Make no mistake here. This is a story of short stories. It ranges from sad-comedy-cute-dark. But will not do clop. I do take request for ideas. So feel free to ask.

It was bed time for Twilight. She was in her father's study reading a book on the magic property of levitation. She knew it back to back. Seeing that she has read every last book in the house. Well other then the one's on the top shelf that her mom said to NEVER touch.
"I'm so board!" Said a purple filly hitting her head on the desk over and over. "there's nothing else to read." She looked up at the top shelf of the bookcase. "Hmm maybe mom won't mind if I..." she was slowly walking over to the shelf with the thought of a new story to read.
Just then Night Light was going to his study to get a certain filly that was late for bed. When he walked in he saw her just about to grab the book that read ' 50 shades of hey'
"Oh no you don't little filly." Said her dad grabbing her in his magic. "What did your mom tell you about that shelf?" He asked.
"Not to touch it." She said looking down. "But there is nothing else to read!"
"Well we can go to the book store tomorrow. Right now its time for you to go to bed."
"Okay..." she said going to the bed room she shared with her brother. He as gone at camp for the summer and she had it to her self fr now. She slowly got into her bed and looked at Night Light. "Will you tell me a story?"
"I don't see why not." He walked over to her bed and asked, "What do you want to hear?"
"Hmm , surprise me!" She said get comfy in her bed.
"Okay, let's see. Ah ha! I got one." Then he started his story.

Once there was a colt he loved adventure. He would go from days without end on a journey. He was a kind and gentle fellow. His heart was as strong as steal yet as soft as a kittens fur. He was very happy and enjoyed the outdoors. But he felt like there was something missing.
He pondered day and night. "Hmm," he thought "what am I missing I have a home , great friends, and a wonderful..." He stopped mid thought. "That's it! That's what I'm missing a wife! I shall go out and find me a prize. Somepony who has the looks of a rose. Yet as delicate as the wings of a butterfly. She needs to know how to cook a feast fit for the princess her self. One problem, how to find such a mare? Ah I shall go to the old salt lick and ask the fellows. They have lovely wife's." And with that he started heading to the salt lick where he hoped he would find his friends.
He walked up to the doors where he could hear the music and the roar of laughter. He took a breath and entered. " Hey guys," he said.
The music stopped the moment his hoof stepped threw the door. They all gave him a stare that would melt steel if it could. A colt came up to him with a look of 'we don't take your kind here.' look.
"What are YOU doing here?!" The colt known as Samuel Blueblood; aire of the Blueblood Estates. By the looks of it he had a little to much salt. "Well, we're waiting."
"I came here to find out how to get me a wife." He dead panned. "Now if you'll excuse me, I see my buddy over there." He tried to walk around him but he was blocked by the colt in front.

He saw Twilight getting tired so he said, " I will tell more tomorrow, right now you need to go to sleep."
"Okay." Said Twilight to sleepy to argue. "Good night daddy."
"Good night Twily." He said walking out of the room after blowing out the candle.
There was a crash in the castle. Every pony knew what was coming. "Hide your food!!!" Said a guard. As soon as he said that Celestia shown up behind him.
"Where are the new kitchens?" She asked. Almost out of breath. She had just left her room where the repair workers are. Their daily job, fix the door Celestia broke. With her body.
" Um..." the guard looked around for the answer. He looked to his partner, he shook his head vigorously. "Right there." He pointed to the door down the hall.
"Thank you, Cloud Runner." She said as she made her way threw the hall. Once she got into the kitchen there was no food to be seen. "Hello Morning Mead. Is there any cake today?" She said. She was gasping for air in between her words.
"Now your highness, you ate it all. And you are not getting any more." Said Mead. He was stern in his actions and if that's what he says going to happen its going to happen.
