Writers Block SUCKS · 1:40am

Hey everybody...somebody... maybe just me...

Do you know whats WORSE than writers block (a lot of thing including but not limited to car crashes, tsunamis, the moon falling to earth, hostile alien invaders that dissolve in water, returning from outer space to find the world ruled by super-intelligent monkeys...where was i going with this?) GETTING OVER YOUR WRITERS BOCK, FINISHING THE CHAPTER, RUSHING OUT OF THE HOUSE BEFORE WORK BECAUSE YO WERE RUNNING LATE, AND TURNING OF THE COMPUTER WITHOUT SAVING.

Now i can't even remember what i wrote...

So I decided i'd try my hand at writing another story i had in mind (it's sort of a sequel but nothing will even come CLOSE to having to do with the original story until the last few chapters)

Should i include an important character if they are the cause of the entire story but only appear in the first and maybe second chapter?

Do I include the "Human" and/or "Crossover" tag if it's only for one or two chapters and TECHNICALLY, neither character it would apply to i human, just humanoid?

I'm not sure whether or not to put the "Dark" and/or "Sad" tags.

Heck, i'm not even sure "Romance" won't come up.

The only tag I'm positive will be in there is "Alternate Universe" and really, how many people go out into the search and say "Hey, i want an Alternate Universe story, don't care what, but THAT is what i want"

GAHH.

Writing can be so infuriating sometimes.

Over a year after the Doctor found this strange amnesiac girl in the T.A.R.D.I.S., he finally finds out where she belongs. Twilight Sparkle is finally heading home, but what is home really. Purpose of Harmony

An old book Twilight finds inspires a strange reaction form Princess Celestia. Add to this, the fact that both Celestia and Luna refuse to tell where the Elements came from and you have the making of an adventure. Twilight and her friends journey to the last remaining mountain form a mountain range that, according to the book, vanished overnight about 600 years before Discord rose to power. What happened to the mountains? How does this relate to the Elements of Harmony? And most importantly, What will happen when they discover the "Truth"?

well...uh...I'm kinda new to this. I've written a (horrible) fanfic before, but never put it on the web(and thank goodness it was lost when my computer crashed a few years ago)

I haven't written anything in a long time but I recently rediscovered how much I love it. I actually plan on this being the capstone to a to a project I've been working on for...oh god...tenish years. (more things i am glad are lost). It'll relate to the old story but explain itself as it goes. I'm not sure how long this will be, or how often i'll update or if it will even be interesting to anybrony but me. But I've haven't noticed any mean-spirited comments so far and hope that this entire community is as even half as joyful as it's inspiration

Feedback would be appreciated, but don't be too rough, I'm still easing back into writing and haven't gotten used to it again.

Just went back and reread Purpose of Harmony, still as engrossing as I remember it. Would you mind if I stole a few ideas from it to use in one of my stories? Specifically, the other elements and the whole origin of the changelings? You would be credited in the story, of course, but if so let me know if there's anything else you want thrown in with it; any references and such.

Hey man, just checking in to see if your still writing stuff these days... and to uh... follow up on an old idea we once had. I think its time to finally set things rolling with that collaborative story/journal/thing we had talked about when we first joined the site. If you're still interested, let me know... inspiration or insomnia just brought it all to the front of my mind, so I may have gotten started on writing a little background for it just now :twilightblush:
