Bright and Pink

About two years after Nathan lands in Equestria, he finds that a certain bouncy and pink pony has a bit more of character behind all the pink and bounciness, especially after he attempts to fix her broken heart after a certain bad run-into.

Nathan and Pinkie have always been close friends, but after Nathan and Pinkie gets confronted by a few old "friends" of Rainbow when she was a filly, and Nathan can't fully defend Pinkie, and Pinkie changes. Nathan does everything he can to help her, but things simply can't be fixed in the boundaries of best friends. (Tragedy is in the place of Sad since Sad and Comedy don't go together.)

"Dude, shut the fuck up! It's not funny!" Daniel yelled over Nathan and Josh's laughing. Part of Daniel's face was bright red, compared to his white skin, showing easily. This all happened because Nathan was attempting to show and teach Josh and Daniel how and why he does a little bunny hop on his toes when he fights or spars, but Daniel had failed epicly and leaned too much forward, falling flat on his face.

"Ye should've seen yer face, mate!" Josh said, his truly Australian accent showing, before he burst back into laughing. His face turning red from all the laughing.

"I toldja not to lean too much forward, but you did anyways." Nathan pointed out, trying to stop laughing, but it did no good. Josh was an Australian that was born in Australia, obviously. His parents got killed in a car crash a few years ago, so he moved to America with some of the money he had, and bought a relatively small apartment in a somewhat good area. Nathan and Daniel were both his favorite best friends because they helped him out, and its also why he took Kickboxing, just for the fun of it.

Daniel on the other hand, was born in America, but he was just as athletic as Nathan was, unlike most Americans that weren't athletic whatsoever. Daniel's favorite sport was Soccer, which he liked to practice with Nathan and Josh, because he hoped someday he would make it into one of the Major League Soccer teams, but so far he had no luck getting into a regular league.

Eventually, you and Josh stopped laughing, aside from all the small giggles here and there. All three of you stood up and looked at each other, nothing being said. It only lasted a few seconds, but it felt like ten years could of passed, and you didn't even realize it. After your so-called stare down, you hopped on your toes, doing a roundup, then finishing it with a back flip right after.

"Bruh, I don't know why you aren't in gymnastics yet, you do the weirdest shit sometimes. The best part is that you're not even using a springy floor or whatever!" Daniel pointed out as he stuck his hand out at Nathan with a what-the-fuck expression smacked onto his face, Josh laughing so hard, that he made inhaling click sounds as he fell to the floor, clutching his stomach.

"God damn it, Josh. You laugh at every little thing." Daniel said, looking at Josh as he had a giggle, mate. Nathan was still standing where he was, drinking Gatorade out of a Gatorade bottle as he watched the true action go down. He slightly grinned as Daniel sat down with his what-the-fuck expression on his face.

After that, a few conversations went on between you three as you all chilled, drinking Gatorade and munching on some of Nathan's muffins that he made recently. Nathan got all the awards for his amazing muffins, which Josh said. Which he was munching on a banana nut muffin, his favorite kind. Daniel agreed with Josh as he quickly destroyed three blueberry muffins. Nathan ate only one strawberry swirl muffin before he stood up to go clean himself up.

Josh and Daniel did the same.

Nathan had just finished his shower, and was spiking his hair up. He slid on his brand new Rockstar padded suit, Plugging in his music and putting a song on, he walked out of the washroom, grabbing his backpack. He waved bye to Josh and Daniel as he walked outside into the warm summer air, sliding his pair of shades with a neon pink stripe on the side.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhmUnk454MA

He walked up to his custom-colored bright blue 2015 Honda CB1000R. He took off his shades and unplugged his music, sliding on his brand new pitch black helmet, which had a Heads Up Display on it. He bought it on Amazon, and it got delivered to him a week later. Amazon was cool like that.

He got onto his motorcycle, starting it. The HUD popped up, saying hello, then switching to his RPM, MPH, etc. His music turned on as He put it in neutral, backing up as he looked both ways. When he finally got it to where he could show off, Daniel and Josh walked out and looked at him. He revved his bike, redlining it as the 998cc four cylinder engine. After all his showing off, he put it in first and took off, looking both ways before he took off into the cool summer night.

And he was home in no time, or about ten minutes.

