A tale of interest. Read along as Joshua and Blizzarddramon try to stop an Agumon.
It started as an ordinary day for Twilight Sparkle and her friends. But when a multiverse traveling human and his faithful life-partner Blizzarddramon travel to Canterlot to search for a fugitive Agumon, a new adventure awaits for this group of friends.
"You are coming back with us Agumon!" Blizzarddramon roared over the multiverse dimensional plain.
"Never! Pepper Breath!"
Agumon always led off with his Pepper Breath attack. I really wished he would learn by now that Rookie-Level Digimon can't harm Mega-Levels. Luckily he failed to hit Blizzarddramon at all. Though the attack is ineffective in terms of damage, I would still fell it. "Blizzarddramon we need to get closer to him so I can toss the data containment orb at him."
"On it, Joshua!"
"Almost..."
"So long, suckers!"
A portal quickly appeared. I was worried that Agumon would do damage to the locals. He was kind of a lose cannon. "Blizzarddramon, quick! Into that portal!" And in a flash, we found ourselves in a place we thought we'd never travel to: Canterlot.

It started as an ordinary Saturday for Twilight Sparkle and her friends. They decided to enjoy brunch at Sugarcube Corner. As they ate and recounted the events that happened that week they heard a deafening roar. After what felt like an eternity, the Rookie-Level Agumon fell several leagues from any civilization.
"What in the hay was that?" Applejack asked.
"Could it be...?" Twilight started to ask when another roar emanated from the sky.
"Blizzarddramon, are you ok?" I asked concerned.
"I think." Responded Blizzarddramon. "But I don't think I have the strength to maintain this form much longer."
"Then you'd better land. That building right there, there is a clearing large enough for you to land next to it."
"I'll try to..." Blizzarddramon started to say. And in a golden flash of light Blizzarddramon de-digivolved to his Rookie-Level form of Demijoshuamon. As we fell, I thought it would be the end. We both gave each other glances that indicate that we had no regrets and the rest of the team would feel the impact and rush to our side as quickly as possible.
"Demijoshuamon, do you have the strength to shield us from the impact."
"The strength, yes. The courage to pull it off, no. But I'll try. Cryo Shield!"
Thankfully Demijoshuamon deployed his Cryo Shield attack in time. As we landed on the ground the shield gave way a little before utterly shattering, both of us blacking out. After what felt like millennia I awoke to see six individuals I thought only exist in a TV show.
"Where-- Where are we?" I managed to ask despite a throbbing felling in the back of my head. "Demijoshuamon, are you ok?"
"Oh, I think I fractured my tail bone." Demijoshuamon groaned out.
"Are you hurt? Do you need help?" Twilight asked, concern in her voice.
"I'll be ok. Please tend to Demijoshuamon." I motioned to the blue and gold furred rabbit that was my life-partner and friend. "He got it worse than I did. Please."
"Fluttershy, do you know what to do?"
"Yes, of course. I'll make sure he is all better." Fluttershy said.
"Here, let me help you up."
"Thanks. I'm Joshua."
"I'm Twilight Sparkle. That's Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie." Twilight said. "Are you sure you aren't hurt?"
"A little. I'll recover. My armor protected me from the worst of it." I didn't say that I knew who they were, nor did I explain that I took a serious blow to my left shoulder blade. One thing was on my mind though. "Aren't you worried about where I came from? Why I came out of that portal, and where it leads to?"
"Yes, but we are more concerned about your injuries. At least let us help you til you are 100%."
"I have to stay true to my mission. Me and Demijoshuamon were on the trail of a rouge Digimon called Agumon. He possess a rare strand of data that permits him to turn into any of his evolutionary forms at will."
"What are Digimon?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"And what do you mean by 'data'?" Asked Rarity.
"Where are my manners?" I said. "Digimon, short for 'Digital Monsters', are creatures composed entirely of computer data. They are as intelligent as you or I. Some are bonded to humans."
"Like you and Demijoshuamon?" Questioned Pinkie Pie.
"Yes, like me and Demijoshuamon. And some are wild." I responded. "As for the strand of data I said Agumon has. It was originally created by the Sovereign Digimon as a way for Digimon to undergo slide evolution. It was given to most Digimon with gender-neutral evolutions like Agumon. A little time later, Azulongmon realized it was too dangerous. So most of the Digimon with it had it taken away. Later generations of these Digimon also lacked it. A few do still possess this trait. Mostly Digimon like Angemon and Devimon. Those who have slide evolutions. (sigh) Unfortunately, Agumon was overlooked. He soon discovered this trait and became egotistic. That was around the time he apprenticed under me and Demijoshuamon. I just wish he had the patience to learn how to tame it."
"I don't get something," Twilight said. "If Agumon is so dangerous, then why didn't Azulongmon try and stop him?"
This time Demijoshuamon spoke up. "If only it were that simple. He happens to be a direct descendent of the first VictoryGreymon to come into existence. Like my training partner BlackAgumon, and his brother. He can, with enough experience, become VictoryGreymon if he wanted to. I know that this may seem to be an imposition, but can you guys help us?"
