It has been eleven months since I announced the rewrite for Entanglement. Earlier tonight, I started to re-read the story, and after cringing my way through the first three chapters I came within a hair's breadth of pulling the story off life support entirely. I came so close that I actually had the beginning of this blog post typed out announcing the cancellation before I decided I owed it to those of you who enjoyed it to at least read it through before pulling the plug.

Okay folks, confession time. I have completely lost control of my story. I had a feeling that it had gone off the rails as far back as chapter 7 and I've been riding inertia ever since. So, this is my official announcement of a rewrite. Unfortunately, at this point the other options are starting from scratch or completely abandoning the project altogether. All of you reading this have stuck with this story for as long as January of last year, and I refuse to let it end in disappointment
