Rarity is not the mare her friends think she is. She is actually much like Twilight. She loves books. She works hard. She has a mentor. And her #1 goal is to assassinate Applejack.

Celestia had just risen the sun. It's bright rays of sunlight shone through the windows of Rarity's bedroom. Even though they shot right into her face, she slept on, only letting out a small snore. Suddenly there was beeping, followed by a flashing light in the covers. Rarity shot her eyes open. Her vision was dark, but she could still see everything. She darted her eyes all over the room, searching for the source of the beeping. Then she noticed the light. She let out a small sigh, then her head shot up.

She jumped out of bed to the window. She shut the blinds, making the room almost pitch black. She tried to feel her way around the room, but only took two steps before tripping on Opal's toy mouse. She shot right up and continued on, trying to reach the door. She slammed the door close as soon as it was in reach, then locked it. She held her hoof up and saw the glow coming from her watch.

She smushed her hoof on it, but it had no effect. She tried again. Still nothing.

"Impractical, futile, no good hooves!" She yelled.

Then she tried lightly touching the watch with the tip of her hooves. When she did a green light shot up and made a huge triangle of light glow around the room. The silhouette of a pony shown. Then disappeared. Then appeared again, staying put this time.

"Rarity!" The mare spoke, though the sound was heard a little after the mare's mouth started moving.

"UGH! Why must I watch your messages in the dark!? I can barely see my hoof in front of my face now that you've messed up my vision!" Rarity complained.

The mare in the light just rolled her eyes. "You just forgot to take your sunglasses off." She told her. Rarity felt around her face and realized she was right. She quickly ripped them off and threw them to the side of the room. The lighting improved greatly.

"Rarity, have yo-" The mare began only to be cut off by Rarity.

"Now that is MUCH better!" she stated. The mare cleared her throat, and Rarity turned her attention to her.

"Have you completed "Your greatest task" yet?" The mare asked.

Rarity gulped before replying. "No, I haven't. But this business has been taking over my shifts at the boutique! And I have a sister, as well as a cat, to feed! Plus I've been scheduling my spa days that are always ruined by my "tasks"!"

The mare in the green light raised an eyebrow. "What's happened to you? Have you been hiding among the public as this...This "Fashonista" for so long, that you've forgotten who you really are?!" Rarity realized she had. But instead of confirming this, she focused on the more important subject.

"Look, You've made me go through the trouble of waking up so early, so why can't you just hurry up and tell me what it is that you want?" The mare just stared at her for a second.

"I cannot believe my best agent has forgotten about the greatest task a mare could get, no less the one thing you've wanted to do your entire life!"

Rarity thought hard, trying to remember what was the thing she's always wanted to do. Let's see she thought. Go mining in those diamond dog caverns, getting on the cover on "FancyPants" magazine, hmmm.... the mare must have seen her zone out and facehoofed.

"Rarity, What's today?" she asked. Rarity thought that was just a random question, but glanced at the calendar anyway. She barely made out the 15th that she left unmarked. "June, 15th..." she told her. The mare nodded.

"And what's the only mission you have due today?"

Rarity eyes sparkled as joy leaped around inside her. "Of coarse!" she exclaimed. "Today I can finally get rid that dirt-eater!" She started to hop in place, unable to contain her joy, until the mare started shouting madly at her.

"AGENT BELLE!!! You could have done this before! And this is the most important mission you've received!" The mare stopped and sighed before continuing. "You need to finish before midnight, or you'll be stripped of your job. And you know what happens to a pony who knows about our Agency, but doesn't work with us, correct?" Rarity gulp, then nodded. It meant that she couldn't stay alive with such information.

"You'd better get going. Just know I can easily replace you too, so there's no chance you can live if you fail." Rarity quickly got angry as she thought of the the agent who was always competing with her.

"You're talking about agent Sparkle, aren't you!?"

The mare ignored her and only said "Good Luck" before disappearing with the green light. Rarity looked depressed for a moment then shot back up when she remembered what her mission was.

"I'm going to kill Applejack!"

