So yeah I'm not happy about it, for the love of- THEY MADE SPIKE A DOG AND HE'S STILL IN LOVE WITH RARITY, THEY MADE A SPITFIRE (Or at least it looks like it might be her.) THE BAD GUY AND THE WHOLE THING IS ANOTHER CONTRIVED TOUGH LIFE FOR TEENAGE GIRLS IN HIGH SCHOOL THING.
Like we haven't had that from oh I don't know, Bratz Maybe? Or just look at the all the films Disney have done (Modern Disney, not the good old days). Let me guess, the human incarnation of Celestia and Luna are the headmistresses. Discord is Twilight's overbearing new teacher and why oh why does it look like they've set Soarin up as the love interest? Gah, so much hate right now! If Season 4 doesn't totally kick-ass then I am DONE with MLP.

Keep in mind it is on hiatus at the moment, because I became frustrated at how no one wanted to read it, despite spending so much time on it. I do intend to go back to it at some point in the future however.

I am Obsidian Raindrop the creator of a group known as The Great and Not Obsessive Trixie I am here to ask if you would like your story to be added to my group.
The only requirements are:
1. You have a story about Trixie and she is not completely obsessing over her lose at the hands of Twilight. (She can hate that she lost to twilight and even try and beat again but she just can't be be so obsessive like she is in most stories. )
2. She may be a supporting character or a main character it does not matter.
3. i can`t think of a third thing

All I can say is, stick to Canon, but don't make pointless episode references if you can avoid it. Try not to spend too long in the intro discussing the weather, it's boring to read. Get a prereader. Read anything you write out loud. If it doesn't read right or seem to flow, it probably needs reworking. Write when you feel like it. As much as people may want a good story continued asap, writing when they want you to, rather than when you are in the right mind set has a bad effect on quality as you often don't filter what you write. That's all I can think of for now. At least from my experiences.
Any advice for writing?