They were slow to respond, but Twilight decided to answer. "We'd love to. How can we help?"
"We could use some food." I said. "Oh, and a place to stay until we can contain Agumon. We shall compensate you for your help."
"You can stay with me for as long as you need." Pinkie Pie offered.
"And I can give you some apples to eat." Added Applejack.
"I can help you train if need be." Rainbow Dash said.
"Well alright. Me and Demijoshuamon appreciate your kindness." I said. It would be a good thing to have help from locals, I thought to myself. As soon as we ate and rested a bit we decided to try and search for Agumon.
As if in response to this, he decided to appear.
"So, you finally decided to search for me, huh? Took you long enough." Agumon taunted.
"Agumon! You are coming back with us!" Demijoshuamon declared.
Fearing the worst I decided to warn them. "Stand Back! I don't know what will happen."
"Greymon Super digivolve to... MetalGreymon!"
"Alright, Joshuamon! Ready?" I asked
"Yes. Joshuamon Super digivolve to... Megajoshuamon! Get behind me!" I made sure they were safely behind me before I let Megajoshuamon fight. "Alright, let's battle!"
"Giga Blaster!" MetalGreymon roared.
"Freeze Burn!" Megajoshuamon roared in response.
"Do all Digimon battles go this way?" Twilight asked.
Pondering it for a minute I decided to respond as thus: "Not every battle, no. If you saw the first battle that involved an evolution of Greymon, you'd get my point. SkullGreymon. A Skeleton Digimon that put too much importance on fighting. As a result of its combat instinct it clung to life despite its body rotting away, its whole body becoming nothing but bones. As it doesn't have even a scrap of intelligence to balance its combat instinct, its existence is a threat to other Digimon. It's Dark Shot technique is an unrivaled force. Almost no Digimon that isn't a mega-level can resist it."
The information seemed to astound them. I knew that the Digimon were a fierce bunch, but they didn't. I guess I'll take the time once this battle was over to teach them all that they need to know about Digimon. After contemplating this in my mind I returned my attention to the battle at hand.
"Mega Claw!" MetalGreymon shouted.
"Freeze Burn! And have a Frost Touch!" Megajoshuamon responded. "Surrender! I have you beat!"
"Never! You may have won this battle, but the war isn't over!" MetalGreymon roared as he took off into the evening sky. I knew we'd have to track him down, and we'd have to severely weaken him before he submits, but it is a challenge for another time.
"Well done Demijoshuamon. We may have to stay here a while. That ok?" I asked my life partner.
"These fugitive capture missions never go easy for us. I just hope we don't wind up making any enemies here. I wouldn't want another situation just like that woman that loathed you that BlackImperialdramon controlled." Demijoshuamon said.
"True. Now, let's grab something to eat and rest up. We have to be at full strength in order to contain Agumon."
"Ok, now that that's over, can I ask you something Joshua?" Twilight asked.
"Sure, ask away." I answered.
"Do you know someone that goes by the name 'Shadow Flame'? You remind me of him."
"It is possible, Twilight. There is a version of everyone in each universe in any given multiverse. It is possible that this Shadow Flame is my counterpart here. I've traveled to a vast number of universes. I've even met my gender-swapped counterpart. That's a story for another time though. Maybe if me and Demijoshuamon have enough time after capturing Agumon you can introduce us?"
"Deal."
"Wait, you met a female version of you?" Asked Pinkie Pie.
"What was she like? And what did she wear?" Added Rarity.
"Her name was Josephine. She was actually a real neat freak. She made it her job to make sure that everything was perfect and clean. One look at her and I was actually glad I was the visitor, not the host. As for her attire, she would never be caught in anything that was damaged in any way. I'm lucky she didn't try and destroy the jacket I'm wearing. It is a good thing, too. This jacket means a lot to me. Does that cover enough of your questions?"
They all nodded in response.
"Now let's go to Sugarcube Corner and eat. And then I'll show you to my place." Pinkie Pie said.
"So, this is where you will be sleeping while you are staying in town." Pinkie Pie said while pointing to a sleeper couch.
"Well, no doubt this will be able to hold us." Demijoshuamon said, forcing back a chuckle. "At least I can hope so."
"Funny. But, you wouldn't be saying that if you were Blizzarddramon right now." I said.
"Are you calling Blizzarddramon fat?"
"No, but he is larger than me."
"I'm not even sure Blizzarddramon could even fit in here" Pinkie Pie said.
"Fun fact: Blizzarddramon is the only Sovereign-Level Digimon that can actually be mistaken for a 5-story parking garage. Though most would think that at first glance and think that they wouldn't be in danger of being eaten by a giant dragon, that faux courage is shortly killed once they look again." Explained Demijoshuamon.
"Alright, let's get some rest. We need to make sure that everyone is awake enough to fully absorb the information that will enable them to help us on our mission." I said.

