Chapter 9 is up!!!

In other news, thanks to a bunch of talking, I've mostly figured out that I'll be concluding SaSF in the next few chapters, but fear not! I also already have plans for MOAR SEQUELS!!! Please feel free to blame Sylvian and Calm Wind for the monster they have unleashed upon the world.

Presently, the sequels are unnamed, and I'm anticipating 2 of them.

So I spent today mostly working on the necklace for the lovely Foxena in trade for a piece of art. You WILL be seeing it once I get the file and I post Chapter 8. I find it amusing that most writers have a scene in mind when they commission a piece, but while I was watching Foxena work, I found myself envisioning the scene it would come from, and then deciding that it would, in fact, happen and in the next chapter no less!

So my evening at the writing group was enjoyable! Of course, I didn't actually work on SaSF, but I wound up writing for a character in my online Scion game. It made my character take an interesting turn in her character development, and resulted in figuring out she had a huge crush on this other PC.

Well... right now I'm just waiting on a reply before I can finish Chapter 5 of SaSF... Of course, the length is pretty good as it is, so I might just wait to resolve some tension until Chapter 6.

One of my roommates also writes a fair bit and has invited me to go with her to a writing group tonight. I'm pleased about this! I'm really looking forward to it.

Mwahahaha! My mom has been reading over SaSF for me, thus I was able to put out two chapters so quickly!

I'm SO freaking pleased with how this is turning out! But now, the laptop must be set aside so I can do some housework. Don't worry... I'll be back to writing soon!

So.. Much though I am fully capable of catching pretty much everything grammar-related on my own... I find myself in need of a proof-reader/beta... Pretty much everyone I've asked of my friends is super busy and I really want to get this story banged out...

That aside, Chapter 3 is finished and while I wait for SOMEONE to proof it, I'm working on Chapter 4.
