Twilight's Thank You Card

Prologue
Applejack strolled into the farmhouse as the last rays of the sun disappeared behind the west orchard, giving way to the moon and numerous stars in the sky. She let the door click shut and quickly looked around to make sure everything was sound, before quietly trotting upstairs and heading down the hall to her room. She hung her hat on the closest bed post, and sat in front of her dresser, running a brush through her hair, removing the ponytail that she went all day with.
She glanced out her second story window at the barn, barely visible in the moonlight. She wondered if she was going to be able to leave Rainbow down there all night. As hard as they had tried to keep things fresh these past three months, things eventually began to feel routine.
After the changeling attack on Ponyville, Celestia welcomed Surprise, the unwilling doppelganger, into Equestrian society with open hooves. After that, Rainbow had officially resigned from the Wonderbolts, and lived full time on the farm, returning to her position as Ponyville's weather director, and also helping out around the farm. Best part about that arrangement was, whenever Rainbow wanted a day or two off to go visit her folks or spend time with AJ, Thunderlane was always there, and had the experience to take over, which helped AJ and Dash get more private time to get more experience in their respective roles. They tried to get some role play in almost every other day. It still felt great, but they had to admit, the excitement factor was starting to wane just a bit. They were great at keeping quiet enough in the bedroom, and when they knew that their activities would be too loud, the apple cellar underneath the barn provided the ultimate sound-muffling playground.

She'd think about it. She finished brushing her hair, then climbed into bed and shut off the light.
Sleep came in short bursts for Rainbow Dash. Hamstrung up on the apple cellar rafters just like last time, she figured she was in for a long night. This time, AJ had opted for an enchanted vibrator.

It had always quickly roused her before she slipped into deep sleep; no doubt part of the enchantment. Tonight wouldn't be nearly as hard as all of tomorrow would be, though. Being left alone in the apple cellar would have been quite intimidating to a less-experienced couple, but she and Applejack had grown immensely in their confidence in the past couple months. A safe word wouldn't be necessary. AJ had shown her how to move just right to slip out of the rope job she had done, just in case anything had gone wrong. They always had a way out, in case of the unknown, like their first unforgettable time down here. At first Applejack was afraid that the cunning and mischievous Rainbow would abuse such escape tricks, so it wasn't often that she left her alone. It wouldn't have mattered; to Rainbow Dash, the punishment, in all the varying ways Applejack dished it out, was half the fun. She didn't want to wimp out of being left alone, and have Applejack do this less often because of that. Not to mention the fact that she'd hate to deny AJ the pride she felt when Rainbow was noticeably more obedient when the punishment had been carried out.
She squirmed as the enchanted vibrating egg did its work inside her marehood, only to back off once again. Sleep was about to take her when she heard the cellar door open. She saw Applejack come down the stairs, and step down into the center pit, which she hung above. She turned off the vibrator and began to untie her.
"Mmmpmmmph?" Rainbow asked unsuccessfully through her gag.
Applejack?
"Now don't you be thinkin' I've gone soft on you, little missy. You may think this is a free pass now, you little brat, but just wait. You'll need your energy for tomorrow."
Applejack released the pulley, and Rainbow dropped into the hay pile waiting below. Applejack came up to her, and clinked the 'SLUT' ID tag on her collar.
"So let's go inside."
Rainbow followed her mistress up the stairs and out of the cellar, looking forward to sharing her bed.
The very best part of it all was the sense of dread she got over what AJ could possibly have had planned where she'd cut a punishment short.

Tea Party
Rainbow was never one for tea parties.
The cyan pegasus followed Applejack through the streets of Ponyville towards Golden Oak Library. The earth pony farmer had a pair of saddlebags on, and Rainbow hadn't seen her pack it. It was a gorgeous morning, and barely a cloud in the sky as the sun began the first half of it's journey across the sky.
'You'll need your energy for tomorrow.' She had said. Just what did she have planned afterward? Would they be taking their sweet time here? As far as she knew, Applejack also wasn't one for the cutesy tea party scene either.
But of course, she was forgetting about the pony they were going to meet. Twilight was one for the tea parties and sleepovers with pillow fights, so of course this would be most suited for her. Rainbow wasn't oblivious to the fact that Twilight's knowledge of rather... Taboo subjects helped Applejack along the path of domination a very great deal.
They rounded the final corner, and saw the library down the street. At the very least, she hoped there were some tasty snacks to go along with the tea.
"Lookin' forward to this, Rainbow?"
"If anyone can throw an interesting tea party, it's Twilight." Rainbow replied, half-sarcastically.
Applejack smirked at her marefriend's attitude as they came up to the front doors of the library, and knocked three times. Moments later, Twilight came to the door, no doubt the two of them were on time. Twi was always very punctual.
"Afternoon, you two!" The unicorn greeted, opening the door and stepping back into the library. Rainbow went first, and Applejack followed. Rainbow saw a small table set up, with a steaming teapot, and three teacups and plates, with a center platter of cakes. "Hope you girls are ready for a great tea party."
"Oh, are we ever." Applejack said at the door, as Rainbow passed her.
Rainbow walked completely into the main floor, and heard the door close. What she was not expecting to hear, however, was the deadbolt lock sliding into place. Before she could turn around, she felt Applejack's hooves around her, and felt her collar being fastened around her neck. Her mind started to seize up, as this was something she could have never prepared for.
No way, it couldn't be. She was expecting something afterwards, but now? Here? With Twilight? What was Applejack thinking?
Her heart began to pound against her chest, and she began to blush furiously.
"Wait, what's happening?" Twilight asked, quite surprised at the scene that was beginning to unfold before her.
"Why, the most interesting tea party ever, what do you think?" The farmer responded, with a tone as if the question was absolutely ridiculous.
"A-A-AJ, what are you doing?" Rainbow whispered, her normal egotistical side currently clashing with her inner submissive pet.
"I'm sorry, what was that?" Applejack replied, glaring at her.
Rainbow Dash shivered for a moment, the safe word approaching the tip of her tongue.

