Hello! My name is Aurais, and I'm here to make a proposal! I'm a writer, and for a small fee, I can make the perfect story for your OC! I'm sure you have lots of questions on what is going on, how this all works, and so on so on, so here's a brief skimming of how things work, followed by a Q&A section!

What I do is take your OC and your request for what kind of story (example: meeting your OC in their world, an adventure, characterization, or a joint story with another of your OCs!) you want, and a dossier, made up of photos, stories, and things you want/need me to know for me to write your OC effectively, and I'll write you a fabulous story worthy of your OC!

Now I'm sure you have some questions...

Why are you charging money?
Because if I didn't a lot of people would take me up on my offer, and it wouldn't be the kind of stuff I want to work on. I don't want to just be developing some random OC you found on the street. I want to work with you to make the OCs you love all the better.

About how much is it?
I'm charging about 15 bucks for the average story. Keep in mind that is about 6-12 pages long, single spaced, along with research, inspirational notes, and anything else extra I find to make your OC all the more real. If you want a novelette (20-30p), it'll be about 30 bucks. I'm not exactly making a pile of money here. It takes me at least 4 hours to punch out a story and god knows how long to write a novelette.

Why such a varied length for a story? I think I would feel kind of bad if I paid you and you wrote me 6 pages.
A story should be as long or as short as it needs to be, so I'm giving myself that wide breath to really write you quality as opposed to quantity. Besides, do you want to pay me by the page? Because I guarantee that's how a lot of bad writing is made.

What qualifications do you have?
Well, I've been writing for about 5 years seriously, I'm working towards a major in political sciences, along with a side in English. On top of that, I've punched out at least 50+ short original stories, mostly for friends and the such, and are working on a novel. I don't think I'm the bestest writer ever, but I certainly think I can write you something pretty amazing. Besides, take a look at the example! It's a rough estimation of what you'll get. I'll also be posting all my work people commission here, along with a random story every now and then.

Why haven't I heard of you before?
because, I've mostly been writing for friends, their OCs, and the such, and I don't like to publish my work if they're personal, and a lot of them are.

So...if I have the writing, how does this work if I want to alter it or share it or something?
Well, it's yours, kinda. Just credit me in the altered story, and we'll be all cool. I trust you won't be a jerk about it.

Are you free for project work? You seem like just the kind of writer I want!
Um...thanks? You'll have to discuss that with me privately. If I am interested in your project, We'll sort out everything from there!

What OCs do you work on? Just MLP?
Nope! I can work on any type of OCs! Adventure time, Steven universe, whatever you got, and not just cartoons, books and movies too!

Ok, I'm confused? You said that I need to hand you a dossier of my OC. What do you mean by that?
what I mean is that you need to give me an idea of what your OC is, does, looks like, acts, etc. Basically, you need to tell me about your OC, because I'm not psychic. You don't need to send him pages and pages, and you can't just send me a list of attributes. The better information you send me, the better the story will be.

When do I pay you?
After I did the research and after you send me the dossier for your OC, but before I write. I may refuse to write for a given OC for various reasons, mostly if I feel like I won't be able to deliver a good story, since that is my priority. I'll begin writing as soon as I see the funds.

What if I don't like your story? Can I get a refund?
Well, like any artist, I'd like to know what was wrong. If you can give me a good reason why, I'll do my best to fix that issue for you in the shortest time possible, (such as if I messed up your character traits or something). If you're still not happy after I fixed the issue because you have another issue, and you still have a good reason, I'll happily send your money back. Errors happen and sometimes, I get it that things can go wrong.

Can I have you write me a story...um...privately? Like, can you not post it?
Is there a special reason? Like a birthday gift or something? If you can explain it with your dossier, I'm happy to. If it's just you being embarrassed about your OC, well, trust me, they'll be a lot less embarrassing after this!

Can you write me...you know...NSFW (not safe for work) material?
Um...no. There's several reasons for this, but I do not do NSFW work. Unless I'm bribed by a huge lump of money. Maybe. No. Definitely not.

Why do you have such a long FAQ? Why do I have to read through all of this?
Because I want to know what you're buying, and to make sure you're happy with all of this. After all, it's a little different then just to commission an artist to make you a piece of art. It's an exchange here, you have to let me know your OC, and in turn, I'll do everything in my power to make them an amazing story.

I'm a writer too! Can we collab on my OC?
Sure! It's gonna be the same price though. Reason is that it's likely equal to more work to collab, since I got to watch out for you, and help you write that dream OC of yours. That and I'll be giving you tips and writing suggestions throughout the collab piece. Still! If you're a writer getting 4+ hours with a veteran writer might be exactly what you're looking for, bouncing ideas and the such. Like I said, I'm down! Just...be prepared to put in some work!

Can we chat about my OC and stuff? Like, I have so much to tell you about!
Um...ok. If you've commissioned a piece of writing before, and you're back for more, I'm happy to have you on the other side of your voice chat! Just...I gotta get to know you a bit, you know.

I will try to write any commission that have been paid in about a week or less. If I am expecting delays, I will email/PM you 3-4 days into the commission.
I reserve the right to refuse any work, but I will email/PM you telling that I have refused. I may not inform you of the reason. For obvious reasons, do not pay me. Each work is individually judged, so if I've refused one request, it's not because I hate you, it may just be because it was a bad time or I was getting bogged down.
The rates are non-negotiable, and you cannot request me to write more/less pages. You wouldn't tell another artist to draw you half a drawing, same idea here.
I may write you more then the limit! It is free! I will not write you less then the minimum.
Minor grammar/spelling/typos may occur! I am not perfect!