The following morning, after my meditation with Demijoshuamon, I decided it best to pull out Digimon: A Novice's Guidebook to these Digital Monsters and let the mane six read it. As me and Demijoshuamon made our way to the front of Sugarcube Corner I noticed three more guests than we had agreed upon last night.
"I didn't think we would be informing the Crusaders too."
"Joshua, we may not want to say that we know as much as we do about them."
"Alright Demijoshuamon. But they can't read our thoughts."
"True. Remember though, Azulongmon can."
"And Jeremy. He is my twin brother."
"I can never understand how that works."
"Neither can I, which is weird seeing as I am a twin."
Out loud I said: "Now then, I hold with me the one book that can educate you. Digimon: A Novice's Guidebook to these Digital Monsters written and carefully illustrated by the Digimon Sovereigns. The book has a section dedicated to all of the information known about them to clarify. Pay close attention, as this book is probably the most sacred and valuable item you will ever see. I promised that I won't let any damage befall it."
So for the next hour me and Demijoshuamon read each and every page of text to the book to the mane six and the Crusaders. We stopped when we got to the entry for Demijoshuamon and his evolutionary family.
"Ok, now about Demijoshuamon and..." I started to say
"If you would," Said Celestia. "Please tell us about where you originate from before you continue."
"Kindly. Me and Demijoshuamon come from an alternate universe, as I told the girls here. This universe is similar to this one, yet completely distinct. Most obvious being that Digimon are well known there. Both as a TV show and, in more recent times, by the escapades of me and Demijoshuamon and the team we assembled. I didn't think it was anything more than a TV show, a collection of cards, and a bunch of video games until I met Demijoshuamon here." I motioned to Demijoshuamon. "But that was the day when everything changed. I was walking, nothing major. Just wanted to clear my mind. Then a portal, just like the one you saw me and Blizzarddramon come out of yesterday appeared. Out of it came a BlackAgumon and Demijoshuamon's egg."
"A gold and blue colored gem of an egg." Noted Demijoshuamon.
"Yeah. Anyway, I rushed over to BlackAgumon and asked if he was ok." I continued. "He said that he was but he had to protect Demijoshuamon's egg. I went over to touch it and in response it hatched. It has something to do with the sapphire of honor that I had in my possession." I pulled out the blue gemstone I have in my pocket.
"That's a nice necklace there. Any chance I could have it?" Asked Rarity.
Propping it around my neck I resumed my tale. "No, it is crucial for Demijoshuamon. Without it, he can't digivolve. He hatched as the fresh Digimon Auramon. It took a while, but he did eventually digivolve to the in-training Digimon Frostmon. It wasn't until the first confrontation with our nemesis Hippymon that he digivolved to the rookie level."
"And when did he first digivolve into Joshuamon?" Twilight asked.
"And what about the day he first became Megajoshuamon?" Rainbow Dash inquired.
"It was early November when he had first been able to digivolve to the champion level Joshuamon. It was near the end of November when he finally was able to become the ultimate level Megajoshuamon. It wasn't until the winter solstice that he became his mega level form of Icedragonmon." I responded.
"And when did he first become Blizzarddramon?" Scootaloo asked.
"January 12th. The snow was blowing like crazy that day." I answered. "The legendary dragon of honor had risen again. BlackImperialdramon didn't stand a chance against the power Blizzarddramon gained by being with me. Azulongmon said that it was a day that will be remembered throughout the Digi-Multiverse."
"I'd like to take a close look at Blizzarddramon if that would be ok." Celestia requested.
"Ok. Ready Demijoshuamon?" I asked my life partner.
"No need to ask me if I want to Legend digivolve." Demijoshuamon said. "Demijoshuamon Legend digivolve to... The Legendary Dragon of Honor, Blizzarddramon!"
"Well, here he is. Blizzarddramon. He is actually the biggest of the Sovereign-Level Digimon. Only out-sized by the actual Digimon Sovereign Azulongmon." I said.
"By weight, not height." Blizzarddramon commented.
"Yeah, by weight. Can't suck in your pride can ya?" I asked
"I'm a prideful Digimon. But I'm not as prideful as you are Joshuamon." Responded Blizzarddramon.
"Yeah, I'll remember that the next time you get a thorny rose in your nether region. Left a scar the size of my thumb." I said.
"Did it hurt?" Applebloom asked.
"Well, let's say that if I had to choose to do that again and swimming in a pool of molten magma I'd choose the magma." Answered Blizzarddramon.
"But wouldn't magma be even more painful on an ice elemental like you than a thorny rose?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Nah. I emit an aura of frigid air. The magma would harden long before it'd prove fatal to me. I know this to be true." Blizzarddramon responded.
"Well, me and Blizzarddramon are gonna head to the skies to search for Agumon. Don't wait up." I said.
Me and Blizzarddramon took off in a gust of icy wind and headed south-east.
"It's a good thing you said that Joshua. I was really getting uncomfortable with all of those questions." Blizzarddramon said.
"I know. We really don't get that much time together alone anymore. And the time we do get to be alone is usually when we are asleep." I said.
"Let's be thankful that we have a valid excuse to soar in the sky too."
"True. I admit that it was scary the first time we flew together, but we both have gotten used to it."
"Yeah, we--" Blizzarddramon started before a barely audible grunt came from his rear.
"Who's there?" I asked.
"It's us! We're barely holding on to Blizzarddramon's tail! Can you help us?!" I heard Applebloom say.
"Allow me." Said Blizzarddramon.
Blizzarddramon moved his tail over to his back close to where I was seated on the noble dramon Digimon. I knew that their friends on the ground were worried about them, and despite that, I wasn't about to hold back on the chastising.
"Are you insane?! You could've been killed doing that!" I said over the roaring wind rushing past us to the girls.
"We just wanted to ride on Blizzarddramon." Applebloom said.
"Without telling anyone?! Without asking permission?! Do you even know how fast a dragon can fly?!"
"Well, uh..."
