No, the story isn't dead! I have a new chapter up on my patreon, which should be posting here in a week or two give or take. Hopefully with more to come a bit faster then before!

In addition, I could also use some griffon OCs if anyone wants to volunteer one. I doubt they will got more then name checked with one or two lines of dialog, but it will be better then just generic griffon #27. I can't promise anyone will be used, but it would be a great help to have.

Well the first draft of Chapter 9 is done and up on my Patreon Page. It should be edited and posted in a week or two more (what can I say, I'm a bit slow as my stuff always needs editing). This one has taken a bit more time to get done to my satisfaction as it's kind of a a couple of big things happening in this one. Hopefully Chapter 10 will come faster.

It's hard to say what the real origin of this story was. The idea of Gilda being someone of importance is one I've played around with in past stories, but never could make it work, and after The Lost Treasure of Griffonstone I sort of put it aside. As good as the episode was, it kind of broke my plot. That happens though and sometimes you just have to move on.
