When Twilight takes a blood test at the new experimental D.N.A. testing facility in Ponyville she soon finds out a truth that would shatter everything.

"How did she die, Twily?"
"Well.. she gave birth and she died from giving birth to your colt."
"Really? Can I see him?"
Twilight motioned Shining Armor to follow her until she showed him to the crib to see the slumbering colt before him. Shining looked at his colt and almost shed a tear before returning to his acting. He then turned around to see Twilight laying comfortably on the rock.
"Twilight... Did she die happy?"
"Well for a long time I tortured her until she became subservient to my will, then, when she was giving birth she had a heart attack and died in horrific pain." said Twilight Sparkle. Her body resting lazily on her rock. "So yeah she died in pain, but, that doesn't matter to you right my Shiny?"
"Of course not, Twily!" His soul burning with the fires of hell and hate. "She is just part of my past."
"Great! I can't wait to give you more beautiful foals and colts! Then, we can live down here forever! It'll be perfect!"
"That sounds perfect my love. Hey, I brought you something."
"What is it my shiny?"
Shining Armor took out a blue-berry muffin hidden in his armor. Twilight Sparkle's eyes grew hungry for the delectable meal, she hadn't eaten in so many hours and the colt was hungry as hell. Twilight took the muffin and shoved it up her mouth engorging it as fast as possible.
"Thank you, Shiny! I was absolutely starving! You really do love me."
"Twilight..."
"Yes, Shining Armor, anything!"
"I'm... Sorry."
"What do you mea.."
Twilight Sparkle then grasped her heart for their was definitely something wrong. Twilight felt pain through her heart and she was having trouble breathing. She then fell on to her back and began to cough aggressively. Twilight Sparkle could see her love walking away from her. Shining Armor was leaving her to die. Then, Twilight Sparkle felt her water break. Twilight for an agonizing hour gave birth with all her might to her colt sobbing at the loss of her love. At her final breath, she pushed the colt out of her vagina letting it cry as loud as possible. Then, Twilight Sparkle died with an expression of extreme sadness.

Shining Armor exited the cave his expression that of emotionless. All Shining Armor could feel was absolute dread. His entire existence had no worth to it. There was nothing he wanted anymore and everything was just pain now. The Royal Guard talked to him, but, he would not hear it, it was all just mumbling. Then, he smiled, a horrific smile, Then, he began to laugh hysterically before settling down. He glowed his horn and killed the entirety of the The Royal Guard. One by one, they died with their brains exploding and their hearts turned to juice. The entirety of the Royal Guard was mostly corpses and he was about to kill his Second-in-Command before he remembered her. Shining withheld his magic and saw her terrified beyond belief then he gave her one last order.
"I'll let you live, go get my kid, hes in the cave."
"Shining.. but, Why!?" her body shaking from the fear of death.
"I SAID NOW!!!"
The Second-in-Command ran in to the cave so she could follow that one last order. Her eyes were seeping with tears of fear and melancholy. She soon heard the cries of a new-born baby and followed the direction where the sound was coming from. With her horn outstretched, The Second-in-Command shined a light and found Twilight's dead body with her newborn colt lying next to her. She also heard a second colt from a few steps away inside a crib.
Theres two of them?
The Second-in-Command took the two colt's with her magic and held them close. She, then, escaped the cave and finally arrived outside to find Shining Armor had disappeared from sight. With no idea what to do, the Second-in-Command traveled to Canterlot taking care of the babies while on the train. She finally arrived to meet with some more of the Royal Guard that were posted at The Castle.
"What is your authorization to come and meet with..."
"GET ME THE FUCKING PRINCESSES RIGHT NOW!" screamed The Second-in-Command at her subordinate. She continued up to Canterlot Castle where she abruptly entered the chamber.
"What is the meaning of this!?" said Princess Celestia.
"I'm sorry Princess, but, I didn't have much of a choice." said One of The Guard.
The Second-in-Command ran hastily past the Guard and broke down tired and fell to the ground with the two colts in two bags that she bought at the local store. The colts squirmed in their bags sleeping soundly. The Second-in-Command breathed heavily for the amount of work she put herself through.
"Why have you intruded like this!?" said Princess Celestia.
"Boy, do I have a story for you." said The Second-in-Command.
Princess Celestia covered her mouth. She couldn’t have believed the words she heard. The soldier came at an unexpected time. Yet, even in her exhaustion, she heard him out. She was Shining Armor’s subordinate and a stout defender. She would stand still at all times with the best reverence. A thing to be admired even with the words that formed from her. None of these things had she heard of. No idea the depravity of Twilight. She never expected her to go such lengths.
