How do you define a parent? Is Blood the only thing that matters? Recent events have caused a  lavender unicorn to seriously reconsider just how much her scaled assistant means to her.

What does it mean to be human? Sure we're able to think with free will, build things, we're the apex predator of earth... But, after ending up in Equestria via being burned alive in magical blue flames, which strangely enough didn't hurt... I'm starting to question what it means to be truly human. Kinda doesn't help that I can't sneeze without setting something on fire.

On a routine shopping trip a young man and his younger sister were attacked on the street by the local gang. The young man managed to fight off the ruffians and defend his sister but, soon after died in the hospital from a stab wound. Now the angel of death has granted him a test. If he can accomplish enough good deeds to repent his life's sins he will be granted new life. It was supposed to be easy... when has it ever been? (A story with strong implications of the Multiverse theory and the branching paths theory. The Third story out of hopefully many. This chapter starts a week after the Doctor returned to Ponyville in the form of his tenth Regeneration. During that time the Mane six, Max, and Leonardo who has now taken to calling himself Ember Nova depart in the TARDIS towards the Medusa Cascade. However something seems off with the readings. It's as if there is a source of energy equal to or greater than the TARDIS flying with them but, what could be that powerful? To find out you'll have to read on.