"Why would you deniy me food? " she said. "Because your over four thousand pounds!" He yelled. "No I'm just big boned." "And your always eating!" He looked up at her. And sure enough she had KFC in her hooves. "Not true." She said as she stuffed the whole bucket in her mouth. "And you ate your student! She was only five!" And just to prove it true, Twilights muffled yells could still be heard in Celestia's stomach. "So not true. She merely climed in, I just gave her a little push. Its not my fault she tasted so good." Said Celestia as she reached for a leg on the colt. "What are you doing!?" He screamed as he was shoved into her mouth. "Hello Mr. Mead." Came muffled reply. "Let's see if I can find more food." Said Celestia, as she turned out the kitchens.
There was an explosion in the lab of the golden oaks library. It was a magical explosion. One that sent Twilight Sparkle, new princess of friendship, flying against the furthest wall. Which in turn, rendered her unconscious. But not before Spike came in with a worried expiration on his face. And said, "Don't move Twi help is on the way!" Then she passed out.
Spike was worrying over his sister/ mothers wellbeing. She had a big gash in her head, due to the fact she hit her head on the wall when she got thrown. He sent a letter to the Princess that Twilight got hurt doing an experiment. By the looks of it she was trying to cure mental disorders.
Then it back fired because of a magical back lash. He was putting force on the gash to minimize the bleeding. Then there was a crash threw the roof, it was the regent of the sun herself, Princess Celestia. She grabbed her student in her aura and fixed the gash with a healing spell. Then proceed to teleport herself , Twilight, and Spike to a hospital.
When they got to the hospital, she said "Quick somepony get me some help! I have an injured pony!" As soon as she said that there was a bed rolled out to her to put Twilight on.
They then took her to a room and checked her for any other injury. They gave her a medical scan, and discovered some major brain damage, a fractured scull, and a burnt out magic pool. Her wings were badly damaged. There where factures and brakes in every ligament.
Once they finished the scan they set in motion the fixing. The put her wings in a cast, after setting them. Good thing she was unconscious. And put a bandage around her head. Once they were done, they came out of the room to the waiting room where all the main six, The Princesses, and Spike, sat worried for her.
"Hello, are you friends of Twilight Sparkle?" Asked the doctor. Once they saw him, the room turned into an uproar of noise. "Shh I will answer all your questions one at a time. Now Princess Celestia, what is your question?"
The princess cleared her throat, " I would like to know her injury's and how bad they are. And if she can recover from them."
"Well her injury's are very serious. She has a skull fracture, which she can recover from within a month. A burnt out magic pool, which should recover within a few days. Both wings a gravely injured, might not be able to use them for about nine to ten months, that's with therapy. And the worst of them all, she has major brain damage to the frontal lobes. She will not recover from that. But we will have to see when she wakes ups how bad it is. She is expected to wake up in an hour or so. It won't be long." Then he walked back to the group of doctors and nurses and left.
By the time he had finished his report the ponies that where in the room, where crying in a hysterical fit of sadness for there friend. Even Rainbow Dash who was trying to conceal Spike who was in even more despair. Princess Celestia was crying into Luna's fur. All the could do now was wait.
One day in Ponyville, the newly turned princess, Twilight Sparkle was reading a book about 'Magical Singing Spells,by Celestia and Discord.' ; When they were going out; There was no spell on how to do it, if you know Twilight that won't stop her from reading and learning all about them. Out of no where there was a book that just landed next to her. Its titled 'Magical Singing Spells the actual spells,by Discord.' ; When they broke up and he made Celestia sing out her worst nightmares in day court . ; There was a note that read 'try me out'
" Well," she thought " if its the spells and I am almost done with the first book. It must have come from the princess because it materialized from green smoke." Looking at the new book in front of her, she asked Spike to come down to the main library. She had to try it out. What with being an Alicorn and all that means she can do any spell.
"The soup is on the owl..." Spike mumbled ,half asleep in his basket as he pulled the blanket over his head.
"What? I'm pretty sure there is no soup on my owl." Twilight said giggling a bit. "I need to test a spell and I will give you more gems if you assist me with it. Plus I'm sure Rarity would like your voice after I'm done."
Spike having heard his beloveds name he jumped out of his basket. Almost tripping on his own tail. "Wah? Rarity? What does she have to do with the spell you need help with? And what will it do to my voice?" He said clutching his throat with his claws.
"Oh so you did hear me. And to answer your question about Rarity and your voice," Twilight looked back at the first book with the spell effects to make sure and said " it will make you sing your best to your love. Then fall in love with you forever."
"Hmm, that does sound pretty tempting ,but are you still going to give me those gems you promised?" Spike said looking at her with hope for his new snack.
"Ya ,ya I promise, so is that a yes?"
"Yep, as long as Rarity will fall in love with me." Spike said bracing him self.
"Okay now hold still." She charged up her horn with the spell to fire it at Spike. But he having second thoughts moved just as she let it go. It bounced off the mirror that was behind him. Going strait for the lavender alicorn that just so happened to be right in its path."Oh buck me..." Twilight said as she got hit with what she thought was the spell that was made to make someone love you insanely when you sang.
But as it so happened Discord switched the names of the second book with the one he used on Celestia all those years ago. So instead when she opened her mouth to talk to Spike she started sing the one nightmare she had when she first became new princess of Ponyville.
If you ever wondered why, mare tails all end in lies, here's what happened after all the tails came true. I love being princess down in the beautiful Ponyville, but ponies are going missing. They end up in someone's food!Just try to put you're self in, some pony else's shoes. Your killing my new kingdom with flying and magic spills! (OH NO!) Thank you P.C.! (Thank you P.C.) Thank you P.C.!The Ponies are killing,magic is spilling. Now I can't read! My ears! Earth Ponies feast on Spikes spines!Plus Pegasi killed all my good friends! Ponies are killing, I'm going killing! Thanks to P.C.! You suck! (She pointed right at Spike then slumped to the ground out of breath)
"Um Twilight are you OK?" Spike said carefully waddling up to her. A little scared for his sister/mother's well being.
She looked horrified she tried to talk but all that came out was "Hey I'm OK, but I'm slightly scared my colt-friend was taken by-" she quickly put her hooves up to her mouth. Resorting to shaking her head. Then she got an idea. She went to her writing desk and got a piece of paper and quill and started writing, " -the C.I.A. We're not the out lands, you got the wrong colt! In the empire! Flash Century , where could he be? He's drowning in water. Interrogation of the nation of the free! Cadence has taken the fall, I'm not a trained flyer at all, Shining went crazy, no pony can help us, we're pro freedom ,meanie! Celestia's crazy! Luna is lazy! I'm not even in that country! SO set free my Flash Century ~" she levitated it to Spike who then proceed to read it.
His face face contorted into that of one about to laugh the heads off. But surprisingly he just asked with a childish tone,"So you do like Flash hmm.?" Then his act fell, and he then fell on his back laughing his little scales off.
Twilight looked a little red in the cheeks. Then read the note her face fell into that of shock. She tried screaming but all that came out was a great musical note that an opera singer would be job less if there boss heard her.
"I'm just going to wright to the princess about this." He said getting out a quill and parchment. 'Dear ,Princess Sunny Butt, I'm am telling you that me newest and better than you, Queen Twilight Sparkle, is having a little problem with the spell you gave me. And would like you to come at this instance to fix it! , with a higher greater power Queen Twilight Sparkle.' He then proceed to send it. With a angry Twilight getting ready to smack him.

At the time Celestia was on the toilet doing her 'Royal duties' when the letter appears on her nose. She read it, got really angry and confused at what spell she gave the new alicorn , then started sing.
"This towns gone wild since I married Discord, they think I'm going strait to Tartarus (she'll burn in tartaus) But the charges played on me of rueful regency, could whine up throwing me in the sun (she is a witch) Oooohhhh I'm over run by mad colts, They all believe I'm Discord, And now I hear that Luna's going to take my throne away. (That which will cry)." She knew what was going on now she inwardly cursed the name. "DISCORD!" She then cast the reverse spell on her self. Then flew to Ponyville.
<><><><><><><><><> There was a loud thud on the porch of Twilight's bed room. When they went to investigate what it was Celesta had her horn charging right at Twilight. Twilight when she saw this, started silently pleading being that when she tried to talk or wright, all that came out was songs.
Celestia saw this and told her, "This will only hurt a lot!" Then continued to shoot the reverse spell at Twilight. Twilight tried to run, but Celestia already had her in her magic, rendering Twilight helpless. Finally Celestia got a good shot. And then said " now would you please explain to me the meaning of this!?" She then pulled out the letter Spike sent.
Twilight started crying and begging for her life saying "Spike did it! I have nothing to do with it! Spike tried to get my princess hood taken from me. Because I was unable to contact you, so he took that moment to get me in trouble." Twilight cried, showing The bringer of the sun the scroll she wrote when she had and idea of trying to write her problem.
" Hmm I see. OK well Spike, is now not aloud to see or make contact with this Rarity for Two thousand years." Said Celestia with an evil cackle. She then processed a gem from the moon and ate it in front of Spike. All while Spike sat there slack jaw and Twilight back into the book she was reading earlier that morning. Then flew out of the libraries roof. Right into the sun.

Back at Canterlot Mental Facilities there sat a, blue coat, white and gray mane and tail ,pony with a show mare altitude laughing insanely. The metal door keeping her in said 'patient #54678644435 Trixie Lunamoon' Back in the room The Crazy And Pettyful Trixie was singing the history of that day, that she created.
After Celestia traveled back to the sun, I helped my ponies cope with the killed. Then Discord, Luna ,and Pinkie came to visit, and they greeted us with pranks and games and soda. They forced me into The outlands or The everfree. They pranked, played, and left me in my own head. So now I'm far more insane with my magic. When I fuse their hooves to there head. Have you ever held the the wings of pegasi?! Or ate the hooves of Earth ponies?! Can you shoot a magic bolt through Twilights eye's?! Or paint with the colors of my meds?! I can murder if I please because I'm BUCKING crazy! I can paint with the tears of the dead. THANKS TO P.C.! WHERE IS PRINCE SENTRY?! RUEFUL REGENCY! I'M BUCKING CRAZY! WHAAAAwhaaaawhaaawhaawhaaaaa...
Celestia and Luna were having fun on the snow. They even built several snow ponies, and inevitably turned some of them alive. One came up and said, "Hi I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!" Then in turn scared the living day lights out of Celestia.
Seeing there was a shovel next to her she took it and sacked him in the head. "Kill it!" Shouted Luna and Celestia. As they continued to hit it, some one yelled, "LET WINTER WRAPUP COMMENCE!"
They looked at each other before, Celestia came over and took the shovel to Luna's snow pony. Luna went in front of it screaming "NO!" "Its winter wrapup time sister..." She had a crazy smile on her. One that's said maniac. She slowly advanced on her. "You better move Lulu, before you get in the way." "NO WE WON'T LET THEE!" Said Luna. She then took a big breath and,got a white hoof promptly shoved in her mouth. "Hmmmm!"
"No. Don't call mother out here." Celestia said. She can't get grounded again. She knew what happened when she does. Her wings get tided and she get extra work. Meaning raise both sun and moon. "You handle this on your own!" She said as let her hoof hit the ground. "Fine. But let's get hot coco!" Then they went in side to get the warm drink.
By the time they had calmed down, it had been about an hour. They were all tired and had red eyes. Some of them had to go home to their family. Telling them the grave news. The ponies left in the room, Princess Celestia and Luna, as well as spike.
"Spike would you like to go back to the library and sleep? Asked Celestia. She wanted to comfort Spike but was unsure how. As for it was his sister/mother that is just behind the wall. "N-no. I-i want to stay here." He said as he walked over to Luna and nestled into her chest. Suddenly there was a huge cry that rang out threw the building. Celestia shot up and took a defensive pose. Luna held Spike close to her chest.