A rabid thought flowed through her mind. A princess shouldn’t have allowed such a tragedy. It was finally time to get something done of her own hooves. Such extremities have untouched the very fabric of reality. They were used to writing on parchment, eating the occasional flavorful crumpet, and defending Equestria once in a while. But this was beyond anything she could comprehend. It had been ages since such a monstrosity had beset her doors.
Princess Celestia stood up from her regal seat. The two foals that burbled in the guard’s hooves cried out into the night.
“Stay here”, she said.
She teleported away, she knew exactly where Shining Armor was, his magical essence would not disappear. Her energy appeared in a grove with vegetation that surrounded her. This foreign intrusion frightened the nearby animals away. Black soot below her body. She walked through the dense plants and bushes. She found a little grotto with a waterfall. A lone Shining Armor sat alone on a stone.
“Shining Armor, what is the meaning of all this, what have you not told me!?” she said.
He would say nothing, slumped over that stone.
“Answer your goddess RIGHT NOW!” she said with a ground-quaking stomp. Shining Armor just sat there in defeat. His armor in shambles, and his long mane unkempt.
“You wouldn’t understand…” he said.
“What don’t I understand, that Twilight was your daughter and sister?” she said. “That you did an abominable act with your mother and conceived her!?”
“...yes”
“And then you kept that secret from her after all this time and didn’t expect anything to happen!?”
“...y-yes”
Princess Celestia shot a blast of energy at the grotto wall. It crashed the wall into pieces of stone.
“You incestuous cur!” she said. “Why shouldn’t I delete you from existence for killing her while she was pregnant you monster!?”
Shining Armor angered, raised his horn and blasted a tumultuous blast of red energy at her. Princess Celestia deflected it and a bit of horn had chipped off. The shot slammed into a nearby tree and vaporized it.
“Using a death spell on me!?, you’re sentence has been answered!” she said angered.
Shining Armor got up quick; a blast of magic fired at him. He deflected the spell with all his might. Its power caused him to slide back from the force. His magic fought back against hers. The power between them was obvious. His energy would not last.
“You’re intruding on our special place!” he screamed.
“You…”
The energy from Celestia grew stronger as he waned.
“You…!”
His stance turned to a crawl. Princess Celestia had enough of this, with all her godly might, Celestia outpoured and decimated Shining Armor into pieces of burned flesh. Each piece evaporated as he died. His dust swept up into the earth from the force of her blast. She turned from the sight. A bit of sadness dripped down her face.
“I’m sorry” she whispered.
She teleported away from whence she came. Princess Celestia arrived in the front of Canterlot Castle. Her tears had downed her cheeks in droves. The very fabric of all that had happened destroyed her. From the blast of death energy that Shining Armor attempted to kill. And all of her progress was lost. Who knows where the future may go now. All she needed to do was tell everypony else what happened. No pony had ever seen the goddess cry. Astonished and bewildered on their faces. The guard pony came down to where she was. Two male foals that slept soundly.
“What do I do with these tiny things?” she said.
“Hmph,” said Princess Celestia. “You will take them, I will give you what you need to raise them”.
“But my princess, they are of royalty!” she said.
“I know, when the time comes I will tell them of their past, but for now they must not know the fate of their parents…”
“I… I understand…” she said.
Princess Celestia looked around and found how the ponies bowed. Their infinite respect for her had lifted her spirits. Now only time would tell what would happen next.
Twilight Velvet trotted through her home. It was a nice summer evening and she and her husband were eating dinner. She was about to bring in the roasted cabbage before Celestia appeared before them. Both of them shocked, they looked at the burnt head of Shining Armor with teeth fallen out and flesh black as soot. The couple screamed at the sight.
“This is all your doing, both your children are dead and now you are both grandparents,” she said before she threw the head at Twilight Velvet’s face.
Celestia looked at Night Light with an angered stare.
“Your “daughter” isn’t yours, it was Shining Armor’s,” she said. “They are both dead because of their incestuous union and had hidden away such a lie for many years!”
Night Light stared at her with eyes that glared. He stood up from the table.
“You did what!?” he said.
“There will be ramifications for all this, mark my words,” said Celestia.
Twilight Velvet looked at the burnt head of her son. The one she copulated with many times. All the times they made love while hidden away. Night Light all the wiser for it. She never thought they would ever get caught. Now all those feelings she had of joy had transformed into absolute dread. Princess Celestia teleported out of sight. Night Light just sat there with the way he glared.
“Uh… I… uh” she said, unable to form a single cohesive word.
Night Light sat there and pulled in a piece of cabbage, took a bite, and chewed.