"Look, it is not a smart thing to hitch a ride on a dragon without permission." Blizzarddramon said. "Even a digital dragon is dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. Even the weakest hatchling of a litter can fly at startling speed. And let's not forget the scales. Sharp as razor blades they are."
"I won't ever forget the first time I rode bare-back on Blizzarddramon here." I said. "Left some nasty scars down there. I tell ya, if I didn't have pants on at the time, I would of come out of it with 75% of the skin in my groin and thigh area irreplaceable. I can tell that disgusts you. Well, do you feel sorry for your careless action?"
"Yes. And we promise never to do it again." Answered Scootaloo.
"Unless you have permission from your families, and us." I responded "Blizzarddramon, do you see Agumon anywhere?"
"No. It's as if he just disappeared." Answered Blizzarddramon
"Better check the surrounding area for any char marks or caverns that could help us pin-point him."
"Gotcha. Right on that."
"Felling uncomfortable yet?" I asked the girls.
"No." Sweetie Belle said.
"Nope." Responded Scootaloo.
"Not a bit." Applebloom stated.
"Good. It isn't easy riding bare-back on a dragon."
"Joshua, look!" Blizzarddramon said.
"Better prepare for combat then, life partner."
"I'll cut off his path."
"Aim for the tree line over there" I said pointing to a patch of trees near the edge of town.
"Ok. Freezing Whirlwind!" Roared Blizzarddramon.
"Foolish old beast! You dare challenge a Digimon that wields the Dramon Destroyer Gauntlets?!" WarGreymon pridefully roared.
"You are the fool WarGreymon!" Blizzarddramon roared in response. "Not only do I possess the Dramon Ice Shield ability, but I also have extensive combat experience dealing with WarGreymon variants! Your only option is to surrender while you still have your pride and honor!"
"Blizzarddramon, we have to level up!" I said as I pulled out the Paladin Blade. "It's the only way we can keep him from destroying everyone and everything in sight!"
"You're right!" Blizzarddramon said. "Let's do this!"
Rise of Titanic Legends! NeoBlizzarddramon vs WarGreymon!
"Stay safe you three." I said as Blizzarddramon took off. "Now!"
"With pleasure!" Blizzarddramon said. "Blizzarddramon Legend Digivolve to... The Ultimate Paladin of honor: NeoBlizzarddramon!"
"YOU WON'T WIN! I AM UNBEATABLE! TERRA FORCE!" WarGreymon roared at the top of his lungs.
"Really. I am a Sovereign-Level Digimon." NeoBlizzarddramon said "A higher mega Digimon than you. Most Digimon exhaust all of their energy long before I show any signs of fatigue."
"YOU LIE!" WarGreymon roared, louder than before. "YOU WOULDN'T EVEN EXIST AGAIN IF IT WEREN'T FOR THAT WORTHLESS HUMAN! HE FOUND YOUR EGG! HE WAS THE ONE WHO FOUND THAT WORTHLESS GEM YOU USE TO DIGIVOLVE! SEARCH YOUR FEELINGS! YOU KNOW IT TO BE TRUE! YOU AREN'T FIT TO CALL YOURSELF A DIGIMON!"
"NeoBlizzarddramon, don't fall victim to his words." I said in our joint mind space.
"He doesn't know what he speaks of." NeoBlizzarddramon said. "I admit, if it weren't for you, my egg might not of hatched again. I wouldn't even be able to become Blizzarddramon again if it weren't for you. But I owe more than that to you. You were the one who provided the initial data surge that created my data code in Digiworld Prime. We have a stronger bond than most humans and Digimon could have."
"I owe you too. You brought me a joy I hadn't felt before. We were meant to be together. Our bond is what makes us unique. Now let's kick us some WarGreymon butt!"
"DRAGON KILLER!" WarGreymon roared.
"Absolute Zero!" NeoBlizzarddramon roared in response.
"GREAT TORNADO!"
"Ice Blade Strike! Give up?"
"NEVER! TERRA FORCE!" WarGreymon roared viciously.
"Time to bust out the big guns" NeoBlizzarddramon said. "Freezing Rainbow!"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" WarGreymon roared. "YOU HAVEN'T BEATEN ME YET!!!"
"I'd say we just did." NeoBlizzarddramon said. "Now surrender."
"NEVER! I WILL BEAT YOU!!" WarGreymon roared.
"Yeah, you always say that."
"WE SHALL BATTLE AGAIN! NEXT TIME YOU WILL LOSE!" WarGreymon roared before flying off into the sunset.
"That was weird." I said after NeoBlizzarddramon de-digivolved to Blizzarddramon.
"I know." Said Blizzarddramon. "He didn't even try to attack before flying off."
"That was amazing." Scootaloo said.
"We'd better get you girls back." I said.
"There you are." Applejack said as Blizzarddramon landed. "What were you thinking, goin' off like that without permission?!"
"It's ok." I said. "I told them it was ok, on the condition that they ask you before trying something like this again."
"Are you serious?!" Applejack said in response. "They're too young to be riding on a dragon. They could get killed, or worse!"
"Here, this will help." I said as I pulled out a blue and gold pack. "This bag contains everything needed for someone that rides a dragon bare-back. Ointment, trail mix, and goggles."
"What's the trail mix for?" Twilight asked.
"Comfort food." I answered. "Riding a dragon can be a nerve-wrecking experience if your not carful. I'm gonna go freshen up."
"I'll go to the forest and empty my bladder." Blizzarddramon said.
It was a calm day in Ponyville. The sun was shining, the flowers blooming, the birds chirping. The Coronation of Equestria's newest princess was over, as was all the other stuff that came up at the time. All in all, a peaceful day in Equestria. Well, almost peaceful. An unusual and out of season frost has overcome the land. And for once (or twice) Discord isn't to blame. And where is Twilight during this mess? We find Princess Twilight and Princess Cadence in the Crystal Castle, in the room that the portal to the human world of the universe is. It was awhile since Twilight used this portal to stop Sunset Shimmer and retrieve her crown and Element of Harmony. Enough time has past though that there would be residual effects, but the portal wouldn't allow travel.
"So, what do you think Cadence?" Princess Twilight asked. "Do you think Sunset Shimmer found a way to travel without the portal?"
"If Discord isn't involved with this, then it might be possible." Princess Cadence responded. "You said that she put on your crown. She might be experiencing some side-effects."
"Weird. We'd better keep a close eye on Discord just in case."
***Some time later***
"You sure, Discord?" Princess Twilight asked.
"I'm sure, Princess." Discord said. "But if I can locate the source, I'll tell you."
"You'd better. It is crucial that we pinpoint the source of this weird weather phenomenon. Keep me posted."

