I'm happy to report that I've put up Chapter 3: "Attuning With Luna," of Royal Business, in which Spike gets to glimpse a side of Luna few have seen. This chapter's short, just 2,136 words, and story's now at 9,491 words. Since my target is ~22,000 words in at least 6 chapters, it's close to halfway finished now.

Having completed Twelfth Equestriad Interview, I am now working on Chapter 3 "Attuning With Luna" of Royal Business. My real job is very boring at points, and I get a lot of first-draft writing done there. On the weekends, I get to edit and transcribe. Thus, this burst of productivity.

Wow, for the first time ever one of my stories is in the Featured box. It's Royal Business, and it happened right after I published the second chapter. Not sure what the math is, but I do have a 34:1 ratio on ups versus downs, and maybe I pushed it past some limit of words or chapters too when I updated it.

Anyway, it makes me happy. Maybe not as happy as gems make Spike, but happy nevertheless.
