy. Spike looked at him and asked,
"who are you?"
The man smirked and said,
"I am Garble, who are you?"
Spike looked at Garble and said,
"Spike. Spike Eduard."
Garble looked at him and said,
"Eduard, it can't be."
"not that it matters you are going to die. and once you are dead I will kill Sunset and Rainbow."
with the last of his strength Spike ran at Garble, and Spike's arm started to glow.
When Spikes fist connected with Garble, Garble was hit so hard he was imbedded in the wall.
Groaning Garble disappeared, so Spike and the girls went home.
Once they were back they sat at the table Sunset and Rainbow looked at spike and said they were sorry Spike asked them why they were sorry and they said,
"we were so weak and you had to fight that guy all on your own."
Spike told them he did not remember fighting Garble, he just remembered telling him his name than Garble threatening to kill all three of them, then he could not remember anything till Garble disappeared.
Looking at him like he was crazy Sunset and Rainbow said,
"What!!"
After shushing them he said,
"I don't know but it is over so let's go to sleep." Looking at each other they agreed they said their goodnights, and went to their rooms.