"So, about this person you told us about. Shadow Flame." I said. "You said I reminded you of him?"
"Yeah, well, he is this weird traveler." Twilight said. "He is rumored to be over 150 years old, yet he doesn't look a day over 50. He has a curio shop in the outskirts of town. It is located outside a cave. Some believe it to be his home."
"I would be interested to meet him, now that we are certain of Agumon's power."
"I don't know." Rainbow Dash said. "Next to Zecora, Shadow Flame is kinda weird."
"Weird how?" I asked out of curiosity.
"Well, he speaks in this weird accent." Applejack said.
"And he wears the most ridiculous clothes." Added Rarity.
"'Ridiculous' like a guy who wears a holey jacket that looks like it came from a flea-infested, rather dark and dirty motel?" I asked out of humor.
"What is a 'flea-infested, rather dark and dirty motel' Joshua?" Twilight asked.
"I'd rather not go into details on that. It'd be too awkward for me to explain."
"I understand then."
"So, we gonna go there or what?" Demijoshuamon asked impatiently.
"Sure. Follow me." Twilight said.

"Well, here we are." Twilight said once we arrived. "A dark and desolate place where no one with a scrap of sanity would go."
"You aren't going into the cave with us?" I asked, even though I knew her response.
"I'll wait out here for you guys. Good luck."
"Well, let's get in this hole in the ground." Demijoshuamon said.
"Welcome, Joshua and Demijoshuamon!" A voice boomed from deep in the cave. I assumed that it must of belonged to Shadow Flame. "I've been awaiting your visit ever since the portal opened a few days ago."
"Shadow Flame? How did you know our names?" I asked.
"I am your counterpart in this universe. It would be silly if I didn't know them."
"So, do you also go by 'Joshua Dales'?"
"I haven't gone by that name since the nuclear war of 2015." Shadow Flame responded. "You might want to spend more time with your twin brother when you get home. He doesn't die, but he shares your fate. Singular travel to keep the universe intact."
"Thanks for the tip. Anyway we've come to ask you about--" I started to say.
"An Agumon that is on the loose here, and you were hoping that I'd give you some sort of power boost, or some kind of advice?"
"Well, yeah." Demijoshuamon said.
"All I can say is that you should never forget those you care about." Shadow Flame said. "They are your biggest power and inspiration."
"Thanks for the advice." I said.
"No problem. And Joshua?"
"Yes?"
"Remember this date: October 5, 2015."
"What happens then?"
"Your wedding, and the day that the whole world gets involved with the war."
"Isn't that pointless to tell me, considering that we'd not share a future?" Demijoshuamon asked.
"Not if it means you could stop the war." Shadow Flame responded.
"See you then." I said as we walked out.
"How'd it go?" Twilight asked.
"Some cryptic message that I already knew." I said.
"Can I go get cleaned, Joshua?" Demijoshuamon asked.
"We both could use a good cleaning buddy."

