So I write a chapter about Lyra and Bon Bon deciding to formally get hitched... Gay marriage bans abolished.
I can see into the depths of reality!
So I write a chapter about Lyra and Bon Bon deciding to formally get hitched... Gay marriage bans abolished.
I can see into the depths of reality!
This is going out to those who submitted a pony for It's Ok to Be a Pony!
You up for a one shot? That is, a chapter that just goes on until you're all nice and wrapped up and ready to be released from Lyra's care or run screaming into the hills, whichever comes first? Let me know. I'd like to do one without having to come back to the thread later.
I've started three chapters at once with some of the eager folks ready to be part of the story, so that none of them have to be specifically pressured. If you aren't one of the three, don't panic! You're on the list, my awful spreadsheet of dooooom, and we'll work through it.
The response has been enormous! And I'm excited, but we need a little order, so here's what we'll do. Fire an email at me at dms.silver@gmail.com with your FimFic name, a basic description of the lost human/confused pony you plan to drag in, and a sample paragraph of how they would introduce themselves to Lyra in her office. I'll assemble you all into a nice list and work down the list as the story goes on, giving us a nice stable (get it?) of characters and everyone eventually gets a turn.
As Lyra's patients become well-adjusted ponies, I'd like to bring in a new pony or three, and that pony could be YOU. Want to be a lost human in Equestria, sent to Lyra's gentle care? Have a mentally confused OC that needs an understanding friend that has an awesome monocle? Lyra' here to help!
If you choose to take part, you'll 'play' your character, while I basically play Lyra and the rest of the world around you. It's like roleplaying, but it becomes a story, hizzah!
Checking with my loyal readers, but which pony of Lyra' group would you like to see more about? The order shouldn't matter too much in the end, so why not get some reader participation going on?
Following a prompt I asked for in the last blog, we have a new story, It's OK to Be a Pony. Because Lyra doesn't get enough screen time.
What will Lyra do as town psychologist when she's faced with a bunch of ponies that insist they weren't always ponies?