Nathan woke up in the morning with some major bedhead, and declared his couch to be the second softest thing in his house, but his neck crooked a cranny, and he didn't like it one bit.

"pour l'amour de BAISE!" He yelled as he strained a muscle in his neck, falling onto the hard wooden floor. He groaned as he stroked the long muscle on the right side of his neck, laying on his back. He lied there for several minutes, getting up as he heard his phone go off, and it was across the living room.

He slowly got up, but then tried to sprint. The only problem was that he was still in his neon pink Nike Elites, which were slippery, and he ended up falling on his face. It was almost comical, asides from the fact that this was real life. After he cursed in both equal French and English, he got up and answered the phone.

"Bonjour belle , comment était votre journée?" He asked, trying to make his girlfriend judge him on using French when she spoke English with a tiny bit of fluent French.

"Oh shut up you short cuddlebear." She remarked as you giggled at her response, your deep voice echoing through the empty apartment. After he stopped laughing, he remarked back.

"Aye, today you said we would have our sleep over, so I'm going to go get packed right now." You said, looking at the clock.

1:32.

One fucking thirty two.

"Baise... I'll call you back after I'm done packing, I love you." He said as he rushed into his bedroom, pressing the hang up button before she could say I love you back. True boyfriends do that.

It was time to get packed, and he packed everything.

When he said pack everything, he packed his Nike Mercurial Vapor 9's and his Hockey skates, which were the Bauer Mission AC7 Inhalers. He also packed five pairs of everything, including his Skittle Nike Elite socks, which he always kept clean, and hes only worn them once. He packed a few pairs of his Nike gym shorts, which two were black, one was pink, one was Barcelona colored, and the other was neon blue. Your shirts were similar, but instead you had one Barcelona jersey, which had your name on it, and the rest were pink, white, and two neon blue ones.

She lived right next, and I mean literally right next to a soccer field and trail, so it was basically good for hanging out and being active.

You had packed three soccer balls, which were all the Nike 290 gram Football with the circular red ring, and you liked it. You found that they were easier to kick because they were almost 200 grams lighter, which somehow made a difference.

After making sure you had everything, you slid a Pittsburgh Penguins hoodie on and walked out of your apartment, carrying your cleats in your backpack along with your skates. Your triple ball bag was on top of your bag as you walked out, making sure it was closed.

You walked out into the warm summer afternoon, and was immediately assaulted with a cool breeze, but something about it felt off. It felt like something inside you was trying to stick out, like that feeling when you drink an alcoholic drink too quick. You excused the breeze, and took a step forward.

It was all fine, until you realized that you fell through the ground, everything still in your hands. You closed your eyes and felt a slightly warmer sun hit you as you fell through the sky, the gravity feeling slightly, but not noticeably different. You opened your eyes and immediately blacked out, only seeing a portion of what it was.

You were falling out of the sky, but below was a town, and the clouds seemed fluffier.

Fast forward two months later...

"And that's how I somehow ended up in Equestria! At least from what I remember..." Nathan said with a tiny bit of happiness in his voice, looking at all seven of the ponies in front of him.

"You forgot the part where Rainbow Dash attempted to save you, but only slowed your fall, and you still got injured!" Pinkie said, embarrassing Rainbow, and making Nathan wince.

"Its fine, I weigh about four times as much as you ponies do, at least I didn't die." Nathan said, looking at Pinkie in her big, blue, and energetic eyes. Pinkie had been the one that had stayed every day ever since he landed in Equestria...

More like crashed in Equestria.

He had fallen into a coma, sustaining a few broken bones and sprains with multiple bruises and cuts, otherwise, he was fine. Pinkie wanted to throw him a "Welcome to Ponyville!" party, but he had to get better first. Pinkie didn't mind, Nathan was the only human in their world anyways, so it could wait.

Now, all of this was about two years ago, lets start this story from where it really starts, eh?

Two years later...

Life or Death

"SAINTE MERDE!!" Nathan said as he walked into the Kitchen, the oven spewing flames out. He had been making regular Muffins for Derpy, when he got caught up in something he needed to do, so he couldn't get the muffins out in time. Those darn Cutie Mark Crusaders and their attempts to get a mark thing on their ass. Back to the point.

"PINKIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!" Nathan said, almost adding a girly scream at the very end. He flew around in an apron that said 'Wub the Chef,' and had his black Nike shorts on with his favorite pair of Skittle socks that had been magically enhanced, giving him extra hops and stronger feet. They reflected any spec of dirt or dust that tried to get on them, so they stayed clean, and were always vibrant.

More vibrant than Rainbow Dash's mane, and she was jealous. So for her birthday, you got her a very similar, almost exact pair of the same socks, the only difference was that they were made for hooves, not feet. Twilight duplicated them and magically changed them somehow. (magic bro)

As Nathan slipped around the kitchen like a maniac, Pinkie flew into the room with her party cannon, screaming at the top of her lungs, and it startled Nathan as he almost fell rounding a corner, looking under and inside the cabinets.

"FIYYYAAHHHHHH!!!" She screamed as she shot her party cannon at the fire, extinguishing it with a giant puff of extinguisher, which soon flooded the entire kitchen. Nathan was partially covered, considering all his clothes from Earth had been magically enhanced to stay clean and durable at all times, minus his socks which had the ninja powers in them.

Pinkie and Anon stared at each other, silence growing as the extinguisher finally died down, leaving a half white Nathan, the colored parts sticking out like snow on a summer day. Pinkie started to giggle as Nathan attempted to dust off the extinguisher fluff, dancing around like an idiot.

Pinkie's tiny and cute giggles turned into full on laughter as she rolled on the floor, attracting the attention of both of the Cakes. They both walked in and saw the mess, their faces in awe.

"Oh dear." Mrs.Cake said as she looked at the mess and at you, the same expression still smacked on her face. Mr.Cake was stuck in the position he was, staring at the giant mess.

"Well uh, please clean it up and afterwards, I guess you two are off and we can close early... I guess?" Mrs.Cake says while looking at Nathan, a much calmer expression on her face.

"Yeah, just let me go get cleaned up and I'll clean this mess up, with Pinkie's help, of course." Nathan said, striking a look at Pinkie's direction as she sat, her forehooves holding her up as she looked back and fourth between Nathan and the Cakes, a huge smile glued on her short muzzle.

The Cakes walked out as Pinkie fell into a small fit of giggles, Nathan running towards her with his arms outstretched. He slid on his knees and grabbed Pinkie, tickling her on her sides. Pinkie flew into hysterical laughter, which was aided by Nathan's tickling. Pinkie tried to push Nathan away by pushing with her back legs against his muscular chest, which worked, considering Nathan only weighed 120 lbs. He fell backwards and Pinkie jumped on his chest, looking him in the eyes.

Time went by as they looked each other in the eyes, absorbing the vibrant color of each other's eyes. Once they realized what they were doing, they both blushed and looked away, but Nathan had to tell her how nice her eyes were, which caused the spaghetti fest to start.

"You have beautiful eyes, Pinkie." Nathan said, still looking away, and finding a sudden interest in the cabinets to his left as his blushed face got redder. Pinkie's face wasn't any better as the red turned into a supernova really noticeable on her face. Pinkie closed her eyes and put her head down on Nathan's chest. "Well your eyes are just as beautiful" Pinkie replied, making the spaghetti stack up in deliveries in your pockets.

They lied there for a while as Pinkie fell into the world of dreams, Nathan decided to go put Pinkie in her bed. He stood up slowly with her in his arms as she snored lightly, mumbling a few incoherent words. Nathan swore he heard Pinkie say "I love you, Nathan." You blinked several times, before realizing that it was probably just his imagination, considering he lived in an extremely imaginative place where everything was so vibrant, or so he thought. Nathan walked up the stairs, slowly and quietly walking into Pinkie's room.

The Cakes completely rebuilt the Sugar Cube Corner, which you liked the new design over the old one. When you'd walk in, there would be six tables, three on your left, and three on your right, the counter would be right in front of you. To the right of the counter, there was the kitchen door. On the left of the counter was the stairs, which upstairs on the left at the end of the hall was the Cakes room, across from it being Pinkie's room, and on the front right, was your room. The room across from yours was the guest room. The end of the hall held the bathroom, which there was one downstairs as well.

Pinkie's door had confetti stickers strewn about, and her room was colored pink, no surprise there. Her bed was against the wall on the right, which was ideal considering she had a big room, and the other half was he dresser, and a big closet filled with dresses and party supplies.

Setting Pinkie on her bed, you kissed her on her forehead, and she smiled sleepily at you as you walked out of her room, looking back at how cute she was. Her smile took away all of your worries and regrets as you walked into the bathroom across the hall and looked at yourself, smiling.

"I love my life."

The cleaning of the kitchen was quick, considering it didn't really get on everything, just a few things.

Nathan was sitting down on the bottom step of the stairs, tying the laces on his skates. His pair of AC7's still in fresh condition, even the wheels, thanks to some of Purplesmart's amazing magic. You were wearing your clothes from earlier, because they were fresh and still clean, and it was a nice day outside.

You finished tying them tight, and you stood up, rolling on the tile floor slightly. Pinkie jumped down the stairs, one step at a time, and finally looked at you.

"Ready, Pinks? We are taking the long route today, two laps, and we are going fast downhill." Nathan said, remembering the long route, which had a giant downhill section. It was always fun going down there, especially since the weird conversations with Pinkie changed the outcome of the ride every time.

"Yeppers!" She yelled as she hopped on his shoulders, putting her hooves on his head. Nathan grabbed her rear hooves to keep her steady, and he pressed a button on his wristband that the top scientists and technology ponies made. You felt a shock go through your body as the magical barrier took effect and went invisible, protection just in case you fall. It also affected any person that was touching your body. That device was neato.

Nathan started to walk outside, and noticed the great, summer day. The sun was setting below the horizon, and the color that presumed were beautiful. The trees and the ponies walking around added to the nice scenery, you stepped down the steps carefully and put one skate on the freshly paved concrete that Princess Celestia planned for you and for the scenery, which made it look better. It was smoothly paved, almost as smooth as the concrete roller rinks on Earth, but it was magically enhanced, so nothing could beat the grip and smoothness you'd get, especially going 50+ mph.

Then at that moment, you realized what you needed to do.

Inner sanic took control.

"Its time to go fast!"

You opened the door to the bakery as Pinkie trotted next to you.

"That was fun, Nathan! Can we do it again tomorrow?" She said, a big smile printed on her face as she looked at you, her cyan eyes gleaming. You always adored and loved her eyes, and they always looked at you with a certain kind of love or trust in them. She always asked to do it tomorrow, even if she knew you were terrabad busy the next day.

"Maybe, we have to make up the work we didn't do today, though." You said, recalling the events earlier today. You almost burned down the bakery, you got blasted by Pinkie's party cannon, and you went skating really fast, pretty much a good day.

You honestly weren't looking forward to that, your body and legs ached from extreme skating and sprints. The good thing was that the ponies of Ponyville waved and smiled at you and Pinkie because of some of the things you've done for this small town. Saving Ponyville from a raging minotaur was one of those things, and it was where you got your magic socks that Twilight had magically enhanced to defeat him. The short story of all of that was basically this.

He got his ass absolutely punted

Going back to reality, you took your skates upstairs into your room, looking around your messy room before doing so.

The room was covered in what looked like a kinky confetti orgy, and had sparkles added in the mix. Your bed was all kinds of messed up from the tickle wars with Pinkie. Your desk was covered in sticky notes and had a picture of you and Pinkie taped on it. You walked up to the picture and looked at you and Pinkie.

After the five minutes of staring at the picture, you walked out of your room, but you heard a loud crash like glass breaking from the kitchen. Rushing downstairs to see what it was, you found Mrs.Cake trying to clean up a broken glass bowl all over the kitchen floor. You sighed in relief and looked at Mrs.Cake.

"Sorry that I scared you, dearie. I was trying to put a bowl up and I couldn't reach." Mrs.Cake reasoned with him, but he didn't mind. Old people drop things easily and stuffs, and they need Life Alert.

"It's fine, but where is Pinkie?" You asked, still standing at the doorway, watching as she cleaned up the glass mess everywhere. It was almost as bad as your room, but less colorful.

"Pinkie left to go get some more flour because we were running low on half a bag." She said, curiosity ringing in her voice. As soon as she said it, you said you'd be back later, and you walked outside, not remembering that your Impact Protection System (IPS) was still active.