"So, you think we should look for Agumon after this?" I asked Demijoshuamon trough the shower curtain.
"I think its a good idea." Responded a voice that obviously wasn't from Demijoshuamon.
"Ah! Pinkie Pie?" I asked, trying to contain my startled bout of excitement. "Why didn't you knock?"
"I did." Pinkie Pie said "You didn't respond, and I really had to go."
"Well, this is awkward." (It's a good thing this curtain isn't see through.) "At least this isn't one of those awkward situations that you see in one of those animated sitcoms, you know, where the folks at the FCC are lenient on what can be done, where the one individual can actually the other's unclothed underside."
"I suppose that's true."
"Course they always have the clothed individual positioned so the viewer doesn't."
"Ew! That's disgusting."
"Depends on your point of view. Now where are my...?" I started to say.
"I've got your underwear Joshua." Demijoshuamon said.
"Good. I'll be out in a few moments. Why don't you go fuel up. We have a big battle to get ready for."
"Alright. Pinkie, if you would help me out of here." Demijoshuamon said. "Joshua's scars must be giving him trouble again. Give me a call if you can't calm the pain down yourself."
"Alright."

"Ready, Demijoshuamon?" I asked.
"Ready, Joshua." Demijoshuamon responded. "Demijoshuamon Legend digivolve to... The Legendary Dragon of Honor, Blizzarddramon!"
"Wish us luck." I said.
"And stand back." Blizzarddramon said.
We flew off towards the direction of Shadow Flame's cave in hopes that we'd be able to locate WarGreymon. Blizzarddramon figured that if anything, he'd of flown into these woods. After what felt like hours we finally found our target sitting on a perch near the base of a tree that towered over 12 feet tall. I recognized it because we past it on the way to Shadow Flame's cave. I pulled out the Paladin Blade in anticipation of an intense fight.
"Surrender! You can't win WarGreymon!" Blizzarddramon roared.
"NEVER! I SHALL NOT SURRENDER!" WarGreymon roared. Naturally we expected that response, but we didn't anticipate what would come next. "WARGREYMON DIGIVOLVE TO... VICTORYGREYMON!"
"Oh, come on!" I shouted in frustration. "He has to do that now?"
"ENOUGH TALK! NOW YOU DIE 'DRAGON OF HONOR'!"
"Joshua, time for action." Blizzarddramon said.
"Right."
"Blizzarddramon legend digivolve to... The Ultimate Paladin of Honor, NeoBlizzarddramon!"
"VictoryGreymon... killed Shadow Flame?" Apple Bloom asked in shocked horror.
"I'm afraid so." Twilight said somberly.
"VictoryGreymon, for the crime of murder of the highest degree you shall pay the ultimate price." NeoBlizzarddramon said. "You pay with your own. I condemn you to permanent deletion. Any last words?"
"You will have to do better if you are to best me you retched scum. Absolute Zero!"
"Whatever shall we do?" Rarity asked.
"If there were some way to help NeoBlizzarddramon beat VictoryGreymon without killing him." Twilight said. "That's it! NeoBlizzarddramon!"
"You have an idea Twilight?" NeoBlizzarddramon asked.
"VictoryGreymon is a fire elemental. You have to take him to the local reservoir. He can't do much good if you knock him in there."
"That's so crazy it just might work. Let's kick it up!" I said with a determination that flowed through NeoBlizzarddramon, giving him more power.
"YOU WILL NOT RUN THIS TIME COWARD!!!!!" VictoryGreymon roared. "TRIDENT GAIA!!! DRAMON BREAKER!!!!!"
Dodging VictoryGreymon's attacks, we flew as quickly as a Digimon of NeoBlizzarddramon's height and weight could to the local reservoir. I admit, it was difficult trying to locate the thing. We'd only been to the school and Sugarcube Corner, as for in-town locations. The forest was the farthest we went here. I had to rely on Applejack's knowledge even to make sure that we didn't wind up at the other side of town. Ironic that we'd have to end this in town, where innocent civilians could be hurt or killed in the ensuring chaos.
"Quickly, we must strike!" NeoBlizzarddramon and I both said in unison. "Ice Blade Strike!"
"I! WILL! NOT! BE! DEFEATED! YOU WILL NEVER DEFEAT ME, COWARDS!!!" VictoryGreymon roared despite the huge gash NeoBlizzarddramon's attack left on his neck. "TRIDENT! GAIA!"
"You have pressed our patience for the last time. Prepare to be deleted. Ice Blade Strike!" The force of the 'Ice Blade Strike' attack was enough to knock VictoryGreymon into the reservoir.
"NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" VictoryGreymon roared as his form began to break. Before we had a chance to deliver the finishing blow, he took off. "YOU WILL NEVER TAKE ME IN!"
"I guess we have to go in after him." Applejack said.
"No." I said after NeoBlizzarddramon de-digivolved to Demijoshuamon. "I will go in after him. You stay here."
"Joshua..." Demijoshuamon started to say.
"D.j., I need you to stay here, in case he didn't fully de-digivolve." I told Demijoshuamon as I gave him the sapphire of Honor. "Only trough our bond we can bring him in. Can I trust you to do your part?"
"Yes."
"Good. I'm off." And with that remark, I dashed in the same direction that VictoryGreymon went.
"Joshua. I will make sure to keep you safe. I will also stay true to my mission." Demijoshuamon said. "I will come to your aid if things get hairy."
"You are a true friend Demijoshuamon." Twilight said.