Rarity was prepped up for the day. Her friends scheduled a picnic that day, and they all decided to bring their pets. Rarity had just remembered this. "Opal!" she called out. She waited a minute before repeating in an aggravated tone. "Opalescence! You come here right now!". She still didn't appear. She groan and trotted out of her room and begun her search which came to a quick end when she checked the kitchen.

Opal was standing up with her head bent down to lap the water in her bowl. She stood completely still apart from her out of control twitching head. Smoke was flowing out of her nostrils and butthole, and weird whirring noises where coming out of her. "UHG! Why did you have to ruin yourself NOW!". Then she kicked Opal over in rage. The cat fell over though it kept on twitching, and smoking, and whirring. "I don't have time to replace you!" she realized. "Well, I could just tell them you...caught a cold! yeah..." Rarity just stood there, creeped out by the still twitching Opal, as well as with herself, for talking to a robot cat.

She shook herself then ran out the door. She couldn't just waste time when her life was on the line. But this was also her last chance to destroy Applejack. Which one is the better reason to finish this mission? she thought. Before she decided she already reached the edge of the park, then she spotted her friends. "Hello girls!" she began "I'm sorry I couldn't come earlier!".

Rainbow Dash only flicked her ears and said "That's alright. I would have missed my nap if you came sooner.". Twilight only glared at Rarity as she glared back.

They stood for a few minutes before Fluttershy broke the silence. "Um...Would you girls like a bagel with cream cheese?" She mewed. Twilight didn't stop staring at Rarity, but she took the bagel and shoved it in Fluttershy's face. The others were asleep, so they didn't notice. She just took the bagel off and backed away. Rarity wanted to do the same, but Fluttershy was closer to Twilight. They glared for a few more minutes before Twilight blinked then slightly flinched. Rarity smirked in triumph before closing her own eyes. The pain was so excruciating that she couldn't stop her wince in time. Twilight smirked back.

"So," Twilight started "where's Opal? Have you forgotten that we're all supposed to bring our pets?"

Rarity showed no expression. "She caught a cold, so she needs to stay at home."

They stayed silent for another minute before Twilight came closer and whispered. "Do you know what today is?"

Rarity only nodded, "June 15th, Wednesday." Rarity was practically reading her thoughts when she asked: "You were given the exact same mission, weren't you?". Twilight's smirk swiftly changed to a huge grin.

Before anything else was said Fluttershy started picking her nose. Rarity suppressed a smile as she watched. She knew she was only trying to dig out the cream cheese that was shoved in it, but she was pushing it up further, making her look stupid. She suddenly jerked her hoof out and sneezed loudly. surprisingly, no pony woke, only carried on with their blissful slumber. Rarity gave a silent sigh of relief before turning her attention back to Twilight.

"No, I didn't receive the same mission, but I will do whatever it takes to keep you from completing it." Twilight vowed. Rarity snorted. She slipped past her and decided to begin her mission already. "Are you really going to end her, in public?" Twilight pointed out, a bit loudly.

Rarity ignored her and walked towards Applejack only to find her with her eyes open. She was listening! Rarity thought. Fluttershy's sneeze must have awakened her! Instead of stabbing her right on the spot she nudged her.

Applejack yawned. "What do ya want, Rarity?"

Rarity gulped. "I wanted to know what your going to do today. I figured we could meet up later and catch up on all the gossip." Applejack's eyes grew slightly wider. The she shook her head.

"I've got chores to do when I get home, and a dog to feed." she said, flicking her tail towards Winona. "In fact, I should go ahead and get home. Let em know when they get up, please." She quickly shot up and ran off, whistling for Winona to follow.

Rarity kicked the dirt in rage. She quickly realized what she did and grabbed a napkin to wipe the dirt off. She couldn't help but blame Applejack. Another pedicure ruined! she thought bitterly. All the more reason to end her life!

Rarity was in a jet black suit, spider crawling through Sweet Apple Acers. She hated crawling through the mud, but she was just fine with the mud getting on the suit. The moon was already out, and the lighting was even worse with the sunshades back on. She just made it to the edge of the orchard when she spotted Applejack walking into the house. Target detected. She told herself.