Be Pinkie
You were so happy, and you were kind of tired too, but who cares about being tired? NOBODY DOES! You grinned out at nobody as you skipped across Ponyville, the sun barely over the horizon, causing Ponyville to be lighted by the street lights and a bare glimpse of the sun. There was barely any ponies out because it was so late, but you really needed this flour for tomorrow because of the early closing today. That put a big dent in business and tomorrow would be busy because people would love the taste of Nathan's amazing Muffins.

You started daydreaming about Nathan as you skipped to the store, how amazing and muscular he is. His tall and bipedal figure with how caring and brave he is. His amazing eyes and smile that make my heart warm and the way he looks at you. All of his attributes and how he uses those hands of his, rubbing through your mane...

You hummed "Smile" to yourself as you kept skipping across Ponyville to the place you needed to go, which was all the way across town. The bad thing? Ponyville almost doubled in size when Twilight turned into a Princess, and more stores started appearing and some had to be rebuilt. Sugar Cube Corner got rebuilt, but it worked out because a few weeks after Twilight got ascended, Nathan appeared out of the sky.

You heard what sounded like three voices closing in behind you, but you thought it was your imagination, so you just shrugged it off.

You were wrong.

Be Nathan again
You have been jogging to the store because you knew where it was, and Pinkie takes a while to get the flour. Probably because of how heavy it is. You were about halfway there when you saw three pegasus', all of similar sizes, fly straight above you.

You thought it was too late for anyone to be flying, or trotting around. You saw maybe 5 or 6 ponies jogging from Sugar Cube Corner to where you were now, which was almost to the shop. You had to think for a minute because those three pegasi all seemed similar from stories of Rainbow Dash when she was a filly. Your thinking was caught when you heard a scream, and it was very familiar.

Pinkie Pie

You sprinted as fast as you could to the source of the screaming, and you made it there in about a minute. The screaming was coming from an alleyway, so you walked into an alleyway and saw the three pegasi all around Pinkie Pie, but none of them saw you. Pinkie Pie was on the ground, crying, and had her hooves above her head. One of the pegasi had something that looked like a prison shank from Earth, and one of them had an actual knife.

You approached behind one of them and sweeped their legs out between them, making them hit the ground hard. The other two looked at you in alert and started to approach you slowly. The small pony swung his knife at you, which was easy to dodge, but it threw you off to dodge the incoming stab from the other one.

You expected pain, but all you heard was a sharp pop, sparks flying, and the shank breaking on a wall. You then realized that you had left your IPS on, but it was broken currently. The pony that had attempted to stab you flew into a wall, and he crumpled to the floor The pony on the floor got up and picked up a nearby piece of wood with a jagged nail on the end that was sticking up. He swung at you and you narrowly dodged the swing, feeling the movement off of it.

Right when he swung, you swung the right side of your body sideways, sending a simple kick into his upper neck. He crumpled down to the side, but he didn't look finished. Realizing your mistake, the other pony half-dove and swung his knife at you, but you weren't balanced. The blade cut across the left side of your body and went up, Your side flared up in an intense pain, and you buckled onto one knee, groaning in pain.

The pony took another swing with his knife to your head, but you leaned forward, and he missed. You then got up and kicked as hard as you could. The kick went upright into his jaw, and you heard a loud crack as he hit the ground with a dense thud. The blood on your side was matting on your shirt and it was going down your shorts. The pain wasn't like anything you've ever felt, but you pushed for Pinkie. Your heard dropped when you saw what the other pony did.

He had gotten the sharp end of the shank and cut across Pinkie's flank, leaving blood going all over her cutie mark. You grew outraged and kicked the pony on the ground that was trying to get up in his neck again, but this time making the damage permanent. You stumbled over to the pony, which was kicking and punching Pinkie, and you picked him up with your hands.

Driving him into a wall, you fiercely started pounding into his face, punch after punch. You kept going until you knew you needed stitches, but the pony wasn't in any better shape. His snout was all bloodied, and he lost a few teeth. Both of his eyes were swollen shut and he had bruises and cuts on his face. You threw him aside and spat on him, but the pain in your side flared, and you instantly went to a knee, looking down.

Your vision started to gray a bit, and your breathing and hearing were going shallow. You can't pass out, not now, not like this.

