Update time. · 11:18pm

So here's some stuff. I'm working on a story that I want to have amount of chapters for so that no issues in updating occur. The way I think is if I don't get constant feedback, people don't like it and I stop. What I'll do is release it when I've thought it all out and come too far to let things slide. If enough people come to like it, I'll go back to my older things like, "For Science" and "Exposure" because I may or may not have more experience to make them better and finish them.

Here some more stuff. The new Xbox, the "Xbox One", just blew my fucking mind. Voice (on top of commands) recognition helps you log into your profile. Voice commands to change inputs rather than reach for a remote and change them manually. A possibility to use your voice to command people in military games or raise your controller to raise your shield. (Possible Wii type controls with a controller.) All this is possible with the new Kinect 2.0; something that looks to work MUCH better than it's predecessor. This Kinect allows you to go from watching a movie to surfing the internet in the blink of an eye. Or from playing Battlefield 4 to pumping some tunes. Or maybe you want to Skype call while you plan a strategy using group video calls in the middle of a game.

The Kinect 2.0 and it's interactivity looks to be something of a marvel, to be honest.

As for the games...

The games look cool. Nothing too BALLSY, but cool.

EA Sports isn't doing anything new, it all looks kinda cartoony, honestly.

Forza... well if the game looks like the preview, it's gonna be epic.

Quantum Break looks interesting. They didn't show much, and that's because they either want to surprise us, or they have nothing good.I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Call of Duty? For the first time since MW2, I'm excited. With the new engine and award winning writer, they had better step their shit up. I want to like CoD, but I can't. Especially when they lie. No shit, either, they said, "...we have the best fanbase in the world..." and a representative of Microsoft said almost the same thing. I'm telling you, they'd better fucking stick to their word.

That's about it!

Recap: I'm working on planning a story (as well as writing it) and I haven't given up on the others. Also, the new Xbox better be (and looks like it will be) worth the $500-$600.

For Science!

Gordon Freechman was studying in his was studying labrotoried... Wait, no that isn't right...

Gordon Freeman is a level-headed guy, right? Well, no matter your opinion, he tries to be. He kills monsters, sure... Maybe he travels through realities once in a while. Hell, he even took down the military at one point. But no matter the training he had. No matter the extraordinary adventures he's had, nothing can prepare him for THIS kind of conflict.

(This takes place directly after Episode 2.)

Exposure

Jason is normal... by most standards. Unfortunately, he's always being thrust into multiple not-so-normal situations. That includes today. He's minding his own business when BAM. Equestria. Or at least that's what he was told. Let's check off the list: Survival skills? Nope. Fighting skills? Nope. Good listener? Nope.... Well... He's screwed. (Jumping on the "Rust"y bandwagon. Holy crap, I'm so punny. Characters and tags added as they appear in the story. Teen for intense swearing.)