She crept fourth slowly, dragging her belly across the ground as she went. She was a yard away from the door when she decided it would be more easy to escape if she used the window. She slowly made her way to the left side of the house. She glanced up and spotted an open window. Rarity pulled out what looked like a pen out of a hidden pocket. She pressed the button on it and it expanded to a hook attached to 50ft of rope. The pressed another button that shot the hook towards the window. It landed with a loud CLANK! yet nothing she saw stirred. She was about to press the button that would drag her up when she her growling.

She turned around and saw Winona. Her teeth were bared, her tail was stretched out, and she looked more like a wolf than anything else. "Winona, it's me, Rarity." She said nervously. She growled even louder at the sound of her voice. Did Applejack train her specifically to hate me? she wondered. Winona shifted to a stance that told Rarity she was about to lunge. She quickly pressed the button and she shot upward, feeling her hot breath on her neck and the snap of jaws behind her.

When she grabbed the ledge she pulled herself up and looked around. Among the trees, she could make out the shape of..."Twilight!" she whispered. She started to duck out of the window when Winona started barking madly. Rarity scrambled through her bags before finding a tranquilizer gun. She didn't have time to find the dart so she crammed the "pen" into the tranquilizer "Shut up you dumb-" she pulled the trigger. She heard a small whimper followed by a thud.

She wiped off the sweat beads that were dripping off her face and ran through the halls. She decided to check the first door to the right but before she even reached them, Winona started howling. She strained to levitate herself to the ceiling, then held herself in place with her legs.

A yellow figure darted out of the room Rarity was going to check. She ran to the window and yelled :"Winona's hurt! Applejack! Call the hospital!" Then she ran away from the window and down the stairs.

A red stallion ran out of the door next to it followed by Applejack, running out of the room on the left side of the hall. When they disappeared, she jumped down and dashed into Applejacks room. She slowed down and shut the door behind her. Then looked around the room. Hmmm.......Target's trap is set! she told herself. Suddenly, a something forced her to the ground. She ended up rolling around the room. She caught a glimpse of the attacker in the moonlight.

"Twilight! I swear I am going to KILL you!!!"

Twilight only smirked. "What do you think I'm doing?"

They tumbled around the room until Twilight pushed her down and tried to reach for a syringe. Rarity was using all her might to push it away when the door hinges started squeaking. Twilight darted under the bed while Rarity hid behind the door. Applejack was slowly dragging her feet to her bed. Rarity slowly pulled out a blade from her inventory and held it up. Target.....Targeted she thought.

She was just about to strike when her head shot up. Then she started to sniff, then she pricked her ears up. Rarity slammed the door closed. Applejack turned around and stared in shock at her. "Rarity...What are ya doin? she started. Then gulped. "with that knife?"

Rarity grinned. "Something I've always wanted to do since I was a filly..."

Applejack started to back up. "And what's that?" she spoke boldly, even though she was shaking. Applejack was pressed up against the bed.

"Why, I'm going to slit your throat of coarse!" Rarity shouted at she lifted the knife.

Applejack was quickly dragged down milliseconds before the knife flew where the neck would have been. Rarity grabbed Applejack's forelegs and tugged. "You...Are....My Kill!!!" And she pulled Applejack out of Twilight's grasp and threw her to the ground. She held the knife against her throat and was already cutting it when she felt something stab her shoulder. She looked up and saw a stallion in a vest and helmet pointing a tranquilizer gun at her. Rarity fell to the ground and caught a glimpse of a purple wing outside the bedroom window.

A few other ponies ran in as they literally dragged Rarity away as she shouted and kicked wildly. They threw her into a truck and bolted the doors shut. She banged at the door even though she knew they wouldn't open. But through a window she saw Applejack with only a small cut on her throat. And Twilight was hiding among the bushes with a bird's nest on her head staring wildly at Applejack.

The after math:

Rarity was sent to an asylum where she lived insanely, ever after

Twilight got away without anypony noticing, but now she no longer works for the agency.

Applejack lived but has a scar on her throat.

Winona was horribly injured, but she survived.

The SWAT team tracked the messenger on Rarity's watch and found the agency and arrested most of the agents working there, very few escaped.

The mare who messaged Rarity is still unknown, but some think the voice could have belonged to Spitfire, the leader of the wonderbolts.

Opal is only a robot made to receive messeges and capture footage.

No pony knows why the agency wanted Applejack dead.