"I WANT MY MOMMY!!!"Said the pony. They knew the voice it belonged to. It was Twilight. And she was using the Royal Canterlot voice. The rest of the room turned into chaos as the nurses started running to the room to control the problem. As for The princess and spike, they went to the room in a quickened pace. When they got there they were tying to hold Twilight still, that is until she saw Luna. "MOMMY!"
Luna looked stunned. They rest of the room stopped and looked at her. "OK, WHAT?!"
Its been two days since the head chef has been eaten. By that time they have gotten a new chef from the "chef closet". And things were running smoothly. Well almost. Celestia, for starters, finally made it to the castle gates. With minimal damage to the castle and staff. Consisting of three broken doors, a chair that Celestia thought she could fit in, and a maid half eaten in the corner. You know, the usual day at the Canterlot Palace.
"Aww, finally fresh air!", stated the over weight goddess. It was a long trek for the princess. She did think she would make it out of the castle. But she did it. And who did she see at the gates ? None other then poor little Twily's parents. And what did they have on their backs? Party stuff. "Oh hello there, Night Light, and Twilight Velvet. What brings you here today?" ask Celestia. Eyeing the seven layer cake as she spoke.
"Its Twilight's birthday today, your majesty." spoke Velvet with clarity.
"We where hoping to spend the day with her. You know take her to her favorite places. You know like, Pony Joes, Tartarus, the library. You know." Said Night Light casually. Starting to struggle with the weight on his back. Celestia seeing this starts to levitate the cake to her mouth. And in one big bite it was gone.
"That hit the spot. Now if you excuse me, I have day court to get to". She started to walk away but was stopped by the voice of Night Light. "What the heck Princess Celestia!? That cake was for Twi-" but he never got to finish his sentence as he was being levitated to her mouth. "Ahhhhh!" Was all that he said has he went down her throat, swallowed whole. " Hi daddy!" said Twilight. " Finally! Another adult to speak with!" Said Mead. Suddenly Velvets voice joins them, "Make that two. And happy birthday Twily!"
With that done, Celestia made her way back to the castle to start court in another two days.
"Art Thou sure We art going the correct way, sister?" Luna asked Celestia. At the moment they were in the middle of a deserted town, quite a way from Equestria. They are on their way to a very old orphanage. " It does not look the same after a thousand years or so."
"Of course we are heading the right way, Luna" Replied Celestia. If she were to be honest with her self, she had no idea as to where they are. All she knows is that they will have to find a place to stay for the night. As they continued walking, she heard small foals giggling from the bushes beside them. Celestia put up a protective wing in front of Luna. "Who goes there?! Show yourself!" She looks back at Luna giving her a quizzical look.
"Who art thou shouting at?" Luna piped out quietly, afraid of what her sister has just done. " There is nothing there but mere shrubbery." Moving Celestia`s wing out of the way, she walks over to the bush, with curiosity of a young foal. "Wait! Don`t-" She prods the but what comes out is unexpected, she jumps away in fright of what has come out...
"..." Celestia stares blankly at the rabbit that jumped out from behind it.
"Thou was terrified of a rodent?" Asked a bemused Moon goddess. "Well its almost time for the moon to arise and the sun to set for the eve. Let us find a place to bunker down and slumber." She said ash she had her back turned to the bush. She stared at her sisters horrified face. " What art thou looking at?" As she slowly turns around.
"AHHHHHHHHHHH!" They both scream, at the small pony that is missing a leg. The small foal being pink with a dark pink mane. She starts looking at them with a small smile, one that said " I`m friendly." But something seemed... off. She keep looking behind her and to the princess.
Celestia and Luna looked at the foal with pitty for her. The sun was going down by now they needed a place to stay. " Hello there little one, what is your name?" Celestia asked nicely. No reply. " How old are you?" still no reply. Thinking of another answer, she realized how dark it has become when Luna asked, " Can you show us a place to sleep for the night, young one?"
To that the filly, nodded her head and waved for them to follow her. They looked at each other and shrugged. And went after the child. This is weird. We are in the middle of nowhere and there is a filly out here. I don`t trust this pink foal, best keep an eye out for things. Little did they know that their live would change that night...