You stood up and picked Pinkie up, carrying her in your arms and making sure the cut was on your shirt, so it wouldn't drip everywhere. You walked into the street and saw a guard a while away, so you yelled and kept yelling to the guard. Your vision was going out, and you needed to get his attention. Pinkie stared at you with wide eyes, tears streaming as her hair was flat and down. If you were going to die, you were going to make sure you die a hero.

"HELP US!!" You screamed with your last and final breath as you attempted to roll onto your back to protect Pinkie, and you hit the ground hard.

You looked off to the side to see the guard running towards you, and Pinkie trying to get you up.

You closed your eyes, the pain going away slowly, and a new feeling coming.

You were happy that you saved Pinkie.

Long Awaitings

Two weeks later..

"Doctor, I think hes waking up."

"You said that last time, Redheart, are you sure this time?"

"Yes, he is opening his eyes and moving sluggishly, heart rate is slowly going up."

"What else?"

"Hes mumbling incoherent and looking around, he seems awake."

"Very good, let the visitors come in."

"Pinkie come on, I'm sure hes fine!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed, fluttering her wings as she sat in the chair.

All five of Pinkie's friends came with her today because the nurses said he was doing better. Pinkie has been in her sad state ever since the incident, and it wasn't just because of what happened to Nathan or her, it was the things they said about her. They said things that affected Pinkie deeply, and it was all because they wanted revenge on Rainbow. You just stared at the tile floor, sluggishly kicking your hooves, replaying the words they said in your head.

Whorse.. cunt.. slut..

Ever since you woke up from that day, you wondered where Nathan was, but when you figured out, you never left the waiting room, unless they forced you to. You didn't want to lose Nathan and you cared a lot about him, possibly even loved him a little bit. The things Nathan did for you and the way he looked at you made you feel special, and deep inside, you didn't feel special. You didn't even feel special when you'd make everypony smile, it was just a part of your day that you had to do. Sometimes you think he didn't like you as much, but your thoughts were interrupted when the nurse opened the door.

"All visitors of Nathan Alexander come with me" Said Mrs.Redheart as she walked into the waiting room. You looked up and weren't believing it. two weeks is how long it took, and two weeks finally came to this. You got up and followed her, staring at the tile floor as your friends talked behind you. Their random conversations were the only sounds you could hear.

"Here you are.."

"Here you are.." Redheart said as she opened the door, Pinkie entering first then the other ponies. They all looked at you as you looked around at them. The nurse left the room for privacy, and immediately Pinkie climbed in bed with you and curled up on your good side. All of her friends stared at you and Pinkie, but you didn't care. It has been two weeks since you've seen your favorite pony, and she needed a hug. You put your arm around her and moved her mane out of her face with your other hand, rubbing along her cheek with your palm, enjoying the soft feeling of her fur.

Pinkie started snoring, and you decided it was time for someone to say something, so you spoke, your masculine voice healing the silence.

"I missed all of you, and i'm glad Pinkie is okay." You said, looking at Twilight and noticing

"We're all glad that Pinkie is alright, and we were all nervous and scared when we realized that you and Pinkie were critically injured. I knew something had happened that involved both of you in the same area at the same time. Anytime we see you, Pinkie is around. She talks about you all the time, and one time she even said that she thought you were ignoring her signs of affection or whatever." Twilight explained to you, and it made you feel guilty. All of those times Pinkie was being cute or silly in a way were towards you, and you only thought she was being Pinkie.

"Oh and also, those three ponies got put on death row for attempted murder of two very important royal subjects. When they found them, one had a broken neck, another had a dislocated jaw, and the other one had several missing teeth, and a broken muzzle. What happened, Nathan?" Twilight said, fluffing her wings a bit and looking at you, still sitting down. You really didn't want to tell these ponies what had happened, especially since they live in a mostly safe world that is (mostly) about sunshine and rainbows, but you knew you had to tell them eventually, so you spilled the beans.

