When a program in Canterlot called Niantic discovers a strange reaction things happen.
-CANCELLED- Bassicly ponies in ingress. This story is set in the future where ponies have smart phones. Anyhow Backstory! When scientists at Niantic discover a unknown energy they called "exotic matter" they made a chip to find more of this energy. But the device it had been put in had been stolen sold on PBay, a pony had bought this device and notice that it didn`t work well at all and would go berserk near certian places. When Niantic found out about it they broke into the house he was staying at and stole the device back. If you want a better backstory then my brain can remember just search ingress backstory, it will make this make more sense.

It was a beutiful day in canterlot, the sun was shining, the bird were chirping, all was going well that day. As dark Lightning was getting up he thought about his dream he had had, he recalled a strange vision of pictures and a voice that called it self JARVIS, he thought about it but then dismissed it as just a dream. Little did he know that something was happening.
As he put on his jacket and headed off to work at the lab he couldn' t help but think about his dream.
"Jarvis, I've heard that name before" he said to himself. "Rather strange but I guess its nothing" he said to no pony in particular.
He arrived at work sooner than he thought , "NIANTIC" it said on a bill board.
"I wonder what were working on today," he thought.
He then entered the building. As he clocked in he put on his lab coat and went to his station at the atom accelerator.
"Well guess I wait for the boss" he said.
At that moment a alicorn by the name of Princess Luna walked in. She noted Dark Lightning was at his station and was startled when the door had slammed open. Luna walked over to his station.
"Good morning Dark," she said. "Nice to see you here so early" Luna said.
"Well good morning to you to Luna" Dark Lightning said. "What are we doing today?" He asked.
"Well," Luna started, just as a bunch of over scientists burst in. "Excuse me?" she asked. "Do you really all have to come in at once!" She yelled with a hint of the royal canterlot voice.
"Were sorry Luna," the scientists said in almost perfect unison.
"You are forgiven" Luna said. "Anyway today we will be slamming to particles together nitrogen and Oxygen" she said. "Everyone take your stations!" She yelled.
"Yes mam," the scientists said.
They took there postitons and loaded the particles and started the accelerator. As they sped up faster and faster, something went wrong, and there was a bright flash...
White, that's all there was, just whiteness. Every thing was white but Dark Lightning himself and two ponies off in the distance, one was dark green, the other was light blue. Dark Lightning approached them at a steady pace. They then looked at him and walked toward him.
"Welcome to the fourth pane," the green one said. "My name is Jarvis" he said.
"My name is ADA" the light blue one said in a slightly robotic tone.
"Where's Luna, and the other scientists, and the machine?" Dark asked in a shaky panic.
"Calm yourself" ADA said. "They are awakening behind you" she said.
Dark the asked "How did we get here?"
"Remeber that flash?" Jarvis said. "That was a very high amount of Exotic Mater" he said. " it Brought you and your lab mates here" he finished.
After that statement Luna teleported over and asked basicly the same questions Dark did and got the same answers. After awhile they followed the two ponies too a large house and were told by Jarvis to choose a room that represented you and with that he went to make tea.
Dark lightning chose a room with a red door and lightning clouds. He entered the room and found some sort of device on a table with a robot on the back. He turned it on and found a video that told him that he know lived in the domain of an entity called the shapers, witch were trying to give all of pony kind a complete facelift and to bring them farther into the world. He was also told he was now a repersentive of a faction that he had called "The Peacekeepers"
Lima found a simmular room with her cutie mark on it and a yellow door she was also told by a strange video that she was the leader of s faction to, she called it "The Underground" They then both decided to get some rest ad they were surprisingly exsauated...
Back in Equestria, the small world land had discovered two new additions to the factions of a game that played, "The Underground" and "The Peacekeepers". There were now two ponies making signals via portals around the little towns and big cities that were called "Speakings" The first ones came from Luna telling people not to be scared that she was gone and that she was now in another pane of reality but would continue to guide every pony. The second "Speakings came from Dark Lightning and said that we should not fear the shapers as they were trying to help all of pony kind. This is one of the recording from Dark Lightning.
"Hello, my name us Dark Lightning, some people might know me as the leader of The Peacekeepers" he said "Resistance if you want you may continue with your fighting and go try to prevent the shapers from facelifting all of ponykind, but remember, you are doing exactly what the shapers tell you to do, if you believe not I understand but please, end this war, we can start fresh, we can all save each over, but, we have to work together, resistance, enlightened, Underground, and peacekeepers alike, together we will be together, like a big family, forever..." he finishes.
In ponyville there was a sudden cease of fighting between resistance and enlightened, as well as other citys and towns and then slowly, one by one, the resitance and enlightened stopped fighting and considered what this person "Dark Lightning" said. But as if by instinct they went back to fighting each over, only now they were not as harsh and more just friendly competiton...
It was another day in equestria, looking rather stormy, almost no pony was out in ponyville but a group of enlightened capturing portals, let's go see what they are talking about.
"I need more XMP's!" One of them shouted as they were attempting to take down a level 8 portal.
"Hold on!" Said one of the mares in the group of five ponies. "Sheesh you guys are impatient" she concluded.
You may be wondering what a XMP is, well its basically a bomb made to destroy portal reasonators. Don't know what a resonator is? Well I'll tell you later, anyhow the group of ponies are as followed the highest level in the group, a level seven, was Vinyl Scratch, one of ponyville's DJs she was yelling at a stallion named Doctor Whoves, a level three, who was working with Twighlight Sparkle, who was level five and was trying to take down the portal together.
"Mister narrator can we hurry up?" Said a certain pink party pony.
"Pinkie I know its your second talent but I'm going as fast as I can that it still makes sense" the narrarator finished.
Now back to the list obviously Pinkie is with them who, strangely, is a level negative eight witch shouldn't be possible considering you start on level one but, meh its Pinkie Pie she can break the laws of physics and get away with it so I guess she can easily break a games code, anyway off topic, and the last pony a level two, who is also one to brag, and you can probably guess who but of not, its no other than Trixie, the one pony I think should go to a school that teaches friendship and not being a bragger. Anyhow that's the group so now back to dialogue.
"I've got it!" Shouted Doctor Whoves "someone put some resonators on it!"
And now, time for me to tell you what a resonator is, basicly a reasonator is a machine that captures the power of a portal to generate FM witch is on turn used for XMPs, backing portals for supplies, and deploying more resonators. Now as they allvpyt a resonator on it and all hacked the portal, they recived a message from Dark Lightning and JARVIS together, it stated that the resistance was rising and that the factions should prepare for a attack on there portals from one of these agents...
