It's been a while. I've got plenty of excuses, but that's not really important. It's been a while, and I'm sorry for that, but perhaps that's not all that important either.

What's important is I'm not dead yet. And the next chapter is going off to my prereader.

It's time again for Bronycon, and this year I'm glad to be a part of it. It's always fun to get together with my fellow fans and geeks of all flavors, and last year's Bronycon was one one of my favorites. I expect I'll be spending most of the con in the Stabletop Games room, as it most suits my interests; I'm afraid I've never been much for panels. So, I've finally put metaphorical pen to paper and published my first fic, "We Can Do This Forever". The idea for it occurred to me at a certain moment in the Season Five finale a few months back, and since then I've been debating with myself about actually trying to write and post it. Thanks in no small part to the encouragement (and proofreading) of a good friend, here it is. It's a short little "what if" story, but it's mine and I'm kind of proud of it.