"Well, it's official." I said in frustration. "I'm lost." I've spent the last 2 1/2 hours trying to locate the spot that VictoryGreymon landed in the forest on the outskirts of Canterlot. I thought that I saw him by the ruins of the cave that once housed Shadow Flame, but when I got there, I was disappointed to find nothing. I thought back to what he said before the battle
("Only you two can bring peace here." Shadow Flame said.
"I'm not sure." I said in response. "If he manages to become VictoryGreymon, then we're pretty much screwed."
"You will be able to best him.")
"Why do the parallel versions of me always say enigmatic things?" I screamed in frustration. "Why do they..." I stopped mid-question as I saw that which I was looking for: VictoryGreymon's DigiEgg.
"At last!"
"Not so fast, whelp." An obviously female voice said.
"Who... Who are you?" I asked. "What are you?"
"Your worst nightmare."

"Now, focus the air in the palm of your hand." Demijoshuamon said. "You should start to feel a change in the temperature now."
"I felt it!" Twilight exclaimed. "How'd you know it would work?"
"I'm an ice-elemental Digimon. Few outside of the ice group can actually manipulate ice and arctic powers."
"I don't know why we have to do this?" Rarity asked. "There really isn't any point behind it."
"Honestly, you are impatient. This..." Demijoshuamon said as an ice-blue crystal appeared in his right paw. "Is a technique that you would benefit from."
"How...?" Rarity started to ask.
"How'd you do that? What is it?" Applejack asked.
"It's an ice crystal. I manipulated the cold air and moisture to my will and thus formed this crystal." Demijoshuamon said. "It'll keep it's form in all but the most extreme of hot weather."
"When did you learn to do that?" Asked Twilight.
"It was actually a skill I learned from reading a book."
"Really? What book?"
"Well, adapted it from something one of the characters did, but yeah." Demijoshuamon said. "It's funny, really. I was..."
"What?" Twilight asked.
"Joshua's in trouble!"

"Oh, good. You're awake." Said the female voice. "Now, where is it?"
"What?" I asked. "Who are you?"
"You don't remember? And to think we were so close." She said as she stepped into my field of vision.
"No! How? Azulongmon said it was impossible for a Digimon and human to be fused with both consciousness' sharing the human's body."
"That old fool didn't know jack!" A male voice came from the body. I instantly recognized it as BlackImperialdramon. "You didn't even think I survived."
"How did you even come here?" I asked.
"You didn't think the Sovereign Digimon were the only ones capable of multiversal travel did you?" BlackImperialdramon asked.
"AncientGreymon and AncientGarurumon technically weren't Sovereign Digimon."
"Hmm. Yes, I suppose that is true."
"And the envoys sent to the Data Squad and Fusion universes weren't either." I said.
"You know more than you should, you little whelp." BlackImperialdramon said. "Now, I ask again: Where is it?"
"I don't know what you are talking about."
"The gem. AncientGreymon's data gem. The thing your sapphire of honor is related to in some weird way."
"Now, do you really think I'd tell you if I had it, BlackImperialdramon?"
"I know how to make you talk." BlackImperialdramon said while a crimson blade appeared in the hand he controlled.
"Do your worst!" I said. "Demijoshuamon will come, and he will stop you."

"Now what?" Twilight asked, handing Demijoshuamon a box of blue coins.
"You should find a box containing a green apple-sized gemstone and a red grapefruit-sized one." Demijoshuamon said.
"What are they for?"
"They contain Digi-Souls."
"Digi-what exactly?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Gemstones that contain a Digimon's DigiCore." Demijoshuamon explained. "A painful process, but one that can protect a Digimon for years if done right. The green gemstone contains the DigiCore for a Terriermon, and the red gemstone contains the DigiCore for a Guilmon. They can only be released by the very emotion etched on the seal binding them."
"One of these has a symbol of three triangles on it." Twilight said.
"And the other has a symbol of a mint-green crown." Said Applejack.
"The red one, the one with the three triangles on it," Began Demijoshuamon. "Was sealed with the emotion of reckless pride. And the green one was sealed with the emotion of restrictive patience."
"I get it." Twilight said. "Guilmon must be a reckless and prideful Digimon, while Terriermon must embody patience."
"Guilmon was sealed because he was recklessly prideful when his DigiCore was extracted and his body converted into raw data. Terriermon was uncontrolled in battle, especially after he digivolved. The legendary spirit of patience sealed him. Now we need their power to save Joshua!"