"I was catching up to Pinkie when I heard screaming in a nearby alley, so I ran there and I found Pinkie surrounded by three ponies I've never seen before but seemed accurate to one of Rainbow's stories." You said, looking at Rainbow. "Two of them had makeshift knives, and the other one didn't have anything. One of the ponies hit me with their knife and I think my IPD exploded, so he went flying into a wall. The other one cut me across the side when I kicked the pony with nothing in the neck, and I took care of him. The last pony started hurting Pinkie, so I went after him and brutally hurt him. I picked Pinkie up and ran outside of the alley, yelling for a guard, until i passed out." You said, slowly moving her mane out of her face and rubbing across her body. You felt the cut that had happened at the alley, but you didn't touch it more than once since you knew that might be a little too private.

Twilight nodded and the other ponies looked in surprise at you. You just laid there as you brushed Pinkie's mane with your fingers, feeling every flat and smooth part of it. You remembered back to Twilight's words, and had to ask a question.

"Who is the other royal subject, and if it's me, how am I a royal subject? I fell from the sky out of a portal or something, and I didn't have the choice, not that i'd go back. This place is a lot better than Earth, at least by my standards." You asked, looking at Twilight with a confuzzled expression on your face. Royalty was something that was expensive, but you got it for free. Being a human in Equestria is amazing.

"Well for one, your considered royalty because you're the only Human on earth, and two, you've done a lot and saved Ponyville numerous times. Also, why would you rather stay here? Technology isn't as high and economics aren't as busy, plus they don't even have food for you here." Twilight explained to you, using her hooves to motion around things that you didn't know. It kind of made sense but she also had reasons, but you had counter-reasons.

"I'd rather live here because it's a WHOLE lot nicer than Earth, and there is less people here. Ponies here are really nice and respectful, and they don't dislike each other, unlike Earth where everybody thinks they reign supreme. Also, just because you don't have the same food I normally eat doesn't mean there aren't alternatives. I can eat salads and I can get my protein from beans. It's not all that bad if you think about it."

Applejack looked up and had a partial smile on her face, and she spoke, "Ah can grow more beans fer you, ah can also grow other crops so we could see whatcha could eat and whatcha couldn't."

You smiled at the idea, and you thought to yourself. Life isn't so bad here, even if there is no way you can possibly make love to you unless the pony that did like you didn't care about being interspecies couple. You thought of Pinkie, and you also thought of her in a more caring way. You owed her for all of those times she tried to get your attention. The ponies got into conversation, some bringing up what Pinkie did. Rarity said she came to her for tips to get your attention. Fluttershy would make her relaxation tea and talk to her that you would notice her affection soon. Topics came up and you started to fall asleep from the healing. Hopefully the doctors will let you out tomorrow, probably not.

Life is good, especially being you.

Ever since that day, Pinkie would come in and lay with you, no words being said, just cuddling. She'll bring in one of her friends and you'll converse with her, but they usually leave and its just you and Pinkie. You'll save the words until you get out, which will be later today. You were happy that you got to get out, and you also got to get out a few days early, but you had to be careful because the stitches didn't do the job completely. Too much stretch or stress on it and the cut can open again.

Best not be gaining weight, or you'll have to whip out the flips, kicks, and ninja's with Pinkie like you do every Friday, or used to at least. First you'll have to fix her, then get back to that. Today was different though, Pinkie didn't bring anyone, but she laid on you chest and looked at you. Her beautiful baby blue eyes looking at you with a sad expression.

"Pinkie, did I ever tell you how beautiful you and your eyes were?" You said, staring into her big blue rings. She blushed and looked down at your chest, suddenly making circles on it with her hoof. She looked so cute, even in her sad state. You didn't like her when she was like this, but it was usually easy to fix. But this time, it didn't seem like it was going to be easy.

"Thanks, but your eyes are better." Pinkie said in a low tone voice, still looking at your chest. Her blush was still evident and obvious as she slightly smiled, and it was that cute smile that she couldn't hide if she wanted to. You rubbed up and down Pinkie's sides with your hands softly as she spun circles like a DJ on your chest. You started to rub on her flank a bit, not in a sexual way, but in a calming way. She sighed and lied her head on your chest as you slowly rubbed her body. You put your arms around Pinkie and put her on your side, and she curled up between your arm and your body.

You looked at her peaceful face as she lightly snored and you wished you could kiss her, but you couldn't exactly move all that well. With limited choices and nothing to do, you decided a nap was top priority. Sleep fell quickly as the last words you heard were whispered by Pinkie.

"I love you, Nathan."