Rainbow swallowed the lump in her throat, grateful that it slid past her collar, averted her eyes, and sat down. She snuck a glance at Twilight, who looked just as shocked as she felt.

"I'll be right back. Stay here and be a good girl." Applejack whispered, a hint of comfort in her voice, but still not losing the authority. Rainbow took all the comfort she was able to in that authority, and held the safe word on her tongue as her mistress walked over to Twilight.
"Can I see you in the kitchen, Twi?" Applejack asked, ushering the dumbfounded unicorn towards the kitchen door, finally tearing her eyes off of the quivering pegasus sitting silently in the middle of the room.
The earth pony and unicorn went into the kitchen, and the moment the door closed, Applejack went up to Twi.
"Well, are you ready to see what I've managed to turn her into?"
"Applejack, what's going on? I mean, you're not seriously suggesting that I participate in this, are you?"
"Twilight... Listen. Rainbow and I wouldn't be at this point if it weren't for you. Not only do I want to show you what I've turned Rainbow into with your help, but I also wanted to try and convince you to have a little fun too."
"A 'little fun'? Applejack, I have a pretty good idea of what you two have been doing. She had bruises all over her flanks when she came into town before the changeling attack."

Twilight still looked a bit uncertain as Applejack searched for the right words.

Twilight gulped nervously, and stared at the strap she was offering. Applejack kept her hoof with the strap extended, as she awaited the unicorn's answer.

A Surprising Twist
Rainbow Dash did as she was told, and didn't move her rump an inch for the three whole minutes that Applejack and Twilight were on the other side of the door in the kitchen. She knew her mistress would take care of her. She had so far. There was no reason to doubt her now. For a few moments after arriving in the library, she had forgotten how much she savored those moments of dread that AJ created for her. When she really thought about it, while Twilight had never seen what they did together, she had to have a pretty good idea of what they did, because she had given Applejack the confidence, and at times, the tools for their sessions.
After what seemed like an eternity, the door to the kitchen opened, and the earth pony and unicorn came out into the main room again. Rainbow averted her gaze, having already learned that lesson quite well.
Applejack began to walk towards her with Twilight.
"Don't worry, I'll help you get started." Applejack whispered to the unicorn, who was trying to hide her nervousness.
"Well, guess what, Rainbow? You've got a new mistress who wants to get to know you. The way I see it, since Twilight helped me become the loving mistress I am today, she's just as much your mistress as I am. Wouldn't you agree?"
"Y-yes, ma'am."
"Good girl, I'm so glad you see it my way." Applejack complimented, coming up to her with Twilight. "Well, introduce yourself." Applejack chastised.
Rainbow didn't move from her sitting position. She raised her head a bit, but did not look either of them in the eye.

Two Days Later...

They came up to the entrance of Barnyard Bargains just in time to see Surprise locking up for the night.
"Evenin' Surprise. We were hoping we'd catch you here."
The white Changeling-Pegasus turned and smiled when she saw two of her friends approach.
"Hey guys! How's it going tonight?"
"Tonight's going just fine. How was business today?" Twilight asked the newly-promoted assistant manager of the biggest retail chain in Ponyville.
"Great, as usual. So what can I do for the two of you?"
"Well..." Applejack began, but turned to Twilight as she knew she'd have the better chance of properly explaining the crazy idea they had gotten in their head this afternoon.
"Well, Surprise, we know that... We know that even though Celestia separated you from Chrysalis' hive mind, that you still have a specific... Craving... That normal means of nourishment can't provide. We were hoping to run an idea by you, that could perhaps... Satisfy that Changeling craving..."