"BlackImperialdramon, you fool. Do you honestly believe I'll talk?" I said.
"You will, and what I have planned next will make you tell me." BlackImperialdramon said.
"Your gonna get me to talk by showing me something that once enticed me? Something, I might add, that I really don't care for from her anymore?"
"What? No. I was only repositioning this shirt." BlackImperialdramon said. "Painfully making these pants riding up my..." CRASH!
"What the...?!" BlackImperialdramon said.
"Now my army of cute adorable Digimon, charge!" Demijoshuamon roared.
"Took you long enough." I said.
"Yeah. Icicle Smash!"
"Now!"
"Right." Demijoshuamon said. "Demijoshuamon Legend Digivolve to... The Legendary Dragon of Honor, Blizzarddramon."
"You will not win." BlackImperialdramon roared. "BlackImperialdramon Mode Change... Dragon Mode!"
"Ew! Gross." Rarity exclaimed.
"We beat you before BlackImperialdramon." I said while climbing onto Blizzarddramon.
"And we can do it again." Blizzarddramon finished.
"That was a fluke!" BlackImperialdramon roared. "BlackImperialdramon Mode Change... Fighter Mode!"
"Ready?" I asked Blizzarddramon.
"Let's." Blizzarddramon responded. "Blizzarddramon Legend Digivolve to... The Ultimate Paladin of Honor, NeoBlizzarddramon!"
"POSITRON LASER!" BlackImperialdramon roared.
"Is that the best you've got, BlackImperialdramon?" NeoBlizzarddramon taunted. "Freezing Rainbow!"
"You know that they were only half-full." Demijoshuamon retorted.
"They were unopened. That was the messed-up part about it." I said.
"True. The company was cheap on the contents." Demijoshuamon agreed. "Party size my left--"
"Half-full? What kind of company does that?" Twilight asked.
"Pretty much every food company where we live." I said. "But that's a story for another time."
"Can you tell us?" Sunset Shimmer asked.
"When did you come in?" Twilight asked.
"When this conversation started."
"I do have a stack of rush-stapled stories, one of which is pretty much a summary report of how food companies rip customers off." I said. "If you want, I could show it to you."
"That'd be nice." Said Twilight.
"I'll go get it, then."

"You sure you don't need our help?" I asked.
"I'm sure." Pinkie Pie said.
"Why don't you start getting your stuff ready." Twilight suggested.
"Alright, then." I said, standing up. "Come on D.j."
"Coming" Demijoshuamon said and we walked to our resting place.
"Now, the DVD box set for the Turtles movie trilogy." I said.
"We already put that in." Demijoshuamon said. "Right next to the Digimon movie box set."
"Right. We'd probably never get this done in time if we didn't work together."
"Now what about Agumon's egg?"
"How about we put it in the saddle in the fold where the bag rest and leg straps meet."
"That can work."
"Almost ready to go?" Applejack asked.
"About." I said.

"Ready to fly buddy?" I asked Demijoshuamon, knowing the answer.
"Ready." Demijoshuamon said. "Demijoshuamon Legend Digivolve to... The Legendary Dragon of Honor, Blizzarddramon"
"Will we see you again?" Twilight asked.
"Well, yeah." I said while climbing into the saddle. "We're bound to encounter another foe who'd decide to do some multiverse traveling."
"What about a casual visit?"
"I'm sure we can find some time." Blizzarddramon said.
"Do you Pinkie Promise?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"We Pinkie Promise." I said.
"Goodbye." Rarity said.
"Fly safe." Rainbow Dash added.
"Don't forget to visit us." Pinkie Pie said.
"We'll miss you." Twilight stated, almost forlornly.
"Let's go, Blizzarddramon." I said, looking away. "Before we have to let them see us crying."
"Right" Blizzarddramon responded.

"When did Joshua say he and Blizzarddramon were coming back?" BlackAgumon asked.
"He said that, baring injury or death, they'd be back today." Jeremy responded.
"They'd better. I've got a few choice words for Agumon."
A roar echoed in the sky, heralding the opening of a portal in the multiverse. The roar was no louder than that of a song coming from one of those cheap little speakers you could obtain for a portable music device with the device set to 'LOUD' volume, being a good hour before opening, but it was still enough to indicate the portal's opening.

"Hey Joshua?" Blizzarddramon asked.
"Yes?" I responded.
"Can we maybe stop for donuts on the way home?"
Chuckling, I said "Sure."
"Thanks." Blizzarddramon said.
"You don't have to thank me." I said. "You're my life-partner. I couldn't lose you. We belong together."
We flew onward in silence, enjoying the company of each other. Fairly soon, the portal to our home universe appeared. I knew we would have to explain the mission in detail, so I devised a quick summary that explained the key information of the mission.
"I'm reaching full speed now Joshua." Blizzarddramon said. "Hold on tight and don't lose your lunch. As we make our final descent into our home universe, I'd like to take the time to remind you to turn off all electronic devices and that the use of electronic devices during the landing process is a major violation of some flight code."
"That's a good one." I said.

"Look!" BlackAgumon said, pointing up over Wal-Mart. "They've returned!"
"Why are they stopping there?" Jeremy asked.
"Maybe Blizzarddramon got a case of the travel munchies again." BlackAgumon said jokingly.
"Let's hope they get enough for us."
We quickly found what we were looking for at Wal-Mart and, after paying for the donuts and 12-pack of soda, returned home.
"Honey, I'm home." I said while opening the door, obviously quoting that one character in that one show I can't think of right now. "And I've got a surprise for you."
"You brought Agumon home?" Jeremy asked.
"In egg form, yes." I said in response. "Come on. Blizzarddramon's saddle is giving me trouble."

"I cannot believe it had to come to that." BlackAgumon said.
"I can't believe BlackImperialdramon is back." Jeremy said. "And taken over his herald's body."
"At least you were able to stop Agumon before he destroyed this world you went to."
"Yeah." Demijoshuamon said while opening a can of soda.
"The weirdest part is that he tried to use her body in an attempt to seduce me into giving him the egg." I said.
"At least you were able to keep your thing in check." BlackAgumon pointed out.
"Yeah." I said, eating another donut. "If I didn't, we'd all be boned."
